I employ search-and-matching to a multi-country and multi-sector Ricardian model with input-output linkages, trade in intermediate goods, and sectoral heterogeneity, in order to quantify the welfare effects from tariff changes. The paper shows that labor market frictions can be a source of comparative advantage in the sense that better labor market conditions contribute to lower cost in production. Labor market frictions play a critical role in determining the probability of exporting goods to trading partners, and interact with bilateral trade share, price, expenditures, etc. Unemployment and changes in unemployment rates due to tariff reductions contribute welfare changes across countries, implying that welfare effects based on quantitative trade models with full-employment are likely to be biased. I confirm the biased welfare effects by revisiting Caliendo and Parro (2015), who conduct an analysis of the welfare effects from the NAFTA from 1993 to 2005. I show that the welfare gap between theirs and mine has a positive correlation with changes in observed unemployment rates across countries. With the constructed model, I further conduct counterfactual exercises by asking what would happen if China's tariffs remain unchanged from 2006 to 2015. It turns out that there are mild welfare effects to trading partners in the world trading system.

The role of animal shelter is important for animal welfare. From this year, the animal shelter have clinic system and veterinarian. So adoption rate increased to 45%, die of illness decresed to 258% in the dog and adoption rate increased to 489%, die of illness decreased to 258% in the cat. The disease and condition of each animal is improved, also belief of adoption is improved too. veterinarian is necessary to animal welfare and systemic, professional model of animal shelter will contribute to animal welfare.

Currently, as Korea enters into a fast aging society, the problem of dementia population is increasing. In this paper, we intend to contribute to the improvement of welfare for the elderly by developing virtual reality technology and related interface technology to effectively perform hand movements known as effective methods for preventing and treating dementia. As the content of the research and development of this paper, it is designed to be easy for the elderly to use and stimulate brain function by applying VR technology using sensors, and to activate mental and physical activities for the elderly who are marginalized in terms of cultural welfare. We intend to develop by classifying the types of games and contents that can induce them. As a result of this thesis, we developed contents using virtual reality to improve cognitive abilities for elderly people with poor cognitive ability to activate the brains of users' cognition, memory, and attention to prevent and treat dementia I want to contribute.

본 연구는 복지지위가 복지인식에 미치는 영향이 각 개인의 정부신뢰 수준에 따라 상이하게 나타나는지 실증적으로 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 복지인식의 유의미한 예측요인으로 알려진 복지지위에 주목하며, 각 개인의 복지지위를 단일한 차원으로 측정하고자 복지부담-혜택 간 격차를 '물질적 희생(material sacrifice)'이라는 개념으로 정의하였다. 또한 '물질적 희생'과 정부신뢰가 '복지확대를 위한 비용부담의지'로 구체화되는 복지인식에 가지는 직접효과와, '물질적 희생'이 복지인식에 미치는 영향을 조절하는 기제로서 정부신뢰의 상호작용효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 "한국복지패널 8차년도"의 "복지인식부가조사"에 응답을 완료한 4,185명을 연구대상으로 위계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 복지지위에서 복지부담(조세 및 사회보험료지출)이 복지혜택(사회보험, 공공부조급여 및 각종 정부보조금)보다 커지는 '물질적 희생'이 증가할수록 '복지확대를 위한 비용부담의지'에 부(-)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 정부가 사회정책을 유능하게 수행할 것이라는 신뢰가 높아질수록, '물질적 희생'이 '복지확대를 위한 비용부담의지'에 미치는 부(-)적인 영향이 완화됨이 확인되었다. 이는 복지태도를 결정하는 일차적 동기인 자기이해 역시 정부기능에 대한 믿음이나 기대에 의해 조절될 수 있음을 의미하며, 복지확대를 위한 사회적 합의를 견인하기 위해 사회정책에 대한 신뢰 확충이 뒷받침되어야 함을 시사한다.

