Store loyalty is increasingly being recognized as a path to long-term business profitability. Customer contact employees deliver a service firm's promises and create an important image for the firm. A major purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of customer service and product value on store loyalty. In order to test research hypotheses, data were collected through surveys administered to 300 apparel store customers. Two hundred thirty nine usable data were used for the analysis. The findings of this research are as follows: First, a employee's voluntary service(EVS) has a positive impact on interpersonal r elationship, which then affects switching barrier and store loyalty. Second, a employee's regular service(ERS) has an influence on store satisfaction, which in turn affect store loyalty. Third, product value is shown to be a significant antecedent to store satisfaction, which have a direct effect on store loyalty. The study concludes with implications, contributions, and limitations of the research and the empirical findings of this research should be beneficial to marketing practitioners and retailing businessmen in developing effective marketing strategies.
The purpose of this study was to realize volunteer fire departments' historical identity through a review of the transition process from the quickening period of volunteer fire departments to the enactment of the volunteer fire department act in 2014, establish it newly from the viewpoint of changing the basic theoretical concepts, and seek a development plan. For this, the technical approach method was used based on the research method of literature searches. The result of the study established the definition as 'volunteer fire departments are legal auxiliary organizations composed by local residents who volunteer and understand one another with their independent and voluntary will to prepare for all kinds of disasters as well as fire suppression, rescue, and first aid.' and the installation ideology as 'leading service organizations of safety as a form of community involvement', 'resident-friendly organizational activities based on autonomous operational operation' and 'the activities of supplementing their demands according to the realization of social welfare and regional conditions'. Regarding the characteristics, the basic theoretical concept was newly established by 'voluntary participation', 'social expandability', 'the realization and complementation of social welfare', and 'professionalism and possibilities'. In addition it is expected that the results of this study can be utilized as the basic materials in studies of volunteer fire departments in the future.
The purpose of this study is to find a way to improve the hospice system to increase comfortable home death, which people prefer, by understanding the factors affecting the difference in the rate of home death between South Korea and America within the hospice system. This study employs the Most Similar Systems Design, which is a case study approach. The result of this study is that both countries have public health insurance systems that are identical in terms of the appropriate time for the receipt of hospice services and the application procedure, which requires that two doctors confirm the patient's hospice eligibility. The main difference is that in South Korea, inpatient hospice is prevalent, whereas routine home care is predominant in the United States. Furthermore, in the United States, hospice assistants and housekeepers support at-home daily living care. Additionally, the United States provides inpatient respite care to allow care-giver, such as family to rest and there is no restriction on hospice-eligible diseases. To increase the accessibility of voluntary home death in South Korea, it is necessary to activate and expand the home type hospice service range and provide at-home daily living care, care-giver support services. Furthermore, there should be no restrictions on hospice-eligible diseases.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of gamification strategies on improving participation and motivation of shared electric scooter users. To this end, this study derived the user type through the first research question of how the shared electric scooter usage behavior and pulse are, and derived user tasks and scenarios. The second research question, a shared electric kickboard app with gamification, was tested by users to see if it helps increase user participation and form motivation. As a result of the analysis, it was found that users were induced to be considerate of other users by using a combination of the motivational, relational, and self-expression strategies of gamification. Second, it was found that the use of motivation, achievement and reward, and reward visualization strategy elements promotes user's voluntary behavior. Third, through relationship, achievement, and reward strategies, users participated to create a positive culture of shared electric scooters, drawing immediate feedback, indicating that convenience has increased. In conclusion, it was found that the user helped to play a positive role in voluntary participation and motivation through the use of the shared electric kickboard service with gamification.

The study was conducted to understand the meaning of the voluntary service experience of Korean-Chinese who living in South Korea and examine the reason of participating in voluntary activities. 8 people participated in the study, who come from volunteering groups in a Korean-Chinese compact community. Data were collected through in - depth interviews and participation observation. The collected data were categorized and analyzed according to Giorgi's hermeneutic phenomenological research method. As a result of the analysis, three sets of themes were drawn on the nature of their volunteering experience. Through their volunteer activities, they have been improving their images that have been damaged and stigmatized by the mainstream society. Through their volunteer activities, they have improved their self-esteem, got more information about the society and better adapted to Korean society. Moreover, through their volunteer activities, they have increased their sense of responsibility for Korean society and redefined their position in Korea. Given this, they expect the possibility of becoming a global citizen for the future. The meanings of volunteer experience of Chinese Koreans have been examined and discussed in this study, which indicated that the activation of the volunteer activities of migrants contributes positively to the integration of multicultural society.
