This study explores the concept of spectacular realism. and finds out how spectacular realism is made in movies. The Movies's spectacle is a realistic spectacle that does not miss the reality. so audiences can immerse themselves in it. Nowadays the spectrum of visual realism is becoming very diverse. "Perceptual realism" means to feel more like real than to reproduce reality as it is. "Synthetic realism" is a realism that CGI makes. And "Spectacular realism" makes the spectators concentrate to images than narrative or character. It means the dominance of the visual. The films and showed "Spectacular realism" especially in the aerial battle scenes. The films use 'Presentation of a new spatial sensation using unusual angles', 'Editing that constitutes transcendental time' and 'Intense contrast' as methods to embody spectacular realism. And the harmonious arrangement of transcendental images and very realistic screens effectively embodies Spectacular Realism. This discussion, which began in the air battle scene, could contribute to a broader and more diverse exploration of the implementation of spectacular realism images in the future.

패션 제품의 이미지는 소재의 재질감과 컬러에 따라 다르게 나타날 수 있으며, 실물과 디지털 화면에서의 이미지 또한 다르게 나타날 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 베이직 컬러 패션 소재의 실물과 디지털 화면에서 느껴지는 시각적 감각 차이에 대해 알아보고자한다. 본 연구에서는 60개의 패션소재로 시각적 감각 형용사 3쌍에 대해 실험을 진행하였으며, 색채, 요철과 같은 물리적 특성과 시각적 특성으로 나누어 각 요소별로 실물과 디지털 화면에서의 평가 차이가 있는지 알아보았다. 색채에 따른 시각적 감각은 실물과 디지털 화면에서의 평가가 동일한 감각을 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 요철에 따른 시각적 감각에서 '요철이 있는' 소재는 실물과 디지털 화면에서 동일한 감각을 느끼는 것으로 나타났으며, '요철이 없는' 소재는 실물과 디지털 화면에서 서로 반대되는 감각을 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 시각적 분류에 따른 결과는 실물과 디지털 화면에서의 평가가 모두 같은 감각을 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 패션 소재의 시각적 감각을 평가할 때는 소재 표면의 특성이 영향을 미치며, 실제 소재와 디지털 화면에서의 소재는 느껴지는 감각의 정도가 다름을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 패션 소재의 시각적 감각은 평가 방법에 따른 결과의 차이 있음을 제시함으로써 앞으로 패션 소재의 시각적 감각을 평가하는데 있어 다양한 연구 방법이 고려되어야 함을 시사하는데 의의가 있다.

If a virtual object in a virtual environment represented by a stereo vision system could be touched by a user with some tactile feeling on his/her fingertip, the sense of reality would be heightened. To create a visual impression as if the user were directly pointing to a desired point on a virtual object with his/her own finger, we need to align virtual space coordinates and physical space coordinates. Also, if there is no tactile feeling when the user touches a virtual object, the virtual object would seem to be a ghost. Therefore, a haptic interface device is required to give some tactile sensation to the user. We have constructed such a human-computer interaction system in the form of a simple virtual reality game using a stereo vision system, a vibro-tactile device module, and two position/orientation sensors.

Objectives The purpose of this study was to report significant improvement of peripheral coldness in patient, who was diagnosed with 'Soyangin Chest-heat symptomatic pattern' and applied medication based on Sasang Constitutonal medicine. Methods The patient was treated with herbal medications, according to his own symptomatology. The objective outcome was measured by thermography and the subjective sensation was assessed by using Visual Analogue Scale (VAS). Results The symptoms of peripheral coldness improved remarkedly without any side effects. Accessory symptoms and original symptoms also changed for the better. Conclusions This results show that it is available that peripheral coldness is treated with herbal medications according to Sasang Constitutional medicine, especially ingenious in terms of the fact that some patient can be diagnosed with heat-based condition on the basis of original symptoms, although his/her chief complaint is classified as cold pattern.

