Design and Implementation of Customer Management System Using UML (UML을 적용한 고객관리시스템 설계 및 구현)

  • According to the development of service industry recently, the use of call taxi service is increased to use a taxi more comfortably. But related firms hesitate to construct a call center on account of enormous expense of constructing. Hence we developed the system that can minimize expense of constructing a call center which use a cellular phone. The proposed system is different from the existing call system of using a terminal method. we designed by applying UML(Unified Modeling Language) the system that can integrate and manage operations of customer management, driver management, order management and settlement of accounts etc. more efficiently using CTI(Computer Telephony Integration). Then the designed system is constructed by using Visual Basic 6.0. For implementing CTI more effectively, calling number of customer is received in PC using CID that is commercialized and then the customer's information is retrieved in the Database in real-time. The system proposed in this paper is possible to construct at low expense, can improve customer service level through an efficient customer management solution.

  • SGML, defined as the ISO 8879, is a meta-language to define a document type, used as basic format for electronic documents. Since an SGML document is composed of a document type definition and a document instance conforms to the definition, it is necessary for SGML document authoring tools to compose and validate document type and document instance. In present, formal models and procedures for SGML documents are not defined, it's not easy to construct such tools. We propose a model of SGML authoring tool consists of SGML parser, document type definition editor, SGML document editor and style editor. We also introduce and implement formal procedure for each component. For user convenience, we adopted icon based visual programming method, and solved the HANGUL problems. The SGML authoring tool is implemented I Windows NT system using java and C++ programming language.

  • In the 1980s, the rapid development of Hong Kong genre films began the myth of Hong Kong's New Wave films, which had a profound impact on Taiwanese films of the same period. Later, two leading film directors, Hou Xiaoxien and Edward Yang, appeared in the process of being influenced by Taiwanese film Ganyu Wave. In this paper, we conducted research on the art style, theme style, film language, and aesthetic narrative methods of films of Hou Xiaoxien and Edward Yang against the backdrop of Taiwan's New Wave era. In addition, the visual characteristics of Taiwan's New Wave films, and the two directors have drawn suggestions on Taiwan's new generation of directors and the Taiwanese film industry, and presented a colorful film creation scheme for the creation and innovation of the new generation of filmmakers.

Performance Analysis of Ostermeier's Hamlet (공연분석: 오스터마이어의 <햄릿> (프랑스 2008, 한국 2010))

  • Ostermeier's Hamlet has no particular contemporary reinterpretation. Alternately devoting to show retrospect in illusion and existence through revenging actions. However, Shakespeare's metaphorical and implicative language is dissipated and the style of the play is not an illusive space-time, but a tragic theatrical production that uses rough language to express the depth of the story. The Perfomance of Hamlet is a sensuous jumble up of a diverse range of mass media. The double roles that the actors carry out give an affect of isolation between the audience and the play itself showing both empathy and liberty. Ostermeier's Hamlet distinctively shows a post-modern performance through the prominent elements of dirt, the use of mixed genre, theatric emphasis, making an image and the fulfillment of acting. Nonetheless, Ostermeier's performance stays off the point on the breakup strategy of the post-modern drama without suspending the narrative of Shakespeare's Hamlet. Besides aiming to show a performance centered by the imagery of physical expression, his performance shows New Realism in the 1960's, showing everyday life. Ostermeier thinks, that theatre helps give contemporary people an accurate reality check in the constant unstable periods of time. Therefore, Hamlet shows post-modern physical expression and outspoken dramaturgy using the effects of mass media in New Realism without breaking up realistic narration. With being the aberration of the Castle Helsingor, the main character Hamlet, expresses lunacy and can be considered as metaphor for young adults whom are broken down and isolated from the economic system. He is a substitute for those who experience agony, anger, torment, etc. and other suppressed emotions in everyday life. With the method of direction in the portrayal of Hamlet show signs of succession in the abundant popularization of the classics by communicating with the audience by following the trend of modern mass media and audio-visual perception; emphasizing the point of the philosophical topic 'life and death,' 'life and theatre,' and 'illusion and reality.'

A Comparative Analysis of the Calligrams of Apollinaire, Paul Eluard, and Lee Sang (아폴리네르, 폴 엘뤼아르, 이상(LEE Sang) 시의 상형적 시어 비교분석)

  • This study presents a comparative analysis of the calligrammic poetic dictions shown in the poems of the French poets Guillaume Apollinaire and Paul Eluard and in those of the Korean poet Lee Sang. They were adventurers in the avant-garde movement who used experimental techniques that led to futurism, expressionism, cubism, dadaism, and surrealism. They applied a typographic technique that combined pictorial arrangements of fonts, shapes of compositions and between lines, letters of the alphabet, mathematical symbols, and graphical elements, such as circles or lines, to make up a poem that also looked like a painting. Their works, valued as visual lyric poems, break up language and combine anti-poems. They rejected traditional poetic dictions or grammar, but developed a paratactic poem that freely uses letters and symbols. Their calligrammic poetic dictions arouse dynamic images like space extension. Lee Sang's calligrams seem like abstract paintings that apply geometric symbols like those used in technical drawings. As a result, crossing the boundaries between language and pictorial art by using experimental materials and techniques, their poems deconstruct the creative standards of rational and traditional poetic dictions, creating an adventurous, expressive technique. Their calligrammic, avant-garde poems introduced a new spirit of art into both French and Korean modern poetic literature.

