청주 제조시 담금방법에 따른 발효 및 품질 특성 (Fermentation and Quality Characteristics of Korean Traditional Cheongju by Different Mashing Methods)

  • 본 연구는 재래누룩의 누룩곰팡이를 접종한 쌀누룩을 이용하여 담금방법을 달리한 청주를 제조한 후 발효 및 품질특성을 연구하는데 있다. 발효제 투입비율, 양조용수 비율, 발효온도, 원료쌀의 도정비율을 달리한 청주 술덧을 제조하여 30-50일간 발효시켰다. 쌀누룩을 발효제로 하여 총 원료 대비 투입비율이 15%일 때 알코올 발효속도가 느렸으나 최종 알코올 함량은 17%(v/v)로 다른 시료와 마찬가지로 동일하게 나타났다. 또한 누룩투입비율이 높을수록 청주의 총유기산이 많이 생성되었고 그중 구연산, 주석산, 사과산은 많이, 호박산은 적게 생성되었다. 한편 양조용수비율이 낮을때 불완전발효가 일어났으며, 알코올 함량은 모든 시료가 17%(v/v)로 유사하였다. 양조용수 비율이 높을수록 청주의 총 유기산은 적게 검출되었으며 구연산과 주석산은 적게, 호박산은 많이 나타났다. 발효온도가 저온일수록 발효초반의 당화와 발효속도는 늦었으나 지속적인 발효가 진행되어 $10^{\circ}C$의 경우 최종 알코올 함량은 18.1%로 가장 높았다. 저온일수록 n-propanol, isobutanol, isoamyl alcohol 등의 고급알코올과 총 유기산이 적게 생성되었으며, 이때 구연산과 사과산은 많이, 호박산은 적게 생성되었다. 도정도가 높을수록 알코올함량, 총 유기산과 고급알코올이 적게 생성되었으며, 특히 10%도정미 사용시 도정도 20% 이상의 다른 시료들에 비해 현저히 많이 생성되었다.

논벼 장.단간품종의 증발산제계수와 건물량과의 관계에 대한 연구(I) (Studies on Relations between Various Coeffcients of Evapo-Transpiration and Quantities of Dry Matters for Tall-and Short Statured Varieties of Paddy Rice)

