  • 우리나라 남부연안에서 채집된 1개체 (전장 350.0 mm)의 표본을 근거로 흉상어과에 속하는 Scoliodon laticaudus를 한국미기록종으로 기재 보고한다. 본 종은 머리가 매우 납작한 삽모양이며 주둥이가 길고 납작한 점 가슴지느러미가 삼각형이며 제 1 등지느러미 후단이 배지느러미 중앙부분까지 도달하는 특징이 있다. 본 속과 종의 신한국명으로 각각 "납작주둥이상어속"과 "납작주둥이상어"를 제안한다.

상어껍질과 연골로 제조한 돔배기 허브 피편의 관능적 품질 특성 (Sensory Characteristics of Herbal Dombaeki Pipyun Prepared with Shark Skin and Cartilage)

  • Dombaeki Pipyun is a well-known Korean ethnic food in Kyungpook providence. We produced a Dombaeki Pipyun mixed with shark skin, cartilage, and herbs. The herbal mixtures (HM: 0, 0.075, 0.15, and 0.225%) were made of equal amounts of clove, fennel, and bay leaf. The purpose of this study was to examine how HM influences the sensory and textural characteristics of the Dombaeki Pipyun. The results showed that as the concentration of HM increased, its strength, cutting energy, hardness, brittleness, and chewiness decreased and its elasticity and cohesiveness increased. The $L^*$ and $b^*$ values generally decreased the $a^*$ value tended to increase as the concentration of HM increased. Ammonia and the fish-like odor decreased when the HM concentration was increased to 0.15%. However, there were no statistical significant differences in astringent, bitter, salty, sour, and sweet tastes. However, the savory taste significantly increased at an HE concentration of 0.15%. In terms of the mouth feel, there was not significant changes in airy.

뱀장어 자어용 액상사료 개발 (Development of the Slurry Type Diet for the Growing Leptocephalus, Eel Larvae (Anguilla japonica))

  • This feeding experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of slurry type diet on growth performance and survival rate of growing leptocephalus, eel larva. We need to find new materials of diets for rearing eel larvae. Test diets were formulated with the eggs of the shark, fish soluble concentrate, soybean peptide and fish protein hydrolysate. Fish (average length 6 mm) were fed 3 slurry type diet(A, B and C) based on shark egg for 5 times per day. During feeding experiment, survival rates were significantly different among 3 slurry type diets. Total protein, lipid, moisture, ash and free amino acids contents were analyzed for slurry type diets. Leptocephalus fed the C slurry type diet was grown up to $38.0{\pm}9mm$ at 150 days. But all leptocephalus fed B slurry type diet were died at 100 days, reaching $16.4{\pm}8mm$. This results suggest that basic information for diet development of eel leptocephalus.

오존수로 세척한 상어연골로부터 Crude Chondroitin Sulfate의 열수추출 (Hot Water Extraction of Crude Chondroitin Sulfate from Shark Cartilage Treated with Ozone Water)

  • 상어연골에서 발생하는 갈변과 냄새를 제거하기 위한 오존수 세척효과와 crude chondroitin sulfate의 추출특성을 조사하기 위하여 알칼리 및 열수추출 효과를 조사하였다. SC 분말을 용존 오존농도 0.3 ppm의 오존수로 세척한 결과 일반성분의 함량에는 영향을 미치지 않으면서 $L^*$값은 증가하고 $a^*$, $b^*$값은 감소되어 탈색효과가 뚜렷하였다. 또한 ammonia 유사취가 크게 감소되었으며 종합적 기호도가 크게 향상되었다. NaOH에 의한 CS의 최적 추출농도는 1 N이었으며 최적 추출시간은 $100^{\circ}C$에서 120분이었고 이때의 수율은 10.02%이었다. $100^{\circ}C$의 열수로 7회 반복추출 할 경우 1 N NaOH 추출수율과 대등하였다.

