  • In this paper, we propose a micro payment service based on Open API (Payment & Account Management API). To support a business model that enables operators to offer integrated billing, a payment and an account management API is crucial. This service is based on the architecture of Parlay X web services[1, 2]. We described the network architecture and the logic procedure for a micro payment service.

Effect of Microstructure on the Strain Aging Properties of API X70 Pipeline Steels (API X70 라인파이프 강재의 변형 시효 특성에 미치는 미세조직의 영향)

  • This study deals with the effect of microstructure factors on the strain aging properties of API X70 pipeline steels with different microstructure fractions and grain sizes. The grain size and microstructure fraction of the API pipeline steels are analyzed by optical and scanning electron microscopy and electron backscatter diffraction analysis. Tensile tests before and after 1 % pre-strain and thermal aging treatment are conducted to simulate pipe forming and coating processes. All the steels are composed mostly of polygonal ferrite, acicular ferrite, granular bainite, and bainitic ferrite. After 1 % pre-strain and thermal aging treatment, the tensile test results reveal that yield strength, tensile strength and yield ratio increase, while uniform elongation decreases with an increasing thermal aging temperature. The increment of yield and tensile strengths are affected by the fraction of bainitic ferrite with high dislocation density because the mobility of dislocations is inhibited by interaction between interstitial atoms and dislocations in bainitic ferrite. On the other hand, the variation of yield ratio and uniform elongation is the smallest in the steel with the largest grain size because of the decrease in the grain boundary area for dislocation pile-ups and the presence of many dislocations inside large grains after 1 % pre-strain.

Estimation of fracture toughness of X65 and X70 steels by DWTT (X65 및 X70강 가스배관의 DWTT 및 파괴인성평가)

  • DWTT (Drop Weigh Tearing Test) is one critical method that can exhibit the fracture properties of line pipe steel, since it estimates the properties with real pipe steel. In this study, the ductile portion, inverse fracture ratio and absorbed energy of API X65 and X70 line pipe steels were estimated with temperature variation. Both steels showed that the ratio of ductile area and absorbed energy were decreased with respect to decreasing the test temperature. However, while the ductile fracture behavior exhibited until $-40^{\circ}C$ for the X70 steel, but it showed until $-30^{\circ}C$ for the X65 steel. The fracture properties were discussed with respect to test temperatures.

  • 개방형 네트워크로의 진화는 third­party업체들의 참여를 가능하게 하였고. third­party애플리케이션의 대표적인 예로 VoIP를 들 수 있다. 최근 플랫폼에 중립적이며, 언제 어디서나 손쉽게 접근할 수 있는 Web 서비스의 등장은 많은 개발자들의 흥미를 유발하고 있다. 이에 Parlay Group에서는 개방형 네트워크에서 Web서비스를 지원하기위해 Parlay X API를 제정하였다. 본고에서는 개방형 네트워크에서의 Web서비스 제공을 위한 방법으로 VoIP Web서비스를 구현하여 Parlay X API를 활용하여 보았다.

  • 가정용 및 산업용으로 사용되고 있는 천연가스는 70kg/cm1의 압력으로 지하에 매설되어 있는 API 5L X65재질의 배관을 통하여 공급되고 있다 생산기지에서 공급되는 압력이 70kg1cmr이지만 가스소비량에 따라 계절별 및 월별 가스 내압이 변화되고 있다. 하루에도 최대 2회정도 주기적으로 변화를 보이고 있다. 본 연구에서는 API 5L X65등급의 가스배관 모재 및 용접부에 일정한 형태의 가우지 결함을 가공하여 현재 사용중인 내압 조건과 유사한 내압변화를 재현하여 피로수명을 평가하였다.(중략)

A Study on Hydrogen Damage in Base Metal of API X70 (API X70강 배관 모재부의 수소 손상에 관한 연구)

  • In this study, hydrogen charging was conducted for API X70 steel by the electro-chemical hydrogen charging method. Right after hydrogen was diffused from the specimen surface to the inside of the X70, the small punch tests and hydrogen concentration analysis was conducted within 5 minutes. Hydrogen was analyzed by melting the whole specimen and detect the gas after melting. Mechanical properties were measured by the small punch (SP) testing. Fracture surface and specimen surface were observed using scanning electron microscope. Three tests were repeated for study sensitivity of the SP test results under a same charging condition. It was observed that the variation of the maximum load, SP displacement at failure, hydrogen concentration as the charging period was not much in the case of X70 as the other steel such as Inconel. It can be argued that X70 base metal may have high hydrogen damage resistance and hydrogen diffusion in the base metal would not cause much embrittlement. Limitations of the SP test with 0.5 mm thickness for hydrogen damage test for X70 were discussed.

Yield strength estimation of X65 and X70 steel pipe with relatively low t/D ratio

  • During the pipe forming process, a steel plate undergoes inelastic behavior multiple times under a load condition repeating tension and compression in the circumferential direction. It derives local reduction or increase of yield strength within the thickness of steel pipes by the plastic hardening and Bauschinger effect. In this study, a combined hardening model is proposed to effectively predict variations of yield strength in the circumferential direction of API-X65 and X70 steel pipes with relatively low t/D ratio during the forming process, which is expected to experience accumulated plastic strain of 2~3%, the typical Lüder band range in a low-carbon steel. Cyclic tensile tests of API-X65 and X70 steels were performed, and the parameters of the proposed model for the steels were calibrated using the test results. Bending-flattening tests to simulate repeated tension and compression during pipe forming were followed for API-X65 and X70 steels, and the results were compared with those by the proposed model and Zou et al. (2016), in order to verify the process of material model calibration based on tension-compression cyclic test, and the accuracy of the proposed model. Finally, parametric analysis for the yield strength of the steel plate in the circumferential direction of UOE pipe was conducted to investigate the effects of t/D and expansion ratios after O-forming on the yield strength. The results confirmed that the model by Zou et al. (2016) underestimated the yield strength of steel pipe with relatively low t/D ratio, and the parametric analysis showed that the t/D and expansion ratio have a significant impact on the strength of steel pipe.

  • 자바가상머신(Java Virtual Machine: JVM)을 이용하는데 있어서 GUI(Graphic User Interface)는 JVM 을 탑재한 제품을 사용하는 사람들에게 제품에 대한 편리한 그래픽 환경을 제공하는데 목적이 있다. AWT(Abstract Window Toolkit)는 JavaTM 프로그램에서 GUI를 제공하기 위한 표준 API인 JFC(Java Foundation Class)의 일부분이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 리눅스 기반 자바 AWT API를 구현하는데 있어 가장 핵심 부분인 이벤트 처리가 X 윈도우 시스템과 자바 AWT API 사이에서 어떻게 상호작용하며 이루어지는지에 대해 기술하고 있다.

  • Demand of the clean and convenient natural gas has continuously increased with recognizing of the environment problem since liquefied natural gas was introduced in Korea. Clean fuel natural gas was supplied to each city through high tensile strength pipeline connected by welding. Grades of pipeline were divided into the high and middle pressure according to supply pressure. Pipeline was welded mainly SMA welding process due to its easy handling, the other welding process was adopted according to the constructing condition. We were examined on the microstructure variation and mechanical properties of weld metal for high pressure pipeline, API 5L X-42.
