This paper examines the roles, main contents, and writing guidelines of ethical codes, and analyses the developmental process and characteristics of ethical codes of scientific and technological communities in Korea. Korean communities occasionally tried for ethical codes from the 1970s to the 1990s, and have paid a serious attention to ethical codes in the 2000s. The forms of ethical codes became more sophisticated pursuing detailed commentary and ethical education. The focus of contents changed from professional dignity to social responsibility, and the importance of research integrity became embossed in the 2000s. Scientific and technological communities in Korea should make or revise ethical codes with self-imposed control considering realistic operation.

In this study, the goal is to spread profound knowledge and theory through providing with accumulated methods in mathematics education to the students who are relatively neglected in educational benefits. The process is divided into 3 categories: mathematics for obtaining common sense and intelligence, practical math for application, and math as a liberal art to elevate their characters. Furthermore, it includes the reasons for studying math, improving problem-solving skills, machinery application learning, introduction to code(cipher) theory and game theory, utilizing GSP to geometry learning, and mathematical relations to sports and art. Based on these materials, the next step(goal) is to train graduate students to conduct researches in teaching according to the teaching plan, as well as developing interesting and effective teaching plan for the remote high school learners.

'Thinking and Expression' develops comprehensive problem-solving ability to solve various problems in life and society by cultivating thinking skills such as creative, logical, reflective thinking, and connected thinking and communication ability to communicate one's thoughts through writing and speaking. This is a college basic liberal arts course established to improve students. The purpose of this study is to introduce the case of rewriting of literature reading and healing performed as an extension of storytelling learning in 'Thinking and Expression' class. In class, we read Michel Tournier's short story "Let Joy Remain in Me" and shared our feelings about the final scene of the work. Then, we each presented a question that came to mind as we read the work, and we shared our thoughts with the members of the group. Next, the students created the content that will follow the last scene of the work with the direction of healing. Through this, we tried to read the work carefully and deeply appreciate its contents, and we had time to feel the creative experience of the reader re-creating the meaning of the work and the effect of healing rewriting. Then, we turned the direction of reflection to the realm of the reader's own life and expressed their desired future self in writing, imagining that it had already been realized. Through this, we tried to discover the meaning of practical rewriting towards self-actualization.

Since socioscientific issues (SSI) reflect various characteristics of new technologies designed to meet the incessant human needs in the contemporary society, this study explores the feasibility of adapting nature of technology (NOT) to analyze students' socioscientific decision-making. To achieve the aim, forty-five college students enrolled in a liberal arts course on science and technology studies participated in the study and responded to a GMO (golden rice) scenario in a written form. Four major viewpoints were identified from their writing: 1) is the technological artifact able to solve a societal problem?, 2) are there some alternatives to solve the societal problem?, 3) what kinds of side effects or flaws could turn up during distribution and consumption of the technological artifact?, and 4) can we cope with the technological uncertainty? We revisited the viewpoints within the NOT framework (technology as a 'fix,' cultural context and role of values, technological trade-offs, technology as a system, and technological progression). As a result, unlike NOS, NOT were quite explicitly represented in their decision-making and students' level of understanding on NOT varied. It indicates that NOT can be a promising construct for cultivating informed SSI decision-making.
