본 연구에서는 강풍을 받는 차량의 주행안정성을 증가시키기 위한 일련의 종합적인 대책을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 크게 세가지 부분으로 구성된다. 첫 번째로 차종별 속도제한 및 통행제한 기준을 마련하였다. 두 번째는 방풍대책의 필요여부를 판단할 설치 기준을 작성하는 것으로, 국부적인 지형의 보정을 통한 기상자료의 확률적인 모델을 이용하여 위험도를 판단하는 과정을 제시하였다. 세 번째는 풍속을 저감시킬 수 있는 효과적인 방풍벽을 제안하는 것으로 전산유체해석과 풍동실험을 통하여 풍속감소 효과, 경제성, 시각적 개방성을 고려한 방풍벽을 설계하였다. 아울러 현장실험을 통하여 4가지 방풍벽의 성능에 대한 검증을 하였다.

태양광 및 풍력단지 건설 운영 사례에서 나타나는 환경 사회적 갈등들을 통하여 그 원인을 분석하고, 국내외의 긍정적인 건설 운영 및 갈등 조정 사례들을 분석하여 갈등의 최소화 방안 및 제도적 보완책을 모색하였다. 국내 태양광 및 풍력단지의 건설 운영 사례에서 나타나는 갈등은 지역 환경 훼손, 발전 시설에 따른 직접적인 피해, 발전 사업에 따른 지역 이익의 부재, 환경규제 및 관리상의 문제가 주된 원인이며, 이의 해결을 위한 방안으로 발전 사업 지침 개선 및 강화, 주민 수용성 확보, 사업설명회 규정 강화, 이해당사자의 참여 확대 방안 및 대안 입지와 해상풍력의 조속한 시행을 제시하였다. 이들 방법을 통해 신재생에너지기본계획 중 태양광 및 풍력에너지의 목표, 환경의 보호 및 보전 그리고 주민수용성 향상을 달성할 수 있다.

This study is to analyze the residential spatial composition structures of vernacular agricultural village which to be called Wanggok in Yeongdong area. The results of this study are as follows; ${\cdot}$ The backyard of farmhouses is surrounded by a fence and a frontyard is open to the road, so that the spatial realm system from the road to the backyard is classified as public-semi public-private realm. ${\cdot}$ The plan type of this village is mainly composed of ㅡ type Gyeobjib (the two row rooms under one roof) and ㄱ type Gyeobjib, the Anmaru (the inner wood floor to be surrounded with wall) in both of which plays an important role that connects Sarangbang (the men's main room) with Anbang (the women's main room) in the residential space. ${\cdot}$ The particular item that not found out in another area is the Sarangbang kitchen which located to Sarangbang's side wall to be furnished with a fire hole. ${\cdot}$ The houses represent the socio-cultural environmental elements of those built days, such as while Sarangbang is faced on a frontyard to be open to the neighborhood, Anbang is faced on a backyard surrounded with a fence to be closed to the one. ${\cdot}$ The Gyeobjib with Anmaru appeared by cultural transformation connecting the 田-shaped house of Hamgyeongdo with the Gyeobjib with Anmaru of Gangwondo and Gyeongsangbukdo. ${\cdot}$ The ㄱ type Gyeobjib is preferred to ㅡ type Gyeobjib because of the sea wind and the north-east wind occurring by geographical and climatic environment elements, the privacy protection according to look into a frontyard, the muck drainage of cowshed to make use of ground unevenness, the economic gains called material saving and the intention to enlarge the frontyard as to be concentrated in a residential space and etc.

울산인근을 중심으로 한 영남 남동부 지역은 대규모 부유식 해상풍력이 계획되어 있으며 원자력발전소의 신설과 기존 원자력발전소의 수명연장 등에 따라 전력망의 확충이 요구되고 있다. 정부에서는 10차 전력수급계획에 따라 이 지역의 전력계통 신설계획을 발표하였으나 경주 인근의 국립공원과 문화재 보호구역을 경과함에 따라 실제 건설단계에 어려움이 많을 것으로 예상된다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 기존 선로를 활용하고 신설을 최소화하는 방안을 제시하고 이 계통에 대해 PSS/E를 활용하여 과도안정도를 분석하여 타당성을 입증하였다.

본 연구에서는 전국의 산불 발생 현황을 국가화재정보시스템의 통계자료를 바탕으로 원인별, 연도별, 지역별, 피해 규모별로 분석하였다. 분석결과 산불 발생의 주요한 원인은 사람의 실수에 의한 인재가 가장 많았다. 또한, 산화 횟수는 인구 밀집도가 높은 지역 다른 시도에 비해 많은 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 산림 훼손의 면적은 임업 자원이 풍부한 강원도가 가장 넓은 것으로 확인되었으며 계절적으로는 따뜻한 기온과 강한 바람 낮은 습도로 인해 봄철에 많이 발생하였다. 이러한 산불의 재해는 자연 자원의 파괴는 물론 주택 등의 산림시설물과 문화재에 직접적인 피해를 준다. 이에 본 연구에서는 산림 자원과 산림시설물의 산화에 의한 피해 방지를 위해 국립산림청의 산불 방지 종합 대책과 더불어 예방 정책을 제안하였다.

