For the purpose this article emphasizes an individual dimension including church, society dimensions. An individual dimension is based on the spirit of post digital era within sociocultural area in different with personal-existential area of the philosophical and theological perspective and life cycle theology area of the developmental psychological perspective. Post digital era means the humanization of digital, digital friendly, and emotional digital cultural characteristics. Post digital generation means child, youth, young adults those who are accustomed with post digital cultural of the post digital era. The educational ministry for the post digital generations categorized into nine types according to correlation with individual, church, and society as a field of ministry and critical scientific method, critical confessional method, and critical correlational method as an interdisciplinary which are composed of Christian tradition and contemporary science. Representative key competencies of nine types in the educational ministry are media literacy, relational identity, communication, high touch, discipleship, making and using media, integrative vocation, collaboration abilities, and home, school, and social resilience in relation with multicultural generations.
This study is a basic research to suggest user-centered general hospital environmental design guidelines, which aims to analyze user's behavior characteristics across generation in general hospital. For this purpose, this study constructed an analysis tool through the literature review with regard to generation and behavior characteristics in general hospital. Besides, an online survey regarding user's behavior in general hospital was conducted targeting from 20s to 60s, 300 persons for each group, total 1,500 persons for about 3 weeks since September 1, 2016. The results of this study are as follows: (1) Based on the generation, there were significant differences in relevant categories of their visiting frequency, visiting purpose, visiting hour, transportation, companion, behavior during the wait and selection of a general hospital. (2) In all generation, they responded that they have visited once or twice per year. People in 20s and 30s responded that their visit for the hospital is to receive specific treatment, while other people in 40s, 50s and 60s visit the hospital majorly for routine check-ups. Therefore, it is imperative for a health check-up center to design an environmental plan that reflects the characteristics of elders in 40s, 50s and 60s. (3) People in 40s, 50s and 60s usually visit a general hospital in the mornings of weekdays, while generations in 20s and 30s responded that they mostly visit the hospital in the mornings of weekend. (4) When they visit a general hospital, people in their 20s are usually using public transportations, while people in their 30s to 60s are using their own vehicle. (5) People in their 20s majorly visited 'lobby'. In older generations, they tend to visit 'outpatient clinic'. Therefore, it is necessary to build an outpatient clinic environment that considers the elderly. (6) Patients majorly responded that they are using their cell phone, while waiting for their clinic call. In elder generations, they responded that they are more likely watching TVs, reading books/magazines or doing nothing. Therefore, it is essential to provide cell-phone related services and environmental supports. Visually attractive media can be utilized for this purpose.

The article is alms to investigate the characteristics, the originality, and the interest of fashion design of costume play, which is recently specifically popularized among young fashion mania. The influence of commercialization power of the Disneyland and the animation characters of Japanese caricatures makes the costume play to be one of the main new generation culture. Since the costume play just begins at this moment, the full understanding of the costume play is hard because of the small amount of the materials and happenings of the phenomena. However it reveals the design trends and creativity of the new generation. As the investigation of costume play fashion and the types of costume play, the following results are obtained. 1. The originality of the costume play is thought to be induced from the mask which is used against the ghost in primitive ages, the fancy parade of halloween festival, commercial advertisements of Disneyland, the Japanese caricatures, and the animation games. 2. The distinctive characteristics of Korean costume play shows the massive behaviour, which is different from the individualized costume play in Japan. This facts show the parts of the interest culture of the persons who has the equal interest. The costume play is applied as the sound showing culture, in which the young generation express and enjoy themselves by"kki" - the passion of young energy. 3. The boom of costume play introduce the increased number of costume play shop, pro model, and designer. It also introduce the interest of the new fashion design for the young generations. Thus it is expected the new fashion infra structure in near future.ar future.
Jikji, Memory of the World of UNESCO, the world's oldest extant movable metal print book, is a cultural heritage to give motivation for IT power of Korea. Although the cultural value of Jikji is understood in Korea, the value of cultural assets is not satisfactory and the commercialization is not sufficient. Furthermore, most Jikji product designs on the market are simple and limited mainly for the old generation. The purpose of this study is to design fashion-cultural products suitable for young people who will be responsible for this cultural inheritance. The methods of this study were to make the design development through literature research and a case study for Jikji products on the market. For developing the products suitable for young people, 308 university students in Chungju were surveyed. To express end products, computer graphic program, Illustrator CS5, was used. The results of this study showed that the products on the market were not targeted for use by young people. The younger generations want modern and interesting design. Among the 8 design motives that are planned for design development, the most preferred motive numbers, 3, 7, and 8, were used. Design items, such as scarf, wallet and t-shirts, were selected by the result of survey and 3 scarves, 4 wallets, 3 t-shirts, a total of 30 items were developed. The designed products in this study can inform the cultural resource of Korea and contribute to raise the cultural value if they are commercialized.
The Homeshare program, which was introduced in 2012, has been implemented with the purpose of reduction of housing costs for young students and economic support for the senior to prevent isolation and help themselves. Nonetheless, the program has not being activated and the research about it has not progressed well. Therefore, this study as a basic research of the program aims to analyze and evaluate the program in progress in district offices to push it forward. This study was undertaken on documentary research and interviews, which analyzed advanced researches and open materials from the websites of district offices. The interviews were conducted in 4 gu-district offices (Nowon-gu, Gwangjin-gu, Seodaemun-gu, and Seongdong-gu) and did interviews with officials in charge on July in 2015. The result of this study is as follows. First, the Homeshare is being activated around the university town, which has advantage of housing welfare aspects for young students and social welfare aspects for the senior. Second, the support structures of the Homeshare can be categorized as the gu-districts offices, local resources and different structures funded by the Seoul City. Third, the process of the Homeshare takes 5 steps consisted of advertisement, reception/counseling, matching, contract, follow-up management. Fourth, the matching makes it a rule to match the same gender considering safety. In the case of the participation of the official in charge, it has a advantage of solving problems that can occur when the matching, which can lead to smooth progress. Fifth, joint consultation is divided into the contract among participants and the contract between participants and the gu-district office. Sixth, the follow-up management takes rather passive approaches such as calls once or twice a month and visits when necessary. For the activation of the Homeshare, it is required to improve it through the various methods such as regular visits, satisfaction researches and so on. This study resulted from investigating and analyzing the Homeshare operation system between generations will be considered to be a reference to the underlying management.

