Dissolution Characteristics of Hydrophobic Drug-Soluble Carrier Coprecipitates ( II ) -Dissolution Characteristics of Phenylbutazone-Polyvinylpyrrolidone Coprecipitates-

  • 복용량이 비교적 적고, 난용성 의약품(醫藥品)으로 antirheumatism에 사용되고 있는 phenylbutazone을 macromolecule polymer로서 water soluble carrier인 polyvinylpyrrolidone과 solvent method로 1:1, 1:5, 및 1:9(w/w)의 coprecipitate를 형성(形成)시켰으며, 이들 coprecipitate의 용출 속도를 Pure drug 및 coprecipitate 형성 용매인methanol에서 재결정한 recrystallized pure drug의 그것과 측정 비교(比較)하였다. 1:1,1:5 및 1:9(w/w)의 coprecipitate는 recrystallized pure phenylbutazone보다 약 4.5배의 용출의 증가를 보였고, 이들 1:1,1:5,1:9(w/w)에서의 그 carrier의 양(量)에 따른 용출에의 영향은 거의 없었다. 시간(時間)에 대(對)한 log probit를 plot하여 구(求)한 dissolution half life, $T_{50%}$는 coprecipitate ratio 1:1(w/w)에서는 5.5분, 1:5에서는 10분, 1:9에서는 12.5분이었다.

  • Rencently, angle-resolved ultraviolet photoemission measurements of the Fermi surface contours for Mo(011) and W(011) are reported. The electron contour of W(011) is expanded upon hydrogen adsorption, which implies that the surface states consisting of electron pockets are shifted to higher binding energy. This phenomena can be explained by the band flattening. We explained here the reconstruction of W(011) surface induced by adsorption of hydrogen in terms of band flattening of surface states with a combination of S. E. Trullinger long range dipole-dipole interaction force and Kohn anomaly.

  • Bend tests were performed at temperatures between 77 and 473K for W-19vol%Cu, W-22vol%Ag and W-19vol%(BAg-8) composites. Yield and maximum strengths and ductility of the composite were discussed in terms of microstructure and fractography. Results are summarized as follows. (1) Almost no difference was recognized in yield strength between the composites. In contrast, a large difference was recognized in maximum strength and ductility between the composites. (2) Inferior mechanical properties of W-Ag composite to W-Cu composite are attributed to heterogeneous distribution of Ag-phases, whilst inferior mechanical properties of W-(BAg-8) composite to W-Cu composite are attributed to large pores at grain boundaries.

  • W-Cu alloy was very useful material for a heat sink, high electric contact and EDM electrode. Powder injection molding (PIM) is the optimum manufacturing technology to provide W-Cu components with low-cost and high-volume. We used various compositions of tungsten coated copper powders (W-Cu with 10 to 80 wt-% of copper) to manufacture W-Cu components by PIM. The optimum mixing, injection molding, debinding and sintering conditions to provide the high performance W-Cu components were investigated. The thermal and mechanical properties of W-Cu parts by PIM were measured. Finally, we can verify the high performance of W-Cu components by PIM with the tungsten coated copper.

  • 본 논문에서는 교과개정 개편으로 저학년부터 코딩교육의 의무화가 됨에 따라 현시점에서 코딩교육의 대표적인 교육사이트에 대한 현황 및 장단점을 살펴보고, 교육을 받은 S/W 인재들이 대학교에 진학하여 배우는 S/W 교육에 대해 살펴보고자 했다. 현재 미래 창조과학부에서 운영하는 S/W 중심대학에 관하여 적절한 운영 방향에 따라 각 대학교가 운영되고 있는지 조사해보고 이에 따른 개선 방향을 제시하고자 하고 대학교별로 K-ICT(Korea-Information&Communication Techonology) 전략에 부합하는 목표성을 가졌는지 그룹핑해서 나열하고 이에 따른 문제점을 분석하여 S/W 교육 추진 방향과 정책설계를 통한 미래 발전 방안을 K-ICT 중심의 목표와 S/W 중심학교가 NCS(National Competency Standards)에 부합하는 시스템 개발을 위한 연구의 필요성을 제시한다.

  • Five flavonoids isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of Cedrela sinensis A. Juss. were identified by high performance liquid chromatography. Separation was achieved by reversed phase chromatography on ${\mu}-bondapak$ C18 column with isocratic elution method. The content of the major flavonoid, quercitrin was about 9.48%(w/w) and 37.06%(w/w) for the methanol extract and ethyl acetate fraction, respectively.

  • One method to improve quality before releasing of S/W after development is to enhance the reliability, whose direct methodology is to detect and revise fault through testing. Once the S/W is released because it meets the target reliability, the operational reliability problem arises. It is obvious the operational reliability different from that of testing stage depending on the condition whether it is universal(package) S/W or dedicated S/W. I propose the methodology to calculate operational software reliability of universal and dedicated S/W in this paper.

  • 제품계열(Product-Line) 메소드는 고객의 다양한 S/W 요구를 최상의 품질로 적시에 부응할 수 있는 최적의 접근 방법으로 인식되어오고 있다. 사실, 선진 S/W 국가에서는 대형 비즈니스 프로젝트 및 임베디드 S/W 개발 시 이 방법의 적용으로 생산성의 현저한 효과를 획득하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 관점으로 제시, 적용되고 있는 기존의 제품계열 S/W 개발 방법론들의 특징들을 비교함으로써 장, 단점들을 명시화하고, 고객의 맞춤형 S/W 개발 프로세스를 정립함에 있어 벤치마킹의 결과로서 활용함과 동시에 새로운 프로세스 개발 및 적용의 위험 부담을 최소한으로 줄일 수 있도록 한다.

High Temperature Deformation Behavior of Nano Grain W Produced by SPD-PM Process

  • In this study, nano grain W is fabricated by Severe Plastic Deformation-Powder Metallurgy (SPD-PM) process. W powder and W-Re powder mixtures are processed by SPD-PM process, a Mechanical Milling (MM) process. As results, a nano grain structure, whose grain size is approximately 20nm, is obtained in W powder after MM for 360ks. A nano grain W compact, whose grain size 630nm, has excellent deformability above 1273K. A nano grain W-10Re compact is composed of equiaxed grain, a grain growth is restrained and has low dislocation density after the large deformation; therefore it is considered that W-Re compact shows superplasticity.
