In the web environment for general information seeking and business-to-customer and business-to-business electronic commerce, users are customers. Understanding their expectations and how they feel about the web sites they use is becoming a very serious concern. While the success of a company or an organization is dependent on many factors, its web site plays a central role. This paper described the use of WebQual2.0 to evaluate the various web sites of B2B and B2C. WebQual2.0 has been extended and refined to encompass an interaction-quality literature. Furthermore, this paper described the use of Kano model to evaluate the various web sites which classified by internet business types. The result showed that the inherent characteristics of B2B and B2C web site should be considered in initial site construction. Further, customers in a web domain do not regard all quality factors as equally important and the rankings of important quality factors differ from one web domain to another. This study was focused on the identifying the weights of web quality factors according to the each web site of the internet business types.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate a dating violence prevention program for middle school students. Method: The development of a web-based dating violence prevention program proceeded through the stages of analysis, design, development, implement, and evaluation in addition to designing a randomized control group pre-post trial to test its effects. The effects of the program were analyzed using dating violence awareness, sex role, anger and aggression. Collected data was analyzed using SPSS 19.0. Result: We posted the results on our website (http://www.stopviolence.co.kr) to complete our web-based dating violence prevention program. The program was conducted as group education on a small scale for 90 minutes per session during 8 sessions in total. The Web-based dating violence prevention program was effective in increasing awareness of middle school students on the dating violence, changing sex role attitudes positively, and decreasing anger and aggression in trouble situations. Conclusion: We strongly recommend using this web-based dating violence prevention program to prevent dating violence.

This study measures the effectiveness of 39 Korean Government websites in providing equitable and appropriate government information to the public. 39 government web sites were divided into two groups, 21 "departments or ministries" and 18 "offices". Five evaluation criteria were information contents of services, fluent operation of services, feedback mechanism, easiness of access, and design. The study showed that there are some different results between 21 "departments or ministries" and 18 "offices". Most information services provided by Government websites were slightly moderately appreciated by the researchers. Some problems and resolutions for the improvement of government websites are provided. Also, some suggestions for the government website designers and administrators are made.

People write reviews of numerous products or services on the Internet, in their blogs or community bulletin boards. These unstructured data contain important emotions and opinions about the author's product or service, which can provide important information for future product design or marketing. However, this text-based information cannot be evaluated quantitatively, and thus they are difficult to apply to mathematical models or optimization problems for product design and improvement. Therefore, this study proposes a method to quantitatively extract user's opinion or preference about a specific product or service by utilizing a lot of text-based information existing on the Internet or online. The extracted unstructured text information is decomposed into basic unit words, and positive rate is evaluated by using existing emotional dictionaries and additional lists proposed in this study. This can be a way to effectively utilize unstructured text data, which is being generated and stored in vast quantities, in product or service design. Finally, to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, a case study was conducted using movie review data retrieved from a portal website. By comparing the positive rates calculated by the proposed framework with user ratings for movies, a guideline on text mining based evaluation of unstructured data is provided.

This study considered the most crucial elements in websites as web usability and web accessibility. The web usability signified the empirical satisfaction of ordinary users on websites and how much they used the relevant websites conveniently and accurately, while the web accessibility signified the technical support that could have an easy access to web contents and the principles of cognitive aspects, by considering the users such as those who have been alienated from information. Even if the people were given lots of beneficial information, the websites would be useless if their usability and accessibility were not considered. It would be necessary to reduce the information gap by letting any users (the physically challenged, the elderly, etc.) give an access to every information without any professional abilities and to provide the efficient websites corresponding to the embodiment goal of e-government through rapidity and accuracy of contents and the feedback for systematic structure and people's demand.

최근 웹 정보의 증가와 웹의 효율적인 구축에 대한 요구가 많아짐에 따라 대화형 웹 페이지를 위한 웹 도구로서 Ajax를 이용하는 웹 어플리케이션들이 급격히 증가하고 있다. Ajax의 가장 큰 장점은 Refresh 기능을 이용하여 페이지 이동없이 고속으로 화면을 전환 가능하며, 서버 처리를 기다리지 않고 비동기 요청이 가능하다. 이 논문에서는 이러한 장점의 활용을 위해 Ajax의 기능을 이용한 웹 사이트 구축한 결과 보인다. 기존 Ajax 성능 평가 방법의 분석을 통해 Ajax의 성능 평가의 한계점 및 향후 연구를 위한 추가 고려사항들을 도출한다. 기존 성능 평가 연구에 대한 분석 결과는 향후 Ajax 성능 평가를 위한 기초 자료로 이용 가능하며, 또한 구축된 웹 사이트는 기존 성능 평가 바탕으로 보다 다양한 성능 평가를 위한 실헝 데이터로 활용될 수 있다.

