XML 기반 위키엔진 시스템 (XML Based Wiki Engine Systerm)

  • 웹 페이지 관리자에 의해 정적인 정보만 제공되던 기존의 웹 형태는 최근 큰 변화를 맞는다. '위키위키' 란 새로운 개념의 웹 서비스가 등장했기 때문이다. 위키는 서비스 제공자뿐 아나라 웹페이지를 열람하는 누구나 자유롭게 페이지를 바꾸고 추가할 수 있어, 사용자들의 능동적인 참여를 최대한 얻어 낼 수 있는 시스템이다. 본 논문에서는 차세대 웹 Markup 언어인 XML와 XML Markup 언어 XSLT 등을 이용하여 위키엔진시스템을 구현하였고 CVS 시스템을 이용해서 문서 변화의 history를 어떻게 관리하는지 설명 하고 있다.

  • 본 논문에서는 웹 프로그래밍 기술이 없이도 일반 사용자가 웹 데이터베이스 구축과 함께 멀티미디어 홈페이지를 작성하도록 해주는 시스템(웹삐에로) 개발을 기술한다. 본 시스템은 페이지 에디터, 웹 데이터베이스를 자동 구축해주는 데이터베이스 마법사와, 웹 데이터베이스의 생성 및 수정을 지원하는 데이터베이스 관리자로 구성되어 있다. 데이터베이스 마법사는 홈페이지 템플릿과 연동되는 데이터베이스를 자동으로 생성하고 로컬 사용자 영역에 서버를 자동적으로 구축하는 기능을 갖는다. 페이지 에디터는 DHTML(Dynamic Hypertext Markup Language) 컴포넌트를 기반으로 구현되었으며 멀티미디어 홈페이지를 대화형으로 쉽게 제작할 수 있게 한다. 데이터베이스 관리자는 웹 데이터베이스를 생성, 수정 및 유지 보수하는 기능을 제공한다. 본 시스템은 웹 데이터베이스 프로그래밍 기술이 없이도 웹 데이터베이스와 연동되는 홈페이지 작성을 쉽게 구축하도록 하는 특징을 갖는다.

  • 본 논문에서는 WML 페이지를 닷넷 모바일 웹 페이지로 변환하는 웹 서비스를 설계$\cdot$구현하였다. 웹 서비스는 플랫폼과 프로그래밍언어의 제약 없이 누구나 사용 가능하다는 장점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 별도로 제공되는 변환 시스템을 제공하는 웹 서비스 제공자와 이를 사용하는 웹 서비스 소비자를 함께 구현하였다. 쳅 서비스를 호출하는 웹 서비스 소비자를 구현함으로써 클라이언트(개발자)들은 별다른 작업 없이 웹 서버를 통해 웹 서비스를 호출하여 닷넷 모바일 웹 페이지로 변환된 결과를 받아 볼 수 있다. 또한 웹 서비스의 구현 방법을 고려하지 않고도 이를 사용하여 새로운 응용프로그램을 구현할 수 있다.

  • 본 논문은 콘크리트 슬래브교량의 반복적인 설계과정을 신속히 처리함과 동시에 모든 성과물을 작성함에 있어 웹을 기반으로 한 설계자동화 시스템 개발을 위한 것이다. 웹 기반 구조도면 처리기법은 웹기반 설계자 동화시스템 핵심 기술 중 하나이다. Active Server pages(ASP)는 설계 요소를 유용하게 활용하며 이를 데이터베이스에 저장하게 된다. eXtensible Markup Language(XML)과 XML기반 벡터그래픽은 구조 도면을 웹 화면으로 효과적으로 신속히 구현할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 XML과 Scalable Vector Graphics(SVG)를 활용하여 웹 화면에 구조도면 및 설계 성과품을 작성하였다. 구조도면 작성 시 핵심 도면작성 요소기술로서 개발된 XML Data Island는 웹 기반 구조도면 작성 시 매우 효과적임을 증명하였다.

Biotea-2-Bioschemas, facilitating structured markup for semantically annotated scholarly publications

  • The total number of scholarly publications grows day by day, making it necessary to explore and use simple yet effective ways to expose their metadata. Schema.org supports adding structured metadata to web pages via markup, making it easier for data providers but also for search engines to provide the right search results. Bioschemas is based on the standards of schema.org, providing new types, properties and guidelines for metadata, i.e., providing metadata profiles tailored to the Life Sciences domain. Here we present our proposed contribution to Bioschemas (from the project "Biotea"), which supports metadata contributions for scholarly publications via profiles and web components. Biotea comprises a semantic model to represent publications together with annotated elements recognized from the scientific text; our Biotea model has been mapped to schema.org following Bioschemas standards.

  • The explosive growth of the Web is providing end-users access to ever-increasing volumes of information. The resources of legacy systems and relational databases have also been made available to the Web browser, which has become an essential business tool. Recently, model management on the Internet/Web is also proposed with its conceptual design or prototypical system like DecisionNet and DSS Web. However, they are also suffering from the same symptoms as the Web, Although we can identify the elements of a page with HTML tags and (declare) the relationships among the various document elements, they are semantically opaque to computer systems and have no domain-specific meaning. However, HTML is not extensible, so developers are forced to invent convoluted, non-standard solutions for embedding and parsing data. Extensible Markup Language (XML) is a simplified subset of SGML that has many benefits for folks who want to improve structure, maintainability, searchability, presentation, and other aspects of their document management. This paper proposes a structured markup language for model representation and management on the Web as an XML application. The language is based on a conceptual modeling framework, Object-Oriented Structured Modeling (OOSM), which is an extension of the structured modeling.

영문 관광안내 홈페이지 웹호환성 평가 연구 (Evaluation analysis on compatibility of English homepage for tourist information)

  • The objective of this research is to evaluate the web standard as well as web compatibility of English homepage of tourist information manage local government. Thru this research, effective information and service can be provided to increasing foreign visitors and compatibility of English homepage can be strengthened. SortSite, a web compatibility measurement tool and UNICORN, a web standard measurement tool were utilized for this research. Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari and Opera were targeted for evaluating web compatibility and observance rate of Markup grammar and CSS grammar was checked for evaluating web standard. Research result showed that 46.7% of Chrome version ${\leq}34$ and 35 didn't observe the web compatibility while 95.6%, 53.3%, 53.3%, 53.3% and 55.6% of Internet Explorer version in order of 7.0, 8.0, 9.0, 10.0 and 11.0 didn't observe the web compatibility. Concerning Firefox, 75.6% and 48.9% of version in order of ${\leq}6.0$ and 7.0 didn't observe the web compatibility and 37.8% of Opera version ${\leq}12.17$ and ${\leq}21$ didn't observe the web compatibility. Regarding the web standard, 80% of English homepage didn't observe Markup grammar and 60% of them didn't observe CSS grammar. Therefore, urgent improvement of web compatibility and web standard is required.
