에어로빅 체조가 젊은 여성의 건강 증진에 미치는 효과 (A Study of Aerobic Workout on Health Promotion in Young Women)

  • Currently, health promotion is an important issue in health policy for world citizens. Aerobic workout may be one way to attain health promotion. In recent years, there ave been many studies to evaluate the effects of exercise on obese people and various patients. However, there are few studies in which both physiological and psycho-perceptual aspects of health romotion for healthy people have been evaluated. Purpose: This study focused on evaluating the holistic effect of an 8 week aerobic workout for health promotion in young women. Method: This quasi-experimental study was designed as a nonequivalent control group pre-post test study. Forty healthy college women, aged between 20 and 25 volunteered for the study. Twenty women took 30 minutes of exercise a day for five days a week over 8 weeks with Jane Fonda's aerobic workout program. Twenty women participated as controls. The aerobic workout program consisted of warm-up for arms, waist, abdominal, leg, hips, buttocks and cool down exercises. Result: After the eight weeks of aerobic exercise, changes in health related fitness components through the In Body Test, skin fold, circumference of body, Body image, Self concept, Mood and Self-efficacy were compared. The results areas follows ; 1. Following the 8 week aerobic workout, health related body components, and fitness scores, increased significantly (P < 0.05) and skin fold for four sites (right upper arm, scapular, abdomen, supra ilium), and circumference of mid thigh decreased significantly (P<0.05, p<0.005, P<0.001) compared to the control group. 2. Following the 8 week aerobic workout, there was a significant increase in Self-concept and Mood (P<0.005 and 0.001) compared to the control group. Conclusion: According to these results, it is concluded that 8 weeks of aerobic workout have a positive effect on young women's holistic health promotion.

Do Wearable Devices Change Behavior? A Study of Smart Fitness Trackers

  • Purpose The study focuses on the physical activity behavior change effect of smart wristband, which is the most popular type of fitness tracker nowadays. The purpose of the research is to investigate how people's workout behavior may change after wearing a smart band and examine what kind of role persuasive design plays in behavior change. Design/Methodology/Approach This research employed an experimental study to examine whether the user's workout behaviors changed after using wristband from the "Behavior Wizard" perspective. A representative smart wristband from a major vendor was selected as the objects of experimental study. In the experiment, by comparing users' workout behavior before and after using the wristband, behavior changes of all the experiment participants were classified into one of the 15 behavior change types. Users perceived persuasive design characteristics were measured and group differences were tested among different behavior change groups. Findings This research found that nearly half of the participants changed their workout behavior while half retained their workout status or no exercise status. Half of the participants who did not do exercise in their spare time started walking in the experiment. Results also showed that participants who started working out perceived higher levels of persuasive design devised into the smart band than participants who preserved no exercise status, except for facilitation and reward strategies. Participants who retained workout and those who increased workout frequency perceived no difference in smart band persuasive design.

저강도 웨이트 트레이닝이 여성노인의 골밀도와 신체조성에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Lower Weight Training on Bone Mineral Density and Body Composition in Old-Aged Women)

  • The purpose of this study is for old-aged women to analysis variation of Body composition and BMD so that help to keep healthy life by doing low-intensity workout. the subjects for this study consist of 20 persons being aged over 65 women, doing not regular workout, living in P metropolitan, and do workout for 12 weeks by catergorizing into 2 groups in half depending upon whether doing workout or not. Two-way Repeated Measures ANOVA of SPSS 18.0 was used for data processing. the statistical significant is set as p<.05. In result, there's none of dramatical difference in radius, ulna's BMD. there is dramatical difference in (%)Fat, WHR in workout group but none difference in LBM.

Critical financial variation of ratios between healthy and workout construction firms

  • As domestic recession has had an adverse impact on many Korean companies in Korea, financial soundness has become a critical issues. It is essential to identify financial risk factors to prevent workout as well as to improve the financial condition of domestic construction companies. Therefore, this study derived important management indicators and the financial ratios that belong to each indicator through a comparative analysis between healthy companies and workout companies with financial statement. As a consequence, key financial ratios are derived into 3 of 25 ratios; Equity Ratio in stability indicator, Total Asset Turnover Ratio in activity indicator, and Labor Equipment Ratio in productivity indicator. So, Korean construction firms are required close monitoring these critical financial ratios indicating variation between construction companies which have opposing statuses in finance in order to keep sound financial condition and increase productivity.

