This thesis determines the research framework and scale design of leisure food E-Commerce consumer satisfaction degree by referring to previous theoretical model of customer satisfaction degree, the universal satisfaction evaluation index system, and the characteristics of leisure food E-Commerce in China. In this research, consumers who have bought leisure food online are taken as the research object, data are collected by questionnaires, and exploratory factor method is used to screen valid sample data. Through the Empirical Analysis which includes Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Reliability and Validity Analysis and Structural Equation Modeling, it is concluded that website design, logistics delivery service, commodity quality, and after-sales service are the main service quality on which the Leisure food E-Commerce enterprises should take focus. The service quality has significant positive influences on satisfaction degree. On the other hand consumer satisfaction has a significant positive influence on customer loyalty, which will create more earnings for the Leisure food E-Commerce enterprises.

본 논문에서는 외국인과 발음에 어려움을 겪고 있는 한국인들을 대상으로 음성 녹음을 진행하여 점수를 반환받는 웹 사이트를 소개한다. 이 웹 사이트의 목적은 사용자들의 발음 향상을 돕는 것이다. 음성 인식 API와 발음 평가 API를 사용하여 사용자의 발음을 정확하게 평가하고 피드백을 제공함으로써, 외국어 학습자와 발음에 어려움을 겪는 한국인들이 보다 원활하게 의사소통할 수 있도록 돕는다. 향후 연구로는 이 시스템의 사용자들에게 학습 성취에 대한 동기 부여를 하는 기능을 추가해 학습 효과를 높이도록 개선할 것이다.

In the era of big data, the growth of e-commerce transactions brings forth both opportunities and risks, including the threat of data theft and fraud. To address these challenges, an automated real-time fraud detection system leveraging machine learning was developed. Four algorithms (Decision Tree, Naïve Bayes, XGBoost, and Neural Network) underwent comparison using a dataset from a clothing website that encompassed both legitimate and fraudulent transactions. The dataset exhibited an imbalance, with 9.3% representing fraud and 90.07% legitimate transactions. Performance evaluation metrics, including Recall, Precision, F1 Score, and AUC ROC, were employed to assess the effectiveness of each algorithm. XGBoost emerged as the top-performing model, achieving an impressive accuracy score of 95.85%. The proposed system proves to be a robust defense mechanism against fraudulent activities in e-commerce, thereby enhancing security and instilling trust in online transactions.

This research aims to explore faculty research support systems in university libraries, assess their service performance for faculty research, and suggest the need and roadmap for new service development. We perform in-depth analyses of not only the current university library evaluation criteria as part of the overall university evaluation criteria, but also ten university libraries in the United States and two university libraries in Korea. Thorough benchmarking studies reveal the problems of the current university library evaluation criteria in its advances and limitations of current faculty support service systems. Especially this research suggests to develop a one-stop service execution wheel for the roadmap for the faculty research support system which is based on customer relationship management(CRM) for one-to-one, mass-personalized services to the faculty.

On-line community service should be considered with sociability and usability as well in website development because community in general is composed of various social factors. But, most on-line community services are developed and operated without having correct concepts and strategies concerning social factors. For that reason, community services in most web sites are not that successful. In this paper, twelve social factors are identified for developing community service evaluation system. Those factors are as follows: 1) Purpose, 2) Identity, 3) Reputation, 4) Governance, 5) Communication, 6) Groups, 7) Environment, 8) Boundaries, 9) Trust, 10) Exchange, 11) Expression, 12) History. Eight different types of community services are evaluated to see variations of 12 social factors. As a result, each types of community services has different types of value variations. The evaluation diagrams of each type will be used as a guideline for comparison and this comparative research will tell designers future development direction of their community services.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the problems of regional culture and tourism websites and to seek for the ways to improve those websites since the culture and tourism information websites of local government do not provide enough contents and service. This research is based on following 4 indicators, content evaluation, usability evaluation, design evaluation and interactivity evaluation which are used to evaluate tourism homepages of municipality by Korea Tourism Organization. The result of this research came out with the issue that regional cultural tourism websites lack user-oriented contents. Therefore, regional culture and tourism websites need to provide the custom-made information such as setting a free tourist route, complementing reservation system and diversifying the range of search.