This study evaluates thermal comfort by air conditioner temperature raising at the point of time that human body begins to adapt. Thermal comfort according to change of time enters by uncomfortable area gradually at general cold room temperature that magnetic pole is in human body. However, can know that keep continuous thermal comfort in case raise temperature in human body adaptation visual point. Experiments were performed in environmental chamber. Subjects were selected 4 men and 4 women whose life cycle were proved that are similar. The subjects stay in the pretesting room during the 30 minutes and enter the testing room under each experiment conditions. During the experiment, brain wave, electrocardiogram, blood pressure and thermal comfort and sensation responses were measured. In this study, physiological and psychological responses correspond under temperature raising at human body adaptation.

Recently we experienced a case of Takayasu`s arteritis involving the major aortic branches. A 30 year-old female patient admitted with the complaints of dizziness, visual disturbance, headache and tingling sensation of upper extremities. Aortogram revealed nearly complete obstruction of the origin site of both common carotid arteries and right vertebral artery, and irregular luminal narrowing of the origin site of innominate artery and left subclavian artery, but opacification of right subclavian artery and left vertebral artery. Successful surgical treatment was accomplished with a bypass from the ascending aorta to the left common carotid artery using a tube graft. The left subclavian artery and right axillary artery were revascularized distal to the stenosis with tube grafts that extended from the aortic graft. Postoperative complications were atelectasis, lymph leakage and left phrenic nerve palsy. She discharged uneventually at postoperative 22 days and most of symptoms were relieved.

Objective : The objective of this study is to observe the effect of anti-inflammatory herbal acupuncture, acupuncture, physical theraphy, external treatment, therapeutic exercise on the osteochondritis dissecans. Methods : Anti-inflammatory herbal acupuncture and acupuncture were used to treat knee pain and gait disturbance. We evaluated the patient through VAS(visual analogue scale) daily and symptoms. Results & Conclusions : After 31 days of treatment, right knee pain was decreased from VAS 10 to VAS 4, redness, burning sensation, edemaright of right knee were decreased. And the patient could walk. Oriental medicine treatment is proved to be helpful to imporve the symptoms of the osteochondritis dissecans.

To evaluate existence value of green area through industrial area worker＇s consciousness estimation, result that achieve is as following. According as green area amount of green area decreases, assessment about existence value of green area decreased. Environment that industrial complex worker can work in agreeable psychology need to increase green area in some form to be formed. Existence of green area enhances conscious value about visual improvement effect such as good environment, seasons change, and green quantity, and is judged that green area is exerting positive effect to consciousness regarding environment improvement effect such as cooling sensation, wind control, and noise decrease.

Objectives The purpose of this study was to report significant improvement of functional dyspepsia in 3 patients, who were diagnosed with 'Soyangin Spleen Cold-based Exterior Cold disease' and applied medication based on Sasang Constitutonal medicine.Methods The patients were treated with herbal medications, according to their own constitution. The objective outcome was measured by body composition analyzer and Gastrointestinal Symptom Rating Scale (GSRS), and the subjective sensation was assessed by using Visual Analogue Scale (VAS).Results The symptoms of functional dyspepsia improved remarkedly in all respects, without any side effects. Original symptoms also changed for the better.Conclusions This results show that it is available that functional dyspepsia is treated with medicines according to Sasang Constitutional medicine.

Objective : The purpose of this report is to know the effect of Gamisunbangwhalmyung-Eum(加味仙方活命飮) on pain and burning sensation that last for months after Debridement caused by Cellulitis. Methods : We experienced one case of patient underwent Debridement caused by Cellulitis treated with Gamisunbangwhalmyung-Eum. To evaluate the effectiveness of this treatment, we used the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS). Results : After the treatment, the grade of VAS was decreased and clinical symptoms were improved. Conclusion : Gamisunbangwhalmyung-Eum can be used on the treatment of patient underwent Debridement caused by Cellulitis.