  • The purpose of this thesis is to disclose some characteristics of water consumption in relation to the quantities of dry matters through the growing period for two statured varieties of paddy rice which are a tall statured variety and a short one, including the water consumption during seedling period, and to find out the various coefficients of evapotranspiration that are applicable for the water use of an expected yield of the two varieties. PAL-TAL, a tall statured variety, and TONG-lL, a short statured variety were chosen for this investigation. Experiments were performed in two consecutive periods, a seedling period and a paddy field period, In the investigation of seedling period, rectangular galvanized iron evapotranspirometers (91cm${\times}$85cm${\times}$65cm) were set up in a way of two levels (PAL-TAL and TONG-lL varieties) with two replications. A standard fertilization method was applied to all plots. In the experiment of paddy field period, evapotanspiration and evaporation were measured separately. For PAL-TAL variety, the evapotranspiration measurements of 43 plots of rectangular galvanized iron evapotranspirometer (91cm${\times}$85cm${\times}$65cm) and the evaporation measurements of 25 plots of rectangular galvanized iron evaporimeter (91cm${\times}$85cm${\times}$15cm) have been taken for seven years (1966 through 1972), and for TONG-IL variety, the evapotranspiration measurements of 19 plots and the evaporation measurements of 12 plots have been collected for two years (1971 through 1972) with five different fertilization levels. The results obtained from this investigation are summarized as follows: 1. Seedling period 1) The pan evaporation and evapotranspiration during seedling period were proved to have a highly significant correlation to solar radiation, sun shine hours and relative humidity. But they had no significant correlation to average temperature, wind velocity and atmospheric pressure, and were appeared to be negatively correlative to average temperature and wind velocity, and positively correlative to the atmospheric pressure, in a certain period. There was the highest significant correlation between the evapotranspiration and the pan evaporation, beyond all other meteorological factors considered. 2) The evapotranpiration and its coefficient for PAL-TAL variety were 194.5mm and 0.94∼1.21(1.05 in average) respectively, while those for TONG-lL variety were 182.8mm and 0.90∼1.10(0.99 in average) respectively. This indicates that the evapotranspiration for TONG-IL variety was 6.2% less than that for PAL-TAL variety during a seedling period. 3) The evapotranspiration ratio (the ratio of the evapotranspiration to the weight of dry matters) during the seedling period was 599 in average for PAL-TAL variety and 643 for TONG-IL variety. Therefore the ratio for TONG-IL was larger by 44 than that for PAL-TAL variety. 4) The K-values of Blaney and Criddle formula for PAL-TAL variety were 0.78∼1.06 (0.92 in average) and for TONG-lL variety 0.75∼0.97 (0.86 in average). 5) The evapotranspiration coefficient and the K-value of B1aney and Criddle formular for both PAL-TAL and TONG-lL varieties showed a tendency to be increasing, but the evapotranspiration ratio decreasing, with the increase in the weight of dry matters. 2. Paddy field period 1) Correlation between the pan evaporation and the meteorological factors and that between the evapotranspiration and the meteorological factors during paddy field period were almost same as that in case of the seedling period (Ref. to table IV-4 and table IV-5). 2) The plant height, in the same level of the weight of dry matters, for PAL-TAL variety was much larger than that for TONG-IL variety, and also the number of tillers per hill for PAL-TAL variety showed a trend to be larger than that for TONG-IL variety from about 40 days after transplanting. 3) Although there was a tendency that peak of leaf-area-index for TONG-IL variety was a little retarded than that for PAL-TAL variety, it appeared about 60∼80 days after transplanting. The peaks of the evapotranspiration coefficient and the weight of dry matters at each growth stage were overlapped at about the same time and especially in the later stage of growth, the leaf-area-index, the evapotranspiration coefficient and the weight of dry matters for TONG-IL variety showed a tendency to be larger then those for PAL-TAL variety. 4) The evaporation coefficient at each growth stage for TONG-IL and PAL-TALvarieties was decreased and increased with the increase and decrease in the leaf-area-index, and the evaporation coefficient of TONG-IL variety had a little larger value than that of PAL-TAL variety. 5) Meteorological factors (especially pan evaporation) had a considerable influence to the evapotranspiration, the evaporation and the transpiration. Under the same meteorological conditions, the evapotranspiration (ET) showed a increasing logarithmic function of the weight of dry matters (x), while the evaporation (EV) a decreasing logarithmic function of the weight of dry matters; 800kg/10a x 2000kg/10a, ET=al+bl logl0x (bl>0) EV=a2+b2 log10x (a2>0 b2<0) At the base of the weight of total dry matters, the evapotranspiration and the evaporation for TONG-IL variety were larger as much as 0.3∼2.5% and 7.5∼8.3% respectively than those of PAL-TAL variety, while the transpiration for PAL-TAL variety was larger as much as 1.9∼2.4% than that for TONG-IL variety on the contrary. At the base of the weight of rough rices the evapotranspiration and the transpiration for TONG-IL variety were less as much as 3.5% and 8.l∼16.9% respectively than those for PAL-TAL variety and the evaporation for TONG-IL was much larger by 11.6∼14.8% than that for PAL-TAL variety. 