WebGL is a cross-platform web standard for a low-level 3D graphics API based on OpenGL ES 2.0 and presents 3D graphics in web browsers without installing extra plug-ins. The reason that WebGL is notable is because it is included in the HTML5 standard which is getting the spotlight as a next-generation RIA(Rich Internet Application) platform for variable devices such as PCs, smart phones, table PCs, and smart TVs. In this research, we would like to introduce and develop a behavior engine for easy and rapid authoring of complicated interactions and 3D object's behavior models in WebGL-based contents.

The objective of this study is to analyze educational web-sites and digital contents for elementary music class according to the 2015 revised music curriculum. First, the current status of educational web-sites that are most actively used in music class were reviewed. And the characteristics of the digital contents included in the web-sites for music education were analyzed. the primary analysis was about the service of the web-sites, and the secondary analysis was about the type of digital contents and the contents of music education. The most actively used web-sites in music classes were Edunet T-Clear, T-Sherpa, i-scream, Indischool, which differed slightly from the web-site's services and the type of digital content and contents. Specifically, the main functions for supporting music classes, the reflection of the curriculum contents, the systematicity of the materials, the objectivity and the on-site nature, and the connection with other subjects appeared differently. In order to effectively utilize digital contents in elementary music class, first, expertise of teachers for timely use of web-sitesand digital contents is required. Second, the development and utilization of various digital contents for the nature of music education is required.

As the environment of wireless mobile is developed, the number of users who want to searching the information on the mobile internet is increasing as same as the contents are increasing. However the contents is just offered limited contents which should be charged such as download sounds and images. Users cannot be satisfied with their needs for searching information. The other hands, the reason why cannot achieved the effective comparison with costs is that the costs of development contents is very expensive. So variable contents cannot produced as much as users want. On this papers will introduce the way of producing the mobile contents by low cost. The program 'Mobuilder' will be introduced, which is the program to transfer directly form web contents to mobile contents. And it will propose the guideline to design mobile contents and mobile web will be developed mobile news site by proposed guideline and build the mobile site.

Web Contents have been evolved from statics, dynamics contents to Mashup service. In recent years, Mashup which can creates new contents by mixing different services is topic on the web service. When a designer creates a new web-based learning-teaching system, there are so many considerations to help learners' learning effect through effective interaction. First of all, web-based simulation is recommended to provide learners with effective and attractive learning environments in web. Efficient study design should be considered because well designed simulation-based contents provide continuous interest for learner. Until now many e-Learning systems provide web-based simulation using various technique. However, those contents require to be reorganized considering the level of accomplishment, learning styles. In this paper, I proposed a system that the learners can share simulation objects among other e-Learning systems using XML web service. By experimental result, the proposed system shows that is more efficient than the conventional system in the self-leading study activity and interactivity.

Recently, as the use of the Internet and the Web becomes universal, there has been a great deal of efforts to use it for education among educators throughout the world. The advantage of a Web-based lecture is that people can take it anywhere at a low cost anytime. The demand for learning java programming using the Web is increasing. Accordingly, a number of Web-based Java programming course contents have developed and used. Problems with existing contents are that materials about how to program are not sufficient and the presentation of the lecture is most often separated from the programming environment. In this paper, we present a methodology for developing course contents of Java programming to solve these problems and develop them using it. Then we report the evaluation result of course contents by students who took a Web-based lecture using them.

Recently, research in building up semantic web for exchanging information and knowledge is active. To make use of video contents as knowledge on semantic web, semantic-based retrieval should be preceded. At present, retrieval based on consentaneity between metadata and keyword is common used. In this paper, I propose ontolgy establishment which enlarge user participation and add usefulness value and history information. This will facilitate semantic retrieval as well as use of video contents by using collective Intelligence. The proposed ontology schema will allow semantic-based retrieval of video contents on semantic web get higher recall compared to current way of retrieval. Moreover it enables you to make use of various video contents as knowledge.

Cultural contents should provide all the people web services to ensure accessibility without any obstacles as a core resource of nation including a code linking people and people beyond time and space. This study achieved that automated measure including 11 checkpoints and manual analysis including 11 criteria and 26 checkpoints of three areas in selected five web sites such as Culture Portal. Art Road, Korean Patterns, MFM, and e-Museum supported by Ministry of Culture & Tourism. As a result, web accessibility level of cultural contents analyzed it staying at the beginning level. This study Provided the directions in order to improve accessibility of cultural contents through showing real cases to practice for improving web accessibility.

This paper analyzes if the rapidly increasing cyber universities' remote education provides services based on web accessibility standard and suggest the direction to reduce information difference between people. It selected 10 cyber universities recognized by the government and analyzed the application situation of the web accessibility using' A-Prompt', an evaluation and analysis tool for web accessibility focusing on factors that can be evaluated technically. It also compared it with $\ulcorner$cyber universities remote education web accessibility result$\lrcorner$ performed in 2006 to confirm if the accessibility is improved according to 'web contents accessibility instruction (KWCAG) 1.0. The result shows that the items such as the use of text and the support of supplementary explanation tool have improved. But it was analyzed that it is difficult for people to use web contents provided by domestic cyber universities. So the educational contents' accessibility application must be considered to solve such problems and publicize the remote education.

With the beginning of foreign workers' immigration since 1990, Korea has faced multi-cultural society. At the same time, the number of female marriage immigrants have constantly increased. But the social services for immigrants are not yet prepared. According to the research on the actual condition of immigrants' culture enjoyment, which was done by Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Korea, the most preferable leisure activity of immigrants is 'sightseeing'. So this study focused on improvement of web contents of tourism information to satisfy the information needs of immigrants. Concretely, this study analysed the present condition of the existing tourism web contents, and analysed deeply the web site 'Tourism Busan' for special reference. Especially this study tried to analyse VOD images among web contents of 'Tourism Busan', and provided concrete improvement plan for that. And also this study processed interview with marriage immigrants to provide web site evaluation at the level of immigrants' eyes. As a result of evaluation, immigrants was the most dissatisfied with 'contents quality', and showed lower dissatisfaction at 'service quality', 'interface quality' factors.
