개구부를 통한 의복의 환기 양상 평가 (Assessment of Clothing Ventilation through Openings)

  • Clothing ventilation was investigated using a manikin wearing an impermeable overall under an isothermal condition, in which the ventilation occurred only through the openings. The ventilation volume was estimated by both microenvironment volume and ventilation rate, where, the microenvironment volume was measured by an air subsitution method and the ventilation rate by a trace gas method. Microenvironment volume of the experimental garment was about 21.0 liters. Even though it was certainly affected by the distance from the opening, the ventilation rate was more significantly influenced by the opening area and the shape of air layer in the clothing. The volume of air exchange in the clothing microenvironment was affected greatly by the microenvironment volume and the opening area, and it was different for each part of the body with bigger air exchange volume in the microenvironment of the leg as compared to that of the arm.

음압격리병실에서의 병실 문의 개폐속도에 따른 실간 압력변동 및 공기교환량에 대한 해석적 연구 (A Numerical Study on Pressure Fluctuation and Air Exchange Volume of Door Opening and Closing Speeds in Negative Pressure Isolation Room)

  • Purpose: In this study, through the comparison of the pressure fluctuation and air exchange volume in negative isolation room according to the type of the door and door opening/closing speeds, which is one of the main factors causing the cross contamination of the negative pressure isolation room, establishes standard operating procedures to prevent cross contamination in high risk infectious diseases and isolation room design. Methods: In this study, the air flow each of the room is analyzed using ANASYS CFX CODE for flow analysis. In addition, the grid configuration of the door is constructed by applying Immersed Solid Methods. Results: The pressure fluctuation due to the opening and closing of the hinged door was very large when the moment of the hinged door opened and closed. Especially, at the moment when the door is closed, a pressure reversal phenomenon occurs in which the pressure in the isolation room is larger than the pressure in the anteroom. On the other hand, the pressure fluctuation due to the opening and closing of the sliding door appeared only when the door was closed, but the pressure reversal phenomenon not occurred at the moment when the sliding door was closed, unlike the hinged door. As the opening and closing speed of the hinged door increases, the air exchange volume is increased. However, as the opening and closing speed of the sliding door is decreased, the air exchange volume is increased. Implications: According to the results of this study, it can be concluded that the pressure fluctuation due to the opening and closing of the hinged door is greater than the pressure fluctuation due to the opening and closing of the sliding door. In addition, it can be confirmed that the pressure reversal phenomenon, which may cause to reduce the containment effect in negative pressure isolation room, is caused by the closing of the hinged door. Therefore, it is recommended to install a sliding door to maintain a stable differential pressure in the negative isolation room. Also, as the opening and closing speed of the hinged door is slower and the opening and closing speed of the sliding door is faster, the possibility of cross contamination of the room can be reduced. It is therefore necessary to establish standard operating procedures for negative isolation room for door opening and closing speeds.

  • In this study, the main factors affecting the number of passengers and cargo volume transported by air between Korea, China and Japan over the past 20 years are to be identified. For the analysis, data from three countries' GDP and per capita as well as exchange rates and international oil prices were used, and OLS multiple regression analysis and fixed effect analysis were performed. As a result of the analysis, both the number of passengers and cargo volume transported by air showed a negative (-) direction for GDP, which represents the country's economic power, and a positive (+) direction, for per capita GDP, which represents income level. And the increase in the exchange rate between China and Japan acted in a positive (+) direction on the increase in the number of passengers, and the effect of oil prices was found to be limited.

블라우스내에 형성되는공기층이 의복내환기에 미치는 영향 연구 (The Effects of Blouse Types on Ventilation Clothing Microclimate)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of type of clothing microclimate and exercise condition on ventilation. The experimental system employed a trace gas technique of the previous research. Clothing microclimate volume measurement was based on the substitution water technique for inter-clothing air volume. The experimental variables were tested at four levels of clothing microclimate spacing, microclimate shape of the previous research and two levels of exercise conditions. 2, 4, 6 cm ease were added to B/2+4 of basic blouse pattern for the microclimate spacing variable. Each combination of three variables were tested in triplicate. Analysis of variance of experimental variables on vetilation, such as oxygen exchange rate, half time of first order model was conducted. Oxygen exchange rate and half time of first order model are affected by the shape of microclimate air and exercise condition.

  • 국제무역에서 운송수단의 선택은 일반적으로 화물의 운임이 가장 큰 직접적인 영향을 주지만 그 외 세계경기의 상황과 글로벌 무역규모 그리고 환율 등의 외부변수에 의해서도 민감하게 반응한다. 따라서 국제무역에서 해상 및 항공운송 수출입의 변화에 이러한 외부적 요인 등을 고려하여 어떠한 관계 또는 영향이 있는지를 실증분석을 통해 살펴보고 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. 최근과 같이 환율의 변화가 심할 경우 해상 및 항공운송에 미치는 영향에 대한 분석은 중요한 주제이며 어떠한 운송수단이 환율변화에 더 민감하게 반응하는지에 대한 분석도 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 2000년 1월~2017년 3월까지 월별 자료를 이용하여 환율의 변화와 국내외 경기수준이 해상 및 항공운송에 미치는 동태적 영향을 분석하기 위해 벡터오차수정모형을 이용하였으며, 충격반응함수 및 예측오차 분산분해도 함께 분석하였다.