6) The evapotranspiration coefficient, the evaporation coefficient and the transpiration coefficient and the transpiration coefficient were affected by the weight of dry matters much more than by the meteorological conditions. The evapotranspiratioa coefficient (ETC) and the evaporation coefficient (EVC) can be related to the weight of dry matters (x) by the following equations: 800kg/10a x 2000kg/10a, ETC=a3+b3 logl0x (b3>0) EVC=a4+b4 log10x (a4>0, b4>0) At the base of the weights of dry matters, 800kg/10a∼2000kg/10a, the evapotranspiration coefficients for TONG-IL variety were 0.968∼1.474 and those for PAL-TAL variety, 0.939∼1.470, the evaporation coefficients for TONG-IL variety were 0.504∼0.331 and those for PAL-TAL variety, 0.469∼0.308, and the transpiration coefficients for TONG-IL variety were 0.464∼1.143 and those for PAL-TAL variety, 0.470∼1.162. 7) The evapotranspiration ratio, the evaporation ratio (the ratio of the evaporation to the weight of dry matters) and the transpiration ratio were highly affected by the meteorological conditions. And under the same meteorological condition, both the evapotranspiration ratio (ETR) and the evaporation ratio (EVR) showed to be a decreasing logarithmic function of the weight of dry matters (x) as follows: 800kg/10a x 2000kg/10a, ETR=a5+b5 logl0x (a5>0, b5<0) EVR=a6+b6 log10x (a6>0 b6<0) In comparison between TONG-IL and PAL-TAL varieties, at the base of the pan evaporation of 343mm and the weight of dry matters of 800∼2000kg/10a, the evapotranspiration ratios for TONG-IL variety were 413∼247, while those for PAL-TAL variety, 404∼250, the evaporation ratios for TONG-IL variety were 197∼38 while those for PAL-TAL variety, 182∼34, and the transpiration ratios for TONG-IL variety were 216∼209 while those for PAL-TAL variety, 222∼216 (Ref. to table IV-23, table IV-25 and table IV-26) 8) The accumulative values of evapotranspiration intensity and transpiration intensity for both PAL-TAL and TONG-IL varieties were almost constant in every climatic year without the affection of the weight of dry matters. Furthermore the evapotranspiration intensity appeared to have more stable at each growth stage. The peaks of the evapotranspiration intensity and transpiration intensity, for both TONG-IL and PAL-TAL varieties, appeared about 60∼70 days after transplanting, and the peak value of the former was 128.8${\pm}$0.7, for TONG-IL variety while that for PAL-TAL variety, 122.8${\pm}$0.3, and the peak value of the latter was 152.2${\pm}$1.0 for TONG-IL variety while that for PAL-TAL variety, 152.7${\pm}$1.9 (Ref.to table IV-27 and table IV-28) 9) The K-value in Blaney & Criddle formula was changed considerably by the meteorological condition (pan evaporation) and related to be a increasing logarithmic function of the weight of dry matters (x) for both PAL-TAL and TONG-L varieties as follows; 800kg/10a x 2000kg/10a, K=a7+b7 logl0x (b7>0) The K-value for TONG-IL variety was a little larger than that for PAL-TAL variety. 10) The peak values of the evapotranspiration coefficient and k-value at each growth stage for both TONG-IL and PAL-TAL varieties showed up about 60∼70 days after transplanting. The peak values of the former at the base of the weights of total dry matters, 800∼2000kg/10a, were 1.14∼1.82 for TONG-IL variety and 1.12∼1.80, for PAL-TAL variety, and at the base of the weights of rough rices, 400∼1000 kg/10a, were 1.11∼1.79 for TONG-IL variety and 1.17∼1.85 for PAL-TAL variety. The peak values of the latter, at the base of the weights of total dry matters, 800∼2000kg/10a, were 0.83∼1.39 for TONG-IL variety and 0.86∼1.36 for PAL-TAL variety and at the base of the weights of rough rices, 400∼1000kg/10a, 0.85∼1.38 for TONG-IL variety and 0.87∼1.40 for PAL-TAL variety (Ref. to table IV-18 and table IV-32) 11) The reasonable and practicable methods that are applicable for calculating the evapotranspiration of paddy rice in our country are to be followed the following priority a) Using the evapotranspiration coefficients based on an expected yield (Ref. to table IV-13 and table IV-18 or Fig. IV-13). b) Making use of the combination method of seasonal evapotranspiration coefficient and evapotranspiration intensity (Ref. to table IV-13 and table IV-27) c) Adopting the combination method of evapotranspiration ratio and evapotranspiration intensity, under the conditions of paddy field having a higher level of expected yield (Ref. to table IV-23 and table IV-27). d) Applying the k-values calculated by Blaney-Criddle formula. only within the limits of the drought year having the pan evaporation of about 450mm during paddy field period as the design year (Ref. to table IV-32 or Fig. IV-22).

