디지털 화상처리를 이용한 부유식 구조물의 3차원운동 계측법에 관한 연구 (A Study on Three-Dimensional Motion Tracking Technique for Floating Structures Using Digital Image Processing)

  • A quantitative non-contact multi-point measurement system is proposed to the measurement of three-dimensional movement of floating vessels by using digital image processing. The instantaneous three-dimensional movement of a floating structure which is floating in a small water tank is measured by this system and its three-dimensional movement is reconstructed by the measurement results. The validity of this system is verified by position identification for spatially distributed known positional values of basic landmarks set for the camera calibration. It is expected that this system is applicable to the non-contact measurement for an unsteady physical phenomenon especially for the measurement of three-dimensional movement of floating vessels in the laboratory model test.

  • Neutron imaging technique was used to investigate the water distribution and movement in Polymer Electrolyte Membrane Fuel Cell (PEMFC) at HANARO, KAERI. The Feasibility tests were performed in the first and second exposure rooms at the neutron radiography facility (NRF) at HANARO in order to check the ability of each exposure room, respectively. The feasibility test apparatus was composed of water and pressurized air before making up the actual test apparatus. Due to the low neutron intensity in the second exposure room, the exposure time was too long to investigate the transient phenomena of PEMFC. Although the exposure time was improved to 0.1 sec in the first exposure room, it was difficult to discriminate detail water movement at the channel due to the high noise level. Therefore, the experimental setup must be optimized according to the test conditions. Water discharge characteristics were investigated under different flow field geometries by using feasibility test apparatus and the neutron imaging technique. The water discharge characteristics of a 3-parallel serpentine are superior to those of a 1-parallel serpentine, but water at Membrane Electrode Assembly (MEA) was not removed, regardless of the flow field type.

수중둔덕의 이동율 예측을 위한 해석해 (Analytical Solutions for Predicting Movement Rate of Submerged Mound)

  • 파고와 주기 그리고 수심의 함수로 정의된 이류계수를 파고와 주기에 대한 결합분포함수와 확률적으로 결합하여 수중둔덕의 이동율을 예측할 수 있는 해석해를 유도하였다. 파랑의 비선형성에 의하여 유발되는 하상에서의 흐름이 표사의 이동을 유발한다는 가정하에 개념적 모형의 표사이동량 방정식을 사용하였다. 표사보존식에 표사이동량을 대입하여 시간에 따른 해저면의 변동을 나타내는 비선형 이류-확산 방정식을 얻을 수 있었다. 해석해에 의하면 수심이 증가할 수록 수중둔덕의 이동율은 지수적으로 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 그러나 스펙트럼에서 주파수 영역의 폭을 정의하는 계수, v의 값이 커지면 수중둔덕의 이동율은 증가하였다. 해석해에 의하여 예측된 수중둔덕의 이동율은 관측자료보다 과대평가하는 경향을 나타내나, 해석해를 유도하는 과정에 내포된 이론식의 제약성 및 입력자료의 부정확성 등을 고려할 때 전반적으로 해석해의 결과는 관측자료와 잘\ulcorner 일치한다고 볼 수 있다. 특히, 수심의 변화에 따른 해석해의 거동은 대상영역 외해에서 추정된 자료를 이용하여 이산화 기법으로 추정된 결과와 매우 잘 일치하였다.

씨앵커의 구성에 따른 수중 안정성에 관한 연구 (As tudy on the underwater stability according to the composition of the sea anchor)

  • Sea anchor for fishery is commonly used in jigging fishery and purse seine. The study of sea anchor was studied for improvement of opening efficiency and drag by changing the type of shape and the diameter of vent. However, standard specification of sea anchor is not set and has not been studied for underwater stability. Therefore, this study aimed to improve underwater stability of sea anchor by changing a vent diameter and weight of sinker. The experiment was conducted in flume water tank. The experiment model of sea anchor was made from actual model of sea anchor which is used in fishery by similarity law. The model of sea anchor was designed to different types of vent diameter and weight of sinker in different current speed. The value of movement of side to side (X-axis), drag of sea anchor (Y-axis) and movement of up and down (Z-axis) was measured for 30 seconds. Each value of X, Y, Z-axis was analyzed through t-test and ANOVA analysis to verify that each value had a significant difference according to the difference compositions. There was correlation between the movement of X-axis and Z-axis. The drag of sea anchor was stronger as the current speed increased. However, the larger the vent diameter, the weaker the drag. From the result of the standard deviation, the movement of X-axis was inversely proportional to the vent diameter. However, movement of Z-axis was larger as the weight of sinker was the heaviest or lightest from the result of the standard deviation. These results suggest that the sea anchor should be combined with proper size of the vent diameter and the weight of sinker to improve the stability.

낙엽송재 내 수분의 내부이동 및 표면방사 평가 (Evaluation of Surface Emission and Internal Movement of Water in Japanese Larch Lumber)

  • 목재의 방향별 내부수분이동계수와 표면방사계수를 측정하기 위하여 2.5 (방사방향) ${\times}$ 2.5 (접선방향) ${\times}$ 2.5cm (섬유방향)의 낙엽송 정육면체 시편을 제작하였다. 수분이동방향과 직교하는 단면을 제외한 나머지 4면을 파라핀테이프와 고무테이프를 이용하여 코팅한 후, 70, 50, $30^{\circ}C$의 3가지 온도조건과 30, 60%의 2가지 상대습도 조건에서 건조시키면서, 목재 내부와 표면에서의 수분이동을 평가하였다. 자유수 유동과 결합수 및 수증기의 확산에 의한 내부수분이동계수는 고온조건에서 크게 나타났으며, 섬유방향이 횡단방향에 비하여 6배, 횡단방향에서는 방사방향이 접선방향에 비하여 1.2배 정도 큰 값을 보였다. 표면방사계수는 온도가 상승하고, 표면함수율이 감소함에 따라 증가하였다. 본 연구 결과를 이용하여 비평형상태에서 낙엽송재 내 함수율 분포변화와 증발수분량을 예측할 수 있으리라 기대된다.

