분산된 환경에서 유사한 기능을 제공하는 서비스들의 수가 증가함에 따라, 웹서비스의 신뢰성은 매우 중요한 서비스 선택 요인이 되고 있다. 기업 간 협업과 같은 개방적 비즈니스 모델을 충족시키기 위해, 여러 단위 웹서비스들이 상호 연동하여 상위 수준의 비즈니스 트랜잭션을 형성하는 웹서비스 조합에서 신뢰성의 문제는 더욱 중요해진다. 그러나 단위 웹서비스 각각의 신뢰성이 보장된다고 해도, 조합된 서비스의 신뢰성은 보장되지 않는다. 따라서, 조합된 서비스의 신뢰성에 대한 평가 및 서비스 결정을 위한 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문은 웹서비스의 신뢰성을 평가하기 위한 신뢰도 평가 메트릭스를 정의하고, 이를 통해 조합된 웹 서비스의 신뢰수준을 추측하기 위한 평가 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 신뢰성 평가 모델을 기반으로 웹서비스 조합에서 신뢰할 수 있는 웹서비스 선택을 지원하기 위한 프레임워크를 정의한다. 서비스 사용자의 직관적인 선택이 아니라 정량적인 평가를 통한 선택이 이루어짐으로써, 사용자가 기능적 요구사항뿐만 아니라 품질 요구사항에서도 보다 만족할만한 선택 결과를 얻을 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Creativity is a long cherished and widely studied aspect of human behavior that allows us to re-invent the familiar, and to imagine the new. Computational creativity (CC) is a newly burgeoning area of creativity research that brings together academics and practitioners from diverse disciplines, genres and modalities, to explore the potential of computers to be autonomously creative, or to collaborate as co-creators with people. We describe here an architecture for creative Web services that will act as a force magnifier for CC, both for academic research, and for the effective deployment of real CC applications in industry. For researchers, this service-oriented architecture supports the pooling of technologies in a robust interoperable framework, in which CC models are conceived, developed and migrated from lab settings to an industrial strength platform. Industry developers, for their part, will be able to exploit novel results of CC research in a robust, low-risk form, without having to re-implement algorithms from a quickly moving field. We illustrate the architecture with the first of a growing set of creative Web services that provide robust figurative language processing on demand.

With the development of mobile and wireless environments, the Ubiquitous era has com on the base of technologies of Semantic Web and Web Services. To accelerate proliferation of the E-Commerce in the Ubiquitous era, the importance of information search is emphasized more and more and its time to need more intelligent search for product and service which can consider location and other context-aware related information. As a starting point to meet these requirements, we proposed more effective product information search service framework through web services under semantic web environment. Over the wireless internet and we also examined its technical validity with the prototype system, implemented prototype and investigated the technological possibility.

The Research on the ICT(Information & Communication Technology) is proposed the category to IT839 strategy by Government. Government is driving to researching on technology about IT839 Strategy. By transforming this category and research information into Semantic Web environment, it is possible to search function utilizing knowledge base and information object by use of TBox and ABox. In this regard, this study proposes technology for generation of Semantic Web Document about ICT Research Information. The ontology is constructed by using category to IT839 Strategy. The features of framework proposed in this study is to have used a skill to directly map Ontology instance and in case of inability of direct mapping, proposed a skill to establish reliable Semantic Web Document by suggesting indirect mapping skill using mechanical study. In addition, it is possible to establish low cost/high quality Semantic Web Document about ICT research information.

모바일 디바이스의 기능이 강화되며 이의 사용이 빈번해 지면서 다른 서버 기반 어플리케이션과 더욱 복잡한 상호 작용의 필요성이 요구된다. 그리고 모바일 환경은 이동성에 의하여 웹 서버와 클라이언트인 모바일 디바이스 사이에 순간 단절의 문제가 발생하여 웹 서비스 지속성에 문제를 발생하고, 기존의 인증된 보안에도 영향을 미쳐 재 인증의 문제를 야기한다. 따라서 본 논문은 HTTP 기반 웹 서비스와 모바일 디바이스의 상호 연결성 확보와 보안성을 유지하며 지속적인 웹서비스를 위하여 모바일 웹 서비스의 표준 프로토콜 기반의 모바일 환경에서 WAP을 사용하는 모바일 디바이스의 웹 서비스 접근을 위한 프레임워크를 구현한다. 본 논문은 HTTP와 WAP의 접근을 기초를 둔 비교된 성능 지연, 데이터 전송 볼륨에 대하여 같은 기준의 조건에서 분석된다. 또한 상호 작용 프로세스가 가져오는 실행 오버헤드 증가를 조사한다.

