SCM420 steel tempered after performing gear hove PACVD carbide coating on the surface after the cutting surface hardness was high. Difficult-to-cut, without coating is classified as mild as large, including materials like mild, high strength that improves tool life and productivity have limited availability. Drive to improve it in the TiCN-coated carbide call for war to the finish coating on cutting a hob skiving good workability, tool wear less, 2.5-fold increase in tool life results were obtained. Experiments using CNC Skiving hobbing machine with wet cutting conditions, cutting speed and feed rate to apply a variety of the tool wear and surface roughness data were obtained. Results from condition 2 (V = 200m/min F = 0.7mm/rev) cutting speed feed mark the cutting surface microstructure and surface roughness Rmax $4.7{\mu}m$(Ra $1.19{\mu}m$) of the data was obtained.

Paul Rudolph's early work in Florida after World War II is a significant example of the regional transformation of typical Modern Architecture through the spatial composition based on the diversity and use of local material and construction methods. Paul Rudolph's concept of a Florida House design is the expression of regional material, construction, and structural system through the spatial extension & connection based on periodical, regional characteristics. The characteristics of the Florida works is the spatial extension & connection design based on the wood structural framework through the various design factors, such as a screen roof, open roof, and internal patio as the spatial extension and link method. Paul Rudolf designed the house using local materials, such as cypress wood and lime block produced near the Florida Area and provided details & technology considering the Florida climate and construction environment. Through studies of Paul Rudolph's Florida works, the Florida Houses can be a prototype of localization, and can be presented as the spatial & technical transformation of design by the historical, cultural, regional background.
This paper aims at investigating and identifying the factor that has led the back and forth relationship between China and the United States since 1989. Previous studies on this subject addressed the issue by taking either of two approaches: one with the micro view that interprets the back and forth relationship in the context of the end of the Cold war, on other hand, with the macro view that interprets the fragile relationship in the context of the rise of China. However, neither of the approaches explains with sufficiency the question at hand. Hence for the inquiry, this article suggests a fresh view by exploring alternative method of using a cognitive map of each nation's leader, Jiangzemin and Bill Clinton. This article provides an empirical analysis through the Selected works of Jiangzemin and the speeches of Bill Clinton in 1998 for the first time in the field of Sino-US relationship studies in Korea. With the results of the cognitive map analysis, we can reach the following four points. Firstly, indicators of the forth relationship between China and the US are: i) the recognition by Bill Clinton on the importance of China's economic growth and; ii) the US's cooperation of science technology with China. Second, the conflict between China and the US results from the discordance of opinions on the matter of human rights and military power. Second, the conflict will inevitably arise on environmental issues around the globe including a global warming. Third, while China has yet to find a legitimate reason to agree upon these issues with the US, the US urges China of its cooperation. Lastly, Both China and the US attach great importance to the alliance with Japan. This implicates that relatively, issues involving Japan take more control in the China-US relationship, than those of Korea Peninsula.
This paper is designed to deal with the gaps and differences between the two Koreas, which have gradually increased since the Korean War. The purpose of this study, in particular, is to assess the digital and AI gap between the two parts of the peninsula in the emerging 4th industrial revolution era that is rapidly innovating the industrial structures, and to present a cooperation plan for the realization of a peace economy and economic prosperity of the Korean Peninsula in the future. In this study, policy alternatives for assessing and bridging the digital gap between South and North were drawn using the comprehensive policy (model) for closing the digital divide, which was one of Korea's past informatization policies. The derived alternatives are meaningful in that they can spark discussions for building the AI-driven society that realizes the integrated economy of the two Koreas complying with the future industrial structure.
Leaving the legacies of the Cold War and other difficulties behind them, South Korea and China are building up their successful strategic cooperative partnership, moving forward toward through the development of new economic exchanges and diplomatic cooperation between the two countries, and this process is expected to gain momentum during 2015. 2015 is the third year since President Park of South Korea and President Xi of China came into office, and also the first year they have begun to implement the many declarations and promises which they have made within the context of the strategic cooperative partnership. The two nations share a common cultural heritage, and their governments should take this opportunity to leverage their partnership to enhance their economies and to improve their people's quality of life, especially for the younger generation. At a summit held in July 2014, the two leaders agreed to launch a working-level group on maritime boundary delimitation. The first meeting took place on January 29, 2015, and addressed issues of Exclusive Economic Zones (EEZs) and continental shelves in the Yellow Sea, which has an area of about 380,000 ㎢. It is greatly to be hoped that the 2015 maritime boundary delimitation meeting between South Korea and China will not impair the future of bilateral relations, but rather will improve their prospects. South Korea and China must take the opportunity to secure a definitive delimitation of their maritime boundary; their strategic cooperative partnership is in good order and China is currently taking a somewhat more flexible stance on the ECS and the SCS, so an agreement on boundaries will serve as a useful model for regional maritime cooperation.