본 연구는 코로나19 팬데믹 이후 우리나라의 노인복지를 위한 교회 공동체 역할에 대한 연구이다. 연구의 목적은, 팬데믹 이후 노인복지에 대한 교회 공동체 기관의 역할을 수행함으로써 복지 수혜자인 노인들의 삶이 보다 더 안정적이고 행복한 삶이 될 수 있게 하고, 정부와 지자체, 지역사회 단체, 교회와의 네트워크를 통하여 효율적인 노인복지가 되게 하는데 있다. 연구방법은, 질적 연구로써 각 교회의 담임목사와 노인복지 담당목사와의 심층면접을 통하여 얻어낸 내용의 면접기록지를 1차 자료로 사용하였고, 1년간의 노인복지 사업 결과물을 2차 자료로 사용하여 조사·분석하였다. 연구 결과, 노인들이 코로나19 팬데믹의 힘든 환경, 상황 가운데서도 최소한의 복지 혜택을 받을 수 있었다. 자원과 지원의 한계에도 불구하고 노인들은 교회공동체에 많이 의존하고 있었고, 관계망 속에서의 안정감과 만족도도 높음으로 나타났다. 노인복지에 있어서 교회 공동체의 역할을 활용하여 우리나라 노인복지 발전에 기여하고자 하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이자 의의이다.

Purpose: This study aims to not only measure the elderly welfare supply index but investigate spatial patterns and determinants of local elderly welfare services in South Korea. Research design, data, and methodology: The index for local elderly welfare services is measured by employing standardized scores for critical variables related to elderly welfare. The present study utilized the GIS technique and Moran's I index to examine spatial patterns of elderly welfare services. The determinants of local elderly welfare service are analyzed by a series of regression models using R. Results: Spatial imbalance and asymmetric distribution were serious in the supply of elderly welfare service. It was also confirmed that the factors affecting the level of welfare services for the elderly vary depending on the type of service. In particular, the higher the proportion of the elderly population and the social welfare budget, the lower the level of welfare services for the elderly. Conclusions: Given the circumstance of spatial mismatch between supply and demand for elderly welfare services, it is necessary to consider and provide policy tactics about how the economic benefits and welfare budgets generated in the region can contribute to strengthening the welfare service system for the elderly.

Purpose: Religious facilities often intend to contribute to surrounding neighborhood and local community. While motivated by religious aims, churches can play a role in social welfare for elders in local community. It is obvious that the role will be different from official social welfare services from government and this study aims to examine the possibility of churches in the role of elderly social welfare in terms of space and program. Methods: Researchers interviewed management of four existing welfare programs by churces in order to understand operation of social welfare program for elders by churches. The second step was case study of four churches in Suwon City area. The potential for social welfare space use for elders was examined. Results: Researchers found the role of churches in providing welfare relevant programs and services but its function is not well established yet. Financial support is needed and another support is need from welfare experts. Implications: While churches has not well established the role in elderly welfare in local communities, churches can further develop welfare services utilizing space, manpower, and activity programs.

People with disabilities are an important part of society. The world has a huge population of disabled people. Therefore, it is important to study the establishment and improvement of the disability welfare law. To carry forward the humanitarian spirit and develop the cause of the disabled is a signㄴ of social civilization. Improving the welfare system for the disabled is conducive to social progress. Disabled people have the same right to pursue a happy life as non-disabled people. Now, South Korea, China and Japan all have disability welfare laws. But the content of welfare law is not the same. China's welfare law for the disabled is also very detailed, but there are many problems. Such as education, medical care and so on. Therefore, through this study, to understand the perfect disabled persons' system in other countries, will play a positive role in the development of China's disabled persons' welfare law in the future. By comparing the welfare laws of the three countries, we can learn from each other and make progress. To contribute to the development of the cause of the disabled.

오늘날 사회가 복잡하여 지면서 예전에는 없었던 여러 가지 현상들이 생겨나고 이에 따르는 문제점들도 많아지고 있다. 이러한 복잡한 사회에서의 사회복지는 더욱 다양한 측면을 고려하여야 한다. 우리는 이미 컴퓨터와 인터넷이 없이는 살 수 없는 정보화 사회에 살고 있으며, 나날이 증가하는 1인가구와 함께 개인화 되어가는 사회에 살고 있다. 이에 따라 현대사회는 1인가구 증가와 정보화 사회의 특성을 반영한 사회복지 실현 방안이 필요하다. 이는 기존의 사회복지 형식과는 차이가 있는 것으로 현대사회에 효과적으로 적용할 수 있는 사회복지 실현 방안이 될 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 논문에서는 컴퓨터게임이 어떻게 현대사회의 사회복지 실현에 기여할 수 있는지 알아본다.
