  • Objectives: Shift work is a stressful situation. It is important to know the factors associated with the ability to adapt to a shift work schedule. The aim of the present study was to investigate the association between sleep, as well as personality variables, and the resilience of shift work nurses. Method: Self-report questionnaires were administered to 95 nurses who worked in one national university hospital. Connor-Davidson resilience scale, hospital anxiety and depression scale, morningness-eveningness scale, Pittsburgh sleep quality index, other sleep-related questionnaires, and Korean defense style questionnaires were used. Results: Age, shift work duration, off-day oversleep, depression, anxiety, adaptive defense style, and self-suppressive defense style were significantly associated with resilience (p < 0.05). Multiple regression analysis showed that age (${\beta}=0.34$, p < 0.05), depression (${\beta}=-0.25$, p < 0.05), adaptive defense style (${\beta}=0.45$, p < 0.001), and self-suppressive defense style (${\beta}=-0.19$, p < 0.05) significantly predicted the resilience of shift work nurses. Concerning individual defense mechanisms, resignation (${\beta}=-0.20$, p < 0.05), sublimation (${\beta}=0.19$, p < 0.05), omnipotence (${\beta}=0.19$, p < 0.05), and humor (${\beta}=0.20$, p < 0.05) significantly predicted the resiliency. Conclusion: The findings indicate that a specific defense style and other mechanisms were associated with the resilience of shift work nurses. A future prospective study with more participants could further clarify the relationship between sleep-related variables, as well as personality factors, and resilience of shift work nurses.

Furthermore, the black street style has played a starring role in the development of white culture as well as black culture, which emerged in direct opposition to the dominant cultures practised by a fraction of fellow countrymen within the black diaspora. The objectives of this study are to examine the social chronology of the black street style and the contemporary fashion, and the influences of the black street style on white culture. The seeds of black's style were sown in the late forties, developing throughout the fifties with the arrival of black immigrants from the west Indies and its examples were zooties, hip cats 8l hipsters, modernists. Rude boy & two-tone was anti·fashion style in sixties and then rastafarians continued in seventies costume is used to convey an essential symbolic class and ethnic message. The latest black's street fashion is hip-hop dress, which is pluralistic and electric, and funk is also erratic. During its ten-year reign as an international style, it has undergone numerous shifts because it is decline of racism B-boy & flygirls toraggamuffins & bhangra style to acid Jazz. These have played a crucial part in influencing the gigh fashion and avant-grade fashion designers' work. Today's street fashion has characteristics of postmodern culture without a racism in global village. Moreover, pop music stars take an effect on the street style continuously. • Today, many organizations, including venture companies, are focusing on attention on securing and attracting talented people, and on the job satisfaction of their members. However, many organizations, including venture companies, lack understanding of work-family interaction. This study was conducted to investigate the interactions between work and family. Specifically, this study aims to verify the mediating effects of paternal involvement in child care, specifically effects on influences of autonomy at work over satisfaction at work for Dual-income married man living in Gyungbuk province, whose spouse is also working. In order to achieve the aim, I conducted survey from August 29 to September 22 in 2014, targeting married man living in Gyungbuk province, and collected data were analysed using SPSS 20.0. Characteristics of each factors were analysed through frequency and descriptive statistic analysis, and correlation, causal relation, and mediating effects of factors were analysed through correlation analysis and hierarchial analysis. The summary of this study is as follows. First, satisfaction at work for married man showed positive relations with all the sub factors of autonomy at work and paternal involvement, which are housekeeping activities, cognitive fulfillment counselling, life style counselling, and leisure activity participation. Second, satisfaction at work for married man appears to be affected by autonomy at work, life style counselling, leisure activity participation, monthly income, and occupation. Also, in relationship between autonomy at work and satisfaction at work, life style counselling and leisure activity participation, that are sub factors of paternal involvement, appeared to be partially mediating. Therefore, in order to improve the job satisfaction of men, it is necessary not only to increase job autonomy, but also to improve the job satisfaction by preparing ways to parenting involvement.

  • Keith Haring is an artist from the 1980s who was highly influenced by the pop art of the 1960s, sublimating the '60s pop art into high art using cartoon images. His work contained social messages via the aesthetics of pop art. This satire seems to be intertwined with the punk style of the 1970s, as well. In this context, this thesis has developed a new "Punky-Pop Look" by integrating the art work of Keith Haring, which has both artistic value and popularity, with punk, which is a funky culture with the aim of creating something new. The purpose of this research is not directly borrow from Keith Haring's work, but to develop and apply a new fashion motif having its own unique story based on his cartoon style formativeness and creative ideas in order to further design the punky-pop look in the trend of "Hybrid Fashion." This thesis can establish a good precedent for applying the cartoon style formativeness of Keith Haring to the development of a fashion motif having its own unique story, and suggest punky-pop fashion design. Based on this thesis, new creative motifs can be generated continuously, not by simply borrowing but by developing existing art work.

  • This paper deals with Kripke-style semantics for FR, a fuzzy version of R of Relevance. For this, first, we introduce FR, define the corresponding algebraic structures FR-algebras, and give algebraic completeness results for it. We next introduce an algebraic Kripke-style semantics for FR, and connect it with algebraic semantics. We furthermore show that such semantics does not work for R.
