Hybrid trend of the 21st century is an important basis to express fashion Alexander McQueen is a representative designer of Hybrid trend which combines heterogeneous elements into oneconcept. Accordingly, this study distributed and analyzed Hybrid trend which was in Alexander McQueen's work like below. First, there was a racial Hybrid trend which combined different local culture in shared space of the world in his fashion work and he challenged to Westernized ideal beauty with new recognition and knowledge about beside countries of Western Europe which were considered as not important culture due to perceiving relative value of a pluralist society and created new way aesthetic consciousness. Second, he expressed a historical character of a combination of tradition and modern by his fashion work based on wide historical knowledge of a dress. He created a new line in contrast to the past with a perfect design through combination of the style from the tradition with the parody and displayed his own design world. Third, he treated instability and disorder from the interior essential dissolution, thus he had a cultural character which broke down the boundary of cultural genre and style. This attitude showed transformation of constructivism and deconstruction view, secession and distortion, mixture, duplication, secession and insert by his fashion work.

The purpose of this study is to explore the culture of clothing of subgroups among adolescents by residence. In this research informants were selected by selective sampling and ethnographic methods such as field work depth interviews and open-ended descriptions were employed to interpret their culture of clothing. The results were followed. First our adolescents enjoyed the popular song as leisure and these popular culture was their inspiration source of style. Second adolescents were grouping the Kang-Bouk and the adolescents group preferred the style of popular singers and the Kang-Nam adolescents group preferred the musical competence of singers and specific type particularly Hip-Hop style. And in acception pattern of fashion style the Kang-Bouk groups accepted the recent fashion style continuously and wanted to be striking while the Kang-Nam groups accepted the various Hip-Hop styles and sought to comfort and suitability of that style. Third to consider the connotations of marketing the Kan-Bouk groups shopped on the street perceived as fashionable among peer groups and sought to the lower price but the Kang-Nam groups used the shops selling their original ip-Hop style without regard to the price and sites. Although there existed a two years' difference between the first and the second research(1996-1998) subgroups among adolescents according to the residence have had their own culture of clothing constantly. And a segmentation tendency by clothing behavior within the same adolescent generation is revealed more visibly.

The background of Korean Ethnical Costume was originated from those northern mounted nomadic groups, which was Scythe style Costume Culture. Through the antique records and paintings of tombs bequests hereby describe the forms of Scythian Cotume (1) Headgear : There was Conical Cap(or Pointed Cap), Feathered Cap, and Crown. (2) Clothes : Both Men and Women wore Jacket as upper garment with leftsided collars, narrow sleeves to the length of the hip line. As lower garment, they wore the tight Trousers and Kungo(:窮袴)that was attached with gusset. (3) Belts and Boots : On the upper garment bound the leather Belts that was hanged a hook that was shaped of animal form at the end. Scythian Buckles was divided into six groups, animal-shaped, animal's head shaped, animal fight-shaped, rectangle-shaped, rectangle openwork-shaped, genre scene shaped Buckle. To the Boots, they wore leather boots. (4) Ornaments : Ornaments divided into Dress Trimming(:Gold plaques), Earrings, Necklaces(;Torques), Bracelets, Rings. Scythian Gold Plaques were divided into several types according to the shape, animal style(curved beast shape, profile shape, head reversed over its back shape), round shape, quadrilateral form, star shape, flower shape, crescent shape, bundle shape, human appearance. Earrings consisted of a plain ring and pendant ring was a middle ornament hung from it to a pendants which hung was made of heart shaped leaves of the tree, beads-linked. Scythian Torques were divided into several types according to the shape, Torque with Terminal style, Spiral style, Layers style, Crescent-shaped pectoral style, Crown style. Scythian Bracelet were divided into 4 styles according to the shape, Bracelets with ends shaped like beasts style, Spiral style, Layers style, Crown with openwork style. Rings were rhomb-shaped and animal shaped styleRings (5) Animal motifs used in Scythian ornaments appears that in some cases the work was intended to be purely ornamental, while many times the motifs had symbolic meaning (such as the successful dominance of the aggressor over the victim portrayed in the attack scenes). Magical use of symbols may have been inten-ded to guarantee the power of the aggressor.

