국내 건설 산업에서 실패정보는 사례중심의 비체계적인 문서형태로 관리되고, 통계적 분석결과 정보수준의 자료로 제시되고 있다. 이는 건설실패정보의 활용을 통하여 건설프로세스가 지속적으로 개선될 수 있다는 긍정적인 측면을 간과한 건설실무자의 인식의 부재에 기인한다. 이에 본 연구는 건설실패정보의 관리 및 활용에 대한 문제점을 인식하고, 반복적으로 발생되는 건설실패를 사전에 예방할 수 있도록 실패정보를 체계적으로 관리, 공유, 학습, 활용할 수 있는 웹 기반 건설실패사례 정보시스템을 구축하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 본 연구에서 개발된 건설실패사례 정보시스템은 웹과 사례기반추론기법을 이용하여 가장 유사한 과거 사례가 검색될 수 있도록 구현하였으며, 건설실패정보를 체계적으로 관리할 수 있고, 실패사례를 통한 간접적 지식습득 및 미래의 건설프로젝트의 실패발생 예방대책을 수립하는데 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

가치공학(Value Engineering, 이하 VE)은 단기간 VE 워크샵을 통하여 분야별 전문가들이 팀을 구성하여 VE 업무 프로세스에 따라 다양한 과업을 수행한다. 그러나 최근까지 VE 워크샵 수행과정에서 활용되는 정보는 다양한 정보의 축적 및 활용방법이 체계적이지 못하기 때문에 VE 팀원들에게 유용하지 못한 실정이다 특히 VE 팀원간 정보의 신뢰성과 신속성, 원할한 의사소통의 장애요인이 되며, VE 워크샵 시간과 비용의 증가를 초래하는 원인이 되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제들을 해결하기 위하여 효율적 인 VE 정보활용 방법으로써 웹 기술을 이용한 YE 정보시스템의 개념 모델을 제안한다.

The construction companies are facing potential EHS(Environment, Health & Safety) of major accidents to cause casualties or a financial loss and increasing social responsibility. So, they have to voluntarily accomplish the EHS management system rather than passively with regard to EHS regulation. In this study, the integrated EHS management system is developed based on cloud computing, and construction companies are to materialize self-regulation EHS process of construction workplace and to standardize the total EHS business process using the developed system. The proposed system also provides risk analysis, education/control and continuous improvement for EHS tasks and users can easily access the system on the web at a low price through cloud computing service. Eventually, the integrated system contributes to the managerial improvement by minimizing economic and physical loss caused by construction accidents.

공정 및 작업단위등이 다양하고 복잡한 건설산업에서 작업일보의 관리는 매우 중요하다. 그러나 건설산업 분야의 다양한 건설프로젝트 관리 시스템은 작업 및 작업시 발생하는 정보들을 효율적으로 관리하지 못할 뿐만 아니라 하수급업체와의 연계가 되지 않아 실제적으로 이용되지 못하고 있다. 이것은 하수급업체에 대한 배려 없이 원수급업체 주도로 시스템이 구축/이용되기 때문이다. 이러한 이유로 하수급업체 중심의 시스템이 발전하지 못할 뿐만 아니라 프로젝트 진행에 있어서 발생하는 작업정보의 축적에 있어 누락 및 왜곡이 발생하는 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문의 목적은 웹을 기반으로 원수급업체와 하수급업체간 원활한 작업정보 관리 시스템의 개발에 관해 연구/분석하고 모델을 제시하는데 있다.

최근 건설업은 복합화$\cdot$고도화에 따라 효율적 인 관리가 요망되고 있다. 그 중 출역인원관리는 다양한 공정의 변화와 단위작업의 증가로 인하여 매우 중요하다. 이에 따라 IT기술의 발달과 더불어 공사관리의 효율화를 위하여 인터넷을 기반으로 웹(Web)을 통한 현장관리시스템을 사용하고 있다. 그러나 기존시스템은 작업 일보정보를 입력하는 협력사 중심이 아닌 시공사 중심으로 개발되었고, 협력사에서는 시스템을 사용할 수 있는 환경이 조성되지 못하고 있다. 또한 작업일보 정보가 보관 및 관리 될 때까지 몇 단계를 거 치 면서 정보의 손실 및 누락이 발생되어 작업 일보 정보의 신뢰성을 떨어트리고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 작업 일보 정보를 수집, 보관, 관리할 수 있고 협력사 중심으로 효율적인 택트공정관리를 할 수 있는 시스템 제시를 목적으로 하였다.