Performance evaluation of nitrate removal in high TDS wet scrubber wastewater by ion exchange resin with dissolved air flotation (DAF) process

  • The regulations of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) have been steadily strengthened in ship emissions. Accordingly, there is a growing need for development of related technologies for the removal of contaminants that may occur during the treatment of SOx and NOx using a wet scrubber. However, this system also leads to wastewater production when the exhaust gas is scrubbed. In this research, we evaluated the performance of an ion selective resin process in accordance with scrubber wastewater discharge regulations, specifically nitrate discharge, by the IMO. Accelerated real and synthetic wastewater of wet scrubbers, contained high amounts of TDS with high nitrate, is used as feed water in lab scale systems. Furthermore, a pilot scale dissolved air flotation (DAF) using microbubble generator with ion exchange resin process was combined and developed in order to apply for the treatment of wet scrubber wastewater. The results of the present study revealed that operating conditions, such as resin property, bed volume (BV), and inlet wastewater flow rate, significantly affect the removal performance. Finally, through a pilot test, DAF with ion exchange resin process showed a noticeable improvement of the nitrate removal rate compared to the single DAF process.

요철형상의 CFD 해석을 통한 대용량 로타형 폐열회수열교환기 성능에 관한 연구 (Research on Performance of Large Rotor-type Heat Recovery Exchanger using CFD Analysis on Surface Corrugation)

  • The field of the large volume heat exchanger for wasted heat recovery ventilation system is being expanded enormously seeing as the fact that the quantity of reducing energies are huge due to the large volume heat exchanger for wasted heat recovery system at large buildings and factories, which consume large amount of energies while it has been arising huge amount of losses in Korea because of the lack of technology. To develop large volume waste heat recovery heat exchanger, rotor type heat exchanger was simulated for the surface corrugation. Based on the simulation results produced $30,000m^3/h$ grade waste heat recovery, heat exchanger was performed for the actual experiment. In addition, performance tests exceed the capacity of a large waste heat recovery heat exchanger performance test methods proposed.

  • The scavenging efficiency has a great influence on the performance of a diesel engine, especially slow two-stroke diesel engines which are usually used as a marine propulsion power plant. And this is greatly affected by the conditions in the cylinder, scavenging manifold and exhaust manifold during the gas exchange process. There are many factors to affect on the scavenging efficiency and these factors interact each other very complicatedly. Therefore the simulation program of the gas exchange process is very useful to improve and predict the scavenging efficiency, due to the high costs associated with redesign and testing. In this paper, a three-zone scavenging model for two-stroke uniflow engines was developed to link a control-volume-type engine simulation program for performance prediction of long-stroke marine engines. In this model it was attempted to simulate the three different regions perceived to exist inside the cylinder during scavenging, namely the air, mixing and combystion products regions, by modeling each region as a seperate control volume. Finally the scavenging efficiency was compared with three type of scavenging modes, that is, pure displacement, partial mixing and prefect mixing.

  • This paper describes to design and to examine the mechanical characteristics of high frequency jet ventilator. The device consists of Phase lock loop(PLL) system, solenoid valve driving control part and Air regulating system. This study is carried out by changing several factors such as endotracheal tube(E.T. tube)diameter, injector cannula diameter, 1%, and frequency(breaths/mim.) having direct effects on the gas exchange as well as parameters of the entrained gas by venturi effects, so as to measure the tidal volume and minute volume. This system characteristics were as follows : 1) Frequency : 6-594bpm 2) Inspiration time : 1-99% 3) Variance of input air pressure : 1-30PSI.

이중관 재질에 따른 이중관형 열회수 환기장치의 열회수 특성 연구 (A study on the heat recovery Characteristics of double tube type heat recovery ventilation system by double pipe material)

  • 본 연구에서는 이중관형 열회수 환기장치의 제품 적용 가능성을 검토하기 위해 성능 시험을 수행하였으며 이중관의 내측관의 재질에 변경에 따른 검토를 하기 위해 종이관, 알루미늄관, 폴리머관을 제작하여 동일한 급/배기 풍량을 인가하여 측정하였다. 온도 교환 효율은 모든 경우에서 알루미늄관의 경우가 가장 큰 값을 나타냈으며 종이관과 폴리머관은 비슷한 결과를 보였다. 이는 내측관으로 사용된 재료의 열전도율과 두께의 차이 때문인 것으로 판단된다. 습도 교환 효율은 모든 경우에서 종이관의 경우가 가장 큰 값을 나타냈으며 알루미늄관과 폴리머관은 비슷한 결과를 보였다. 이는 종이 재질은 습도 교환이 가능하지만 알루미늄과 폴리머재질은 습도 교환이 불가능하기 때문인 것으로 판단된다. 습도 교환과 온도 교환의 두 값을 포함하는 전열 교환 효율은 종이관의 경우가 가장 큰 값을 나타냈으며 알루미늄관과 폴리머관은 비슷한 결과를 보였다. 에너지계수(COE)는 현열과 잠열교환이 동시에 일어나는 종이관의 경우 전열에너지계수 값을 현열교환만 일어나는 알루미늄관과 폴리머관은 현열에너지계수를 비교해 보면 종이관의 에너지계수가 가장 큰 값을 나타냄을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통하여 이중관형 열회수 환기장치의 내부관 재질에 따른 성능을 비교 분석 하였으며 환기장치로 적용이 가능한 것을 알 수 있었다.
