정보의 급격한 증가로 인하여 웹에서 원하는 정보와 서비스를 찾고 이용하는 데 더 많은 시간이 소요되고 있다. 웹 상의 정보는 하이퍼링크(Hyperlink)를 통하여 여러 웹페이지에 걸쳐 표현되고 있으며 하나의 웹페이지는 여러 주제의 정보를 포함하고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 웹 탐색 도구들은 이러한 웹 저작경향을 반영하지 않고, 웹페이지를 독립적인 정보의 단위로 다루고 있다. 이러한 차이로 인해 사용자 는 정보를 검색하고 브라우징하는 데 어려움을 겪는다. 본 논문에서는 웹 정보에 대한 접근성 향상을 위해 테이블 구조를 가지고 있는 여러 웹페이지에 흩어져있는 정보들을 모아 하나의 컬렉션페이지 (collection page)에 새롭게 구성하여 제공하는 LinkBroker 시스템을 제안한다. 본 시스템은 논리적으로 연결된 정보를 담은 페이지들을 추출한 뒤 페이지셋으로 묶어 검색과 북마크의 단위로 다룬다. 그리고 페이지셋에 속한 페이지 내의 주요 컨텐츠 구역들을 이용해 컬렉션페이지를 생성함으로써 흩어져있는 정보를 하나의 페이지에 표현한다. 다양한 검색 목적에 부합되는 실험을 통해 페이지셋 단위의 검색과 북마크의 효율성 그리고 컬렉션페이지를 통한 정보 접근성의 향상을 확인할 수 있다.

Web sites on the internet are excellent resources for the younger generation to gain information related to sexuality education. The potential benefits of the information of sexuality education on web sites are obvious. But the information of sexuality education on web sites could also result in potentially negative effects. Yet the quality of the information of sexuality education on web sites is variable and difficult to assess. There is no rating criteria for quality assessment of the information on web sites. The rating criteria for quality assessment of information of sexuality education were investigated and reviewed. Among the criteria, best 15 items to evaluate the information of sexuality education on web sites were selected and identified in this study. 15 items were categorized to reliability ( 3 items ), content ( 6 items ), goal ( 2 items ), design & technology ( 4 items ). This 15-items questionnaires is considered as commonly implementable criteria for the information of sexuality education on web sites in Korean. 20 web sites related to sexualtiy education were evaluated and the results were discussed.

웹 서버에서 로그파일은 웹 서버에 대한 접속정보를 저장한다. 이 정보를 분석을 하면 웹 서비스를 하는데 있어서 서비스의 질을 높이는데 좋은 참고자료가 된다. 또한, 웹 서버에 이상이 생겼을 경우 발생한 오류를 조기에 발견하는 데에도 사용되는 중요한 자료이다. 현재 이러한 로그파일을 이용한 많은 웹 서버 관리기들이 있지만 대다수가 유선기반으로 이동성에는 취약한점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 모바일 웹 서버 관리기로 이러한 단점을 해결하고자 하였다. 웹 서버 관리기를 모바일로 구현할 경우에는 언제 어디서든지 쉽게 웹 서버 로그정보를 확인할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 실시간으로 로그파일에 접근하여 최근의 정보를 바로 확인이 가능하다.

This study reviews and modifies general IS success models to find success factors of WIS(Web-based Information Systems) and to confirm the relationship between WIS success and user's satisfaction of web use. A WISSM(Web-based Information Success Model extended to include EQ(E-Quality) is developed to anticipate user's intention to use Web-based Agricultural Information System and fit into the survey data from 252 WIS users of RDA(Rural Development Administration). PLS is applied to estimate a structural model based on EQ-WISSM to test hypotheses including 1) users reach a high level of intention to use Web-based Information Systems when they feel a high level of interactivity among an 'E-Quality', 'Decision Making Support Satisfaction' and 'Task Support Satisfaction', and E-Quality boosts intention to use Web-based Information Systems. The results show high path coefficients and $R^2$ values and find followings; First, the EQ-WISSM explains the user's intention to use WAIS quite well. Second, E-Quality can be used well in web-based IS environment to predict IS Success. Finally, this research finds the importance of 'Task Support Satisfaction' as a mediator between 'Decision Making Support Satisfaction', 'E-Quality' and 'Intention to Use'.