Since the first proposition of IEC61850 object model at 1993, many questions about making a seamless model have been issued. the reason which they have worry about is that the functions of the equipment are supposed to be changed properly and new equipment and scheme are need to be introduced according to user's application. To handle those issues, TC57 which is a IEC committee for power control and communication has continuously updated the object model. Nowadays along with the new object model involving power quality, distribution resource and wind power, the committee has a plan to announce the revision of IEC61850-7-4. In the study, authors will present the prediction and diagnosis object models for transformer. Transformer models for protection and control have already been dealt with in the international standard but the models for prediction and diagnosis have never mentioned until now. Designing the prediction and diagnosis functions with the existing IEC61850-7-4, it'll be shown what is a proper object model for prediction and diagnosis.

Recently, with the rise of environmental issues and the change of government policy (Renewable Energy 3020 Implementation Plan), a large amount of renewable energy such as solar and wind power is connected to the power system, and most of the renewable energy is concentrated in the power distribution network. This causes many problems with the voltage management and the protection coordination of the grid due to the its intermittent power generation. In order to effectively operate the distribution network, it is necessary to deploy more intelligent terminal devices in the field to measure the status of the distribution network and develop various operation functions such as visualization and big data analysis to support the power distribution system operators. In addition, the failover technology must be supported for the non-stop operation of the power distribution system. This paper proposes the system architecture of new power distribution management system to cope with high penetration of renewable energy. To verify the proposed system architecture, the functional unit test and performance measurement were performed.

This study shows the present conditions and the appraisal of Public-Toilet in ammusement park of Kangwon-Do. The areas of Public-Toilets are various from over $30m^2\;to\;230m^2$ and the construction costs are also various. The exterior designs aim at Provincial characteristics, traditional images, or modem minimal styles. The floor plans are usually symmetric forms by rectangular or circular spaces. There are some laws and manuals from related association to regulate Public-Toilet. By appraising with these laws and manuals we can notice that there are many problems to improve in Public-Toilet. As the survey, we can find that the unpreparedness of the cognition equipment about whether someone uses the public-toilet has most frequency in related laws. And by the laws about multipurpose toilet, the insufficiency of the accessing space to the chamber pot has most frequency. By the manual of related association, there are much more indications - for example, the unpreparedness of wind protection room or etiquette bell, so on - than by related laws. For the improvement of the culture In Public-Toilet, we should not only improve the related laws, but also activate the deliberation about the appropriate planning in Public-Toilet.

Lately Gun-Jang Harbor has undergone a drastic change in hydraulic characteristics due to newly added harbor protection measures, like a wharf and breakwater. The wharf and breakwater, with a training dike, were constructed to keep enough depth far navigation. They make the plan view of Gun-Jang Harbor semi closed and very elongated, which makes it very vulnerable to seiche. Hence it is an urgent task to unveil the hydraulic characteristics, like seiche, for the optimal operation of the new harbor system. In this study, we numerically analyze the seiche characteristics of Gun-Jang Harbor over the $10-4{\sim}10-3$ Hz frequency range, considering that wind waves due to seasonal winds are the most prevailing during winter in the West sea. As a wave driver, we use Mild Slope Eqs. and numerically integrate these using FEM based on Galerkin weak formulation. It turns out that the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th eigen models are over 0.0009 Hz, 0.0013 Hz, 0.0017 Hz and 0.002 Hz.

The landscape disign of Gamcheon wholesale fish Market was designed around a turnkey base to promote the economy of Busan Metropolitan City, to establish a fishery marketing center and to modernize existing facilities. The objectives of the project were to promote the mood of an old market, while preserving its functions and efficiency as a market, to design outdoor spaces with natural resources and amenities in balance, and to create attractive tourist spots in connection with the wide area development plan. The project was oriented, fast, to enhance the functions of the market. For this purpose, a multi-dimensional space layout was designed in consideration of functions as a wholesale market. The safety of pedestrians was secured by separating lathes for vehicles and for pedestrians. Tree planting with various functions such as sheltering, wind breaking and guiding was planned. Secondly, nature-friendly and human-friendly landscaping design was attempted. For this, the beautiful natural resources of Amnam Park were utilized, and green spaces such as green bridges linking buildings in the wholesale market, and rooftop gardens were to be arranged. In addition, environment-friendly facilities such as roads paved with natural materials(i.e. gravel, shells) and program parking lots were to be planned. Thirdly, landscape design was considered to create attractive tourist spots. For example, a fish farm was created as a theme street for pedestrians and various water-friendly spaces such as pedestrian ramps, observatories and seaside streets were to be secured. The main contents are as follows. First, a green bridge to Ahnnam Park was introduced for a tour source and flower garden, an event plan and viewing deck open to the sea were planned on the bridge's axis. Secondly, for the effective land use plan concerning open space and convenience to visitors, a promenade was planned, which is connected with the theme plaza and small plazas by environmental sculptures in front of the market hall and at the gate. As well, an observatory and a roof garden help create three dimensional multi leveled space, with a good view of the natural landscape of the sea, sky and park Thirdly, landscape materials, such as trees and those for facilities, strengthened for protection against the seawind and salt damage were selected. The commercial market area was intended to be transformed a traditional functional area of efficiency and economy into an attractive marine leisure area where both tourists and neighbors can make use of it.
