  • The Internet is now an integral part of the everyday lives of a majority of people. They are demanding web sites that offer credible information - Just as much as they want sites that are easy to navigate. But the online reality today is that few Internet users say they can trust the web sites that have products for sale or the sites that offer advice about which products and services to buy. Users want the web sites they visit to provide clear information to allow them to judge the site's credibility. Users want to know who runs the site; how to reach those people; the site's privacy policy; and how the site deals with mistakes. In the eyes of users all sites ate not equal. Users have different credibility standards for different types of sites. For news and information sites users want advertising clearly labeled as advertising. And users want the site to provide a list of the editors responsible for the site's contents, including the editor's email address. For e-commerce sites, user expectations and demands are just about as high as they can be. They say that it is very important that these sites provide specific, accurate information about the site's policies and practices.

This study also aims to examine the relationship between the variables of web site service quality variables (reliability, information, design, communication, entertainment, convenience), the customer satisfaction with web site, relationship intention and word of mouth intention. As the results, the study found that factors of web site service quality variables has a positive impact on customer satisfaction. And customer satisfaction also has a positive impact on relationship intention and word of mouth intention. At the same time, it was found that customer satisfaction had an effect on relationship intention through the mediation of word of mouth intention indirectly as well as directly. According to those results, marketing managers should develop different service strategies.

  • The present research integrates the core aspects of anger with the theory of planned behavior to investigate factors influencing online activism in a Web site. This study conducted online survey, and the sample was members who joined the V4400 Sobi-ja-heem Web site. The Web site Sobi-ja-heem was initiated by a consumer who was irritated at the cell phone manufacturer Samsung Inc. because its model, "Anycall" had major product defects such as the malfunction of the camcorder, poor tone quality, fuzziness of the screen, and broken text messages. The findings suggests that adding anger in Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) enhances the explanatory power of the theory in predicting an intention to participate in activities to correct the issue, which indicates the possibility of combining emotion and the TPB in the prediction of online activism.

  • When applying web hacking techniques and methods it needs to configure the integrated step-by-step and run an information security. Web hackings rely upon only one way to respond to any security holes that can cause a lot. In this study the diagnostic process of cross-site scripting attacks and web hacking response procedures are designed. Response system is a framework for configuring and running a step-by-step information security. Step response model of the structure of the system design phase, measures, operational step, the steps in the method used. It is designed to secure efficiency of design phase of the system development life cycle, and combines the way in secure coding. In the use user's step, the security implementation tasks to organize the details. The methodology to be applied to the practice field if necessary, a comprehensive approach in the field can be used as a model methodology.

  • In the current wireless Internet environment, using a mobile device to quickly access a web site is closely related to measuring the performance of a website. When accessing a website, the user has a long time to access the website and has no access to the website. In this case, the performance of the web site should be improved by measuring and analyzing the performance of the connection delay due to a problem of the web site.Among the performance measurement factors of Web sites, Web page loading time is a very important factor for a successful service business in the situation where most of e-commerce business is being developed as a web-based service. An open source tool was analyzed to analyze the performance of the e-commerce web page to present problems, software optimization methods and hardware optimization methods. Applying two optimization methods to suit the environment will enable stable and e-commerce websites.

  • If the correct structure of Web site is known, the information provider can discover users# behavior patterns and characteristics for better services, and users can find useful information easily and exactly. There may be some difficulties, however, to extract the exact structure of Web site because documents one the Web tend to be changed frequently. This paper proposes new method for extracting such Web structure automatically. The method consists of two phases. The first phase extracts the hyperlinks among Web documents, and then constructs a directed graph to represent the structure of Web site. It has limitations, however, to discover the hyperlinks in Flash and Java Applet. The second phase is to find such hidden hyperlinks by using Web access log. It fist extracts the click streams from the access log, and then extract the hidden hyperlinks by comparing with the directed graph. Several experiments have been conducted to evaluate the proposed method.

  • The present study examined the usability of the web site design, focusing on the cognitive characteristics of the WWW. Specifically, we conducted two major non-experimental usability testing methods on the domestic web sites with various purposes. In research I. we used an on-line questionnaire method on 12 domestic web sites. As a result. several critical usability features and factors were identified. In research 2. we carried out a heuristic evaluation method to identify more specific usability problems The result of research 2 suggests that the heuristic evaluation method reveals more specific problems of the web site design than the questionnaire method.

  • Most of hospitals, especially small-scale hospitals, have tried to get customers through the Internet as what companies have done recently. There are various attempts that increase visits to one's web-site in plastic surgery hospitals. However, in plastic surgery, there have been few studies on which an attribute contributes to increase the number of web-site visit. In order to derive the important attributes on the number of visit, we compared functional attributes of 30 high-visit plastic surgery web-sites with those of 30 low-visit web-sites using statistical and data mining methods. For analysis, three methods have conducted including Multiple Discriminant Analysis (statistical method), Decision Trees (data mining method), and Artificial Neural Network (data mining method). Furthermore, results of each method have been evaluated one another. The result of this study shows that a few attributes like 'Simulating cyber plastic surgery program', 'recommendation of information' explain the number of the visitors between high and low visit web-site. The methodology employed in this study provides an efficient way of improving satisfaction of visitors of plastic surgery website.

  • The purpose of this study is to present the direction of development of menu structure of museum web site through menu structure and content analysis of domestic museum web sites. To this end, menu structure was divided into content areas for 27 national, public, and university museums in Korea and analyzed in terms of organizing system, labeling system, and navigation system, which are components of information architecture. The results of the study suggested continuous management, including hierarchy of appropriate width and depth, use of clear and consistent labels, provision of collection search functions and updating the status of collections, and correction of web site errors, in the direction of development.

  • Cross-Site Request Forgery is one of the attack techniques occurring in today's Web Applications. It allows an unauthorized attacker to send authorized requests to Web Server through end-users' browsers. These requests are approved by the Web Server as normal requests therefore unexpected results arise. The problem is that the Web Server verifies an end-user using his Cookie information. In this paper, we propose an enhanced CSRF defense scheme which uses Page Identifier and user password's hash value in addition to the Cookie value which is used to verify the normal requests. Our solution is simple to implement and solves the problem of the token disclosure when only a random token is used for normal request verification.
