This study estimates the nature of the relationship of entrepreneurship and business confidence on youth unemployment in the Philippines over the 2001-2017 period. The paper employed a range of cointegrating regression models, namely, autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) bounds testing approach, Johansen-Juselius (JJ) and Engle-Granger (EG) cointegration models, dynamic OLS, fully modified OLS, and canonical cointegrating regression (CCR) estimation techniques. The Granger causality based on error correction model (ECM) was also performed to determine the causal link of entrepreneurship and business confidence on youth unemployment. The ARDL bounds testing approach, Johansen-Juselius (JJ) and Engle-Granger (EG) cointegration models confirmed the existence of long-run equilibrium relationship of entrepreneurship and business confidence on youth unemployment. The long-run coefficients from JJ and dynamic OLS show significant long-run and positive relationship of entrepreneurship and business confidence on youth unemployment. While results of the long-run coefficients from fully modified OLS and canonical cointegrating regression (CCR) found that only entrepreneurship has significant and positive relationship with youth unemployment in the long-run. The Granger causality based on error correction model (ECM) estimates show evidence of long-run causal relationship of entrepreneurship and business confidence on youth unemployment. In the short-run, increases in entrepreneurship and business confidence causes youth unemployment to decrease.

본 연구는 다문화가정 청소년 복지 서비스의 실효성을 높이기 위한 복지욕구 설문조사를 기초로 복지 서비스 개선방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 연구 결과는 다문화가정 청소년은 학업과 가정 문제에 대해 어려움을 갖고 있으며, 일상생활 욕구위계 조사결과 일반가정 청소년은 다문화가정 청소년보다 소속과 사랑의 욕구(t=-2.006, p<.05)가 높고, 다문화가정 청소년은 일반가정 청소년보다 자아실현의 욕구(t=-4.636, p<.05)가 높았다. 복지 욕구위계 조사결과에서는 다문화가정 청소년이 안전의 욕구(t=7.607, p<.05), 소속과 사랑의 욕구(t=8.346, p<.05), 자기존중의 욕구(t=4.683, p<.05), 자아실현의 욕구(t=2.199, p<.05)가 높게 나타났다. 따라서 다문화가정 청소년의 복지 서비스 차원의 통합체계 구축을 바탕으로 지자체의 전문인력 육성과 체계적이고 실질적인 지원 정책의 함의 및 제언을 하였다는데 그 의의가 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 청소년의 자원봉사참여시간이 공동체 의식에 미치는 영향에 있어서 청소년 자원봉사 활동 만족도 매개효과를 구체적으로 검증해 보고자 하는데 있다. 2014년 제5차 "한국아동 청소년패널조사(KCYPS)"에 참여한 중학교 2학년 총 2,091명 중 자원봉사활동에 참여한 927명의 데이터를 분석하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년 자원봉사활동 참여시간이 자원봉사활동 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 청소년 자원봉사활동 참여시간과 만족도는 공동체 의식에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 셋째, 청소년 자원봉사활동 만족도는 청소년 자원봉사 참여시간과 공동체 의식에 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 자원봉사활동에 참여하는 청소년의 자원봉사활동에 대한 만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 방안과 청소년을 대상으로 한 자원봉사활동 교육프로그램을 제안하였다.

본 연구에서는 청소년영화제의 형성과정과 그 과정에 영향을 미친 요인에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 청소년영화제는 어느 날 갑자기 등장한 것이 아니다. 이미 1980년대부터 시민단체를 중심으로 미디어교육에 대한 다양한 시도가 있었으며, 1997년부터 2001년에 이르는 시기 동안 주요 청소년영화제들이 개최되어 영화제의 기틀을 잡게 되었다. 이후 발전을 거듭하던 청소년영화제는 2008년에 이르러 온라인 상영을 실시하는 등 변화를 맞이하게 되었으며, HD캠코더와 스마트폰의 등장 등 급격히 변화하고 있는 영상산업과 문화적 흐름에 호응하며 현재에 이르고 있다. 이러한 청소년영화제의 형성과정에 영향을 미친 요인을 크게 두 개의 영역으로 나누어 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 우선 경제 사회적 요인으로 시민단체의 성장, 영상기술의 발전과 대중화, IMF 구제금융시대 등으로 설명할 수 있으며, 문화 교육적 요인으로는 영상문화의 융성, 대학입시와 수상실적으로 나눌 수 있다. 이렇게 다양한 영향 속에서 청소년영화제는 발전하였으며, 이러한 형성과정 속에서 한국 사회의 여러 단면을 들여다 볼 수 있다.

