Combined hepatocellular-cholangiocarcinoma (cHCC-CCA) is a primary liver cancer (PLC) with both hepatocytic and cholangiocytic phenotypes. Recently, the World Health Organization (WHO) updated its histological classification system for cHCC-CCA. Compared to the previous WHO histological classification system, the new version no longer recognizes subtypes of cHCC-CCA with stem cell features. Furthermore, some of these cHCC-CCA subtypes with stem cell features have been recategorized as either hepatocellular carcinomas (HCCs) or intrahepatic cholangiocarcinomas (ICCs). Additionally, distinctive diagnostic terms for intermediate cell carcinomas and cholangiolocarcinomas (previous cholangiolocellular carcinoma subtype) are now recommended. It is important for radiologists to understand these changes because of its potential impact on the imaging-based diagnosis of HCC, particularly because cHCC-CCAs frequently manifest as HCC mimickers, ICC mimickers, or as indeterminate on imaging studies. Therefore, in this review, we introduce the 2019 WHO classification system for cHCC-CCA, illustrate important imaging features characteristic of its subtypes, discuss the impact on imaging-based diagnosis of HCC, and address other important considerations.

Training for radiation protection and control requires a visual understanding of radiation, which cannot be perceived by the human senses. Trainees must also master the effective use of measuring instruments. Traditionally, such training has exposed trainees to radiation sources. Here, we present a novel e-training strategy that enables safe, exposure-free handling of a radiation measuring tool called a survey meter. Our mixed reality radiation-training system merges the physical world with a digital one. Collaborating with a mixed reality headset (HoloLens 2), this system constructs a mock-up of a survey meter in real-world space. The HoloLens 2 employs a browser-based application to visualize radiation and to simulate/share the use of the survey meter, including its physical movements. To provide a dynamic learning experience, the system adjusts the survey-meter mock-up readings according to the operator's movements, distance from the radiation source, the response time of survey meter, and shielding levels. Through this approach, we expect that trainees will acquire practical skills in interpreting survey-meter readings and gain a visual understanding of radiation in real-world situations.

I searched what problem is to design game system that do earth environment simulation. And I asserted development of environment information system to approach game system that do earth environment simulation by easier method. Environment information system is system that process status information of stand-by status, wind, wind speed, topography etc.. of game World.

The absence of the commensurable general mass media system theory has been problematic in empirical communication studies. This study first suggests the static mass media system theory based on modified Habermas's two level society, and then develops the dynamic mass media system theory based on the boundary-agencement theory that synthesizes Luhmann's boundary theory and Delueze & Guattari's agencement theory. In the static mass media system theory, the mass media system interpenetrates other social subsystems and the life world as a part of the cultural system coordinated by generalized language media. In the dynamic mass media system theory, the mass media system is a boundary of all social subsystems. The mass media system also articulates its self-referential observations to other-referential observations from other subsystems, mediated interpenetrations between the social subsystems and the life world. Especially, performances in the mass media system deterritorizes social systems to the life world, and reterritorizes the life world to social systems. The general mass media system theory can provide commensurability for various empirical mass media system studies, and prevent biases when researchers choose research topics.

Lactobacillus johnsonii 7409N31 was isolated from the feces of a healthy 11-day-old Hanwoo calf from a farm in Geochang-gun, Gyeongsangnam-do, Korea. The genome of the strain was completely sequenced using the PacBio RSII sequencing system, and it was confirmed that it was composed of one circular chromosome. The size of the entire genome was 2,198,442 bp, and it had 35.01 mol% guanine + cytosine (G + C) content and 2,222 protein-coding sequences, 24 rRNA, 3 ncRNA, and 112 tRNA genes. Strain 7409N31 possessed genes encoding enzymes involved in the hydrolysis of both fibrous and non-fibrous carbohydrates. These data provide a comprehensive theoretical understanding for developing industrial probiotic feed additives that improve nutrient digestibility.

With agreement from the US, EU, and other countries, China joined in WTO(World Trade Organization) on December 1, 2001. So it is expected that Korea will not expand bilateral trade but also face severe competition with China for world and Chinese market. After Chinese accession to WTO, the aspect of Korean companies may be considered to be reduced the aspect of opportunity and risk by half. Accordingly, Korean domestic companies have to search countermeasures optimized to get global competition by considering the aspect of opportunity and risk. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to review the potential possibility of China as a world market and to provide countermeasures for major Korean domestic industries.

This paper designed internet search engine and understand structure of that drawing URL which is optimized, and secure embodiment technology using OOPL(Object-Oriented Programming Language). Also, compare with existent domestic manufacture search engines and system that propose showed that the bad link rate is improved in this paper.

Especially over the last two decades, the birth and unprecedented growth of wireless is really marvelous and further holds tremendous promise into the future. This wireless and emerging technologies will offer extensive opportunities to handle many ITS user services, and alter many of the traditional paradigms of transportation.
