산출내역서.공정 통합관리 모형 구축에 관한 연구 (Work Management Model to Integrate Schedule and Bill of Quantity)

  • Recently our government operates earned value management system (EVMS) for improving work management system of the construction projects over specific scale. The EVMS is based on the integrated management between construction cost and schedule. the existing systems, however, are focused on the cost management by using work quantity. This study suggests a work management model to integrate construction cost with activity information. The model introduces a work task concept as a tool that can connect construction rest to activity information. The suggested model in this study is verified by using actual data for the applicability to practical construction projects.

울산대공원 조경공사의 각 세부공정이 전체공정율에 미치는 영향분석 (An Analysis of Influences on Partial Work Rates under the Whole Work Rates on the Landscape Constructions in the Ulsan Grand Park)

  • This study analyses influences on partial work rates under whole work rates on landscape constructions in Ulsan Grand Park. The schedule management is one of the factors that are very important to the process management of landscape construction. The time process of the whole construction is supposed to be affected by several kinds of work that organize the whole construction. First, this study divides the construction of Ulsan Grand Park into 10 kinds of works: earth work, rain and sanitary sewage water work, water-supplying work, planting work, paving work, water proofing work, fountain work, instituting work and temporary work. Then the time-process curves of all kinds of work are statistically compared to that of the whole construction. The trial methods of statistics are lineal regression, non-lineal regression, and principal analysis. In the result of the non-lineal regression, the rain and sanitary sewage water work, the water-supplying work and the earth work strongly affected the whole construction. The principal analysis results show that the whole construction is affected strongly by the water-supplying work, the rain and sanitary sewage water work and the earth work. However the lineal regression is shown to be senseless because of its high collinearity.

  • In order to reduce the construction cost and period without degrading the quality, construction companies are making a lot of efforts to prefabricate and mechanize the construction process, and introducing and utilizing various techniques of construction time management in the process of construction. However, due to the various factors (such as weather conditions, labor factors, supply of equipment and materials, safety accident, etc) in the process of construction, construction projects are not frequently completed within the scheduled Period. This research is to examine the current status of construction time management and factors causing delay in construction with regard to the concrete work (such as form work, steel reinforcement, and concrete work) in building apartments.

  • 건설공사 한 프로젝트의 전체공기는 개별 작업들이 수행된 날짜의 합이라 할 수 있다. 개별 작업들에서 지연이 발생할 경우 전체 공기 또한 늦어지기 마련이다. 이러한 개별 작업의 계획상에서 작업이 수행될 확률을 높인다면 프로젝트의 공기달성 확률 또한 높아지게 될 것이다. 따라서, 계획상의 작업 실행여부 확인을 위하여 건설 생산프로세스에서 각 작업의 수행을 저해하는 제약요인을 도출하여 작업여건분석을 한다. 작업여건분석을 통해 저해요인 사전 제거와 작업간의 상호의존성을 파악으로 작성된 개별 작업계획들의 실행 가능성 확임함으로써 공사전체의 공기지연을 방지하는 체계를 구축하고자 한다.

BIM데이터를 활용한 건설공사 일정관리 시스템 개발 연구 (Development of Construction Schedule Management System based on BIM)

  • As construction projects become larger, higher and more complex, efficient use of information is increasingly more important. As a result, there is a growing demand to apply BIM data obtained in the design stage to the construction stage. In this study, we propose a BIM-based construction schedule management system in order to promote introduction and application of BIM in the construction stage. Specifically, we provided how to build BIM database to be used for construction schedule management, and proposed how to obtain progress information and enter information based on analysis of progress schedule. We also provided a system of classifying construction works for more systematic use of BIM database, a process of using BIM database in construction projects, and a step-by-step guideline on how to establish the system. The proposed construction schedule management system provides information on particular construction schedule, as well as information and progress chart on delayed parts of the work so that a change in schedule can be managed. Additionally, by linking system database with the BIM model, construction progress can be checked in 3D simulation and a delay in construction schedule can be managed. As a result, using BIM at construction sites contributes to improving project productivity.

