수침과 수세가 도토리 묵가루의 이화학적 특성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Steeping and Washing on Physicochemical Properties of Acorn Flour)

  • 도토리 묵 제조의 최적조건을 찾기 위한 기초자료를 얻기 위하여 수침과 수세정도를 달리하여 제조한 도토리 묵가루의 일반성분 및 이화학적 특성을 조사하였다. 수침과 수세의 정도가 증가할수록 조단백질, 회분, 총페놀은 감소하였으며, 조지방과 식이섬유소는 변화가 거의 없었다. 색도 또한 L값은 증가하였고, a값과 b값은 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 팽윤력은 수침과 수세정도가 증가할수록 증가하였으며, 용해도는 처리정도에 따라 감소하였으나 변화양상이 일정하지는 않았다. 물결합능력은 대조구에서 높았으며 처리정도에 따라 감소하였다. 고유점도 또한 처리정도에 따라 증가하였다. 이러한 결과들은 수침보다는 수세에 의한 영향이 더 컸다.

Photocatalyst Effect of Polyester Fabrics Treated with Visible-light Responsive Photocatalyst

  • In this study, we studied the photocatalytic functionality such as deodorant, antibacterial, antistatic of polyester fabrics treated with visible-light responsive photocatalyst. According to UV/visible spectrometry result, the UV-visible peak of visible-light responsive photocatalyst was found to be red shift at 420 nm sensitive in the visible light region. Also, the deodorizing and antimicrobial performance were shown to be retained more than 99% both before washing and even after 25 times washing. According to washing durability of polyester fabrics treated with visible-light responsive photocatalyst, the reduction effects for gas such as ammonia, trimethylamine, formaldehyde and toluene after 25 times washing appeared to be retained as much as before washing. At both before washing and after 25 times washing, antistatic property showed frictional voltage of approximately 250V.

이산화티타늄 광촉매를 처리한 Polyester 섬유의 기능성 연구 (A study on the Functional Properties of Polyester Fiber Treated Titanium Dioxide Photocatalyst)

  • 본 연구에서는 광촉매 작용을 하는 이산화티타늄 광촉매를 polyester 섬유에 코팅하여 탈취, 항균 및 자외선 차폐에 대한 기능을 부여하고 그 특성을 알아보았다. 그 결과 탈취성능은 세탁 전과 반복 20회 세탁 후에도 97%이상 저감되는 것으로 나타났으며, 항균성은 균수가 99.9%이상 감소되는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 Polyester 섬유를 20회 반복 세탁을 행하여도 이산화티타늄 광촉매의 이탈 없이 표면에 견고하게 부착되어 있음을 확인하였으며, 또한 가스분해성능도 세탁전과 20회 반복 세탁 후에도 유지하는 것으로 나타나 세탁내구성이 우수함을 확인하였다. 자외선 차폐성도 세탁 전과 비교하여 20회 반복 세탁 후에도 83%이상 차단되는 것으로 나타났다.

세탁에 의한 안감의 물성변화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Change of Physical Properties of Lining Fabric by Washing)

  • This study was to investigated physical properties of lining fabric (Nylon, Acetate, Rayon and Polyester) such as shrinkage, tensile strength, moisture regain and crease resistance. The results were as follows. 1. The number of repeated washing times and the concentration of the detergent almost didn't affect on the change of tensile strength. 2. As washing increase more, the shrinkage of all sample was more increased. In the case of Rayon, it was showed that shrinkage was high by $1{\sim}3$ times washing. In the case of Nylon, it was showed minus shrinkage according to frequency of washing. 3. The moisture regain was very decreased by 1 times washing. But the moisture regain was increased with increase in frequency of washing and resulted in it was showed a similar value with controls. 4. As the frequency of washing and the concentration of detergent increase more, the crease resistance was decreased considerably because the elasticity of fiber decreased by mechanical force such as tension, bending and pressure and alkali.

신생아복 세탁 실태 및 만족도에 관한 연구 -배냇저고리 중심으로- (A Study on the Washing and Satisfaction of Newborn Clothing - Focused on Innerwear -)

  • This study analyzed satisfaction with and washing of newborn clothing (especially the innerwear washing behaviors) which are considered to be the most basic items among newborn clothing.The survey was conducted on mothers with children under 24 months old. Using an average of 6.7 innerwear items that were changed average 2.3 times a day with baby formula and breast milk representing the main contaminants. When washing clothes for a newborn, respondents were mainly concerned with: rinsing residual detergent, removing stains and contaminants, and sterilization and disinfection. Items were washed by a laundry label to prevent clothes damage. A baby-friendly or environmentally-friendly detergent was used to wash before being worn after purchase was separated and washed in various washing courses of the washing machine every day, boiled, rinsed an average 3.6 times, and dried mainly in the sun. Environmentally friendly cotton (59.5%) and organic cotton (41.6%) products were mainly used; however, items were washed separately from regular laundry. Respondents were satisfied with methods of washing. Consumers are concerned about washing because they think that washing affects a newborn's health. Therefore, it is necessary to provide consumers with appropriate information on washing and establish regulations for the use of harmful substances in newborn clothing and detergents.