지속적으로 증가하고 있는 교통과 통신의 발달은 인터넷과 결합하여 교통정보의 확산을 가져 왔다. 일반 사용자들 또한 웹 기반 교통정보를 능동적으로 찾아 실생활에 적용하고 있다. 이에 따라 이용자 중심의 교통정보서비스를 제공해 줄 수 있는 웹사이트 구축은 해당 업체나 기관에 있어서 필수적인 업무가 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 검증된 측정도구인 WebQual을 이용하여 사용자들에게 필요한 교통정보를 제공해 주는 웹사이트를 선정하여 각 웹사이트의 서비스 품질을 WebQual을 이용하여 평가 및 분석해 보았다. 추가적으로 WebQual의 세부 요소들과 사용자 만족 및 재방문의도와의 관계 또한 알아보았다. 연구결과 교통정보 웹사이트의 서비스 품질을 규명하기 위한 WebQual의 사용은 충분한 효용성을 가지고 있었다. 또한 WebQual의 각 세부요인들은 사용자 만족 및 재방문의도에 모두 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 발견하였다.

Web 2.0기술이 출현함에 따라 도서관 이용자들이 이미 웹상에서 다양한 기능들을 경험하고 있고, 이러한 경험들을 도서관 정보시스템에 요구하고 있다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 Web 2.0개념과 기술 및 Library 2.0, Catalog 2.0(OPAC 2.0) 개념들을 문헌고찰을 통해 이해를 높인다. 그리고 Web 2.0 기술이 적용된 대표 사이트들과 국내외 도서관 사이트를 분석하여 Web 2.0 기술 중 활용도가 높은 기술들을 분석한다. 마지막으로 분석된 내용을 토대로 향후 도서관의 정보시스템이 이용자 중심의 시스템으로 발전하는데 필요한 목록, 검색, 부가서비스 영역에서의 활용방안과 이러한 기술들이 적용됨으로 나타날 수 있는 부작용에 대해서도 함께 제시하였다.

The Semantic Web is an extension of the current Web in which information is given formal and explicit meaning. The Semantic Web enables computer programs to understand information contents and thus facilitates more efficient discovery, automation, integration and sharing of data. To create Semantic Web contents one needs appropriate tools. In this paper, we describe such a toolkit we have constructed. The most important feature of the toolkit is that it makes use of information extraction techniques for automatically annotating web page contents. Experiments with a real life application show promising results and demonstrate the usefulness of the toolkit.

본 연구는 웹기반 정보활용교육 프로그램을 개발하고, 그 활용효과를 분석하여 향후 정보활용교육을 웹기반으로 구축함에 있어 바람직한 사례를 제시하는데 목적을 두었다. 이러한 목적 하에 대학생들의 웹기반 정보활용교육에 관한 요구를 분석하고, 프로그램을 설계하고 개발하였으며, 면대면 교육과 웹기반 교육 두 가지의 프로그램을 실험을 통하여 활용 효과를 분석하였다. 연구결과 두 가지 학습형태는 교육 효과 및 학습자 만족도의 면에서 동등한 수준으로 높게 측정되었다.

웹 기술이 발전함에 따라 웹은 사용자의 요구에 맞는 맞춤 정보들을 제공하게 된다. 클릭 이벤트나 사용자의 질의어에 따라 정보가 제공되며 검색엔진으로는 검색이 어려운 정보가 제공되는 웹 서비스를 심층웹이라 한다. 이러한 심층웹은 표면웹보다 많은 정보를 포함하고 있지만, 방문 당시의 정보를 수집하는 일반적인 크롤링으로는 정보 수집이 어렵다. 심층웹은 javascript와 같은 스크립트언어를 브라우저에서 실행함으로 서버의 정보를 사용자에게 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 심층웹 수집을 위해 스크립트를 분석하여 동적으로 변화되는 웹사이트의 탐색 및 정보 수집이 가능한 알고리즘을 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 실험을 위해 질병관리청의 게시판의 스크립트를 분석하였다.

This study proposes a Natural Language Query Framework (NLQF) on the semantic web to support the intelligent deduction at semantic level. A large number of former researches are focused on the knowledge representation on the semantic web. However, to revitalize the intelligent agent (IA)-based automated e-business contract with human customers, there is a need for semantic level approach to the web information. To enable accessing web information at semantic level, this paper discusses the pattern of complex natural language processing at first, and then the semantic web-based natural language inference in e-business environment. The NL-based approach could help the IAs on the web to communicate with customers and other IAs with more natural interface than traditional HTML-based web information. Therefore, our proposed NLQF will be used in semantic web-based intelligent e-business contracts between customers and IAs.
