This paper reviews the 6-Month Challenge Platform Program, a short-term intensive start-up supporting program in Korea, which will be launched late 2015 to promote economic growth by taking new ideas and transforming them into new products and start-ups in connection with the Creative Economy Town and the Creative Economy Innovation Centers under the Creative Economy Policy.

The advanced development of the world's economies requires a detailed study of the impact of factors on the level of digitalization, to ensure economic growth and promote the use of information and communication technologies in the digital economy. Digitalization of the world's economies is ensured through the implementation of relevant regulations and policy decisions to implement public policy and strategy of the digital economy. The purpose of the study is to establish the pattern of the impact of factors on the level of digitalization of world economies by conducting a regression analysis to reflect the dependence of the impact of factors on the level of digitalization in 25 economies (by IMD digital competitiveness), to check the level of digitalization of the world's economies. It is necessary to analyze the ranking of countries in the world according to the DiGiX Index, IMD, and DESI Digital Competitiveness Rating. Research methods: information synthesis method; regression analysis; systematization, and generalization. Results. It was found that because of regression analysis, the value of the coefficient of determination indicates that the regression model by 78% explains the relationship between future readiness of countries to implement digital technologies and information and communication technologies, but there are still a small number of other factors not included in the regression model. It is determined that the greatest progress among EU member states for the period 2015-2020 according to the DESI index belongs to Ireland, the Netherlands, Malta, and Spain. It is established that Estonia, Spain, and Denmark are in the lead in the DESI rating, in terms of e-government implementation. The study found that the impact of factors on the level of digitalization of world economies contributes to solving current economic problems through further implementation of information and communication technologies and improving legislation in the digital economy, which will ensure the implementation of effective digital policy. It is established that ensuring the appropriate level of digitalization of the world's economies should solve the problems in the digital economy sector faced by governments and businesses, which requires the implementation of measures to regulate and ensure the continued operation of the digital economy.

The world Economy has rearranged into three economic block. Especially, the nation's economy in Northeast area are an engine of world economic development. Among these nations in Northeast area china has done a main role of the development of world economy. Owing to raising of the China economy, the Export-Import of container load has rapidly increased in this area. So it is very important of the nation to manage a port. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to analysis a port of Masan and to search the way of development. To accomplish this purpose, I will analyze a logistics circumstance in northeast area and a port of Pusan and Jinhae. In conclusion, government and local government must enlarge the investment to develope the port of Masan. Local government should do its best effort to solve the problem of port of Masan. And all citizen should recognize that a development of the port of Masan will be the engine of the raising of Masan.

The main purpose of the study is to determine the main features of the socio-economic development of the countries of the world under the influence of the digital economy and COVID-19. The modern world has already taken the first step towards a fundamentally new technological, economic and social reality. However, the challenges facing the modern industrial society cannot be overestimated. We are talking about changing the global socio-technological order, the consequence of which is a complete reformatting of the systems familiar to us, the formation of new social and economic strategies. the technological paradigm is immediately changing, management models and social norms are changing, large-scale demographic shifts are taking place. As a result of the study, key aspects of socio-economic development in the digital economy were identified.

전 세계 수출입 물동량 중 95% 이상이 해상 수송되고 있다. 이처럼 세계 무역에서 해상 수송이 차지하는 비중이 매우 높다는 점에 주목하여, 본 연구는 해상 물동량과 세계 경제(세계 GDP) 간의 회귀분석을 수행함으로써 상관관계를 추정하였다. 즉, 패널 데이터 분석과 확률효과 모형 분석을 통해 품목별 해상 물동량이 세계 경제 성장에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 실증 분석하였다. 분석 과정에서 해상 물동량을 10개 품목별로 분류하고, 해당 품목의 무역량 변화에 따라 세계 GDP가 얼마만큼 영향을 받는지 추정하였다. 이와 더불어 그랜저 인과성 검정을 수행하여 해상 물동량과 세계 GDP 변수 간의 선후 관계를 검증하고, LR(Likelihood ratio) 검정을 실시하여 확률효과 모형을 통해 회귀분석 하였다. 본 연구의 분석 결과는 정부의 무역 관련 정책을 수립하는 데 많은 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다.

