시설용수 및 영농편의용수 공급시스템 개발 (I) - FDA 시스템 개발 - (Development of Clean Water Supplying System for Greenhouse Cultivation and Convenience Water (I) - Development of the FDA System -)

  • The water purification systems have been hardly used for agricultural purpose due to their complicated compositions and high costs for farmers, while only simple filtrations have been applied to irrigation systems in order to prevent the system from clogging problems. This study therefore developed a clean water supplying system, the Filter-Disinfection-Adsorption (FDA) system, especially for greenhouse cultivation of where low quality of water is available. This system has also been produced for providing convenience water to farmers in the areas of no water supply service systems for the purpose of washing their bodies or agricultural machineries after farm work. The FDA system consists of three stages of purification processes with an integral module, including disk and teflon filtrations and Ultraviolet (UV) sterilization processes. Indoor experiments were undertaken with a trial product of the FDA system to test its performance. The operation test of the process was performed as well as the condition check of each item including UV module, filters, control panel, pump, valves, etc. The results shows good performance of each test with no critical problems. The initial and maintenance costs were also analysed with other purification systems. From the comparisons, the FDA system found to be very economical and easy to use.

  • In HANARO, a multi-purpose research reactor of 30 MWth, the emergency water supply system consists essentially of an emergency water storage tank located in the level of about thirteen meter (13 m) above the reactor core, a three inch ('3\%') diameter water injection pipe line including injection valves from the tank to the reactor cooling inlet pipe and a test loop to do periodic system performance test. When the water level of the reactor pool comes down to the extremely low due to a loss of reactor pool water accident the emergency water stored in the tank should be fed to the core by the gravity force and at that time the design flow rate is eleven point four kilogram per second (11.4 kg/s). But it is impossible periodically to measure the injection flow rate under the emergency condition because the normal water level should be maintained during the reactor operation. This paper describes a flow network analysis to simulate the flow rate under the emergency condition. As results, it was confirmed through the analysis results that the calculated flow rate agrees with the design requirement under the emergency condition.

  • 최근 지진재해의 규모가 점차 증대됨에 따라 세계적으로 개별 시설물에 대한 내진성능평가와 관련한 연구가 다수 진행되고 있다. 상수도 시스템은 타 기반 시설에 비해 설치범위가 광범위하고 그 구성요소가 다양해 고려할 것이 많아 지진에 대한 안정성을 정확하고 효과적으로 확보하기 힘든 실정이다. 따라서 지진을 대비한 상수도 시스템의 내진성능 평가 방안을 연구하고 개발할 필요가 있다. 지진에 의한 상수도 시스템의 내진성능을 평가하기 위해 지반운동예측식(Ground Motion Prediction Equation, GMPE)이 활용된다. GMPE는 지진 규모 등과 같은 독립변수 와 PGV (Peak Ground Velocity), PGA (Peak Ground Acceleration)와 같은 지반운동 등을 고려하여 산정하게 된다. 우리나라에서 발생된 높은 강도의 지진 데이터는 현재까지 많이 축적되지 않아 특정 지진에 국한된 데이터를 활용하여 GMPE를 결정하는 등의 연구가 진행되었다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라에서 계측된 지진 데이터를 활용하여 국내 지진 모의에 적합한 GMPE를 선정하고자 하였으며, 이를 위해 기존 국내 지진을 기반으로 산정된 GMPE식을 분석하고 그 결과를 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 결정된 적정 GMPE는 상수도관망의 수리학적 내진성능 평가에 직접적으로 활용 가능하다. 즉, 파손확률 모형과의 연계를 통한 지진시 관로 파손률의 정량화가 가능하며, 파손 및 누수에 의한 단수지역 파악 등과 같은 피해범위 산정시 보다 객관적이며 합리적인 결과 도출이 가능하다. 최종적으로 이와 같은 내진 성능 정량화 결과는 지진재해가 발생하였을 경우 그 피해를 최소화할 수 있는 최적 복구방안 마련과 선제적 관망 내진설계의 기준 자료로 활용될 수 있다.

  • 수도건설사업은 공용이후단계에서 소요되는 운영${\cdot}$유지관리비용 중에서 기계설비 및 관로시설이 대부분을 차지하는 대표적인 플랜트시설로 구성되므로 일반적인 토목시설물의 LCC모델과 차별화되어야 할 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 수도건설사업에 적합하도록 비용분류구조를 제시하고 이에 따라 수도시설 LCC분석 모델을 개발하였다. 설계VE 활동시 기초가 되는 설계VA의 절차를 실무활용도 측면을 고려하여 개선된 설계VA절차를 제시하였다. 제시된 설계VA 절차와 LCC분석모델을 사용하여 실제 건설사업의 설계VE활동에 있어 송수관로의 적정 선형 선정에 적용하였다. 제안된 수도건설사업의 설계VA모델은 향후 수도건설사업의 경제적${\cdot}$가치혁신적 대안선정과 유지관리비 예산 추정 및 적정예산 배정에 매우 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • In order to control hydration heat in mass concrete, pipe cooling method has been widely used. However, open pipe cooling system cannot be applied to the mass concrete structures when cooling water supply is difficult. To control hydration heat of high strength mass foundation, closed loop pipe cooling system was developed to solve the cooling water supply. This paper reports the performance result of hydration heat control with closed loop pipe cooling system.

  • This study reports the results of the transient temperature response of a floor heating panel according to variation of the hot water supply temperature and the pipe embedding depth. Also, this experiment compares the temperature responses of floor heating panels under the continuous and intermittent heating system. Furtthermore, this study presents some details of the thermal response of Ondol-heated buildings to varying loads and patterns of heat input. The analysis of the thermal performance fo Ondol heating system have been presented.