Established on February 1st, 2010, The ROKN maritime task flotilla has a goal to successfully cope with North Korea and other potential threats. Unlike precedents of its kind, The ROKN maritime task flotilla is expected to concentrate more an far-sea strategies than coastal strategies. In such circumstances however, the existing maritime logistics systems have limitations upon which to utterly support the operation conception of the ROKN maritime task flotilla seven. To ensure it's efficiency, transformation of the systems is prerequisite. The purpose of this study is to deduce an adequate maritime logistics system for the ROKN maritime task flotilla by evaluating the limitation of the current system and foreseeing its performance necessary abilities to operate in the future. In order to do this, the study presented problems and the direction of development on the structural and behavioral sides. Fist, regarding problems in the structure of maritime logistics system, the investigation pronounced the need of improvement in mobile logistics support ability and its speed. In addition, for the behavioral side, the need of improvement in logistics cooperation system and self-maintenance ability was affirmed. For the development of an adequate maritime logistics system, the study suggested the amelioration in the operation of an adequate mobile logistics support platform and the speed of the logistics using high-speed transportation such as planes for the structural side. Moreover, for the behavioral side, it recommended th enhancement of logistics cooperation system including the nations that already imported th weapon system, amelioration of self-maintenance ability, and necessity to operate mobile maintenance group.

Korea, one of the members of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), has been one of the fastest growing countries in the world since World War Ⅱ. However, Korea has recently suffered from an economic crisis which has been mainly attributed to a fluctuating foreign currency rate. The future of Korea relies on how the country prepares and copes with the crises. There have been enormous effort to solve current economic crisis. However, preparation to the anticipated crisis is much more important than solving problems after the crisis. Recently, the virtual crisis preparation team approach appears to be one of the effective alternatives to cope with various crises. The objectives of this study ale to (1) show that crisis preparation is very important factor for the Korean government to one with the current and future crises; (2) to prove that the virtual crisis preparation team is one of the better alternatives to solve crisis; (3) to suggest a virtual crisis preparation team model can be adapted to the Korean situation.
For the last 70 years, the U.S.-led bilateral security system, or "Hub-and-Spokes" system, has been applied to Northeast Asia, and the system has been successfully settled in terms of stability and economic achievements of the region. Given the increasing complexity of the security environment of East Asia, it is plausible to consider the possibility of a security system shift from bilateral alliances to collective security. In order to analyze the driver of collective security system, this study developed three factors of formation and development of collective security system - main threat, intensity of the threat, and confidence among countries in the system - by reviewing international political theories related to security cooperation. Comparing the formation, development, and achievements of NATO and SEATO, the study figures out that the existence of the main threat, the high intensity of the threat, and the strong confidence among countries in the security system are the primary drivers for a successful collective security system. Based on the result, the study also analyzed the possibility of a security system shift in East Asia. Considering contemporary international conflicts such as U.S.-China strategic competition, Russia-Ukraine War, and growing threats posed by North Korean nuclear and missiles, the study anticipates that the necessity of a collective security system that will replace the current security system of the region would arise. Still, although some issues between countries should be overcome, the growing intensity of the threats will promote cooperation among countries by improving their confidence.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the coping process of chief Executive Nurses(CENs) Who Had Experienced Unexpected Dismissal. The research question was "would you tell me about your experience of sudden dismissal?" Method: The methodology of collecting and analyzing data used in this study followed the ground theory of Strauss and Corbin (1998). Data were collected through in-depth interviews with open-ended questions about the subjects' coping experiences, which were audio-taped and transcribed. The survey was conducted between April and May, 2007. The subjects of this study were 5 CENs. Result: The results of the study are as follows. Core category of This Study was "Battling unsupported against the overwhelming reality." The participants had to face the most unexpected reality of being laid off. Their emotional/psychological response were betrayal, powerlessness, lonesomeness, sorrow, and hopelessness. They felt like a general who is facing overwhelming enemy in a war. The coping process was found to have four stages: shocked stage, resisting stage, negotiating stage and reflecting and transcending stage. Conclusion: The result of this study suggested that ceaseless exertion and cooperation at organizational and individual levels are needed to establish stable status and power of nursing departments and CENs in hospitals.
The recent disaster of earthquake and tsunami on March 11, 2011 severely attacked East Japanese cities and people, and in addition, the accident of nuclear power station will inevitably damage the agricultural activities there. The economical depression influences on the horticulture and floriculture industry as well, through the reluctant consumption all over the country. Such a situation reflects a conventional perception that the garden plants or ornamental plants have been regarded as a symbol of capitalism, representing the success, luxury, beauty or other metaphors indicating the winners of business war. But as the word "culture" means "cultivation" originally, horti "culture" or flori "culture" should have played some roles in cultivating lands as well as cultivation of human minds, leading to develop a modern "culture" which may lay emphases on personality, originality, partnership, cooperation, diversity and so forth. In this article, a brief history of garden plants in Japan, as well as some current movements in Japanese horticulture and floriculture, is reviewed with some commodities which possess messages on creating a new humane culture.