Effects of Pre- and Post-workout Energy Bar Supplementation on Blood Lactate and Fitness in Young Adults with CrossFit Training: A randomized crossover study

  • Purpose : Energy bars are increasingly popular among active individuals, yet their timing and nutrient combinations' impact on exercise adaptation remains unclear. This study aims to address this knowledge gap by investigating whether the combination of pre- and post-workout supplementation can synergistically enhance fitness and alleviate fatigue in trained CrossFit participants. Investigate if combining pre- and post-workout supplements can enhance fitness and blood lactate management in trained CrossFit participants, potentially improving exercise performance for this group. Methods : In a randomized crossover study, 20 trained CrossFit individuals (11 males, 9 females) completed thrice-weekly 60-minute CrossFit sessions for 3 weeks, with a one-week washout period. Participants were randomly assigned to either a chocolate bar group (CH, 45 g, 225 kcal) or an energy bar group (ES, 48 g, 238 kcal, with protein, caffeine, taurine, and BCAAs). For one week, participants consumed two bars of their assigned supplement five minutes before and after workouts. After a washout period, they switched supplements. Blood lactate levels and a visual analog scale (VAS) were assessed before, immediately after, and 30 minutes post-workout. Fitness tests (hand grip, broad jump, sit-ups) were conducted at baseline and 30 minutes post-final workout. Data were analyzed using two-way repeated measures ANOVA (p<.05), 95 % confidence intervals, and magnitude inferences. Results : Hand grip strength (t=-5.60, p=.000), broad jump (t=-3.43, p=.003) and sit up (t=-3.94, p=.001) were significantly increased in the ES group. Compared to CH group, there was a significant time and group interactions for blood lactate level (F=5.51, p=.008) and VAS(F=31.67, p=.000) in the ES group. Conclusion : Pre- and post-workout energy bar supplementation may have a beneficial effect on blood lactate clearance and fitness in trained CrossFit individual. The combination of proprietary supplements taken may provide benefits for removing the blood lactate during high-intensity functional exercise.

영상처리 및 머신러닝 기술을 이용하는 운동 및 식단 보조 애플리케이션 (Application for Workout and Diet Assistant using Image Processing and Machine Learning Skills)

  • 본 논문에서는 홈 트레이닝 인구가 늘어나면서 증가한 운동과 식단 보조 서비스에 대한 수요를 충족시키기 위해 운동 및 식단 보조 애플리케이션을 개발하였다. 애플리케이션은 카메라를 통해 실시간으로 촬영되는 사용자의 운동 자세를 분석하여, 안내선과 음성을 이용해 올바른 자세를 유도하는 기능을 가진다. 또한, 사용자가 사진을 촬영하면 사진에 포함된 음식들을 분류하고 각 음식의 양을 추정하여, 칼로리 등의 영양 정보를 계산하여 제공하는 기능을 가진다. 영양 정보 계산은 외부의 서버에서 수행되도록 구성했다. 서버는 계산된 결과를 애플리케이션으로 전송하고, 애플리케이션은 결과를 받아 시각적으로 출력한다. 추가로, 운동 결과와 영양 정보는 날짜별로 저장하고 확인할 수 있도록 하였다.

건설산업의 특성을 고려한 워크아웃기업의 가치평가 : Black·Scholes 모형을 중심으로 (Valuation of workout firms considering characteristics of the construction industry : focused on Black·Scholes Models)

  • 우리나라의 건설산업은 그 규모에 비해 국가의 핵심 산업으로 역할을 수행하고 있다. 하지만 글로벌 경제위기 이후 건설산업은 치명적인 타격을 받았으며 경제와 금융 시장의 안정성을 확보하기 위해 재무구조가 불안정한 기업을 구조조정하게 되었다. 신용등급 하락에 의한 기업의 워크아웃은 경기악화에 의한 외적인 요인과 재무제표 상으로 나타나는 내적인 요인을 바탕으로 이루어 졌다. 그러나 건설산업은 재무제표만으로는 평가할 수 없는 특성을 가지고 있으며 이를 제외한 가치평가는 합리적이지 못하다고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 워크아웃 기업의 특성을 고려하여 평가할 수 있는 평가모형을 제시와 시사점 도출을 목적으로 기업의 가치를 DCF와 Black Scholes 모형을 통해 비교 분석하였으며 시장가치와의 비교를 통해 기업가치의 저 고평가 여부를 확인하였다. 그 결과 사례기업인 4개 기업 중 2개의 기업의 가치가 시장가치보다 높게 나타나는 것을 확인하였다.

