As Internet spreads rapidly, the industrial structure is changing to a new paradigm. The previous EDI system was asked to change and WEB EDI, E-Mail EDI, FTP EDI etc. which are based on the internet appeared. These days the XML/EDI which has XML document appeared. The XML/EDI consider advantages and disadvantages of VAN/EDI and EDI which based on the internet. Also, EDI system has to assure a safe exchange between sender and receiver. But, the internet has security problems because it uses a open TCP/IP protocol. Although there are many methods for security, it is being studied with XML concept. On this paper, we will suppose the XML/EDI system model with XML Signature, and build a procedure of electronic signature and delivery of document between sender and receiver.

다양한 서비스를 하나의 식별체계를 사용하여 접근하기 위한 프로토콜인 ENUM은 인터넷 도메인 네임 시스템(DNS)을 사용하여 전 세계에서 사용되고 있는 전화번호 체제인 E.164를 인터넷 주소체계로 변환해 줌으로써 인터넷 홈페이지, E-Mail, Fax, 휴대폰, 인스턴트 메시지 등과 같은 다양한 통신 서비스들과 연결할 수 있다. 본 고에서는 IETF ENUM WG에서 논의되고 있는 DNS를 기반으로 한 ENUM 서비스를 실현하기 위하여, 최근 DNSEXT WG에서 표준화 진행중인 DDDS(Dynamic Delegation Discovery) 알고리즘을 기반으로 한 RFC2916bis 표준화 추진 중인 내용에 따라, DNS 기반으로 ENUM 서버를 구축하고, ENUM 가입자 등록대행자인 Registra를 Web 기반으로 구현하고, E.164 번호를 FQDN(Fully Qualified Domain Name)으로 변환하여 DDDS 알고리즘에 따라 URI를 찾아내는 ENUM 클라이언트의 구현 방법을 기술한다.

The advantage of an internet survey is the speed with which data can be accumulated from respondents. And this method is more economical, provides more accurate information, and has greater scope in subject coverage. Since there is used multi-media, the design of questionnaires is even more important in order to achieve high data quality.

The purpose of the Delphi technique is to elicit information and judgments from participants to facilitate problem-solving, planning, and decision-making. It does so without physically assembling the contributors. Instead of it, information is exchanged via mail, FAX, or email. This technique is designed to take advantage of participants' creativity as well as the facilitating effects of group involvement and interaction. It is structured to capitalize on the merits of group problem-solving and minimize the liabilities of group problem-solving. In this paper, we design and implement delphi system using instant messenger.

This paper presents the design and implementation of Internet-based message transfer agent via INMARSAT-C between the land and ship for the convenient message transfer service using the Internet mail or Web. In order to achieve these purpose, overall system configuration for communication between the land and ship, agent modules and database for managing transmission and receiving data are described. For the validity evaluation of this paper, message parsing, database, message format and X.25 interface modules are implemented and tested. Based on the result, the capabilities of ship automation system and ownship database access are discussed.

현재 인터넷에서 사용하고 있는 네트워크 계층 프로토콜은 IP 버전 4 인데, 이러한 주소 부족 문제를 해결하고자 IP 주소 필드의 길이가 대폭 확장되는 IPv6 라는 새로운 인터넷 프로토콜을 개발하게 된다(5). 그러나 이러한 신 표준안을 인터넷에 실제로 적용하고 운영하기에는 많은 어려운 문제들이 남아있어 그 대안으로 NAT(Network Address Translation)[1]가 등장하게 된다. 그러나 이러한 NAT 기능은 외부 망으로부터의 접촉이 불가능하다는 특성을 가지고 있다. 이러한 특성은 보안 유지측면에서는 장점으로 작용하나, 소규모 기업이나 사무실이 웹(Web) 서버(Server) 나 메일(mail) 서버등을 두고 싶어하는 경우에는 외부에서의 접근이 허용되어야 하므로 단점이 된다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 단점을 파악하기 위하여 NAT 테이블(table) 에 수정을 가함으로써 사설망내부의 특정 서버에 접근할 수 있는 확장된 개념의 NAT를 제안하고자 한다. 아울러 이러한 NAT 기능을 이용하여 구성된 사설망 간의 연결기능을 제공할 수 있는 방법을 제안함으로써 기존의 가상 사설망(VPN : Virtual Private Network) 외 일부 기능도 수용할 수 있도록 하였다.

최근 Outlook Express나 유도라와 같은 메일 프로그램이 웹 브라우저를 이용하여 메일을 송수신 할 수 있는 웹 메일 서비스가 제공되면서 점진적으로 기존의 메일 서비스를 대체하고 있다. 기존 메일 시스템은 메시지 전송 에이전트(sendmail)의 보안상 허점 및 파일 잠금 현상, CGI방식의 과도한 오버헤드, POP3 프로토콜의 위치 투명성 지원 미비 등 여러 가지 문제점을 내포하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존 메일 시스템의 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 PHP와 큐 메일, IMAP 프로토콜을 사용한 3-티어 구조의 웹 메일 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 구현된 시스템은 강화된 보안 기능과 안전한 메시지 수신을 보장하며 부하 분산을 통해 서버의 효율이 향상되었다.

Internet is having the most significant impact on library and information services. This article describes introduction of Internet and the value-added information services using Internet resources. As a current awareness service using E-mail, Zephyr of the University of Washington, BM-SwetScan of the Boehringer Mannheim GmbH, and JContent of the KAIST are introduced. As a web-based integrated system, HarperSource, Ei Village, IPL, and ETLARS are introduced. Locating, filtering, evaluating, and organizing Internet information resources remains a main challenge.

인터넷의 급속한 성장으로 인하여 메일을 이용하는 사용자가 급격히 증가하고있다. 따라서 메일 서버를 운영하는 관리자는 메일 분석에 대한 전문적인 로그 분석 도구들을 점차 요구하게 되었다. 현재 시중에 샌드메일 로그 분석에 관한 여러 구현된 상용 제품들이 있으나 단순한 통계 정보만을 제공하거나 특정 제품에만 맞도록 구현되었다. 이 논문에서는 시스템 로그 파일만을 분석하여 메일에 대한 상세한 통계 정보를 제공하는 웹 기반의 메일 분석 도구의 전체 설계 구조 및 구현 결과에 대해서 살펴보고자 한다.

Because shore(ship) to ship(shore) communication service via INMARSAT pay expensive cost, satellite service typically use two stage service that land users dial up LES(Land Earth Station) for sending or receiving message. In order to send and receive message, land users must maintain online state with LES on dedicated line. Also, two stage INMARSAT communication service must consume long time that processes step by step. In case of large company, they have own communication system, but small companys communicate simple messages with only telex. This paper describes the design and implementation of an integrated communication services via INMARSAT-C. This system uses inexpensive INMARSAT-C for transmission between ship and land. Because this system provides web and E-Mail interface, users send and receive messages easily and quickly. This system provides most users with inexpensive and easy communication facilities between ship and land.