사출구 온도와 CO2 가스주입이 현미·야채류 압출성형물의 물리적 특성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Die Temperature and CO2 Gas Injection on Physical Properties of Extruded Brown Rice-Vegetable Mix)

  • 녹차, 토마토, 호박가루 첨가와 사출구 온도, $CO_2$ 가스 주입에 따라 압출성형물의 물리적 특성에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 비기계적에너지, 팽화특성, 기계적 특성, 색도, 수분용해지수와 수분흡착지수, 미세구조를 분석하였다. 수분함량 27%, 스크루 회전속도 100 rpm, 원료 사입량 100 g/min, 사출구 3 mm 원형으로 고정하였고, 사출구 온도(60, 80, $100^{\circ}C$), $CO_2$ 가스 주입량(0, 150 mL/min)으로 조절하였다. 원료는 알파현미 25%, 현미가루 50%와 당류 16%에 녹차, 토마토, 호박을 각각 9%씩 혼합하여 사용하였다. 비기계적 에너지 투입량은 사출구 온도 $100^{\circ}C$, $CO_2$ 가스 주입량 150 mL/min, 호박가루를 첨가했을 때 52.67 kJ/kg으로 가장 낮은 비기계적 에너지 투입량을 나타내었다. $CO_2$ 가스를 주입하지 않은 경우 사출구 온도는 직경팽화율에 큰 영향을 주지 않았으나 직경팽화율은 $60^{\circ}C$에서 $CO_2$ 가스를 주입함에 따라 증가하였다. $CO_2$ 가스 주입량이 증가할수록 비길이는 증가하는 경향을 나타냈으며, 녹차 첨가 시 사출구 온도와 $CO_2$ 가스 주입량이 증가할수록 밀도는 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. 특히 사출구 온도 $60^{\circ}C$에서 $CO_2$ 가스 주입 시 $100^{\circ}C$에서 $CO_2$ 가스를 주입하지 않을 때와 비슷한 기공의 크기와 수를 보여주었다. 모든 사출구 온도에서 $CO_2$ 가스 주입시 파괴력은 감소하였다. 수분용해지수는 사출구 온도증가 시 감소하고 $CO_2$ 가스 주입 시에는 증가하는 경향을 나타내었으며, 수분흡착지수는 사출구 온도와 $CO_2$ 가스 주입량이 증가할수록 증가하였다. 사출구 온도 $60^{\circ}C$에서 $CO_2$ 가스 주입을 통한 저온 압출성형은 생식 제조에 적용할 수 있는 가능성을 나타내고 있다.

Determination of niacin profiles in some animal and plant based foods by high performance liquid chromatography: association with healthy nutrition

  • Vitamin $B_3$ (niacin) is essential for all living cells and plays a central role in energy metabolism and oxidative phosphorylation. Vitamin $B_3$, a water-soluble vitamin, is present in the form of nicotinic acid and nicotinamide, a monocarboxylic acid derivative of pyridine. While nicotinic acid is commonly effective in lowering cholesterol levels, unlike nicotinic acid, nicotinamide is ineffective on lipids. Presence rates of nicotinic acid and nicotinamide, which are the available forms of vitamin $B_3$, are different for each food. However, the studies in the literature are generally based on the analysis of total amount of vitamin $B_3$ in foods and the studies determining the profile of vitamin $B_3$ in foods are limited. The aim of the study was to determine the vitamin $B_3$ profiles of 10 kinds of animal based food and 10 different plant based food samples. In this study, 10 kinds of animal based food samples consisting of veal (veal steak fillet), chicken (breast), turkey meat (thigh), goat meat (leg, belly), lamb (leg, back, arm), mutton (belly), bovine meat (loin) and 10 different plant based food samples namely; barley, rye, wheat (bread), wheat (durum), oat, rice, dried pea, green lentil, red lentil and chickpea were studied by high performance liquid chromatography using post-column derivatization system. The presence rates of nicotinic acid and nicotinamide were determined in the meat samples as 30% and 70% and as 87% and 13% in the cereal and legume samples, respectively. Nicotinic acid levels were found in low amounts in the meat samples. The amounts of nicotinic acid in the cereal and legume samples were significantly higher than the meat samples. Consequently, the plant based foods such as cereals and legumes, with a ratio of 87% nicotinic acid presence, standout as the best source of nicotinic acid and encouraging regular intake of those cereals and legumes containing rich nicotinic acid would remove nicotinic acid deficiency in human.

