This paper presents the smart system platform for remotely controlling the windows and doors system(WDS), which gathers and analyzes the state of WDS and the environmental data for preventing crimes and keeping a pleasant indoor. In particular, standard API between the smart WDS platform and the smart home platform has been presented to be easy to a home services, such as security, safety, and home appliance control. The private gateway of wire and wireless communication interfaces has been developed to remotely control and monitor the WDS for anytime and anyplace solving the crime prevention and ventilation problem. Web-and App-based user interface in order to detect the opening and shutting states and remotely control WDS have also been developed to support the mobile environment, respectively.

This paper intends to suggest methods to design and implement a jQuery mobile based system in a future mobile webapp environment through a study on an N-Screen application in a mobile webapp. N-Screen is one of the representative services of cloud computing. It is promoted by the need of users to require universal functions for all devices. However, this situation is in conflict with the users' need to have the same experience and N-Screen cannot deal with these disparate services. Thus, this study intends to suggest a system analysis, structure of design, and a framework by implementing the N-Screen based movie reservation system in the jQuery mobile environment.

The objective of this study is to investigate and compare the situation of the informationization of public libraries between 2012 and 2014. Data were collected two times in both 2012 and 2014 using Internet survey. Survey contents were general information situation, softwares, digital service room, RFID, digital contents, mobile service, integrated digital services. Results show that library informationization went for demonstration effect for local residents, staff for library informationization was insufficient, KOLAS was still needed to be upgraded, and most of public libraries were insufficient for future digital services. As improvement plans, there are the development of next generation integrated system, expansion of mobile web and app service, and increasing digital contents. For further study, it provides a study of the use of digital contents and equipment on public libraries.

Purposes: The aim of this study is to evaluate whether the contents of hospital reservation and reception applications(apps) are qualitatively useful in meeting the needs of medical consumers and improving hospital accessibility and convenience. Methodology: (1) identify consumer needs through social data web mining, (2) describe the status of key contents of mobile apps to improve accessibility and convenience of care, and (3) verify the quality of apps through validated tools Finding: The contents of 'mobile reservation function' and 'waiting time information provision' that can contribute to reduction of delay time of care and efficiency of desk work were supported, but the level of utilization was insufficient. The quality level of the app, including the level of consumers' needs, has shown a wide gap between the apps. Implications: The recent development of mobile apps for hospital accessibility and consumer needs has shown a wide gap in the quality of apps, including information and aesthetic. Therefore, it is necessary to develop apps based on user interface(UI), user experience(UX) based designs that can promote the usefulness and convenience of apps while monitoring needs of consumers continuously.

Objectives: The objective of this study is to investigate and valuate currently provided database management systems (DBMS) of traditional Korean medical knowledge. Methods: We searched DBMS on the web and smart device application markets (Apple App Store and Google Play Store). Key words for searching were 'traditional medicine', 'acupuncture', 'moxibustion', 'herbal medicine', and '한의학'. We looked into each DBMS to find out its scopes and limits, and each was valuated according to its functionality, accessibility, and utility. Results: 186 DBMS of traditional Korean medical knowledge were investigated and 91% of them were applications for smart devices. Almost all DBMS provided acupuncture and herb information, and a small amount of DMBS provided prescription and research paper information. Functionality, accessibility, and utility valuation were performed by using scoring system from 0 to 2. Mean values of functionality, accessibility, and utility were 0.86, 1.29, and 1.09. Conclusions: On the whole, high accessibility and low functionality were found, and various data-calculating functions were not implemented. Further researches and developments about traditional Korean medical knowledge DBMS are necessary to provide correct traditional Korean medical information and to support the studies about Korean medicine.