목 적 : 교대근무는 상당한 스트레스 상황이며 교대근무에 잘 적응하는 정도와 관련된 요인들을 아는 것은 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 교대근무 간호사들의 회복력과 관련된 수면 및 성격 관련 요인들을 조사해보고자 했다. 방 법 : 일 대학병원에서 3교대 근무를 하고 있는 간호사 95명을 대상으로 자가 설문지 조사를 시행했다. 코너-데이비드슨 회복력 척도, 병원 불안-우울 척도, 아침형-저녁형 질문지와 피츠버그 수면의 질 지수를 포함한 수면 관련 설문, 한국판 방어유형 질문지를 이용했다. 결 과 : 회복력과 유의한 상관을 보인 요소들은 근무자들의 나이, 근무 기간, offday oversleep, HAD-D 및 HAD-A 점수, DSQ의 적응적 방어유형, 자기억제적 방어유형이었다(p < 0.05). 다중회귀분석에서는 나이가 많을 수록(${\beta}=0.34$, p < 0.05), 우울 증상이 적을 수록(${\beta}=-0.25$, p < 0.05), 적응적 방어유형을 많이 사용할 수록(${\beta}=0.45$, p < 0.001), 자기억제적 방어유형을 적게 사용할 수록(${\beta}=-0.19$, p < 0.05) 회복력이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 방어기제들의 경우 체념이 적을 수록(${\beta}=-0.20$, p < 0.05), 승화(${\beta}=0.19$, p < 0.05)와 전능(${\beta}=0.19$, p < 0.05), 유머(${\beta}=0.20$, p < 0.05)를 많이 사용할 수록 회복력이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 결 론 : 본 연구에서는 일 대학병원의 3교대 근무 간호사들의 특정 방어유형 및 방어기제가 회복력과 관계된다는 것을 밝힐 수 있었다. 추후 더 많은 교대근무 간호사들을 대상으로 회복력과 관련된 수면 및 성격 관련 인자들을 밝히는 전향적 연구가 가능할 것이다.

Black street style has made unique fashion in popular music such as Jazz, Soul, Rhythm Il Blues. Reggae, and Rap, and it is counterculture and subculture against white. Furthermore, the black street style has played a starring role in the development of white culture as well as black culture, which emerged in direct opposition to the dominant cultures practised by a fraction of fellow countrymen within the black diaspora. The objectives of this study are to examine the social chronology of the black street style and the contemporary fashion, and the influences of the black street style on white culture. The seeds of black's style were sown in the late forties, developing throughout the fifties with the arrival of black immigrants from the west Indies and its examples were zooties, hip cats 8l hipsters, modernists. Rude boy & two-tone was anti·fashion style in sixties and then rastafarians continued in seventies costume is used to convey an essential symbolic class and ethnic message. The latest black's street fashion is hip-hop dress, which is pluralistic and electric, and funk is also erratic. During its ten-year reign as an international style, it has undergone numerous shifts because it is decline of racism B-boy & flygirls toraggamuffins & bhangra style to acid Jazz. These have played a crucial part in influencing the gigh fashion and avant-grade fashion designers' work. Today's street fashion has characteristics of postmodern culture without a racism in global village. Moreover, pop music stars take an effect on the street style continuously. With the opening of a new century, the study of the street style will overcast popular fashion and suggest the direction of fashion design.

