일부 치과기공사의 임파워먼트와 자기효능감 이직의도와의 관계연구 (A Study on the relationship of Empowerment, Self-efficacy and Turnover intention of dental technician)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship of empowerment, self-efficacy and turnover intention of dental technicians. The subjects of this study were selected by haphazard sampling and the size was 142 of the dental technician. The results were analyzed with spss/pc+ and the conclusion is as follows ; 1. The mean of dental technicians empowerment was 3.24, Self-efficacy was 3.51, and their turnover intention was 2.72. 2. In characteristics of subjects, turnover experience and position are significantly different in empowerment. 3. In characteristics of subjects, a working experience, income, position, marriage and turnover experience are significantly different in self-efficacy. 4. In characteristics of subjects, a position and a working experience are significantly different in turnover intention. 5. Empowerment showed a positive correlation with self-efficacy and a negative correlation with turnover intention. The above results is different from other empowerment studys which empowerment is related with self-efficacy and turnover intention. The study on empowerment is important in the aspect of stratege for increasement of work performance.

병원간호사의 폭력경험, 감정노동, 직무 스트레스가 우울에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Violence Experience, Emotional Labor, and Job Stress on Clinical Nurses' Depression)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of violence experience, emotional labor and job stress on clinical nurses' depression and to provide suggestions for improving the quality of patient care. Methods: This research involved 257 clinical nurses who were working at an acute care hospital with at least 200 beds in S city and K province. Data were collected from May 23 to June 7 in 2014 and were analyzed using IBM SPSS version 21.0. Results: The results show that 98.1% of subjects had violence experience in the past year and the violence experience included 44.4% physical threat, 37.5% verbal violence and 18.1% physical violence. The average scores were emotional labor 3.57, job stress 3.54 and depression 21.16. There were positive correlations among violence experience, emotional labor, job stress and depression (p<.01). There were also significant co-relationships between depression and violence experience (r=.21, p=.001), between depression and emotional labor (r=.48, p<.001) and between depression and job stress (r=.31, p<.001). Conclusion: The results suggest that it is necessary to set up guidelines for clinical nurses to manage violence, emotional labor and job stress in order to create better working environment and to improve quality of patient care.

간호사의 직무스트레스, 소진경험 및 직무만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Relationship Between Job Stress, Burnout Experience and Job Satisfaction of Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify job stress, burnout experience and job satisfaction in nurses and to identify their relationships. Method: The data were collected from 280 nurses employed in one general hospital, using the structured questionnaire. The data analyzed using SPSS Win program for descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation coefficient. Result: There were significant differences in job stress, burnout experience and job satisfaction by current working unit, working period, scheduled to work as a nurse, cause to satisfaction, periods in night shift, level of adaptation, and health status. There was a significant positive correlation between job stress and burnout experience, and a inverse correlation between job stress and job satisfaction. Conclusion: The study findings show that job stress, burnout experience, and job satisfaction of nurses are correlated each other. Therefore, it is need to maintain a proper level of nurses' job stress and burnout experience through various ways to improve the situation. As a result, job satisfaction will be promoted and human resources will be managed appropriately.

술자의 영상정합의 경험이 컴퓨터 단층촬영과 광학스캔 영상 간의 정합 정확성과 작업시간에 미치는 영향 (Effect of image matching experience on the accuracy and working time for 3D image registration between radiographic and optical scan images)

  • 목적: 본 연구의 목적은 컴퓨터 단층촬영과 광학스캔 영상의 정합에서 술자의 경험이 정합의 정확성과 소요시간에 미치는 영향을 조사하는 것이다. 재료 및 방법: 치아결손이 없은 성인 악궁의 컴퓨터 단층촬영과 광학스캔 영상(IDC S1, Amann Girrbach, Koblah, Austria)이 수집되었다. 두 영상간의 영상정합이 임플란트 진단 소프트웨어(Implant Studio, 3Shape, Copenhagen, Denmark)에서 점 기반 자동매칭 방식으로 행해졌다. 영상정합 경험자 군과 미경험자 군으로 나누어 진행되었으며 작업시간이 기록되었다(군당 15명). 각 군의 영상 정합 정확성은 구치부에서의 선형 오차값으로 측정되었다. 정확성 값과 작성시간의 통계적 비교 분석을 위해 유의수준 0.05에서 독립표본 t검정이 이용되었다. 결과: 영상정합의 선형오차값은 경험자 군과 미경험자 군 간에 통계적인 차이가 없었다. 영상정합에 소요한 시간은 경험자 군이 미경험자 군에 비해 유의하게 짧았다(P = .007). 결론: 술자의 영상정합의 경험의 차이는 점 기반 자동정합이 사용된 경우 정합 정확성에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 보인다. 경험자에서 정합에 소요된 시간은 짧았다.