Sympathy, Seeing, and Affective Labor: Mary Shelley's (Re-)Reading of Adam Smith in Frankenstein (공감, 보기, 그리고 감정노동 -『프랑켄스타인』의 아담 스미스 다시 읽기)

  • This paper reads Mary Shelley's Frankenstein (1818) in light of the 18th-century understanding of 'sympathy' including those of Hume and Smith and also in light of what Michael Hardt in our century has called "affective labor." I argue that the imaginative capacity and "seeing" are crucial in understanding Smith's idea of 'sympathy.' By showing how the monster's ugliness precludes any human character from sympathizing with him, Mary Shelley exposes that Smith's idea of sympathy fails to maintain social harmony. Mary Shelley revises Smith's 'sympathy' and makes it more radical by suggesting that the active affective labor could bridge the epistemological distance lying between the agent concerned and the impartial spectator. I first read Smith's idea of sympathy as an imaginative capacity which is inevitably influenced by 'seeing' and visual perception. Then I analyze the scenes in which the creature in Frankenstein fails to acquire any human sympathy due to his ugliness, and show how the specular nature of 'sympathy' is disrupted when one party is visually ugly and deformed. I conclude that affective labor and active moral reflection on the part of the spectator need to be provided when the agent concerned is 'ugly' and thus challenges our habitual epistemological boundary. Shelley's re-evaluation of Smith's sympathy, thus, suggests that affective labor may not be something that women alone have to perform, but an ethical practice that concerns all human beings and that can transform the otherwise flawed human capacity for sympathy.

Inspection of guided missiles applied with parallel processing algorithm (병렬처리 알고리즘 적용 유도탄 점검)

  • In general, the guided weapon seeker and the guided control device process the target, search, recognition, and capture information to indicate the state of the guided missile, and play a role in controlling the operation and control of the guided weapon. The signals required for guided weapons are gaze change rate, visual signal, and end-stage fuselage orientation signal. In order to process the complex and difficult-to-process missile signals of recent missiles in real time, it is necessary to increase the data processing speed of the missiles. This study showed the processing speed after applying the stop and go and inverse enumeration algorithm among the parallel algorithm methods of PINQ and comparing the processing speed of the signal data required for the guided missile in real time using the guided missile inspection program. Based on the derived data processing results, we propose an effective method for processing missile data when applying a parallel processing algorithm by comparing the processing speed of the multi-core processing method and the single-core processing method, and the CPU core utilization rate.

Analysis on Color Shaping the Space of Animated Film Coco (애니메이션영화 <코코> 색상이 공간의 모델링 분석)

  • As an important visual element, color in animated films can not only depicts the reality, but also conveys emotion and meanings, which play an important role in shaping the space of animated films. As one of the most outstanding animated films, Coco uses bold and unique color language to shape the film space. It uses the national color to blend the Mexican culture into the story space making it full of Mexican regional and cultural connotation, uses color contrast to shape the physical space, highlighting the three-dimensional and deep sense of the physical space. And also uses color association to create the psychological space, leading audience into the spiritual world of the film. Based on the analysis of the Coco, we an see that when shape the film space of animation, the film maker should give full play to the characteristics and function of color, and apply different color language to shape different space according to the role of the film space, so as to expand and deepen the connotation and expressiveness of film space.

The 1930s in Film and Novel: Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day

  • Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day, Winifred Watson's novel of 1938, is a fairytale in novel form. Set in London of 1938, the story revolves around a one-day adventure of an ill-starred but truthful governess who is granted a second chance. This light-hearted comedy of manners was turned into a film by director Bharat Nalluri in 2008. An Anglo-American collaboration, co-scripted by Simon Beaufoy and David McGee, the film converts Watson's quaint novel into an edged heritage piece that encapsulates the 1930s, the problematic decade between the two World Wars. The film, while sustaining the narrative core of Watson's Cinderella story, attempts to place it firmly within a wider current of the novel's setting or London in 1938, tapping into the major concerns of the interwar years that engage with characters in one way or another. Stylistically, the film presents Art Deco as a main visual idiom to convey the prevailing mood of nihilism and decadence of the day. The setting here takes on significance in that it offers a telling counterpoint to the giddy superficial world of the novel. The 1930s was a highly charged decade under the threat of fascism and the Great Depression, fraught with economic and socio-political tensions and apprehensions. The film makes an explicit reference to the dismal context which is suppressed in the original text. The thirties is, therefore, portrayed as a decade of contradiction. It features gay buoyant festivity, rampant consumerism, and shifting morals and attitudes towards love, marriage and sexuality. Yet lurking beneath the surface glamour are the symptoms of crises and the deep-seated anxieties on the eve of World War II. In this way, Watson's novel of manners has been recreated into a defining film on the 1930s with its period feel propped by the atmospheric lighting, the exuberant Jazz score, and the splendid Art Deco costume and production design.

  • It is one of the representation technique very common to be used, such as visual communication, a variety of cultural content, anthropomorphic, is dependent on the anthropomorphic approach most content for children in particular. In addition, personification can see a variety of cases in the field of culture and art of many other operations, including literature and poetry. By analyzing the case of reverse personification and anthropomorphic when transmitting content and image of the language that was meant, of anthropomorphic elements, which can be reverse action and an equal effect between those non-human and human it is possible to confirm that. Therefore, in this paper, we redefine the concept and elements of anthropomorphic, it defines the concept of anthropomorphic station on the basis of this, and were analyzed for the case. In addition, among the cases of good quality that communicate with anthropomorphic approach the station, the character analysis short animation of "The Employment employment", be used as academic materials of anthropomorphic approach the station of visual culture content areas of future possible.