오늘날 벤처기업을 비롯한 많은 조직들은 훌륭한 인재의 확보 유치와 더불어, 조직구성원의 직무만족에 대한 관심을 집중하고 있다. 그러나 벤처기업을 비롯한 많은 조직에서는 일과 가정간의 상호작용에 대한 이해가 미흡한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구는 일과 가정간의 상호작용을 알아보기 위해 진행되었으며, 구체적으로 맞벌이 기혼남성의 직무자율성이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에서 자녀양육참여의 매개효과를 검증하기 위하여 실시되었다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 맞벌이 기혼남성을 대상으로 2014년 8월 29일부터 9월 22일 까지 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 577명의 설문이 분석되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0을 이용하여 빈도 및 기술통계분석을 통하여 각 변인별 특성을 파악하고, 상관관계 분석과 위계적 회귀분석을 통하여 변인 간 상관관계와 인과관계 및 매개효과를 파악하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 맞벌이 기혼남성의 직무만족은 직무자율성과 생활지도, 여가활동공유, 월소득, 직종에 의해 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 직무자율성과 직무만족간의 관계에서 양육참여의 하위요인인 생활지도와 여가활동 공유는 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 벤처창업기업을 비롯한 노동현장에서는 남성의 직무만족 향상을 위하여, 직무자율성의 증대뿐만 아니라, 자녀양육참여 방안을 마련함으로써 직무만족을 향상시켜야 할 것이다.

Keith Haring is an artist from the 1980s who was highly influenced by the pop art of the 1960s, sublimating the '60s pop art into high art using cartoon images. His work contained social messages via the aesthetics of pop art. This satire seems to be intertwined with the punk style of the 1970s, as well. In this context, this thesis has developed a new "Punky-Pop Look" by integrating the art work of Keith Haring, which has both artistic value and popularity, with punk, which is a funky culture with the aim of creating something new. The purpose of this research is not directly borrow from Keith Haring's work, but to develop and apply a new fashion motif having its own unique story based on his cartoon style formativeness and creative ideas in order to further design the punky-pop look in the trend of "Hybrid Fashion." This thesis can establish a good precedent for applying the cartoon style formativeness of Keith Haring to the development of a fashion motif having its own unique story, and suggest punky-pop fashion design. Based on this thesis, new creative motifs can be generated continuously, not by simply borrowing but by developing existing art work.

This study was carried out to get an information on hotel Cook. We need to have a data, information and knowledge on Cook to improve a culinary art training program and working environment. This study was surveyed by 203 Cook to work for deluxe hotels at Bomun, Kyongju. The results were summarized as follows. 1. The great part (81.8%) of the Cook were a male, a half (53.2%) of the Cook were in their twenties or thirties. In academic background, 56.7％ of the Cook graduated from senior high school and in career background, 44.4% of the Cook had under 5 years at food enterprise. 2. The almost of the Cook (83.3%) worked with restaurant for 8∼9 hours/day and 66.3% of the Cook earned a million won in a month. The higher grade Cook worked longer hours and earned more money than a lower grade one. 3. The most popular workplace of the male Cook were Western style restaurant, but one of the female Cook were a Korean style restaurant. 4. The Cook have 0.9 unit Cook qualification per one person and the most popular Cook qualification were a Western style culinary art. 5. A half of the Cook asserted their expert skill in Western style Cook, and a third Cook asserted their expert skill in Korean style Cook. 6. A great part of the Cook was unsatisfied with pay (49.2%), work environment (16.6%), human relation (10.4%), and if they have a chance of workplace transfer, 38.8% of the Cook wished to manage their one restaurant. 7. 66.5% of the Cook had a workplace transfer more than a time. The higher grade Cook had more chance to change workplace. Almost of the Cook had no chance to study a culinary art at overseas.

이 글에서 우리는 연관 논리 R을 퍼지화한 체계 FR을 위한 크립키형 의미론을 다룬다. 이를 위하여 먼저 FR 체계를 소개하고 그에 상응하는 FR-대수를 정의한 후 FR이 대수적으로 완전하다는 것을 보인다. 다음으로 FR을 위한 대수적 크립키형 의미론을 소개하고 이를 대수적 의미론과 연관 짓는다. 마지막으로 이러한 의미론이 R에는 적용될 수 없다는 점을 보인다.