The Asiatic pink stem borer, Sesamia inferens (Walker, 1856) (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae) is a pest that attacks rice stems. In this study, we estimated the annual generation of insect in several regions of the Republic of Korea. Adult trapping using a sex pheromone trap detected the occurrence of S. inferens adults in the three northernmost areas around 38° latitude and showed that the insect inhabits all of Korea. In most areas investigated, the seasons of the adult generations estimated using the single-sine degree-day model did not deviate from the corresponding observed seasons of adult occurrence. We estimated that the overwintering larvae hypothetically-estimated using the model could be originated from the last generation of adults. When larvae collected in paddy fields during the autumn season in a few middle and southern areas were reared at 25℃, ca. 70% of pupae did not show additional larval molting before their pupation. All larvae collected in early March in a southern area (Goseong, Gyeongsangnam-do) pupated without additional larval molting when reared at 25℃. Based on these results, we presumed that S. inferens could overwinter as mainly the last instar larval stage in the area. Taken together, we conclude that S. inferens primarily has two generations per year in areas around 38° latitude, and three generations in the areas between 35.3° and 37.3° latitude. In addition, approximately 35% of insects captured by the sex pheromone trap were species other than S. inferens, as determined by analyzing the nucleotide sequences of the cytochrome c oxidase 1 gene. These species were not morphologically misidentified as S. inferens.

In order to induce high levels of protein secretion, we have constructed a recombinant plasmid, designated pBP244, into which was incorporated key components of the type-II See-dependent secretion system, including LepB (signal peptidase), SecA (ATPase), and SecB (chaperone). The biological activities of the LepB, SecA, and SecB components expressed from genes harbored by pBP244 appeared to play their normal roles. In order to evaluate the protein secretion, a pspA (Streptococcus $\underline{p}neumoniae\;\underline{s}urface\;\underline{p}rotein\;\underline{A}$) gene was cloned into pBP244, resulting in pBP438. S. typhimurium harboring pBP438 grown until the stationary phase, secreted a higher level of PspA into the culture supernatants than did the strain harboring pYA3494. The strain harboring pBP438 secreted a supernatant amount 1.71-fold, a periplasmic space amount 1.47-fold, and an outer membrane amount 1.49-fold higher than that of pYA3494. S. typhimurium ${\chi}8554$ kept the $Asd^+$ plasmid pBP244 and pBP438 for 60 generations in LB broth harboring DAP, thereby indicating that pBP244 and pBP438 were quite stable in the Salmonella strain.
In recent rural areas, unlike the past, the young population is increasing with the growth of the agricultural industry and the quality of life-focused trend. Therefore, the rural areas need to more actively respond to the housing demands of the young generations. In this regard, this study aimed to research the housing conditions of the households with children and identify any problems. The study targeted 16 families with children in Deokpo-ri, Yeongwol-gun, Gangwon Province. The research was conducted based on the on-site case study, specifically face-to-face in-depth interview and on-site monitoring using the checklist by residential spaces. The research findings are as follows: The discovered issues include the storage size and safety issues in the movement space, failure to provide the space tailored to the characteristics of the children and the insufficient size and storage space in the living space and the size and safety issues in the sanitary space. Overall, it was identified that small and insufficient storage space in the house pointed out as the main issue in this research was getting the residents' life more uncomfortable and unreasonable, and the activities of the children made their parents do unnecessary behaviors and stressed out during the process of childrearing. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the space arrangement considering the organizing system, caring system and the behavioral characteristics of the children during the process of child-rearing.

There are few opportunities for different generations to interact, and generational conflicts are emerging as a social problem as the number of people aged 65 and over is increasing. Efforts to solve the problem through interactions between the young and the old have been made in various fields, but reading-related intergenerational activities are rare. A qualitative study was conducted to provide constructive suggestions by hosting a book club for the young and the old, carrying out individual interviews, and analyzing them. Participants in this study agreed that there were few opportunities for intergenerational exchanges. However, they found that reading-based intergenerational activities were mutually beneficial in the intergenerational book club. The participants hoped the number of such occasions would increase. The study resulted in a few implications for intergenerational book clubs, which should help vitalize the book clubs and accentuate the benefits of social reading.
This study empirically analyzes the policy demand for population inflow in Hongcheon-gun, a region that has experienced population decline over the past decade. The results of this study based on the multinominal logit model provide the policy implications as follows. First, due to the differing factors influencing the demand for population inflow policies among the young and the elderly, local governments should clearly define the policy targets for population inflow. Second, in the context of policy demand for population inflow through corporate attraction, we identify statistically significant and positive effects of the length of residence for both young and old people, and the level of formal education for the elderly. These results emphasize the importance of formulating population inflow policies distinctively targeted for the young and the elderly generations, respectively, thereby increasing population inflow in the population reduction area.