문헌정보학과 학생의 도서관 업무 경험에 관한 연구 - B도서관 서포터즈 사례를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Library Working Experience of Students Majoring in Library and Information Science : Focusing on the Case of Supporters at Library B)

  • 본 연구에서는 도서관 업무 경험이 문헌정보학과 대학생의 진로에 대한 인식에 미치는 영향에 대해 탐구하고자 한 질적 사례연구이다. 이를 위하여 경기도 수원의 B도서관에서 도서관 서포터즈로 활동하고 있는 학생 19명을 대상으로 하여 진로 목표와 진로선택, 서포터즈 참여 경험, 서포터즈 프로그램에 대한 인식, 서포터즈 프로그램을 통한 진로에 대한 생각의 변화를 파악하기 위해 개별 심층면담을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 학생들은 도서관 서포터즈 활동이 미래 사서를 위한 준비가 되고 실제 사서업무를 배울 수 있는 매우 의미 있는 활동이라고 인식하고 있었다. 또한 미래 직업을 선택할 때 도서관 업무가 자신과 맞는지 맞지 않은지 미리 판단해 볼 수 있는 좋은 기회가 되는 것으로 나타났다.

유아교육기관 교사의 급식 제공량에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Meal Portion Size of Kindergarten)

  • This study was performed to weigh the average meal portion sizes served for preschoolers by kindergarten teacher. The subjects were 53 teachers from 8 kindergartens, which are random sampled by meal service number. Using the weighing method assessed the meal portion sizes of food items at lunch. The data was complied by performing $\chi^2-test$ using SPSS WIN 11.0. The result was as followed: 98.0% of teacher agreed with the meal service because of 'better food habit and table etiquette'(68.0%), 'health promotion with balanced diet'(22.0%), 'owing to extending school time'(6.0%) and 'demand of parents'(2.0%). Preschooler eat lunch at class (84.9%) and meal serving size was decided by teacher (79.2%). Teachers thought that they know very well about portion size 3.8%, 96.2% of teacher thought that they don't know much about portion size. Portion size were not significantly different by food tray types but there was much different (almost 100%) compared with minimum and maximum within dishes. Most average portion size was not met dietary reference intake except cooked rice, soups and fish cutlet. Working experience effected on portion size. More served, more working experienced of teacher. For example Bulgogi was served 26.8 g by teacher who has over 6 years working experience compared with 2-6 years (20.4 g) and less than 2 years (17.1 g) (p < 0.01). Spinach portion size was significantly different by teacher's working experience (p < 0.01). Portion size were not significantly different by preschooler's age. The reference of dietary for preschooler was different by age, but teachers served meal by their experience. According to the results of this study, it is necessary to educate meal portion size for kindergarten teacher who take charge in meal serving. To provide guidance to teacher about reasonable portion sizes for preschoolers, teacher need to take nutrition education about meal service and child nutrition in college. This study would be useful to those who plan meals for preschoolers and to researchers studying dietary intakes of preschooler.