벼 1대잡종의 묘생육과 양분흡수 (Seedling Growth and Nutrients Uptake in Hybrid Rice)

  • 수도 웅성불임계통 HR7028A와 IR54756A에 임성회복친인 용문벼를 교배한 1대 잡종과 그의 양친(유지계통, 회복계통) 및 비교품종(장성벼)을 공시하여 1대 잡종에 대한 묘소질 및 양분흡여특성에 대한 잡종강세 현상을 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 묘소질(초장, 근장, 근수, 건물중등)에 있어 1대 잡종벼는 양친의 우수친보다는 월등했으며, 특히 지상부보다는 지하부의 생육이 양호하였다. 2. 지상부와 지하부 무기성분 흡수양에서 우수친에 대한 잡종강세 정도는 HR7028A /용문벼가 IR54756A /용문벼보다 켰으며 지상부 무기성분별로는 규산> 칼리 > 질소 > 인산 > 칼슘 > 마그네슘 순이었으며, 지하부에서는 인산 > 규산 > 칼리 > 질소 > 마그네슘 > 칼슘 순이었다. 3. 지상부의 전당, 기분함양 및 엽록소 함량에서도 우수친에 대한 잡종강세가 나타났고, 근절단후 사경재배후 발생한 신근의 특성에서도 1대잡종벼가 양친보다 우수하였으며, 그 정도는 HR7028A/용문벼가 IR54756A /용문벼보다 높았다. 4. 45일묘의 지상부에 비해 지하부의 건물중이 무거울수록 근절단후 발생하는 발근수와 신근의 근활력이 높았으며, 지상부 전당, 미분, 지상, 지하부 무기성분 흡수양 및 잎의 엽녹소 함양과 발근수, 발근장, 발근량(발근수X발근장), 근활력 등과 유의한 정의상관을 나타냈고 이중 발근수와의 상관계수가 가장 컸었다.

Revised Soil Survey of Yangju City in Gyunggido

  • Recently, agricultural lands have decreased sharply, which was caused by huge housing site, urbanization, land consolidation, and road construction etc. In particular, Yangju city near Seoul city has the most severe land use change in Korea. Therefore, we analyzed changes of land use, soil properties, and soil information in order to provide the basic soil information and soil management practices in this city. The area of crop cultivated land in Korea (2015) reduced by 12,090 ha compared to ones from the previous year (2014). The paddy field decreased by 25,421 ha but, upland field increased by 13,331 ha. One of the reasons for the reduction of the paddy field was converting paddy field to upland (20,916 ha) > others (3,056) > building (2,571) > public facilities (847) > idle land (217). But, reasons for increase of upland field were switching paddy to upland (20,916 ha) > land developed (634). The main reason of converting paddy field to upland was changing from rice to more profitable speciality crops or pulses. The cropland area (paddy fields, upland, orchard) of Yangju city reduced by 1,412 ha (2015/2014). The ratio of cropland area in each city reduced by 22.9% dramatically compared 2015 to 1999. The paddy fields located in alluvial plains in Yangju city were changed into upland or green house. The drainage classes of soil have been deteriorated because the flows of water were intercepted by road construction and other disturbance to water flows. In particular, paddy fields have been changed to not only upland, orchard, greenhouse cultivation but also to fallow and soil dressing on paddy in Yangju city. To analyze result of soil survey of Yangju city, 858 soil codes (soil phases) were used and the area was 105.17ha. The number of soil series increased from 60 to 65, and that of soil phase increased from 105 to 124. The largest increased area was Noegog soil series. 125.7ha of Neogog soil series was incorporated from the existing Sachon, Yecheon and Eungog soil series. The soil suitability class of paddy field in Ogjung huge housing site of Yangju city was the 4th grade for 32.6% of the area. The soil suitability classes of upland were 2nd and 3rd grade for 72.4% of the area. Farm land with high quality should be conserved by related law.

