국립고흥청소년우주체험센터에서는 1m 반사 망원경의 완성을 눈앞에 두고 있다. 천체 망원경으로 관측을 하기 위해서는 시간과 천구 좌표계의 이해는 필수적이다. 하지만 현재 본 센터에서는 천구의를 활용한 프로그램 이외에는 시간과 좌표계를 다루는 체험 프로그램이 전무한 실정이다. 센터에서는 참가자가 자신의 그림자로 시각을 알 수 있는 지평면 해시계, 센터에서 쓰지 않고 있는 구형 가마솥을 재활용한 앙부일구, 덕흥 천문대 교육동의 벽에 벽면 해시계의 제작 및 설치를 추진하고 있다. 차후 이를 활용한 체험 프로그램을 참가자에게 제공한다면 태양의 겉보기 운동을 통해 시간과 공간에 대한 개념을 쉽게 알려줄 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 우리 민족의 과학적 자긍심을 심어줄 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

This study examined the developmental trajectories of perceived level of stress and depression in Korean youth using longitudinal data from the Korean Youth Panel Study (KYPS) of 2,844youth (1,524 boys) across $4^{th}$ grade through $8^{th}$ grade. Latent growth modeling indicated the presence of age-related, significant increases in stress and depression for both boys and girls. Girls experienced greater in stress and depression than did boys. Multiple group analysis indicated that there was no significant sex difference in effects of stress on depression. Overall, increases in stress were associated with increases in depression levels for both boys and girls. Conceptual and clinical implications of the findings were discussed.

National Youth Space Center will complete installation of the NYSC 1m Telescope in this year. Before completion of the telescope, we present the software design of JTCS, and the preliminary result of tracking performance by JTCS and mount of the telescope. JTCS currently uses commercial software of the Sky X, for the real-time coordinates of various objects, such as asteroids, comets, and even satellites. In order to guarantee flexibility in CCD detectors, the MaxIm DL software was adopted and JTCS provides auto-guiding and scheduled image-taking with MaxIm DL. We are now stabilizing the telescope mount and JTCS with long-exposure tests, and gathering the preliminary data of tracking performance.

국립고흥청소년우주체험센터는 2014년부터 덕흥천문대에 설치된 SBIG사의 "Seeing Monitor"로 시상을 측정하고 있다. "Seeing Monitor"는 북극성을 대상으로 TDI(Time Delay and Integration) 방식을 적용하여 얻어진 시상을 분 단위로 저장해준다. 따라서 구름이 없는 맑은 날의 분 단위 시상 자료와 주변 환경 정보를 조합하여 시상에 영향을 미치는지 환경 요인을 정량적으로 분석하는 것이 가능하다. 그 첫 단계로 측정된 시상 자료와 기상청의 온도 습도 풍속 자료, 그리고 GFS(Global Forecast System)의 고도별 상층 풍속 자료를 비교하여 기상정보와 시상과의 관계를 분석해보았다. 습도와 바람이 시상에 가장 큰 영향을 주었으며, 지상 풍속 1~2m/s, 습도 75% 이하, 제트기류 풍속은 250km/h 이하 일 때 좋은 시상 값을 얻을 수 있었다. 이를 통해 덕흥천문대에서 기상정보를 통해 시상이 안정적인 날을 예측할 수 있다면, 앞으로 도입될 1m 망원경으로 훌륭한 관측 자료를 얻을 수 있을 것이라 기대된다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest some policy and theoretical implications for the youth's internet game addiction by analyzing the moderating effects of social support in the relationship of Oiettolie propensity and game addiction behaviors. For the purpose of this study, this study set a research model about the causal relationships among the study variables by reviewing previous studies and surveyed high school students for this research. The analytical results of this study are the followings. First, lack of communication and impulsivity have significant influences on Oiettolie propensity. Second, Oiettolie propensity has a significant influence on youth's game addiction. Third, social support moderates the relationship between Oiettolie propensity and youth's internet game addition. This study suggests some implications for the youth internet game addiction.

