Recently, The employment for the disabled vocational rehabilitation is to be a hot issue. and there is many of the proposal how to ways. But many of the disabled vocational rehabilitation is not employed and then, first of all, we have a survey about. The employment for the disabled vocational rehabilitation on chonan city of korea. And we got that. The side of company and the side of the disabled vocational rehabilitation have a many problem for the employ. and there is the need of education for employ. We want to propose to good idea good condition employment for the disabled vocational rehabilitation. With the relation program with employment and education for the disabled vocational rehabilitation, they get a good condition jog. This proposal is to be the base study for the disabled vocational rehabilitation with the employment. This study attempts to suggest developmental framework of employment innovation model to vitalize the disabled vocational rehabilitation.

The purpose of this study was to examine the perceptions of vocational rehabilitation practitioners in mental rehabilitation facilities related to their services, then it was intended to suggest the strategic plans for the services. To this purpose, data related to vocational rehabilitation services provided by mental rehabilitation facilities were collected, and a focus group interview(FGI) was conducted for the practitioners in charge of vocational rehabilitation services. And this data was analyzed to results. The research results are as follows. First, the related manuals and guidelines should be created to clarity the role and function of the facilities, that is the detailed standards are necessary for the workers participating in vocational rehabilitation services. Second, they expect that people with mental illness must be treated equally with other people with disabilities and the vocational rehabilitation services should be supported according to their disability characteristics. Based on the results of these studies, specific strategic plans for vocational rehabilitation services were suggested.

Information technology is rapidly diffused throughout the world. Unfortunately, as the technology goes on the disabled vocational rehabilitation is more isolated in physically and mentally. A new paradigm, 'Digital practical use Opportunity' is a product of the tremendous technological changes driving the disabled vocational rehabilitation. The employment for the disabled vocational rehabilitation is a hot issue. Because lack of education rehabilitation cause many problems for the employer. Relating program of employment and education for the disabled vocational rehabilitation, they can get a job in a better condition. This study propose a model of good environmental employment for the disabled vocational providing them the way of getting a job so that they can go as a member of highly developed society. It conducted in society could fundamentally advance our knowledge about the structure of the employment of the disabled vocational rehabilitation, cure their feelings, give them a chance to live happier, stronger, healthier.

The purpose of the study was to examine the effects of the Horticulture Job Skill course based on the employment practice model on personal performance indicator of vocational rehabilitation for university students with disabilities. In the first step of this study, an employment practice model was developed by a focus group composed of six specialists from the industry and academia. The second step consisted of selecting the items of personal performance indicator related to horticulture vocational rehabilitation among all items of vocational rehabilitation. The third step was selecting students to participate in the study. The next step was coming up with a pilot instructional design based on the employment practice model. The final step was examining the effects of pilot course (horticulture job skill) based on the employment practice model on personal performance indicator of vocational rehabilitation for university students with disabilities. As a result, there were significant improvements after treatment in the experimental group with indicator 1 (managing) from 1.8±0.155 to 4.2±0.267, indicator 2 (planting) from 1.5±0.114 to 4.45±0.153, indicator 3 (using tool) from 3.2±0.186 to 4.6±0.112, indicator 4 (packing) from 2.05±0.153 to 4.45±0.114, indicator 5 (decorating) from 2.65±0.150 to 5.5±0.114, indicator 6 (cleaning) from 2.85±0.131 to 4.45±0.114, indicator 7 (observing) from 2.4±0.112 to 4.45±0.112, and indicator 8 (laboring) from 2.35±0.109 to 4.1±0.180. However, the control group did not show any significant improvement after 15 weeks of the program. This study determined that the Horticulture Job Skill course based on the employment practice model has an effect on improving the individual performance of vocational rehabilitation for university students with disabilities. Finally, horticulture education-based on the employment practice model will contribute to vocational rehabilitation for university student with disabilities.

In this paper, we propose to confirm the perceptions of vocational rehabilitation of the mentally disabled by mental health service providers. The survey was conducted using a questionnaire consisting of vocational ability for the mentally disabled, family support, worker competence, and worker needs, targeting 132 workers at the mental health welfare center and mental rehabilitation facility, which are mental health service institutions in A Metropolitan City. The collected data were analyzed using the technical knowledge, t-test, ANOVA, Scheff? test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression using the SPSS 21.0 program. In the end, the workers' desire for vocational rehabilitation for the mentally disabled of workers in mental health service institutions was higher in mental rehabilitation facilities than in mental health welfare centers, and the competence of workers had a significant effect on the vocational skills and family support of the mentally disabled people. Therefore, it will be possible to ultimately promote vocational rehabilitation for the mentally disabled by strengthening the capacity for vocational rehabilitation for the mentally handicapped of mental health service providers in the future.

This study investigated the effects of a client-centered vocational rehabilitation program on vocational basic ability, vocational performance ability, and vocational adjustment ability to improve the job competency of adolescents with cerebral palsy. This study was conducted using a multiple intermittent baseline design between the behaviors of individual research subjects from March 19 to August 27, 2018. The subjects for this study were three adolescents with cerebral palsy who were attending special schools in B County in A Province. The intervention program was performed for 40 minutes every Monday and Wednesday, and the vocational basic ability, vocational performance ability, and vocational adjustment ability of the subjects were measured after each session based on the intervention step. As a result, the client-centered vocational rehabilitation program improved vocational basic ability, vocational performance ability, and vocational adjustment ability required by the targeted job for each subject. Therefore, the client-centered vocational rehabilitation program of this study is proposed as a vocational rehabilitation program because it has had a positive effect on job competency by improving the vocational basic ability, vocational performance ability, and vocational adjustment ability of adolescents with cerebral palsy.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the vocational rehabilitation service environment of the mentally facilities. Focus group interview (FGI) was conducted for obtain the data. According to the interview results, first, in providing vocational rehabilitation services for people with mental illness, comprehensive services should be provided considering various needs. Second, the facilities are not recognized as vocational rehabilitation facilities for people with disabilities. Therefore, it is operated according to the regulations on mental rehabilitation facilities in the Mental Health Welfare Act. Third, they need management supports. Finally, It raised the necessity of revising laws and systems that are not systematized without reflecting reality. Based on the results of this study, some suggestions are presented.