본 연구는 세계적인 기후변화와 물부족 현상에 따라 우리나라에도 향후 물부족에 대비한 농업용수의 친환경적인 적정 관리의 필요성이 절실해지고 있으며 친환경 녹색기술 개발과 농촌수자원의 체계적인 관리가 중요한 국가적인 문제로 대두되고 있다. 농촌은 고령화와 인구감소로 인하여 농업기반 수리시설과 농업용수의 전통적인 인력관리가 어려워지고 있으므로 이를 혁신할 수 있는 친환경, 녹색기술, 정보통신기술(ICT) 융합으로 농촌수자원 관리기술의 개발하고 이에 농업용수를 효율적인 관리를 위하여 농촌지역 수리시설과 농업용수 관리를 위해 정보통신기술과 센서네트워크 계측제어기술 및 모바일기술을 적용하여 농촌수자원 스마트 물관리를 위한 시범지구를 운영 하였다. 시범지구는 섬진강댐 수계의 동진도수로, 김제간선, 정읍간선으로 용수를 공급하는데 이중 수혜면적 17,600 ha, 수로연장 59 km의 김제간선에 시범지구로 선정하였다. 김제간선의 용수공급량은 년평균 163,748천톤의 공급하고 있다. 시범지구 운영은 5개년 중 1차년도(2011년)에는 현장시설 설치 총 87지점에서 15개소를 설치하였으며 시범지구의 영농 및 물관리 특성, 용수공급량 조사 분석하였으며 시범지구의 운영시스템 구축과 Smart 물관리 프로그램(Web, App)개발 하였다. 시범지구 운영은 한국농어촌공사 물관리분야 관련 신기술의 실용화를 위한 인큐베이트 역할을 하며 통합수자원관리시스템과 연계하여 체계적인 현장 물관리 기술의 보급과 공사의 대표적인 물관리 시범지구로 활용 및 사업 홍보 효과에 기여할 것으로 기대되고 있다.

비 프렌차이즈의 소상공인 뷰티샵 에서는 고객관리와 마케팅이 중요한 이슈지만 고객관리 프로그램을 사용하기에 어려움을 호소하며, 고객관리를 고객카드로 수기로 작성하면서 일일이 관리하고 있는 실정이다. 이를 개선해 기존에 존재하는 CRM 프로그램을 구매, 설치하여 사용하기엔 고가의 설치비와, PC가 종료된 동안에는 활용하지 못하는 현 시대의 상황을 개선하기 위하여, 최대한 쉽게 이용이 가능하며, PC의 종료와 상관이 없도록 웹과 모바일에서 동시에 작업이 가능한 웹앱 형태의 CRM을 만들어 제공한다. 또한, 권한별 데이터를 분류해 뷰티샵 매니저들은 고객의 구매내역과 상세 정보사항을, 고객들은 이와 연동한 자신의 모바일 어플리케이션에서 자신에게 맞는 정보만 볼 수 있도록 구현 하였고, 마케팅적인 내용으로 고객의 성향을 아이템 구매와 밀접도를 계산하여, 아이템 기반 성향 추천 알고리즘을 사용해 고객이 가장 마음에 들어할 만한 아이템을 우선적으로 정렬하여 보여주게 하였다. 상세한 개발 내용은 본문에서 기술한다.

This study aims to suggest a method to provide a real-time noise map based on cloud using Amazon AWS. Acquiring environmental noise information, an Android app was developed to collect data on noise level, location, and measurement time of campus in Inha Technical College as a study area. Noise measurement information is transmitted to the AWS Cloud and managed, and the noise information collected through Amazon Quick Site is displayed in charts and maps. Finally, a web-based noise contour map and the results mapped to buildings were visualized with a Google map for users to search for the current environmental noise distribution. The real-time noise map presented as a result of this study is expected to be helpful for noise status and reduction policies.

Even though Korea is No.1 shipbuilding country around the world, there have been a lot of accident and man-made calamity incurring in shipyards these days. Therefore most of Korea major shipyard and mid-small size shipyard deeply agonize about safety management countermeasure. As a result of it, many shipyards pour their effort on developing man watching system, PF wireless communication system, portable measuring system to prevent from accident such as fire, suffocation incurring. In this paper, analyze conventional accident & man-made calamity preventing system adopted by most of shipyard and enable the user to watch accident for 24 hours and notify it to user when it is incurring through state of the art ICT technology. And as a result of it the user can prevent the accident and man-made calamity at the beginning.

In this paper, we propose an indoor logistic tracking system that identifies the location and inventory of the logistics in the room based on fingerprints. Through this, we constructed the actual infrastructure of the logistics center and designed and implemented the logistics management system. The proposed system collects the signal strength through the location terminal and generates the signal map to locate the goods. The location terminal is composed of a UHF RFID reader and a wireless LAN card, reads the peripheral RFID signal and the signal of the wireless AP, and transmits it to the web server. This allows the user to communicate with the server through the smartphone app and get information and location of nearby items.