  • Ground water hydrology may be defined as the science of the occnrrence, distribution, and movement of water below the surface of the earth. Geohydrology has an identical connotation, and hydrogeology differs only by its greater emphasis on geology. Ground water referred to with out further specification is commonly understood to mean water occupying all the voids with in a geologic stratum. This saturated zone is tobe distinguished from an unsaturated, or aeration zone where voids are filled \yith water and air. Water contained in saturate:! zones is important for engineering works, geologic studies, and water supply developements Conseqently, the occurrence of water in these zones will be emphasized here. Un-saturated zones are usualiy found above saturated zones and extending upward to the ground surface. Because this water includes soil moisture with in the root zone, it is a major concern of agricultlre, botmy and soil science. No rigid demarcation of waters, between the two zones is possible, for they possess an iriterdependent boundary and water can move from zone to zone in either science, including eology, hydrology, meteorology, and oceanography are concerned with earths water, but ground water hydrology may be regarded as a specialized science combining elements of geology, hydrology, and fluid mechanics. Geology governs the occurrence and distribution of ground water, hydrology determines the supply of water to the ground, and fluid mechanics explains its movement. To provide maximum development of grofnd water resources. for benefical use requires thinking in terms of an entire ground water basin. In order to inorease the natural supply of ground water, man has attempted to artifially recharge ground water basins. Coastal aquifers come in contact with the ocean at seawater of the coastline. Fresh ground water is discharged in to the ocean. the seaward flow of ground water has been decreased or even reversed, Sea water penettating in land in aquifer.

수영 시험 모델에서 산소 농도에 따른 운동성 변화와 독성 평가 (Oxygen Toxicity: Behavioral Assessment by Swim Test in Mouse Exposed to Hypoxia and Hyperoxia)

  • This study was aimed to evaluate the effect of oxygen on motor activity and toxicity in male mice. The modified Porsolt forced swim test (FST) was used and the distance and time of movement by mice were analyzed in 15。C water bath for 20 minutes using the automatic Ethovision videotracking system. Analyses were carried out before and after 20 minutes of exposure to 10%-70% concentration of normobaric oxygen. The effects of inspired oxygen tension on the distance and time of movement showed the similar trends, but changes in distance were more prominent. Both the distance and time of movement increased after exposure to 30% and 40% oxygen concentration. The distance and time of movement also increased upon exposure to 50% and 60% oxygen. In contrast, increases En movement and time under exposure to 21% oxygen concentration were suppressed when exposed to over 50% oxygen concentration. With exposure to 10% oxygen, there was a significant decrease in the distance of movement and a slight suppression of movement time. During the swim test, 12.5%, 37.5%, and 87.5% of the mice drowned after exposure to 10%, 60%, and 70% oxygen concentration, respectively. These results suggest that motor activity can be enhanced by inspired oxygen up to 40% concentration. When hypoxic and hyperoxic oxygen exposure over 50%, motor activity is reduced and toxicity may be induced.

돌망태에 의한 교각세굴 방지 (Bridge Pier Scour Protection by Sack Gabions)

  • 정지상조건에서 교각주위에 부설되는 보호공으로서 돌망태의 성능을 조사하기 위하여 실험이 수행되었다. 돌망태의 채움재료로서 사석의 크기는 돌망태의 시동에 영향을 주지않음이 밝혀졌다. 돌망태의 안정에 중요한 인자는 접근유속과 수심, 교각의 크기, 돌망태의 길이와 두께 등으로 조사 되었다. 같은량의 사석을 사용하는 경우 개체사석보다는 돌망태와 같이 집합체로서 안전성이 크게 증가된다. 돌망태의 길이가 시동에 특히 중요한 인자로서 길이를 증가하면 안전성이 증가한다. 또한 실험 결과는 교각주위 돌망태 크기의 결정식 유도에 사용되었다.

상엽의 혈당강하 활성 (Blood Glucose-Lowering Effects of Mori Folium)

  • Mori Folium(MF) methanol extract and its water soluble fraction showed significant blood glucose lowering effects alloxan-induced hyperglycemic mice. Their hypoglycemic activities seemed to nothing to do with the stimulation of insulin release or insulin-like action, according to our experiments. On the other hand, MF prevents the hyperglycemic responses from an oral load of starch and glucose in vivo. Since complex carbohydrates present in a diet must be degraded to monosaccharides by $\alpha$-glucohydrolase before being absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract, it is thought that blood glucose lowering effects of MF may be related to the inhibition of $\alpha$-glucohydrolase catalyzed enzymatic reaction. In addition, experiments that examined an effect of MF water soluble fraction on gastrointestinal movement showed no significant GI movement inhibitory effect. In conclusion, MF water soluble fraction may possess active component which is a potential candidate as an orally active agent for the treatment of diabetes mellitus.

  • This present paper mainly contains adhesion part disconnection type exposure composition waterproof method using embossing PVC sheet. The existing polymer resin coating and sheet waterproofing construction method have, however, some weak point such as being decrease life cycle of concrete with water leaking from materials be affected by crack and movement dash bond concrete through the whole-adhere construction. Above the reason, this paper has particular method increasing crack-defending performance from stress occurred concrete movement by part disconnection, adds maintain waterproofing performance subordinate sheet, that can be contributed a convenience of maintenance which is decreasing industrial waste and repair construction cycle through the part repair in case of leaking water.