마이크로 용적형 수차의 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of a New Micro Positive Displacement Hydraulic Turbine)

  • For the case of high head and critical low flow rate range of micro hydropower resources, it requires very low specific speed turbines which are lower than conventional impulse turbine's specific speed. In order to satisfy the request for very low specific speed turbine with high efficiency, a new positive displacement turbine is developed. The performance characteristics of the new turbine is tested and compared with a conventional impulse turbine, which is used for automatic water faucet system. The purpose of present study is to develop an high performance turbine that can be used to extract micro hydropower potential of a water supply system. The test results show that the positive displacement turbine is much more efficient than the conventional turbine and it can sustain high efficiency under the wide range of operating conditions. The pressure pulsations at the inlet and outlet of the positive displacement turbine can be considerably minimized by using simple pressure damper.

Effects of Extrusion Conditions of Corn and Soybean Meal on the Physico-Chemical Properties, Ileal Digestibility and Growth of Weaned Pigs

  • Two experiments were conducted to evaluate the effects of different extrusion conditions of corn and soybean meal on physico-chemical properties, ileal digestibility of amino acid and growth performance in weaned pigs. In Expt. 1, to compare physico-chemical properties and ileal digestibility of extruded corn and soybean meal, ground corn (2 mm screen) and soybean meal were separately extruded in four different conditions: (1) no preconditioning, low water supply (3.0 l/min) (NCLW), (2) no preconditioning, high water supply (7.0 l/min) (NCHW). (3) preconditioning (steam 3.0 l/min) with low water supply (3.0 l/min) (CLW), and (4) preconditioning (steam 3.0 l/min) plus high water supply (7.0 l/min) (CHW). Twenty-five cannulated pigs ($L{\times}Y{\times}D$, 7.62 kg BW for soybean meal, 8.80 kg BW for corn) were employed to determine nutrients digestibility of the extruded feedstuffs. In Expt. 2, a total of 90 pogs ($L{\times}Y{\times}D$, 9.18 kg BW) were used for a 28 d feeding trial to compare growth performance of pigs as affected by different extrusion conditions. Before mixing, corn and soybean meal were blended and extruded by the same conditions as described in Expt. 1. corn extruded with NCLW showed the highest (p < 0.05) degree of gelatinization (DG), compared to the lowest values observed for NCHW. Extrusion of corn with preconditioning (CLW and CHW) increased (p < 0.05) the DG as compared to the extrusion condition of NCHW. Extruded SBM with NCLW showed the lowest (p < 0.05) degree of texturization among treatments. The ileal digestibility of GE in SBM was higher with NCHW and CHW as compared to NCLW. The ileal digestibility of CP was lower in extruded corn, but was higher in extruded SBM, compared to untreated sample. Lysine digestibility of extruded corn (except corn with NCHW) was in general significantly improved. Extrusion of SBM resulted in no improvements in ileal digestibility of amino acids, but extruded SBM with NCLW had lower lysine digestibility compared to other treatments. In growth responses, pigs fed a diet with CLW had higher, but not significant, average daily gain (ADG) than other treatments during first 2 weeks. From d 15 to 28, pigs fed a diet with CHW had significantly less (p < 0.05) average daily feed intake (ADFI) than others except NCHW. In conclusion, the proper extrusion condition for corn and SBM in terms of ileal digestibility of amino acids and growth performance of weaning pigs seems to be the combination of preconditioning and a low water supply (3.0 l/min).

농업용 둑높임저수지의 다중 용수공급을 위한 이수운영기준곡선 개발 (Development of Operating Rule Curve for Multipurpose Water Supply in Heightened Agricultural Reservoir)

  • 본 연구에서는 농업용 둑높임저수지의 다중용수공급능력(관개 및 하천유지용수) 평가에 따른 이수운영기준곡선을 개발하였다. 20개 둑높이기 사업지구를 대상으로 특성분석에 따른 4개(웅양, 궁촌, 용암, 운암)의 대표 저수지를 선정하고, 이수운영모형을 이용한 물수지분석을 통해 하천유지용수 공급 가능량을 산정하였다. 이수운영기준은 관개기와 비관개기에 대해 방류제한수위(사업전 만수위)에서 상시만수위까지의 저수위구간을 하천유지용수공급 가능 수위로 설정하고 신뢰도, 회복도 및 취약도 지수를 이용하여 각 둑높임저수지 특성별 물공급 능력을 평가하였다. 이수운영기준 적용에 따른 둑높임저수지의 이수운영기준곡선은 과거 이수운영모의결과로부터 일별 저수위를 백분위(Percentile Rank)로 표현하였다. 각 분위별 저수위 구간을 3개의 완충구간(Buffer)으로 나누어 갈수년(5~25%), 평수년(25~75%) 및 풍수년(75~95%)에 해당하는 저수지 운영이 가능하도록 하였다.

수처리 시설물에 적용되는 섬유패널 배면부의 입체 성형 각도에 따른 부착 성능 연구 (A Study on the Adhesion Performance of Solid Forming Angle at Fiber Panel in the Water Supply Facility)

  • The purpose of this study is to confirm the adhesion performance of the three - dimensional forming fiber panels by the dimensional forming angle. As a result of applying the three dimensional surface shape to the back side of the fiber panel and testing the adhesion strength by the three dimensional forming angle, it was confirmed that the bonding strength of the specimens to which the dimensional molding was applied was higher than that of the non dimensional molding. In addition, the highest adhesion strength was confirmed in a specimen having a three-dimensional forming angle of 70 °.
