  • The purposes of this paper are first, to develop and adapt auditing methodology of rural amenity resource investigation and second, to propose strategic planning of amenity web data base system. Relating with auditing methodology, we make the life cycle of rural amenity resource investigation based on value chain method. we make 8 stage of auditing process and 105 auditing items in details. We adapt these guidelines in real world and then improve developed methodology. Therefore we expect to promote the quality and accuracy of investigation project using these guidelines. Relating with blue print of strategic planning, we first analyse external environment about Competitors, Suppliers, New entrants, Buyers, Substitutes with 5 force model for amenity information system. We second make the blue print of strategic planning of amenity web data base system project. Then we propose the FIRST, BEST, MOST strategy of amenity web data base system and the web hub system.

  • In this paper, we examine the allophones of an underlying segment /l/ in Korean dialects. In particular, we examine how an underlying /l/ sound surfaces in the Korean dialect spoken at Yonbyon, China. To do so, we employ the following processes: First, we perform the phonetic studies on the allophones of an underlying /l/ in the Yonbyon dialect. Secondly, we compare the phonological environments of the allophones of an underlying /l/ in the Yonbyon dialect with the South Korean dialect. Finally, we discuss the phonological implications of the allophones of the underlying /l/ in terms of Feature Geometry and Syllable Contact Law. Based on the phonetic study, we will argue that the distinctive feature [sonorant] should be placed outside the root node and that the flap, an allophone of an underlying /l/, should be understood as an obstruent, not a sonorant.

  • We investigate proton conduction in a nonstoichiometric ${\Sigma}3$ $BaZrO_3$ (210)[001] tilt grain boundary using density functional theory (DFT). We employ the space charge layer (SCL) and structural disorder (SD) models with the introduction of protons and oxygen vacancies into the system. The segregation energies of proton and oxygen vacancy are determined as -0.70 and -0.54 eV, respectively. Based on this data, we obtain a Schottky barrier height of 0.52 V and defect concentrations at 600K, in agreement with the reported experimental values. We calculate the energy barrier for proton migration across the grain boundary core as 0.61 eV, from which we derive proton mobility. We also obtain the proton conductivity from the knowledge of proton concentration and mobility. We find that the calculated conductivity of the nonstoichiometric grain boundary is similar to those of the stoichiometric ones in the literature.

  • In this paper we develop a minimalist model of single molecule spectroscopy in a dynamic environment. Our model is based upon a lattice system consisting of a probe molecule embedded in an Ising-model like environment. We assume that the probe molecule interacts with the Ising spins via a dipole-dipole potential, and calculate free energy curves and lineshapes of the system. To investigate fluctuation behavior of the system we exploit the metadynamics sampling method. In particular, using the method, we calculate the free energy curve of magnetization of the lattice and that of the transition energy of the probe molecule. Furthermore, we compare efficiencies of three different sampling methods used; unbiased, umbrella, and metadynamics sampling methods. Finally, we explore the lineshape behavior of the probe molecule as the system undergoes a phase transition from a sub-critical and to a super-critical temperature. We show that the transition energy of a probe molecule is broadly distributed due to the heterogeneous, local environments.

  • The digital logic systems(DLS) is classified into digital combinational logic systems(CDLS) and digital sequential logic systems(SDLS). This paper presents a method of constructing the digital sequential logic systems without feedback. Firstly we assign all elements in Finite Fields to P-valued digit codes using mathematical properties of Finine Fields. Also, we discuss the operarional properties of the building block T-gate that is used to realizing digital sequential logic systems over Finite Fields. Then we realize the digital sequential logic systems without feedback. This digital sequential logic systems without feedback is constructed ny following steps. Firstly, we assign the states in the state-transition diagram to state P-valued digit dodo, then we obtain the state function and predecessor table that is explaining the relationship between present state and previous states. Next, we obtained the next-state function and predecessor table. Finally, we realize the circuit using T-gate and decoder.

  • In this paper, we transformed the bilinear filter into an equivalent linear multichannel filter and derived QR decomposition based recursive least squares algorithms for bilinear lattice filters. We also defined order update relation of the forward and the backward input vectors by using the channel decomposition. The forward and the backward data matrices were defined by using the forward and the backward input vectors and orthogonalized with the QR decomposition. we can obtain the lattice equations of the bilinear filters by using the channel decomposition. we can be derived the lattice equations of the bilinear filters using this decomposition process which are the same as the lattice equations derived by Baik, we can use the coefficient transformation algorithm proposed by Baik. We derived the equation error and the output error algorithm of the QRD based RLS bilinear lattice algorithm. Also, we evaluated the performance of the proposed algorithms through the system identification of the bilinear system.

  • In this paper, we examined the effects of emotional and individual variables on flow in the usage of mobile application. We selected four relevant emotional and individual factors such as positive affect, negative affect, addiction and habituation. We also attempted to figure out the moderating role of communication in the effect of positive affect, negative affect, and addiction on the flow. For empirical analysis, we surveyed real users of mobile application and applied PLS (Partial Least Square) methodology for SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). As a result, we found that positive affect, addiction, and habituation have significant and positive impact on the flow. Furthermore, we also found that the moderating effects of communication on the relationships between positive/negative affect and communication are significant. Our findings provide important theoretical grounds for the effects of human behavior and emotion on the flow of mobile applications. Lastly, we also suggest significant managerial implications for the development mobile applications industry.

  • In this paper, we propose an optimal feature extraction method for normally distributed multiclass data. We search the whole feature space to find a set of features that give the smallest classification error for the Gaussian ML classifier. Initially, we start with an arbitrary feature vector. Assuming that the feature vector is used for classification, we compute the classification error. Then we move the feature vector slightly and compute the classification error with this vector. Finally we update the feature vector such that the classification error decreases most rapidly. This procedure is done by taking gradient. Alternatively, the initial vector can be those found by conventional feature extraction algorithms. We propose two search methods, sequential search and global search. Experiment results show that the proposed method compares favorably with the conventional feature extraction methods.

  • Modern telecommunications are increasingly demanding the addition of complex switching features to switching system software. These improvements also should satisfy customer demands for quick provisioning of new service features. But whenever we have developed the switching system in various types, we met problems that are lack of system engineers and short developments terms. We need new guidelines of software design to meet the demands and overcome our problems. So we propose new software platform, scenario driven call control engine (SDCCE) for ATM switching system software and implement an effective call control software using scenarios for ATM Switching System. A scenario is a set of procedures and supplementary scenarios written in data structure and gives benefits to easy adapt new or modified function by adding a scenario. The goal of SDCCE is to increase reusability and readability of software. Especially, it gives a good software extensibility and maintainability. And when we developed ptmp call processing control software, we could get high productivity by reusing scenarios and procedures of ptp call processing control software. We applied the scenario driven call control software to ATM switching system.

  • In this thesis, We tried to introduce definite integration to the curriculum of high school mathematics with numerical integration, which had been introduced with quadrature method. For this purpose, We used new experimental mathematics approaches, so-called investigation and examination. In chapter II, We examined how much computers had been used in teaching mathematics. In chapter III, We presented the theoretical background of approximation integration within numerical integration. In chapter IV, We studied and compared various methods of numerical integration, and examined the relation between curvature of a curved line and numerical integration. In order to study more easily, We used some of computer programs. We hope that this thesis will be a turning point in developing new teaching methods and improving curriculum of mathematics in high school.