대서양 해역 한국 다랑어 연승어업의 어획특성 (Catch characteristics of the Korean tuna longline fishery in the Atlantic ocean)

  • Korean distant water tuna longline fishery commenced in 1966 in the Atlantic Ocean. Since then, it has become one of the most important fisheries of Korea. By early of 1970s, total amount of tuna caught in the Atlantic Ocean was the highest among other Korean distant water tuna fisheries, but has become minor since 1990s. The annual catch of tuna and tuna-like species by Korean tuna longline fishery in the Atlantic Ocean was about 1,900 mt in 2013. Bigeye tuna was the predominant species in species composition followed by yellowfin tuna, Albacore tuna, Blue shark and Swordfish. Korean distant water tuna longline fishery have mainly operated in the tropical area of the Atlantic Ocean ($20^{\circ}N{\sim}20^{\circ}S$, $20^{\circ}E{\sim}60^{\circ}W$), fishing ground was almost similar as in the previous years. The length frequency of major species (Bigeye tuna, Yellowfin tuna, Albacore tuna, Blue shark and Swordfish) were estimated. As the result of length (size) frequency data on main species caught by lonline fishery in the Atlantic Ocean, main length intervals of bigeye tuna caught in 2011, 2012 and 2013 were 120~125 cm, 160~165 cm and 130~135 cm, respectively. For yellowfin tuna, those were 125~130 cm, 150~155 cm, 145~150 cm and for albacore, 109 cm, 102 cm, 109 cm and 106 cm respectively. For swordfish caught in 2011, 2012 and 2013, main length intervals were 130~135 cm, 125~135 cm and 125~130 cm, respectively, and for blue shark, 195~200 cm in 2011 and 185~190 cm in 2012, 2013.

토끼에서 Squalene$^{(R)}$ 흡인에 의한 지방성 폐렴 (Lipoid Pneumonia After Aspiration of Squalene$^{(R)}$ in Rabbit)

  • 연구배경: 최근 상어 간유(squalene)에 의한 지방성 폐렴이 다수 보고되고 있으나 이에 대한 동물 실험이 미흡한 상태로 저자들은 토끼에서 상어 간유 흡인 후 나타나는 폐 반응을 HRCT와 병리학적 검사를 통해 알아보았다. 방 법: 14 마리의 백색 토끼를 대상으로 스쿠알렌을 흡인 시킨 후 12마리의 토끼를 4마리씩 각각 1주, 2주, 4주에 HRCT와 병리 소견을 관찰하였고, 나머지 2마리는 각각 흡인된 스쿠알렌 양을 달리하여 6주째에 관찰하였다, 결 과: 총 14마리중 l마리는 주입 즉시 즉사 하였으며 나머지 13 마리중 HRCT상 6마리에서 폐렴이 발생하였고, 1 주째에 기관지 공기 조영상을 동반한 광범위한 폐렴이 발생하였다가 4주째에는 폐용적 감소, 6 주째에는 기관지 확장소견이 동반되었다. 병리소견상 주로 기관지 주위에 심한 염증 소견을 보였고 1주째부터 격막비후 소견이 관찰되었고 2주째에 폐포내 대식세포수가 가장 많았으며 6주째에 섬유모세포의 증식이 관찰되었다. 곁 론: 스쿠알렌 흡인 후 폐렴이 발생하였으며, 이는 2-3주에 가장 심한 염증 소견을 보여, 이후 서서히 호전됨을 동물실험을 통해 증명하였으며, HRCT에서도 조직학적 소견과 유사한 소견을 관찰할 수 있었다.

수은 고노출 지역 초등학생의 수은노출수준과 노출요인 연구 (A Study on Mercury Exposure Levels among Schoolchildren and Related Factors in High Mercury Exposure Areas in Korea)