The Youth Hostel in Korea, differently from that of other countries, has been introduced in order to attract School Excursion Group, and was developed as one of Youth Training Facilities. Youth Hostel as Youth Training Facility can be utilized as a healthy experiential space for youth education, as a stage for an international interchange, as a field for the lifelong education of various classes, and is also the Lodging Accommodation which is now highly appearing of the demand as a safe and educational lodging place to both individuals and family-unit tourists. The Purpose of this Research is aimed to provide the necessary fundamental materials to the planned forthcoming future Youth Hostel, after grasping of such present status as well as its structure and composition of space and spacial characteristic. Since Youth Hostel in Korea is managing on the center of the basis for youths and other groups, in order to compute the proper heads, it is required the scale-level which can accommodate all students in One-Unit Grade of a school at minimum. Accordingly, it seems that must be equipped with accommodating capacity of more than 300~400 persons. As because of recent quality-improvement in the portion of Youth Hostel Lodging, it is under planning with containing of the Sanitary Space at inside of lodging room, and Self-Cooking Space as well. In compliance with such various particulars, it looks that the lodging area should be at least more than $3.5m^2$ per a person.

이 연구는 청년 삶의 만족도를 높일 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 청년의 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 탐색하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 한국청소년정책연구원의 '2021 청년 사회·경제 실태조사의 데이터를 활용하여, 2021년 기준 만 18세~34세 청년 2,041명을 연구대상으로 하였다. 청년 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 다양한 변수를 탐색하기 위해 랜덤 포레스트 방법을 적용하였다. 분석에 활용된 변수는 인구·사회학적 요인과 심리·정서를 포함하는 요인으로 총 21개이다. 랜덤 포레스트를 적용한 청년 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 변수들을 탐색한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 분석에 투입된 요인 21개의 예측변수는 모두 청년 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 청년 삶이 만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 '직업가치관'으로 나타났다. 셋째, '정치적효능감', '기성세대인식'과 같이 청년들의 사회에 대한 인식도 청년들의 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 변수임을 확인할 수 있다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 청년 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 변수들을 설명하고 논의점을 제시하였다.

The Goheung radio interferometer with three 1.8-m antennas has been installed at National Youth Space Center in Goheung, Korea. The interferometric observation of the Sun using the Goheung radio interferometer was carried out and the observed data was analysed to construct the radio contour map of the Sun in 2014. The specifications of Goheung radio interferometer and the synthesized interferometer map of the Sun are provided. As a science activity center for youth, we currently provide students some experimental activities based on the principle of radio observation and interferometer. Our goal is to encourage youth to be interested in astronomy by engaging real experience of radio observation and constructing a synthesized interferometer map with observed data.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the current life conditions and welfare needs of rural youth. A questionnaire was developed from the review of literature. The instrument consisted of five separate sections according to the objectives of the study. Data(391) were collected through a questionnaire mailed to 4-H members selected in the sample(580). The rate of analyzed data(387) was 98% using the SPSS. Based on the findings of this study, the following recommendations were made. (1) The various education programs need to be enlarged to rural area. (2) The job getting opportunities and career guidance programs are needed to strengthen for rural youth. (3) The problem-counselling programs and centers should be provided for rural youth. (4) The more leisure and culture facilities should to establish in rural area.

Rearing community youth has been main factors of sustainable agriculture and rural community. The purposes of this study were to analyze the leadership skill and organizational commitment of community youth and to investigate the relationship between leadership skill and organizational commitment. The data were collected from 196 rural youth by stratified random sampling. The study was adopted t-test, ANOVA factor analysis and correlation analysis. The major findings of this study were as follows; First, community youth married, wealthier, and expanded farming area were more likely to have leadership life skills than others. Second, community youth wealthier and expanded farming area were more likely to have organizational commitment than others. Third, group activity, being leader, teaming skill, communication self understanding, decision making, language skill among leadership skills have positively correlated with organizational commitment.