최근 몇 년 동안 전자상거래는 새로운 비즈니스 환경으로 인식되어 급속하게 성장하고 있다. 온라인 상거래가 활성화 되면서 전자상거래를 위한 웹사이트도 많이 생겨나고 있지만, 사기, 개인 및 신용정보 노출, 개인의 사회적 신뢰도 저하 등 전자상거래 보안에 관련된 문제들이 전자상거래 시장의 활성화를 위협하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 웹 기반의 전자상거래 발전에 있어 보안 문제의 해결이 가장 중요함을 인식하고 전자상거래 웹사이트에 대한 보안 평가 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 전자상거래 보안과 관련한 다수의 보안 평가 항목을 선정하고, AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)를 사용하여 영역별 가중치를 산정한 모델을 설계한다. 본 논문에서 제시한 보안 평가 모델은 안전한 전자상거래 웹사이트 설계, 구축 및 운영에 필요한 보안 가이드라인으로 활용될 수 있다.

전 세계적으로 전자상거래의 수요가 폭발적으로 증가하고 있고, 많은 개인과 기업들이 전자상거래 사이트를 구축하여 운영하고 있지만 이를 사업적인 측면에서 수익과 연결시키지 못하고 있으며, 소비자에게 편리한 구매를 지원하지 못하는 등 많은 문제점이 야기되었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 전자상거래 사이트의 합리적인 평가 모델을 제시함으로써 전자상거래 웹사이트의 구축과 운영상의 기초 자료를 제공하고, 효율적 관리 및 활용 촉진을 도모하고자 한다. 따라서 현재 전자상거래 웹사이트의 실태를 점검 평가함으로써 궁극적으로 서비스 향상 그리고 개인과 기업 또는 조직의 생산성 향상 및 이윤 극대화 방안을 모색할 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문에서는 웹사이트의 성격에 따라 평가하는 기준과 가중치 또한 다르다는 인식 하에 선행연구와 여러 기관들의 평가기준을 고찰한 후, 평가변수의 체계적인 분석을 통해 전자상거래 웹사이트의 새로운 측정의 틀을 설계하고 이에 따른 평가 모델을 구축 제시하였다. 본 평가 모델을 통한 전자상거래 웹사이트의 평가는 운영자의 입장에서는 웹사이트의 효율적인 운영과 예산에도 많은 영향을 미칠 것이고, 이는 사용자 측면에서도 더욱 유리한 방향의 효과가 나타날 것이다.

This case study takes a look at the hyperlink networks extracted from the websites of 367 international non-governmental organizations (NGOs) with datasets from 2010, 2012 and 2014. The first level of evaluation focuses on connections between the NGOs, identifying important nodes, groups and their relations. The second level takes into account the broad range of networked websites from the World Wide Web delivering insights into general networking patterns. The third level explores the underlying spatial configurations of the network which offers a great variety of geographic insights on information flows between and within continents, countries and cities. The most interesting findings of this study are a low level of interconnectedness between the NGOs and at the same time a strong spatial concentration of all embedded network actors.

본 연구는 국내 주요 연구기관 사이트를 대상으로 웹 접근성 실태 조사를 하였다. 연구기관의 구체적인 웹 접근성 준수 실태 파악을 위해 자동화 평가도구인 K-WAH 4.0을 사용하였다. 평가 결과 국내의 20여개의 연구기관 중 6개의 연구기관만이 웹 접근성 마크를 획득하였으며 획득한 연구기관의 준수율은 96%, 획득하지 못한 연구기관의 준수율은 86%, 전체 평균 준수율 89%로 접근성 마크를 획득한 연구기관이 획득하지 못한 연구기관에 비하여 다소 높은 것으로 나타났지만 웹 접근성마크를 받은 연구기관 중 웹 접근성을 100% 준수하는 사이트를 발견하지 못하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 연구기관 사이트 중 잘 지켜지지 않은 항목들을 파악한 후 국내 연구기관 웹 사이트의 접근성 수준 향상에 기여하고자 한다.