  • Objectives: Blood mercury levels among adults living in certain areas of the Gyeongsang Provinces have been shown to be very high (Kunwee County $29.6{\mu}g/L$, Yeongcheon-city $26.7{\mu}g/L$). The purpose of this project was to determine mercury exposure levels in schoolchildren and factors related with their mercury levels in high mercury exposure areas identifyed by the 2007 Korea National Environmental Health Survey. Methods: From June to September 2010, 1,097 students from grades 3 to 6 at 19 elementary schools participated in this study, including 294 students from 10 elementary schools in Kunwee County, 529 students from Yeongcheon City, 122 students from two elementary schools in Pohang City, North Gyeongsang Province, and 152 students from two elementary schools in Ulsan Metropolitan City. Biological samples from schoolchildren, including whole blood, urine and hair, were collected to measure total mercury at the time of a health check up. Information about children was collected by questionnaire. Total mercury concentrations in blood were measured using the Direct Mercury Analyzer 80 with the gold-amalgam collection method. Results: The mean mercury levels were $2.70{\mu}g/L$ in 1,091 blood samples, $2.25{\mu}g/g-creat.$ in 820 urine samples and $1.03{\mu}g/g$ in 1,064 hair samples. Blood mercury levels in the schoolchildren was slightly higher than the result of $2.4{\mu}g/L$ from a 2006 survey of elementary school children on exposure and health effects of mercury by the National Institute of Environmental Research. However, 0.3% and 4.5% of participants exceeded the reference level of blood mercury by CHBMII ($15{\mu}g/L$) and the US EPA ($5.8{\mu}g/L$), respectively. The reference level of urine by CHBMII ($20{\mu}g/L$) was exceeded by 0.4% of participants. As factors, residence period in the study areas, residence type, father's education level and income all showed significant associations with mercury level in the biological samples. The number of dental amalgam sides showed an association with urine mercury. Fish intake preference and fish intake frequency were important factors in mercury levels. In particular, intake of shark meat and recent intake of shark meat were associated with higher mercury levels. In this regard, participation in the performance of an ancestral rite showed a relation with higher mercury levels. Conclusion: The intake of shark meat was very important factor to high mercury exposure level. It is recommended to monitor and manage students with high mercury exposures who exceeded CHBM II and EPA guidelines, and include blood mercury testing in the Children's Health check up for this province.

  • 오픈소스 기반의 패킷 탐지 도구인 WireShark를 활용하여, 패킷을 직접 캡쳐, 분석해보고 칼리 리눅스를 활용한 시나리오 기반의 모의해킹을 시도, Snort와 Suricata를 이용하여 공격적인 성향의 패킷을 탐지하여 로그를 데이터베이스화 시킨 후 사용자 편의에 맞도록 가시화(可視化)한다. 사용자는 가시화 된 로그를 통해 공격을 좀 더 빠르게 인지하여 대응하는 것이 가능하다.

동부태평양 한국의 다랑어 연승어업에서 상어류 체중대비 지느러미 중량 비율 추정 (Estimation of the Ratio of Fin Weight to Body Weight of Sharks for the Korean Tuna Longline Fishery in the Eastern Pacific Ocean)

  • The National Fisheries Research and Development Institute (NFRDI) conducted a circle hook experiment to compare the catch rates of target and bycatch species between J hook and circle hooks in the tuna longline fishery of the Eastern Pacific Ocean, which is located between $9^{\circ}13'S-1^{\circ}36'N$ and $126^{\circ}00'-138^{\circ}21'W$. Sampling was conducted from September 20 to October 23, in 2006. In this survey, we collected shark data to obtain the ratio of fin weight to body weight of sharks. Overall, 413 sharks belonging to 9 species were caught on 62,464 hooks. The total weight of the sharks caught was 11,093 kg. The ratio of wet fin weight to body round weight of sharks by species ranged from 3.7% to 7.7%, while the mean was 5.4%. The total ratio of wet fin weight to the dry fin weight of sharks ranged 0.38 to 0.70 and the mean value was 0.53. The ratio of dry fin weight to the body round weight of the sharks was estimated to be 2.86%.

Esp8266모듈을 이용한 소형 데이터 통합 및 융합장치 설계 (Design of Compact Data Integration and Convergence Device Using Esp8266 Module)

  • 본 논문에서는 Esp8266 모듈과 Node.js, TCP/IP 소켓 통신을 이용하여 소형경량 데이터 통합장치를 설계하였다. 본 장치는 Wifi연결 기능을 지원하는 Esp8266모듈을 사용하여 서버와 클라이언트를 구성하고, TCP/IP의 소켓 통신을 사용하여 양방향 데이터 전송을 지원하도록 구성하였다. 서버는 Node.js 운영체제를 사용하여 구성하고 Mysql을 사용하여 데이터를 통합할 수 있게 하였으며, 네트워크는 홈 네트워크와 같이 공유기를 중심으로 사설 IP를 부여하여 Esp8266이 각각 독립적인 IP를 가지게 설계하였다. 본 장치는 양방향으로 데이터를 전송 할 수 있고, 서버 측에서 각각의 클라이언트 데이터들을 저장할 수 있으며 또한 Wire-Shark를 통해 양방향으로 전송되어지는 데이터의 흐름을 확인할 수 있어서 소형의 실시간 데이터 통합 및 융합 장치로 활용할 수 있다.
