재료 물성 최적화를 통한 PS 강연선의 형상 단순화에 관한 해석적 연구 (An Analytical Study on the Simplification of the Shape of PS Tendon Through the Optimization of Material Properties)

  • This paper derives material properties of steel bars that simulate the distribution of stress and strain of prestressed tendons used in Prestressed concrete(PSC) girders and presents an optimal material model. ABAQUS software was used to establish the 3D solid model of the PSC girder and strand wire rope for a PS(Prestressed) tendon. Then the model of steel wire rope was imported into the Isight interface plugin directly through the ABAQUS and the Data Matching. In ABAQUS, the contact pairs were established, the models were meshed, the constraints were applied to solve the finite element model and an axial tension of 0.5m/s was loaded to analyze the stress and deformation distributions in the normal working range of the PS strand wire rope. In Data Matching, classical experimental data is fitted to the optimal material properties through finite element analysis and multi-objective optimization. The results show that the steel bar with optimal material properties presents a similar linear area and stress distribution with the PS tendon.

분산분석을 이용한 스트랜드의 축강성 예측에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Axial Stiffness Prediction of Stand Using Analysis of Variance)

  • Wire ropes are widely used in cable car, suspension bridge and elevator, etc. and composed of single or multi-layer strands. It is difficult to find out the characteristics of a strand or wire rope because of complicated geometry and contact condition. In this study, the axial stiffness is evaluated using finite element method and reliable finite element analysis model is presented, taking into consideration the convergence on the length. The axial stiffness predictive equation of a strand is developed using analysis of variance, which can be applicable for characterizing the relationship between load and displacement when the strand configuration is determined.

다양한 사전하중에 적용할 수 있는 Ni-Cr wire와 Kevlar rope를 이용한 위성 분리장치 (The compatible non-explosive separation device for various pre-loads using the Ni-Cr wire and Kevlar rope)

  • 본 논문에서는 기존의 복잡한 구조를 가지는 비폭발식 분리장치를 단순화시켜 니크롬 와이어와 케블라 로프를 이용한 새로운 개념의 비폭발식 분리 메커니즘을 설계/제작하고 기초성능 평가(사전하중, 분리시간, 충격 실험 등)를 위한 실험을 수행하였다. 그 결과 니크롬 와이어의 회전횟수에 따라 다양한 사전하중 하에서 작동이 가능한 것을 확인하였고, 최대 6.0kN의 사전하중 하에서 110G의 충격을 발생시키며 680ms의 짧은 시간에 분리되는 것을 확인하여 제안된 분리장치의 유용성을 확인하였다. 추후 발사환경 및 우주환경 시험을 통하여 제안된 분리장치의 우주인증을 수행하고 다양한 사전하중에서 작동 신뢰도를 확보하여 태양 전지 패널의 전개뿐만이 아니라 페어링 분리 등 다양한 용도에 사용이 가능하도록 개발하고자 한다.

낙석 및 소규모 붕괴 방지를 위한 사면보강방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Slope Reinforcement Method for Control of Rockfall and Small Scale Failure)

  • Most rockfall prevention net among the rockfall prevention equipment that is constructed in around the road is actuality lack of function by quantitative research insufficiency etc.. Most of rockfall prevention net are composed to setting needle, perpendicular and horizontal wire rope and wire net. Also, function of rockfall prevention net depend on setting needle and the wire net and perpendicular and horizontal wire rope are fixed by setting needle. when unreasonable load is offered setting needle, rockfall prevention net can lose the function and happen continuous falling off of rockfall prevention net. Because rockfall prevention net have a such structural defect, improvement had been required in reply. So in this paper, spot application of Rock Bolt & Net Connection method and falling rock support ability are estimated by numerical analysis. As a result, when Rock Bolt & Net Connection Method is applied to cutting slope, decreases of stress and displacement is examined than current rockfall prevention net.

동적파라미터 변동을 고려한 윈치 및 부하 운동제어시스템설계에 관한 연구 (A study on winch and load motion control system design considering dynamic parameter variation)

  • In this study, a winch and load motion control system design method is introduced. Especially, the winch and load (moving cart) are connected with long wire rope which is extended to few kilometers long. Therefore, the rope length changes such that many dynamic parameter values are changed as well by winding and releasing the rope from the winch system. In this paper, the authors designed the control system by considering the real time parameter variation to occupy and keep good control performance continuously. The effectiveness of introduced method was evaluated by simulation results.