This study was conducted to develop and evaluate a web-based infection prevention education program for children, parents and teachers. Research for development of the web-based education program was completed in four phases (analysis, design, development, and evaluation) from 1 February 2015 to 5 October 2015, and the completed website was named CHILD4HEALTH (http://uwcms.pusan.ac.kr). Educational contents pertaining to infection prevention were composed of three sections, children, parents and teachers. Subjects were divided into nine categories, animation, children's dictionary, with mom, music, games, quizzes, educational contents for parents, educational contents for teachers, school newsletters, and handouts. Six characters were developed to increase interest and educational effect. Program evaluation items comprised the website, reliability, and satisfaction. Website evaluation by parents revealed that ease of use was $3.77{\pm}0.70$, entertainment value was $4.07{\pm}0.27$, childproof was $3.82{\pm}0.67$, education value was $4.02{\pm}0.75$, and design features were rated $3.65{\pm}0.53$. According to teachers, ease of use was $3.98{\pm}0.37$, entertainment value was $4.00{\pm}0.17$, childproof was $4.34{\pm}0.60$, education value was $4.00{\pm}0.20$, and design features were $3.81{\pm}0.56$. Parents scored reliability and satisfaction as $8.33{\pm}0.62$ and $7.80{\pm}0.77$, respectively, while they were scored as $8.50{\pm}0.73$ and $8.10{\pm}0.74$ by teachers. Based on the results of this study, the developed web-based education program will help prevent infectious disease and facilitate development of future education programs regarding such diseases.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the ex-post evaluation reports of KOICA's grant aid project in terms of criteria, methods, and contents. To this end, we will examine the evaluation history and process with particular reference to EDCF and KOICA. Our key research questions are: 1) How are the evaluation standards of the OECD DAC reflected in the KOICA ex-post evaluation reports? 2) Whether did Korea's practices of development evaluation change after its entry into the OECD DAC. The paper attempted an content analysis on the key words used in findings and recommendation section of the reports since 1998 that ara available on the website of KOICA. The main results can be summarized as follows. First, the frequency of OECD DAC criteria(relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, impact, sustainability) and the use of quantitative methods have been increasing after joining the OECD DAC. Second, in the ex-post evaluation reports issued after 2010, the reference indices including the Project Design Matrix (PDM), baseline data, and performance have increased exponentially.

Purpose: The present study purposed to investigate and analyze domestic websites providing information about dementia and to suggest future directions for the development of dementia-related websites. Mothod: For this purpose, the researcher selected 13 domestic websites that were available in November and December 2004, and evaluated them in terms of construction, operation, accessibility and contents on a scale 4 point (0$\~$3). Result: The construction of dementia-related websites got 6$\~$13 out of 18 points, which suggests that management policies for the operation of dementia-related web sites are inadequate. The operation of dementia-related web sites got 7$\~$15 out of 24 points. In particular, all 13 sites got a low score in the aspect of continuance. With regard to accessibility, the sites were evaluated on how easily users could access the sites and they got 2$\~$8 out of 15 points. In evaluating contents, the sites got 9$\~$18 out of 21 points with regard to the purpose and appropriateness of the contents. Conclusion: This shows that most sites did not provide diverse types of dementia-related information. Because it is highly advantageous to perform primary dementia-preventing management through websites, this study proposes to develop a website evaluation system in order to provide high quality dementia-related information.

This paper strives to shed a light on open access journals as academic resources for libraries and repositories. It also seeks the measure for the evaluation of information resources. It first attempts to draw outcomes and suggestions on the basis of the issues and implications identified through analysis into aspects of management, service, and infrastructure of repositories. For this task, research methods such as interviews and on/offline literature review were employed. Specific projects were analyzed via literature and website review, although not detailed in nature. Next, the paper discusses issue such as the current quality measures of OAJ. For this, a thorough comparison on the background, outlines and characteristics of the projects and an analysis of the specifics of each project were conducted as well.