보건계 대학생의 손씻기에 대한 지식, 태도 및 수행도 (Knowledge, Attitude, and Performance on the Hand Washing of Health Care related Students)

  • 본 연구는 보건계 대학생의 손씻기 관련 특성과 손씻기 지식과 태도 및 수행도를 파악하여 올바른 손씻기를 수행하기 위한 방안을 제공하고자 실시하였다. 대상은 G광역시 일개대학의 보건계 대학생 425명을 대상으로 설문지를 이용하여 자료수집을 하였고 SPSS/WIN 18.0을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient로 분석하였다. 1일 평균 손씻기 횟수는 8.7회, 시간(초)는 평균 18.5초였다. 손씻기 교육 수는 평균 2.4회였다. 손씻기에 가장 많이 사용하는 세제는 일반 세수비누, 손 건조도구는 종이타올이었다. 손씻기 관련 특성에서 손씻기 횟수와 시간은 손씻기 교육수가 6회 이상, 실습을 통한 교육 실시, 소독비누로 손씻기, 종이타올로 손 닦기 등에서 모두 유의한 차이로 높았다. 손씻기 지식, 태도, 수행도 점수는 여자(성별), 상급종합병원, 1일 11회 이상의 손씻기 횟수, 1회 손씻는 시간 16초 이상, 6회 이상의 교육 수, 실습을 통한 교육에서 가장 점수가 높았다. 손씻기 지식, 태도, 수행도간의 상관관계는 모두 유의했다. 이 연구 결과는 효과적인 손씻기를 위해 손씻기 지식, 태도 및 수행도를 높이기 위한 손씻기 교육프로그램을 계속적으로 개발할 필요성을 나타내고 있다.

세탁에 따른 안감의 물성변화에 관한 연구 (Change of Physical Properties of Lining Fabrics by Washing)

  • This paper was studied changes of physical properties of Lining fabrics by washing and difference between dry method. I experimented four kinds of Lining fabrics for the sample . The analysis was performed by correlation coefficient analysis and significance tested between correlation coefficients. The results are summarized as follows : 1) Increasing rate of shrinkage tends to call high density and weight. 2) Rayon fabrics is shown the most high rate of shrinkage and decreasing strength by increasing washing times. 3) Drip dry makes little change of physical properties. 4) Polyester fabrics is little by washing times and dry method.

고등어육 단백질 가열겔 물성에 대한 알카리 전해수세수 효과 (Effects of Electrolytic Alkali Water Washing on Mackerel (Scomber japonicus) Muscle Protein Heat Gel Rheology)

  • In this study, the alkiline water washing condition of mackerel(Scomber japonicus) dark meat was investigated to improve processing conditions of red muscle fish meat paste heating gel. Chemical alkaline water(CWM) and electrolytic alkiline water(EWM, pH 12) were used for washing the mackerel raw meat. Washed meats were minced with 2.5% salt and heated at $90^{\circ}C$/15 min to testing texture profile analysis. Moisture of CWM and EWM was increased with both washing times(p<0.05). Crude lipids and protiens were decreased with washing times. Lightness of chemical alkaline water washed mackerel heated paste gel(CWHPG) was higher than electrolytic alkaline water washed mackerel heated paste gel(EWHPG). Redness and yellowness were more decreased than control meats. Jelly strength of CWHPG and EWHPG was not increased more than 2 times wased meat and was increased with protein decrease. Texture profile analysis, max force1 of CWHPG and EWHPG was higher hardeness than the control meat except gel strains. From these results, it could be suggested that electric alkialine water washing is also effective in advance the red meat paste heating gel process of kamaboko industry.

농어촌 복합 섬 지역 노인의 위생습관과 피부 소양감 (A Study on Hygiene and Skin Pruritus in Rural Elderly People)

  • Purpose: This study was done to develop data for a hygiene promotion program for elders living on rural islands. Method: Self-administered questionnaires were used to collect data. Results: Most of the elders reported brushed their teeth and washing their faces twice a day. For other types of washing, 98.8% of reported washing their hands after the toilet and 22.8% reported washing their anus after defecation. Most of the elders reported changing their underwear two to three times a month and cutting their nails more than four times a month. Itchiness was reported by 24%. There were significant differences according to age for teeth brushing, face washing, shampooing, bathing, washing hands after the toilet, and cutting nails. According to sex, there were significant differences in teeth brushing, face washing, washing hands after using the toilet, washing anus after defecation, changing underwear, cutting nails, and feeling itchy. The elders showed significant differences in bathing, changing underwear, and cutting nails according to subjective economic status. They showed significant differences in teeth brushing and changing underwear when they lived with their families. Conclusion: In order to develop a proper hygiene promotion program for the elderly, their age, sex, and physical condition should be considered as well as their environmental, economical, and geographical condition.

엽채류 세척, 살균, 탈수 시스템 개발 (Development of a Washing, Sterilization, Dehydrating System for Leaf Vegetables)

  • Leaf vegetables are composed of about 80% of moisture and 20 to 30% are damaged during the transportation due to decomposition and browning. This study was conducted to develop a washing, sterilization dehydrating system that could remove these polluters, and major findings were summarized as followings. The system was constructed so that leaf vegetables were moved through the washing, sterilization, and dehydration stages contained in a box, the shifting was conducted using PLC-controlled pneumatic pressure. Basic tests for determination of design parameters led to the results that optimum washing times by air bubbles were 5 minutes for lettuce and perilla and 10 minutes for Chinese cabbage, and percentages of bacteria removed using the optimum washing times were 94, 98, and 76%, respectively. Optimum speed and time of a centrifugal dehydrator for removal surface waterdrop on the leaves were 400 rpm and 30 s, respectively, dehydration rates were in a range $70{\sim}82%$ and damage rates were within 15% for the three vegetables tested. Operating efficiencies of the developed system for lettuce, perilla, and Chinese cabbage were 100, 120, and 80 kg/h, respectively, which were 25, 24, and 27 times of operating efficiencies of the conventional manual method.