홈 트레이닝 앱 사용이 언택트 시대의 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Using Home Training App on Quality of Life in the Untact Era)

  • 코로나-19의 전염을 피하기 위해 전세계적으로 실외 활동이 줄어지고 집에서 생활하는 시간이 길어지고 있다. 그 결과 신체 활동이 저하되면서 지루함과 불안감 및 면역저하를 호소하는 사람들이 늘고 있다. 실내 생활이 장기화하면서 집에서 할 수 있는 다양한 방식의 홈 트레이닝이 활성화되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 언택트 시대에 생긴 코로나 블루(지루함 및 사회적 불안감)가 홈 트레이닝 앱의 사용을 통해 삶의 질에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 연구하였다. 중국 설문조사 전문 사이트를 사용하여 중국인을 대상으로 설문지를 수집하였으며, 최종적으로 383개의 적정 자료를 SPSS24.0와 AMOS 24.0를 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과에 의하면, 홈 트레이닝을 실제 사용한 경험이 삶의 질에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤고, 언택트 시대에 대한 사용자가 지각하는 사회적 불안감이 높을수록 홈 트레이닝 앱에 대한 상호작용성과 운동만족도가 높은것으로 나타났다. 홈 트레이닝 앱은 소비자의 지루하다는 심리를 해소하는 결과를 넘어서 보다 긍정적인 효과인 운동만족 및 삶의 질을 높일 수 있기에, 다양한 디지털 서비스의 통로로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

워크아웃 중소기업의 성공과 실패 요인 (Success and Failure Factors for Workout SMEs)

  • 본 연구는 국내 중소기업을 대상으로 구조조정에 성공한 기업과 실패한 기업의 재무적 요인을 분석하였다. 연구에 필요한 표본은 2008~2014년 재무적 곤경으로 인해 금융기관 워크아웃을 개시한 494개의 중소기업 자료를 중소기업 지원 은행인 A은행으로부터 수집하여 로지스틱 회귀분석과 t-검정을 실시하였다. 아울러 분석자료의 신뢰성을 높이기 위해 외감기업과 비외감기업을 구분하여 추가분석 하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 중소기업 전체 표본의 경우 총자산규모가 작을수록, 매출액규모가 클수록, 무형자산비율이 낮을수록, 매출액영업이익률이 높을수록, 단기부채비율이 낮을수록, 장기부채비율이 높을수록, 그리고 업력이 길수록 등이 워크아웃 성공요인으로 작용되는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 외감기업과 비외감기업으로 구분하여 비교한 결과에서는 차이점이 발견되었다. 셋째, 중소기업을 대상으로 분석한 본 연구에서는 재무적 곤경에 처한 기업의 구조조정 결과(성공)에 영향을 미치는 재무적 요인 중 일부는 대기업 중심의 선행연구와 같은 결과를 보여주었지만, 일부는 전혀 의미가 없거나 반대 부호의 결과가 나타남으로써 중소기업만의 독특한 성공요인이 작용됨을 확인할 수 있었다.

제주지역 농가부채의 구조 분석과 개선방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Current State and Improvement Schemes of Farm Household Debt in Jeju Province)

  • The purpose of this paper is to review current state of farm household's debt which is considered as one of the biggest problem in the rural community, to analyze the cause of farm household debt rising in Jeju province, and to make improvement schemes on how this problem of farm household debt could be alleviated. In order to achieve these objectives, raw data are collected from the interviews with 400 farming households in Jeju region. The results of the study are as follows; An average amount of total farm households debt was 42,000 thousand won in 2005, but an average of farm households debt excluding no debt farm households was increased by 10,000 thousand to 51,750 thousand won. But the debt properties are variable according to the farm type. Non-citrus farmers, younger farmers, rural area resident farmers hold more debt problems than other type. Among total farm households, 30 percent showed over 40 percent leverage ratio(debt/total assets), which is considered as risky or heavily indebted. Therefore, I designed a workout program and a program of land liquidation for heavily indebted farm households in Korea.