Growing demand for traditional Korean housing, modernized Korean traditional housing (Hanok) was developed as a way of providing Hanok for the public. However, the standard cost data for Hanok has limitations, as it was developed based on single mock-up project actually constructed and verified by another mock-up Hanok. In order to meet these research objectives, daily report composition which is easy-to-use for on-site workers and managers and also easy-to-accumulate standard cost data was developed first. Secondly, access to the system was made easy through a web server. Finally, an automated calculation formula was inserted to allow the last inputted data to be automatically included for adjustment of standard costs. This system was designed from an industry perspective so that any unspecified and nonprofessional users can easily use. For the users, it has an advantage that on-site workers are provided with a daily report system through web server and also they are able to complete such reports through simple input and output without any additional forms.

A number of urban renewal projects are currently being implemented around the world. Current project management tools are limited in effectively dealing with numerous issues regarding management of these projects (e.g., simultaneous execution of multiple projects). As an effort to address this deficiency, an Intelligent Program Management Information System (i-PgMIS) was developed for effective management of urban renewal projects. The i-PgMIS is a web-based system consisting of various modules including cost management, schedule management, risk management, change management, eco-value engineering (EVE) and so on. Based on the recognition of increasing awareness of creating sustainable built environment, this paper focuses on the EVE module that can support eco-value analysis at program-level management. The EVE module is expected to enhance value and sustainability of construction processes throughout the whole 'program' lifecycle and further to support program feasibility study based on life cycle costing.

200만호 주택건설로 폭발된 1980년대 주택건설 시장의 활성화는 수도권 및 신도시를 중심으로 많은 APT를 양산하였고 그 과정에서 품질수준은 물량 공급 위주의 주택정책으로 소비자의 욕구를 충족시키지 못하였고 준공된 건물에서는 예상치 못한 많은 하자를 발생시켰다. 이에 따라 $1980\~1990$년대 공동주택의 하자 예방을 위한 연구가 수행되어 하자 다발 공종과 분야별 빈도 및 하자 발생으로 인한 손실추정 등 여러 연구 성과가 축적되었으나 하자 발생율을 줄이고 하자로 인한 소비자의 불만족을 해소시키는데는 크게 기여하지 못하고 있다. 이는 하자 관련 연구가 실제 공사를 수행하는 시점에 적절히 관리하고 통제하는 SYSTEM과 연계되지 못하고, 제대로 적용되지 못하기 때문이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내 건설공사 중에서 공통주택에서 발생하는 하자에 관한 정보와 현황에 대한 분석을 실시하고, 그 유형별 특성에 따른 분류를 실시한 뒤 이를 종합하여 체계적인 정보의 확보 및 활용을 위한 WEB 기반 FEED-BACK 시스템을 제안하고자 한다.

건설공사의 계약문서에는 설계도면, 공사시방서 등이 포함되나, 국제적인 수준의 계약문서로서 다소 미흡하게 작성되었던 것이 사실이다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 '98년 1월부터는 설계도서 작성시 공사시방서를 작성하도록 하였다. 그러나 제도의 도입초기이므로 참고할 만한 자료도 충분하지 않으며, 작성경험 및 능력도 부족한 실정이다. 이러한 점을 보완하기 위하여 개발된 기존 시스템은 네트워크를 고려하지 않아 시스템 활용과 유지관리 및 갱신에 한계가 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존 시스템을 개선하여, 전문시방서, 설계기준, 하위기술기준 둥 건설공사기준 DB를 구축하고, Web을 통해 구축된 DB를 검색·활용하여 공사시방서를 실시간으로 작성하는 시스템 개발 방안을 제시하였다. 이러한 시스템은 공사시방서 작성시, 표준시방서, 전문시방서 등 다양한 정보를 조회하여 수준높은 공사시방서를 작성하는데 일조할 것으로 기대된다.

This paper discusses management education by utilizing the cyber education learning system in a web-based. New learning system tools offer great promise for a new contents of management learning. The cyber education learning system a shift from face-to-face lecturing to interactive learning. The situation changes profoundly when information technology becomes develope and education paradigm is shift. By exploiting the digital media. educations, and students, managers can shift to a new, more effect cyber education learning system. The following shift from classic educations to cyber educations learning system: from instruction to construction, from teacher-centered to learner-centered, from school to lifelong, from one-size-fits-all to customized, from teacher as transmitter to teacher as facilitator. Cyber education learning system has an important role to play in management education. Web-based technology is regarded as a general solution to cyber education learning. This study discussed many factors of implementation in cyber education systems and provide utilizing the learning system at main, detail functions. Lastly, management implications of these cyber education utilize are discussed in more detail.