The importance of design utilization as a method for establishing policies and services in the public sector is increasing. Accordingly, Korea has introduced a public service design development method and has implemented and operated a national design group for consumer-centered policy development since 2014. This study analyzes the cases of the National Design Group to expand the use of design in the public sector and propose sustainable public service design strategies. The time range of this study is from 2014 to 2021, when the National Design Group was implemented, and the content is limited to tasks that can be found on the Gwanghwamun 1st Street website and the National Design Group casebook. This study was conducted as follows. First, we looked for implications for how to use and identify the role of design in the public policy development stage by referring to the literature on design policy and public service design, and second, based on major implications, we analyzed the task name and contents. Based on literature studies and case studies, we found implications that design can be used in various public fields, and the policy implications proposed to expand the use of sustainable design in the public sector are as follows. First, by raising awareness of service design in public policies and services, it continues to provide opportunities for the use of design to expand as a role that leads to voluntary behavioral changes of citizens beyond civic participation. Second, more active publicity is needed for the successful cases of the National Design Group, a product of the active use of public service design. Third, a more specific evaluation system should be introduced to verify the effectiveness and effectiveness of public service design. Through this, it is expected that it will greatly contribute to reducing the error in policy delivery and realizing citizen-centered public services by utilizing design for various problems facing our society.
This study is to investigate structure relationship between factors influencing or mediating store loyalty in service encounter. The result of study suggests salesperson's voluntary service has an effect on store loyalty through interpersonal relationship and store satisfaction. On the other hand, nonvoluntary service doesn't statistically influence interpersonal relationship but influences store loyalty through store satisfaction. Interestingly this results shows that store loyalty is consisted of cognitive loyalty, affective loyalty, intentional loyalty, and behavioral loyalty and each loyalty have an affect in sequence each other. Managerial implications on research result is followed as first, as an evaluation method of salesperson, it is useful to evaluate salesperson's behavioral performance. second, to build store loyalty, it must make an effort for marketer to differentiate through store promotion in terms of customer's cognitive perspectives. It is meaningful for these results to apply to current retailing situations practically.
Social Network Service(SNS), which are an emerging form of political architecture, have been a political means to promote civic engagement and shape pubic opinions on social issues. Along with the influence of SNSs, the governmental control on the dissemination of information over SNSs has increased more and more. It would be ideal if the autonomous governance regulates SNSs which facilitate the networks of the dispersed people. It is the fact, though, that compulsory regulations under which the government controls impose policy and legal restrictions on political expressions. The current study addresses expressive and participatory nature embedded in technological characteristics of SNSs and discusses the problems of content regulations of political expression over SNSs. First of all, it is analyzed that light touch regulation or light touch monitoring should be applied to regulating content on SNSs, particularly political expressions. Constitutional Court proclaimed that legal restrictions on the Internet could infringe basic rights of the people and thus under unambiguous standards, the Doctrine of Clear and Present Danger should be applied to its content. Second, it is found that clarifying the definition of illegality in the application of legal restrictions is necessary to minimize the excessive misleading. Third, it is required that Korea Communications Standards Commission under the government control needs to change in determining the scope of illegal information. In a domestic level, there needs to be safeguards for the protection of the self-regulatory organization such as KISO to guarantee voluntary and autonomous regulatory practices.

The purpose of this study is to suggest a successful operating strategy of co-working space. Therefore, the operating elements were identified through a literature research. And then, verified through site investigation and interview of operation managers. We found out that the high level operating elements are 'Co-working management', 'Membership management' and 'Supporting management' And the low level elements of Co-working management are 'Relationship facilitation', 'Networking event & Party' and 'Community & Communication', Membership management's are 'Service diversity & Price plan', 'Promotion & PR' and 'Alliance & Partnership', Supporting management's are 'Space & Interior', 'Facility & Device, Solution' and 'Mentoring & Education'. And the questionnaire was designed and conducted to Co-working space operators through the AHP method. As a result of the collected data analyzing, the highest priority was the operational element 'Community & Communication', and 'space and interior' is next, 'Service diversity & Price plan' is the third. The results were discussed with the relevant experts and it presents the following operating strategies. First, to create an environment suitable to voluntary coworking is the most important element. In particular, good management of 'Community & Communication' should be considered as a high priority operations strategy in a coworking space. Second, interior and space utilization helps in making the environment and atmosphere conducive to coworking. Office devices and facilities such as IT infra, printer, fax, scan, paper...etc are also important elements. But the reason why these necessary items are given a low priority is that these items don't need any special strategy. Third, in order to create a stable profit, 'Service diversity & Price plan' should be the characteristics of each coworking space because it will attract and secure enough customers. This study is valuable, it could be a great guideline for coworking space in an early stage to adopt operating model and strategy
A Volunteer Fire Brigade is a voluntary social services organization that performs various assistance works in fire fighting activities such as fire fighting and rescue of human lives on a part-time basis. Recently, it has also assumed an important role in the creation of security culture of local society. Besides, it provides diverse service activities related to security of local society. However, as this kind of volunteer fire brigade organization is not in a vigorous state, research for an improvement is being carried out in earnest. As part of a vitalization plan of the volunteer fire brigade, an attempt was made in this research to present an activation plan of the volunteer fire brigade through formation of social capital. Accordingly, efforts were made in this research to investigate and analyze an awareness of social capital among the volunteers and to present on this basis a plan for formation of social capital for the volunteer fire brigade of local society. As a result of the research, it turned out that social norm has the major effect on the formation of social capital for volunteer fire brigade. Therefore, it is our belief that an independent statute should be established to nurture and develop volunteer fire brigades. And when strong mutual trust among the volunteers are formed and efforts for devotion to local society are made on this basis, the security level of local society will be enhanced further.
