Corbicula (Corbiculina) papyracea (Heude) is fresh water clam which lives on the sands and muds, its size was about 3~25 mm with yellow gray color. Shell width of the clam is thin and smooth and growth lines are marvelous and inside of shell colored pink or pink with red. And the clam reproduces itself through virgin generation (Park et al., 1989), ovoviviparous (Kwon et al., 2001) method. There are reports about Corbicula by Kim and Yoo (2000), Kwon et al. (1987), and Lee et al. (1985) but there aren't many report about C. (C.) papyracea. The aim of this work is to present the dynamics of D.(C.) papyracea from Chungpyeong.

One of the prerequisites for the improvement of the teaching of mathematics in our country is an improved curriculum-one which takes account of the increasing use of mathematics in science and technology and in other areas of knowledge and at the same time one which reflects recent advances in mathematics itself. In the new curriculum of mathematics, we have found the problems to teach the concept of sets at secondary level. The idea of a set is the most fundamental one in mathematics. So, this thesis contains the studies of the systematic analysis of sets in dealing with the traditional textbook. The scope of the work is limited to the fundamental ideas, and so it merely touches on the topics of the Concpets, Operations, Cardinal Numbers, Application of Logic, one-to-one Correspondence, Probability and so on. It provides only the essentials, definitions, proofs and some example which are already known and understood in their traditional context. It also presents at the appropriate stages the concepts required (illustrated by examples) in a much clearer fashion than classical teaching does. To compete a study of the sets covered in the textbook of each year, greater detail is needed at the appropriate level.

Writer's cramp is a gradual onset and the disorder shows itself at first only when the patient is fatigued or stressed, or when a difficulty in controlling the pen leads to inaccurate writing. The prognosis is poor and treatment is often difficult and unsatisfactory. Case 1: A-30-year old male, who had a difficulty in writing with palpitation for 10 years in front of the other men. After 5 times of stellate ganglion block, palpitation during writing did not appear and after 15 times, he could write with a slight spasm of hand muscles. Case 2: A-40-year old male, who had a difficulty in writing in a stressful situation. After 28 times of stellate ganglion block, he could write in normal work except in the strong stressful situation. From our experience, we recommend the stellate ganglion block may be an effective treatment for a writer's cramp.

The library as nonprofit organization is required to have micro-planning for the organization itself and macro-planning for the relationship of the organization and its environment. Both the micro and macro planning are rational and effective means to library objectives. The library planning must be based on clearly formulated objectives that will encourage all parts of the organization to work toward the same goal and mission. The planning to library objectives should make programming. which should make processing. The mission here should precede goal. which should precede objectives and objectives should precede activities in planning. There is an integral relationship among them. Just as the objectives of the library may be thought of in a hierarchy such as the above. so the library planning must be based on such a hierarchy from strategic or long range planning to administrative planning, from administrative planning to operational planning or short range ones.

This study aims to survey the fatal industrial accidents attributed to crane, and to present their preventive measures based on the results of the survey. The survey was on the basis of 60 fatal accidents caused by crane from January 1998 to July 2003. The results showed that 1) of varying types of crane, fatal accidents were most frequently caused by mobile no: 2) more crane accidents occurred on weekend of Friday and Saturday by a day of the week; 3) experienced crane operators with long length of work or the age of over 40 were more frequently subjected to fatal accidents compared to novice operators; and 4) crane accidents were more attributable to unsafe acts such as poor working method, non-observance for safe working rules, etc. than hardware aspects of crane itself. It is recommended that for reducing crane accidents, more practical education and training for crane operation be reinforced.

This paper proposes a technical requirements analysis of implementation of multi-trade prefabrication. Recently, there has been a rise in the use of prefabrication to minimize on-site work for time reduction to increase productivity. Prefabrication technique is evolved into multi-trade prefabrication combining other trades from single-trade prefabrication. For implementation of new technique, not only itself but complementary techniques have to be prepared. In this paper, MEP corridor rack, a major item of multi-trade prefabrication, was implemented in the test bed and its process was analyzed to find out technical requirements. As a result, comparatively high level of IT technique was required for efficient use of multi-trade prefabrication in design, lifting and construction phase. In design phase, component level of BIM library was needed for manufacturing; and in lifting phase, BIM-based site logistics process was required. Also in construction phase, laser scanning was implemented for gathering shape and geometry of the wall and slab that were attached to multi-trade prefabrication module.

A conventional UPS can supply the clean power to the load. However, it may generate input current harmonics and the input power factor can be very poor. Therefore, the UPS itself may be a power interruption. This paper provides multifunctional converter of using single phase UPS. The proposed UPS can supply the clean power to the load without polluting the mains power system. The multi-functional converter provides battery charging, var compensation and harmonic suppression simultaneously. It was simulated to verify this work.

Chloride ingress implies a complex interaction between physical and chemical process, in which heat, moisture and chloride ions transport through concrete cover. Meanwhile, reinforced concrete structure itself undergoes evolution due to variation in temperature, relative humidity and creep effects, which can potentially change the deformation and trigger some micro-cracks in concrete. In addition, all of these process show time-dependent performance with complex interaction between structures and environments. In the present work, a time-dependent behavior of chloride transport in reinforced concrete beam subjected to flexural load is proposed based on the well-known section fiber model. The strain state varies because of stress redistribution caused by the interaction between environment and structure, mainly dominated by thermal stresses and shrinkage stress and creep. Finally, in order to clear the influence of strain state on the chloride diffusivity, experiment test were carried out and a power function used to describe this influence is proposed.

Conventional efficiencies of the adiabatic compression process such as isentropic efficiency and polytropic efficiency can be explained as exergetic efficiencies replacing the reference atmospheric temperature with the temperature which can be determined in the process itself. So that, other efficies such as maximum isentropic efficiency can be defined by giving proper reference temperatures. By applying the same logical principles, exergetic and other rational efficiencies for the non-adiabatic compression process are also defined and discussed for their physical meanings and reasonable engineering applications.

This work intends to study the obligations and liabilities of advising bank in UCP 600. An advising bank has two big obligations as follows : by advising the credit or amendment, the advising bank signifies that it has satisfied itself as to the apparent authenticity of the credit or amendment and that the advice accurately reflects the terms and conditions of the credit or amendment received. An advising bank may utilize the services of another bank("second advising bank") to advise the credit and any amendment to the beneficiary. If a bank is requested to advise a credit or amendment but elects not to do so, it must so inform, without delay, the bank from which the credit, amendment or advice has been received. An advising bank has some problems in connection with the delay of advice and the advice of forged letter of credit.