국립고흥청소년우주체험센터(이하 우주체험센터)에서는 2013년부터 덕흥천문대를 활용한 프로그램을 청소년에게 제공하고 있고, 2016년부터는 1m망원경을 활용한 연구 또한 동시에 진행하고 있다. 우주체험센터에서는 청소년 및 일반대중을 위해 덕흥 천문대를 활용하여 우주과학교실, 별잔치, 대학생 현장실습, 우주과학동아리 등의 사업을 운영하고 있다. 본 발표에서는 과거부터 현재까지 운영해온 사업에 대한 소개 및 공유는 물론, 올해부터 진행 중인 1m망원경을 활용한 천문연구에 대한 소개도 진행할 예정이다. 현재 NYSC 1m망원경을 이용하여 외부은하의 초신성 모니터링과 함께 외계행성 별표면 통과현상을 관측하여 분석중이다. 또한, 2016년 9월부터는 관측제안서를 통한 외부 공개관측이 진행되며 전문가 이외에도 실제 청소년 관측 제안서에 멘토 역할을 하는 등 실질적 교육을 하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate violences of youth and to develop the prevention in community. The data were collected from 809 middle school students in Seosan city and Taean-gun and were analyzed by SPSSWIN 10.0. The statistical technique used for this study were crosstabs, ANOVA, and frequencies. The results were as following; 1) Youth has suffered from more linguistic violences than physical violences 2) Male youths have undergone linguistic violence and robberies, while female youths haves experienced stepchild, 3) Fitty percentage of youth violence was occurred by acquaintances or students in school 4) Experiences of violences were relative to peer groups. 5) Youths required that violence clubs should be dismissed for reducing school violences.

This study aims to examine the operation of a free semester system geared towards meeting education user needs by researching on youth training activities, a method of fostering talents to be equipped with the 21st-century society-required creativity, innovation ability, cooperation spirit and leadership, communication ability, problem-solving power, and venturing spirit, among other key capabilities. Thus, targeting seven public and private youth training facilities in Jeollanam-do, user satisfaction with ongoing youth training activities and achievement levels were surveyed so that problems of training facilities could be identified and improvement measures could be presented so as to ensure education that can satisfy both education providers and users.

The purpose of this study was to observe cospla subculture in 1990s new generation of Korean youth, focused on activity that was reproducing the appearance of individual characters in animation, comic books and computer games, and to understand the representing process and meaning of appearance. The ethnographic methods including in-depth interviews and observation were used to approach such cultural form more closely from the youth generations perspective and their language. The results were as follows: 1. Although the cospla is originated from Japan, the local experience of Koreans make it the special youth subculture of Korea. 2. There are homological features and hierachical structure among group members of cospla subculture. The core values of Korean cospla are that they are realizing their ideal and elevating their own self-esteem. 3. Their appearance has connotation as symbolic resistance. The cultural activity of cospla is non-realistic, non-productive, but cosplayers conform to the social norm, too.

지금으로부터 100년 전, 하버드대학교 천문대에서 에드워드 찰스 피커링과 윌리어미나 플레밍, 애니 점프 캐넌 등의 여성 천문학자들이 분광관측 자료를 가지고 헨리 드레이퍼 목록(HD catalog)을 만들기 시작했다. 이는 항성분류의 근간을 마련하고 현대 천문학의 본격적인 시작을 알리는 일이었다. 현재 국립청소년우주센터는 이를 기념하여, 디지털 이미지로 보유중인 1975년에서 1999년에 걸쳐 발간된 "Michigan catalog of HD stars"의 사진건판을 활용한 연구를 진행 중이다. 본 센터를 방문하는 청소년이 100년 전 그들과 한 것과 같은 고전적 항성 분류과정을 체험하며, 별의 스펙트럼을 이해하고 우주를 이해하는데 필수적인 분광학에 대한 이해를 높이길 기대한다. 이를 위한 선행 작업인 대물프리즘 사진건판 이미지에서 별의 스펙트럼을 추출하는 과정을 소개하고자 한다.