  • 담자균(擔子菌) Pleurotus ostreatus, Pholiota nameko, Flammulina velutipes가 생산(生産)하는 각종(各種) 효소(酵素)에 의(依)한 톱밥류와 농산물 폐물인 고구마줄기, 옥수수대 및 보리짚의 영양사료(榮養飼料)에 관하며 검토(檢討)한 결과(結果)는 다음과 같다. 1. 활엽수, 포플라 및 밤나무의 톱밥과 고구마줄기 옥수수대 및 보리짚의 비율을 $42{\sim}49$ 대(對) 30으로 조절(調節)하고 쌀겨 $18{\sim}25$의 비율로 배합한 기질(基質)에서 수분함량(水分含量) $67{\sim}70%$, 온도(溫度) $24{\sim}26^{\circ}C$가 발육(發育)에 적합(適合)하였다. 2. 20일간(日間) 각시험구(各試驗區)에서 생장(生長)시킨 후(後) 원료기질중(原料基質中)의 섬유를 조사(調査)한 바, $47{\sim}50%$ 분해(分解)하여 다당류화(多糖類化)시켰고 리그닌은 $20{\sim}25%$ 분해(分解)하였고 단백질함량은 처음의 약 3배량(倍量)이었다. 3. 조(粗)섬유의 농후사료화(濃厚飼料化)가 가능(可能)하였다.

  • 수도(水稻) 생육초기(生育初期)에 규산(珪酸)을 처리(處理)할 때 유묘(幼苗)의 엽선단(葉先端)으로부터 배출(排出)되는 일액량(溢液量)과 일액(溢液)을 통(通)해 어느 정도((程度) 규산(珪酸)이 외부(外部)로 배출(排出)되며, 일액중(溢液中)의 규산(珪酸)과 엽소(葉燒)와의 관계(關係)를 구명(究明)하고저 다수계(多收系) 품종(品種) 삼강벼와 일반계품종(一般系品種) 낙동벼를 공시(供試)하여, 온도범위(溫度範圍)가 $29{\sim}33^{\circ}C$인 실내(室內) 자연광하(自然光下)에서 $50cm{\times}150cm{\times}70cm$인 vinyl 상자(箱子)로 밀폐(密閉)하여, 수경(水耕) 재배(栽培)한 수도(水稻) 유묘(幼苗)에서 채취(採取)한 일액중(溢液中)의 규산(珪酸)을 분절(分折) 조사(調査)하여던 바 결과(結果)를 요약(要約)하면 다음과 같다. 1. 규산(珪酸) 처리(處理) 농도(濃度)가 200ppm까지 증가(增加)할수록 일액량(溢液量)은 증가(增加)하였으며, 규산(珪酸) 처리(處理) 농도(濃度)가 200ppm 일때 일액량(溢液量)은 낙동벼 4.30mg/plant, 삼강벼 4.34mg/plant이었으며, 250ppm이상(以上)에서는 일액량(溢液量)이 감소(減少)하였다. 2. 규산(珪酸) 처리(處理) 농도(濃度)가 높을수록 일액량(溢液量) 함유(含有)되어 있는 규산(珪酸)의 농도(濃度)는 증가(增加)하였으며, 일액중(溢液中) 규산(珪酸)의 농도(濃度) 대(對) 규산(珪酸) 처리(處理) 농도(濃度) 비(比)는 100ppm 이상(以上)에서는 감소(減少)하였다. 3. 처리(處理)된 규산(珪酸)은 단시간(短時間)에 수도근(水稻根)으로 흡수(吸收)되어 일액(溢液)을 통(通)해 배출(排出)되며 처리(處理) 후(後) 12시간(時間)에 배출(排出)된 일액(溢液)에 규산(珪酸)의 함량(含量)이 가장 많았으며, 규산(珪酸) 처리(處理) 300ppm에서의 일액중(溢液中) 규산(珪酸)의 농도(濃度)는 낙동벼 $SiO_2$ 172.6ppm/cc, 삼강벼 $SiO_2$ 199.8ppm/cc이었다. 4. 일액중(溢液中)에 함유(含有)되어 있는 규산(珪酸)의 농도(濃度)와 엽소(葉燒)의 정도(程度)는 정(正)의 상관(相關)(낙동벼 $r=0.97^{**}$, 삼강벼 $r=0.97^{**}$)이 있었다.