중소병원 간호사의 투약 근접오류경험 영향요인 (Influencing Factors of Near Miss Experience on Medication in Small and Medium-Sized Hospital Nurses)

  • 본 연구는 중소병원 간호사의 투약 근접오류경험의 영향요인을 확인하여 근접오류 예방과 안전한 투약간호를 위한 교육프로그램 개발의 기초자료를 제공함으로써 중소병원의 환자안전문화 구축에 기여하고자 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 수집된 자료의 분석은 SPSS/WIN 20.0을 이용하여 𝑥2-test, Independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Logistic regression analysis를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 투약 근접오류경험에 영향을 미치는 요인은 일반적 특성 중 근무부서와 환자안전문화였다. 모수 추정치 값의 승산비(odds ratio)는 특수부서 근무자보다 일반병동 근무자가 근접오류를 경험하지 않을 교차비가 2.23(95% 신뢰구간: 1.07~4.67, p=.032)이었으며, 환자안전문화 점수가 1점 증가할 때 근접오류를 경험하지 않을 교차비가 2.24(95% 신뢰구간: 1.02~4.95, p=.045)인 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 특수부서 근무자가 일반병동 근무자보다 근접오류를 경험할 확률이 높고, 환자안전문화 인식정도가 높을수록 근접오류를 경험할 확률이 낮은 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 간호사들의 환자안전문화 인식 개선을 위한 병원차원의 오류감시시스템의 개발과 간호조직 차원에서 경력 및 부서별 특성에 따른 맞춤형 투약교육 프로그램을 개발하여 이론 교육과 함께 시뮬레이션 훈련이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

치과위생사의 직업기대에 관한 연구 (A study on dental hygienists' job expectation)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to grasp association with dental hygienists' job expectation through correlation between curricular subjects for the department of dental hygiene and job. Methods : It carried out convenience sampling of dental hospitals where are located in Capital Area, and then conducted a self-administered questionnaire survey targeting 274 dental hygienists who are working here. The statistical program was analyzed by using PSAW 18.0. Results : Research subjects' 60.2% experienced turnover. Its reason accounted for 31.7% with the working condition. As a result of examining difference in experience of turnover according to dental hygienists' individual characteristic and working form, the significant difference was shown in age, marriage, annual salary, working institution, and career. In consequence of confirming association between curricular subjects and job, the majority showed high correlation. However, the correlation with oral physiology, clinical dental hygiene, and dental clinics showed low correlation as the insignificant variable. Conclusions : As a result of this study, the high correlation between curricular subjects and job can be considered to reflect dental hygienists' job expectation. On the other hand, the working condition, professional sense, and turnover experience, which are factors related to dental hygienists' job expectation, were indicated to fail to meet job expectation.

지역 체험형박물관의 사례조사 및 활성화방안 연구 (Cases Studies and Activation Method of Exhibition Working-Activity Satellite)

  • It is not entirely new tendency now that museum have to become 'participation and working activity style' in 21st century. A lot of museums are changed fast to that visitors participate and work actively in museum program recently in Korea. Cheongju city is building various museums which have interesting themes contributed precious inheritances and collections belong to citizens. And Cheongju city is pushing ahead long-term target which is Ecomuseum City Cheongju with citizen is progressing for cultural city continuously. Also to become public museums and facilities which visitors want to come again, Cheongju city is trying to secure various experience space and facilities to keep in step in trend that visitors take part in and work actively in museum program. In an area, there are various cultural, historical, natural and industrial heritages that express relation of human and environment. In meaning that do function of antenna of sending culture which understanding, studying, informing these regional inheritances and promoting activity, in Ecomuseum, those are called "satellite" included not only regional preserved inheritances but also various theme museums which have mutual cooperative function. Satellite(or antenna) is very important element composing Ecomuseum. So I want to provide that is "Exhibition Working-Activity Satellite" that are places having experience space or facilities which visitors can work actively there like that. Such study for Ecomuseum and Exhibition Working-Activity Satellite can be promoted Ecomuseum City which is city for learning lifetime with citizens.

  • 기후의 변화는 건설공사의 공기산정에 있어 불가항력적인 요소로서 작용한다. 기후요소로 인한 작업 불가능일의 부정확한 산정은 프로젝트의 잦은 공기조정으로 이어지고, 이는 경제적 손실 가져올 뿐만 아니라 공사주체들 간의 이해관계에 많은 영향을 미친다. 이러한 기후 변화에 따른 작업불능일 산정시 건설현장과 지역의 특성에 따라 현장관리자 경험과 판단이 매우 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 공기산정의 의사결정권자 또는 현장관리자의 주관적이고 경험적 판단이 고려된 퍼지값(fuzzy number)을 통하여 작업불능일 산정 방법에 대해 제시하고자 한다.