Professional knowledge such as legal information is commonly not accessible or cannot be easily understood by the public. By using the legal ontology which is previously established, the legal information retrieval based on ontology is to use for the information retrieval. In this paper, we propose the matters required for the design and develop of the framework for the legal information retrieval based on ontology. The framework is composed of the query conversion engine of SPARQL base for query to OWL ontology and user query type engine and return value refinement engine and web interface engine. The framework does the role as the infrastructure which retrieval the legal ontology effectually and which it serves and can be used in the semantic legal information retrieval service.

Parallel and distributed simulation is concerned with the efficient execution of large-scale discrete event simulation models on multiprocessors and distributed platforms. After the development of WWW, many efforts in the parallel and distributed simulation have been made for modeling, particularly building simulation languages and creating model libraries that can be assembled and executed over WWW. However, web-based parallel and distributed simulation is restricted by heterogeneous computing environments. Recently, the advent of XML and web services technology has made these efforts enter upon a new phase. Especially, the web services as a distributed information technology have demonstrated powerful capabilities for scalable interoperation of heterogeneous systems. This paper aims to develop and evaluate the parallel and distributed simulation using the web services technology. In particular, a prototype multi-pass simulation framework is implemented using Java-based web services technology. It focuses on the efficiency of multi-pass simulation used for optimization through the distribution of simulation replication to several simulation service providers. The development of parallel and distributed simulation using web services will help solve efficiently large-scale problems and also guarantee interoperability among heterogeneous networked systems.

The environment of If is, currently, on its developing process to the period of Web Service, Ubiquitous, and Telemetics which not only enable computer and internet to be utilized like the water or the air, but also be a new motivating force for its advance. In the respect of various interactions and User Interface, however, it is requiring more demands from its users, and additional functions which cannot be provided by the Web Browser. It is required a new model for supplementary of the limitation of Web_based according to their customers' requirement, to enrich the good aspects of Client-Server System, and accept such various intricate requirements. It is X-Internet, which has born with these requirements. In this study, therefore, it will be suggested a productive development framework and a method to perform the project on Rich-Thin Client Platform of X-Internet Based.

본 논문에서는 멀티레이어(Multi-layer) 기법을 이용한 A4 크기의 웹기반 POD(Print on Demand) 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 이를 위해, 멀티레이어 기법을 활용하고, 접근성이 뛰어난 웹 서비스라는 환경을 이용하며, 템플릿을 생성 제공하고, 사용자가 쉽게 편집 할 수 있도록 제공하며, 편집한 파일과 동질의 인쇄물을 실시간으로 출력할 수 있는 웹 표준을 따르는 POD 시스템의 프레임워크(framework)를 제안한다. 이는 웹기반 전자출판 및 e-book 분야 등에서 널리 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

OSGi 프레임워크는 원격으로 관리할 수 있는 자바 기반의 서비스 플랫폼으로서 응용프로그램의 생명주기 관리모델과 서비스 레지스트리, 실행 환경을 제공하며 이를 기반으로 다양한 OSGi 계층과 API, 서비스가 정의되어 있다. 번들은 OSGi 프레임워크에서 실행될 수 있는 응용 프로그램으로 번들 저장소를 통해서 배포되고 일반적으로 저장소에 있는 번들은 지정된 웹 페이지를 통해서 접근 가능하다. 하지만 불행하게도 현재의 번들 저장소는 어떠한 종류의 그룹별 접근이나 동적인 번들의 설치와 배포에 대한 기능을 제공하고 있지 않다. 본 논문에서는 효과적인 사용자 그룹의 접근을 제어하는 웹데브(WebDAV) 프로토콜 기반의 OSGi 번들 저장소인 WOBR에 대하여 기술한다. WOBR은 WOBR 저장소와 이를 관리하고 접근하기 위한 관리 번들과 접근 번들로 구성된다. 관리 번들은 WOBR 번들 저장소의 설정과 저장소에 접근하는 사용자 그룹을 관리한다. 접근 번들은 저장소 접근기능과 번들의 검색을 지원한다. 추가적으로, 로컬 환경에 설치된 번들의 생명주기를 관리하는 기능을 제공한다.