완효성비료 시용 논 토양중의 질소행동에 관한 연구 (Nitrogen Balance in Paddy Soil of Control-Release Fertilizer Application)

  • 최근 지구온난화에 따른 농업환경이 변화와 기상변화에 대비한 작물의 영양관리 대책 도출과 지속적인 농업생산체계를 확보 하고자 논토양에서 완효성 비료시용시 질소이용률 평가와 질소수지를 분석하였다. NPK 처리구의 표층수중 $NH_4-N$ 농도는 벼 이앙초기 $2.07mg\;L^{-1}$이었으나 그 이후 감소하다가 수비시용과 더불어 $NH_4-N$ 농도가 증가하였다. 완효성 시비구의 $NH_4-N$ 농도는 벼 이앙 18일 이후부터는 NPK 시용구보다 높았다. NPK 시용구의 $NO_3-N$ 함량 변화는 벼 이앙 10일경에 약 $3.97mg\;L^{-1}$로 가장 높았으며 그 이후는 감소하였다. CRF100% 시용구의 $NO_3-N$ 함량 변화는 벼 이앙 후 30일까지 $3-5mg\;L^{-1}$ 범위를 보이다가 그 이후는 감소하는 경향이었다. 토양중 $NH_4-N$ 함량 변화는 NPK 처리구에서 이앙 초 $120mg\;kg^{-1}$ 내외였으며, 이앙 20일 이후에 $45mg\;kg^{-1}$으로 감소하였다가 추비로 인하여 $NH_4-N$ 함량이 다시 $45mg\;kg^{-1}$로 증가하였다. 완효성비료 시용구에서는 벼 생육초기에는 처리 간 차이가 없었으나 이앙 25일 이후부터 NPK 시용구에 비하여 완효성비료 시용구에서 $NH_4-N$ 함량이 증가하였다. NPK 처리구에서 암모니아 휘산으로 손실된 질소량은 $22.4kg\;ha^{-1}$이었며, 완효성 비료를 시용함으로서 67%까지 암모니아 휘산을 줄일 수 있었다. 질소 이용율은 NPK 시용구가 27.4%이었고, CRF70% 시용구는 51.2%, CRF100% 시용구는 49.0%였다. 또한 질소 흡수량은 전반적으로 질소수준이 높을수록 흡수량이 많았다. 수량은 NPK 시용구가 $4,510kg\;ha^{-1}$이었고, CRF70% 시용구는 $4,800kg\;ha^{-1}$, CRF100% 시용구는 $4,970kg\;ha^{-1}$이였다.

끝동매미충 난기생봉(Gonatocerus sp. y)의 생태에 관한 연구 (Studies on the Bionomic of Gonatocerus sp. y (Hymenoptera: Mymaridae), an Egg Parasite of the Green Rice Leafhopper, Nephotettix cincticeps Uhler)

  • 본 연구는 1982연과 1983년 끝동매미충의 난기생봉중에 우종인 Gonatocerus sp. y의 생태를 실내와 포장에서 수행하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. Gonatocerus sp. y의 난에서 성충으로 우화되기까지 평균발육기간은 $15^{\circ}C,\;20^{\circ}C,\;25^{\circ}C$$30^{\circ}C$에서 각각 53일, 25일, 15일 및 12일이였다. 2. 성충의 평균 산란수는 $15^{\circ}C,\;20^{\circ}C,\;25^{\circ}C$$30^{\circ}C$에서 각각 28개, 48개, 42개 및 32개였고 산란기간은 대부분 $1\~2$일 이내였으며 최고 산란수는 98개였다. 3. 성충의 우화는 전체의 $76\%$가 아침에 이루어 졌으며 오후에는 거의 우화하지 않았다. 4. 성충의 우화성비는 암수의 비율이 4 : 1인 것이 가장 많았다. 5. 성충의 수명은 물보다 꿀물을 먹이로 주었을 때가 현저히 길어졌으며 수컷보다 암컷이 다소 길어졌다. 그리고 꿀물을 주었을 때 암컷의 평균 수명은 $15^{\circ}C$에서 30일, $20^{\circ}C$에서 15일이였다. 6. 휴한답의 둑새풀에 산란된 끝동매미충 난에 대한 시기별 Gonatocerus sp. y의 기생율은 4월 하순에서 5월 상순에 가장 높았다. 7. 휴한답에 있어서 4월 하순부터 5월 상순 사이에 지역별로 조사한 본 난기생봉의 기생율은 거창, 남지, 진주지방에서 $49.0\~59.5\%$, 남해, 김해지역에서 $23.2\~26.0\% $였다. 8. 본답기에 있어서 끝동매미충의 2세대충(6월 하순경발생)과 3세대충(8월 하순경 발생)에 대한 본 난기생봉의 기생율은 각각 $12.3\%$$24.6\%$였다.