고장력 경강선을 적용한 낙석방지울타리의 성능 및 경제성 평가 (Assessment of Performance and Cost-Effectiveness for the Rockfall Protection Fence Using a High Carbon Steel Wire Rod)

  • In Korea, more than 70% of the territory consists of mountains. Therefore, the construction of roads and railways has generally involved with a steep rock slope in which the event of rockfalls are often occurred due to the weathered rock conditions and rainfalls etc. This is dangerous when the rock falls into the road and railway on which vehicles and trains are running. In order to prevent such rockfalls, the rockfall protection fence consisting of post, wire rope, and PVC coating steel net has most used at the bottom of rock slopes. In a general practice, an absorbing rockfall energy, 50kJ is specified by the Ministry of Construction and Transportation. However, questions still remain about whether the rockfall protection fence works effectively or not. In this study, a typical wire rope used in the standard rockfall protection fence was replaced by the high carbon steel wire rod and to validate its capacity of rockfall energy absorbing the field rockfall tests were conducted. The testing results show that a new rockfall protection fence using the high carbon steel wire rods can absorb the rockfall energy more than 50kJ and 20% of construction cost was saved in comparison with the previous rockfall protection fence.

담배 벌크건조기의 래크용 전동발달기 장치 개발 (Development of Electric Hoist Device for Rack in Tobacco Bulk curing Barn)

  • In order to save hanging labor hours and reduce work intensity for bulk curing of the flue-cured tobacco, and electric hoist was developed. It consists of a pair of square steel frames with side plates and rolling casters to move back and forth on the second tire of bulk barn, and wire rope type lift was attached to the beneath of its top center. The lift driven by DC motor could be controlled by operating switch with one limit switch and control box, and a scissors shaped gripper was deviced to grip tobacco rack to the end of wire rope. As the results of experiments with electric hoist, labor hours for hanging could be saved by 30 to 40% as compared with those in conventional method. With simple and light structure, it was possible for even woman to load the harvested tobacco, and it could be recommended for farmers to use this device with reasonable price.

크롤러 크레인에서 붐의 처짐을 고려한 러핑와이어 장력과 전도모멘트 사이의 관계식 보정 (Compensation of Relation Formula between Luffing Wire Tension and Overturning Moment in a Crawler Crane Considering the Deflection of Boom)

  • The crawler crane, which consists of a lattice boom, a driving system, and movable vehicle, is widely used in a construction site. It needs to be installed an overload limiter to prevent the overturning accident and the fracture of structure. This research is undertaken to provide the relation formula for designing the overload limiter as follows: First the relation formulas between the wire-rope tension and the hoisting load or the overturning ratio according to the luffing angle and length of a lattice boom are established. Secondly the derived formulas are corrected by using the compensated angle considering the deflection of boom through the finite element analysis. The stiffness analysis is carried out for 30-kinds of models as a combination of 6-kinds of luffing angle and 5-kinds of length of boom. Finally the shape design of a stick type load cell, which is the device to measure the wire-rope tension, is performed. 5-kinds of notch radius and 5-kinds of center hole radius are adopted as the design parameter for the strength analysis of the load cell.

계류삭 파단 방지를 위한 선박의 한계치 접안 속력 추정에 관한 연구 (On the Estimation of Ship's Approach Speed Limit to the Pier to Prevent Breaking of Mooring Rope)

  • 선박이 계류삭을 이용하여 부두에 접안하는 경우, 과도한 선박 속력은 계류삭이 절단되는 사고를 야기할 수 있다. 이러한 계류삭의 파단 사고를 방지하기 위해서는 계류삭 파단 방지에 선박의 한계치 접안 속력을 알아야 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 계류삭 파단을 방지하기 위한 선박의 한계치 접안 속력 추정에 있다. 본 연구의 핵심은 선박의 속력을 모르는 경우 선박제원과 계류삭 제원을 이용하여 접안 시 한계치 접근 속력을 추정하는 방법이다. 본 연구에서는 선체저항과 계류삭의 탄성력 등에 관한 이론을 바탕으로 한계치 접안 속력의 추정 방법과 절차를 제안하였다. 135K LNG 선박과 IWRC, $6{\times}36$의 강선 계류삭을 대상으로 한계치 접안 속력을 추정한 결과, 추정한 접안 속력으로 접안하는 경우 계류삭이 파단이 되지 않는 것으로 분석되어 제안한 방법이 유효함을 알았다. 본 연구에서 제안한 방법은 실제 선박에서 계류삭 파단을 방지하는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