온라인 게임을 필두로 가상 세계는 급속한 성장을 거듭하고 있다. 그리고 그 가상 세계에 있는 가상 자산과 그 자산이 유통되는 가상 경제가 현실 경제와 맞물려, 주고받는 영향력 또한 점점 늘어나고 있다. 이에 가상 세계나 경제 혹은 자산에 대한 논의가 활발해지고 있다. 하지만 여전히 사회의 법적 환경적 조건과 기업의 정책에 따라서 가상 경제의 양상이 매우 다양해질 수 있다는 점은 간과되고 있다. 그 까닭에 실천적인 관점에서 가상 경제의 영향력이 체계적으로 관리되지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 가상 세계를 6개의 주체와 5종류의 거래를 가진 시스템으로 보고, 거래 조합의 경우가 24가지로 도출될 수 있음을 보이며, 그 중 4가지 대표 유형을 뽑아 그 특성을 정리했다. 이와 같은 유형 분류는 특징을 더 잘 이해하게 해 줄 뿐만 아니라, 함의들을 통하여 향후 가상세계의 관리 및 개선 노력에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다.

During the past decade after entering the World Trade Organization (WTO), China has quickened its integration into the global economy while its foreign trade has been further invigorated. On the 10th anniversary of China's accession to the WTO, the Chinese government issues White Paper to give a comprehensive introduction to China's foreign trade development. Through this paper, the Chinese government introduces I. Historic Progress in China's Foreign Trade II. Reform of and Improvements to China's Foreign Trade System III. The Development of China's Foreign Trade Contributes to the World Economy IV. Promoting Basically Balanced Growth of Foreign Trade V. Constructing All-round Economic and Trade Partnerships with Mutually Beneficial Cooperation VI. Realizing Sustainable Development of Foreign Trade. At present, the underlying impact of the international financial crisis, the protracted, arduous and complicated nature of the world economic recovery is manifesting itself, and the global economic structure and trade layout face in-depth readjustment. China will make new adjustments to its foreign trade, in an effort to turn foreign trade from scale expansion to quality and profit improvement, and from mainly relying on its low-cost advantage to enhancing its comprehensive competitive edge, thereby turning China from a big trading country to a strong trading power. China's foreign trade is still hampered by many uncertainties and is bound to meet new difficulties and challenges. During the 12th Five-year Plan period China will open itself wider to the outside world as a driver for further reform, development and innovation, make full use of its advantages, strengthen international cooperation in all respects. And at the same time China integrate itself into the world economy on a wider scale and at a higher level. China is willing to work with its trading partners to cope with the various challenges facing the world economy and trade, and promote its foreign trade to realize a more balanced, coordinated and sustainable development, and share prosperity and mutually beneficial results with its trading partners.

신흥시장국의 약진과 함께 세계경제의 다극화체제(Multipolar World Economy)가 뚜렷해지면서 새롭게 부상하는 신흥시장국의 경제력을 반영하여 이들 국가의 통화를 국제화하려는 시도가 전개되고 있다. 한편 현재 국제통화의 흐름을 보면 그 자격요건과 실질적 위상의 불일치가 존재함을 발견할 수 있는데, 신흥시장국의 통화는 세계경제에서 차지하는 경제규모 및 교역량에 비해 실제위상이 과소평가된 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 5개 주요 국제통화(달러, 엔, 유로, 파운드, 스위스프랑)를 대상으로 국제통화의 결정요인에 대한 실증분석을 시도하였다. 분석결과 경제규모, 무역규모, 그리고 물가 및 환율 안정이 가장 크게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과를 바탕으로 향후 국제통화의 모습을 전망해 볼 때 중국 위안화가 새로운 국제통화로 부상할 가능성이 큰 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 우리나라는 중국 위안화의 국제화 가능성을 염두에 두고 역내 경제통합과 더 나아가 통화통합 등의 이슈를 선점할 필요가 있다.

Purpose: The purpose of this article is to study the theory of railway transport in Azerbaijan. And also to determine the economic importance of this mode of transport and analyze its relationship with the country's GDP. Research design, data and methodology: This paper studies the theory of railway transport with a focus on the case of Azerbaijan. The economic value of this type of transport is determined, and its relationship with countries' GDP was analyzed. A qualitative model of multiple regressions was developed to characterize the dependence of the GDP of Azerbaijan on the performance of the railway industry. The feasibility of the Gauss-Markov hypotheses was analyzed. Finally, an economic interpretation of the results from the developed model is provided. Results: The results show that the main factors of this dependence are the length of roads and the average monthly salary of employees of the railway industry in Azerbaijan. Conclusions: Therefore, it can be concluded that rail transport contributes to the country's economy. The commencement of active work on the new railway Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway will increase contribution to the economy of Azerbaijan. The development of railway transportation is important for the country's economy, as it will contribute to the development of other sectors in Azerbaijan.