건설공사의 작업불능일 기준설정에 의한 보정계수 계산 및 적용을 통한 최적공기 산정 (Optimal Period by Calculating and Appling Correction Factor based on Setting of Non-Working Days of Construction Projects)

  • 건설공사에서 공정관리는 공사 기간을 결정하는 중요한 단계이나, 설계단계에서 작업불가능 일수 예측 및 산정이 제대로 이루어지지 않아 예정공기와 실행공기의 차이가 발생하고 있다. 이러한 차이를 최소화하기 위하여, 본 논문에서는 공정계획 수립 시 실제에 가장 근접하는 방법으로 추석 및 구정연휴를 휴무일에 반영한 작업불가능 일수 산정방법과, 주요공종별 특성분석을 통한 작업가능일수 산정방법을 제시하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 주요단위공종에 대한 공기산정시 작업불가능 일수가 포함된 최적의 단위공기 산정방법을 제안하였다. 같은 현장 동일공사에 대한 기존 방법과 개선된 방법의 보정계수를 적용하여 소요작업 일수를 산출한바 개선된 방법이 실작업일수 기준으로는 22일(9.1%) 단축됨을 확인하였으며, 공종별 작업소요일수 기준(안)을 수원지역 개착식 공동구 공사에 대하여 적용 전과 후의 차이를 비교하였다. 기준(안) 적용 전 공사일수는 총 304일 이었으나, 기준(안) 적용 후 공사일 수는 총 421일로 설계단계에서 공정계획의 중요성을 예로 확인하였다. 본 연구 결과는 그동안 현장에서 관행적으로 시행되어 오던 실 작업일수 계산과 공정표상 작업일수의 불일치로 인한 공정지연을 방지하고 보다 실제에 근접한 공정계획 수립에 도움이 될 것으로 판단한다.

  • In Korea, Resource-Based Relative Value Scale(RBRVS) is suggesting to the alternative of Korean Medical Fee Schedule. This study developed to methodology of RBRVS applicable to Korean situation and applied to services of internal medicine and general surgery. Our methodology of RBRVS is basically same to Hsiao's. But there are some differences between our method and H냐매's because Korean medical situation differs to American. The first difference is method of measurement of work. The Unit of work in our study is total work including intra-servic work and pre-/post-service work. Secondly, in extrapolation, we use primary data gathered to small group of physician. Tertially, in measurement of practice cost, we directly survey to budget data of hosptials and analyse practice costs by service. Some results are presented in a companion article.

Structural Work Duration Estimation and Analysis of Tower-Type Residential Construction Project

  • In order to shorten construction duration in high-rise project, construction company tried to make various system method toward simplifying construction method and shortening construction duration. Though high-rise tower-type residential project are growing, there are few case study. Then, the data for preliminary schedule planning in high-rise tower-type residential project are rare. This purpose of research shows construction method in structural work in high-rise tower-type residential project, suggests schedule planning in structural work through case studies. The structural work in high-rise tower-type residential project was divided 1) completion of form in lower part and 2) the typical floor under penthouse. The statistical analysis were done in two parts, the data from analysis were used in simulation. Finally, researcher confirmed the difference between real construction duration and the figure from simulation. The results shows that the more construction duration is long, the less ACS's cost is low. It means the effectiveness is increasing in ACS, if the floor number is high.

공사일지의 텍스트 마이닝을 통한 우천 공기지연 리스크 정량화 (Quantification of Schedule Delay Risk of Rain via Text Mining of a Construction Log)

  • 건설공사에서의 공기지연은 공사금액 증가, 발주처 클레임, 무리한 공기단축에 따른 건설공사의 질 하락 등 건설프로젝트에 악영향을 끼치는 주요 리스크 요인이다. 기존 연구에서는 공기지연 리스크의 중요도 및 우선순위를 파악하고 중요도에 따라 공정을 관리하였으나, 공기지연 리스크의 심도는 데이터 수집의 한계 등으로 정량화 연구가 미흡하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 BERT (Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers) 언어 모델을 활용하여 비정형데이터로 저장된 공사일지의 작업내용을 분석 가능한 WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) 기반의 정형데이터로 변환하고 리스크 분류 및 도출 체계, 공정계획에 사용가능한 리스크 발생확률, 리스크 확률분포(심도)의 정량화 방안을 제시하였다. 제안된 프로세스를 고속도로공사 8개 공구에 적용하여, 39개 세부 공중 중 8개의 세부 공종에서 75건의 우천 공기지연 리스크를 도출하였다. K-S 검정을 통해 4개 공종에서 유의미한 확률분포를 도출하였으며 위험도를 비교하였다. 향후 본 연구에서 제시된 프로세스는 시공단계에서 발생하는 다양한 공기지연 요인의 도출 및 심도 정량화에 적용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
