다도해해상국립공원 탐방객의 홍보 및 환경해설 매체 이용평가 (Visitors' Evaluation of Information and Interpretive Media in Dadohaehaesang National Park, Korea)

  • 본 연구는 다도해해상국립공원 탐방객을 대상으로 자기안내식의 홍보 및 환경해설 방식으로 활용되고 있는 매체에 대한 이용과 평가 현황을 파악하여 공원관리 기초자료 제공을 목적으로 수행하였다. 이를 위해 탐방객 직접기입 방식의 설문조사를 실시하였고 총 205매의 유효 자료를 분석에 이용하였다. 응답자들의 사회경제적 특성과 탐방행태는 우리나라 다른 국립공원에서 실시한 결과와 유사하였다. 홍보 및 환경해설 매체를 이용했던 탐방객중 '공원자원 및 이용안내판'의 이용률이 가장 높았으며(87.7%) '공원정보 제공 전광판', '탐방로변 수목이름 해설판', '각종 홍보계도 안내판(고정식)'의 이용률은 높은 편이었다. 그러나 '자연해설 프로그램'은 40%미만의 적은 이용을 한 것으로 나타났다. 5점 리커트 척도를 이용한 환경해설 매체에 대한 중요도-성취도 분석결과 중요도는 전 항목에서 측정값이 평균 4점 이상으로 나타나 중요성을 높게 인식하고 있었다. 성취도 평균값은 3.82이었으며 대체적으로 긍정적인 반응을 보였다. 홍보 및 해설매체 효용성을 높이기 위해 집중적인 관리가 요구되는 매체는 '공원자원 및 이용안내판'과 '각종 홍보 계도 안내판(고정식)'이었다.

도시수목원의 이용후평가에 관한 연구 -대전시 둔산대공원 내 한밭수목원을 대상으로- (A Study on the Post Occupancy Evaluation of Urban Arboretum -Focused on The Daejeon Hanbat Arboretum-)

  • A study examined visitors' satisfaction to urban arboretum in Daejeon metropolitan city, and analyzed utilization status. Also, the study was based on POE. POE is a last phase in the environmental planning and design process that follows the sequence of planning, programing, design construction, and use of a project. Urban arboretum contribute to improvement in the quality of living by providing urban citizens with places for refreshment, natural have important values on urban environment and to promote the quality of life for urbanite. So, the study aims to present data on the human activities responding to the physical environment of 'the Daejeon Hanbat Arboretum' by evaluating visitor's behavior and activity, visiting motivations, preference patterns, and the degree of visitor's satisfaction. This study is conducted by multi-method such as interviews and questionnaires surveys. On-site questionnaire surveys were conducted in the Hanbat arboretum on October 25-31 of 2009. Total of 265 questionnaires were analyzed for this study. The analysis of data was used SPSS 18.0 statistical analysis program. Data from visitors was analyzed by descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, multiple response analysis, and Anova. Then, the outcome will be compared and evaluated to install urban arboretum that reflect the desires of users in the future.

검진센터를 이용한 고객의 만족도 조사 (Client-Satisfiction Survey for evaluation of Health Examination Services in Korea Association of Health Promotion(KAHP))

  • Background: This survey has focused on Client-Satissfaction for health examination services of Korean Association of Health Promotion, This research will help final weak point and promote the qualify of the services provided. Methods: This survey was done on 400 visitors of the clinic. Between Jan. 2 and May 3l, 2005 Questionaires were distributed to the visitors with a informed consent. Results: The visitㅐrs for health examination at Daegu chapter of Korean Association of Health promotion had high-school or higher level education(79.8%) and were self-employed persons with an average monthly income of 3~4 million won(27.7%), and housewives(33.0%). The most frequent complaints of the visitors was the difficulty in access to the center. The motives for taking health examination were cheap cost of examination(32.7%) and recommendation by fami1y members and friends(42.0%). The possitive attitude of the employees of KAHP were kind reponses to phone calls(85.3%) and kind explanations to questions(68.5%). Regarding the merits of the examination at KAHP, appropriate equipments(68.0%) and quality of equipments(66.0%) and they expressed their desire for further use revisit to the KAHP(85.3%).Conclusions. It is concluded that this KAHP is providing services meeting their demands in cost and qualitatively of health examination. However, it is noted that there are several weak points in own system that make own clients uneasy in taking health examination. They have to be solved by providing transporting for accession, kind attitudes and comfortable facilities.

보건소 건강증진사업 평가지표 개발 (Development of Program Evaluation Indicator : Community Health Center's Health Promotion Program)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop the evaluation indicator for the health promotion programs of the Community Health Centers and to test its validity. The modified logic model was used as the evaluation model based on the literature reviews. Using this model, four dimensions, eleven sub­dimensions, and forty­one individual indicators were developed. These evaluation indicators are superior in reflecting the distinctiveness of the community health promotion programs, and also flexible enough to accommodate diverse programs. These indicators also emphasize the role of process evaluation, and the diversity of outcomes. To test content validity, survey method of experts in the community health promotion field was conducted. Eleven in three expert groups(professionals, practitioners in Community Health Centers, and policy makers) generally agreed with the validity of evaluation indicators. To examine criteria and construct validity, these indicators were used to evaluate the health promotion programs conducted by the 18 Key Community Health Centers. The data came from the interview surveys of the main health promotion practitioner and 30 visitors from each center. The ranks of these eighteen Community Health Centers were computed from these data. There was no significant difference in ranking either by these indicators or by the existing indicators, which was developed by Technical Support and Evaluation Team for criteria validity. There was no statistically significant difference in ranking between input, process and outcome dimensions. Based on these study results, evaluation indicators developed in this study are valid to evaluate Community Health Center's health promotion program. It can be used both by the Community Health Center for internal evaluation, and by the stakeholders for external evaluation.

농촌체험휴양마을 운영관리 평가 및 유형화 - 양평 농촌체험휴양마을을 사례로 - (Operation Management Appraisal and the Classification of Rural Tourism Villages - The Cases of Yang-Pyeong Rural Tourism Villages -)

  • This study aims to understand why the sales volume and the number of visitors are different in each rural tourism village. The study considered that the management and operation of rural tourism villages is one of the major influencing factors. To prove this, the study determined what factors were related to the management and operation of villages and derived detailed items to evaluate them. In the study, the researchers conducted an in-depth interview and a literature review on the management and operation of rural tourism villages in Yangpyeong-gun. They also performed a case study on the Sumi village, one of the successfully managed and operated villages in Yangpyeong-gun, to determine the detailed items. As a result, seven factors were identified. These factors comprise operation entity, governance, shared vision, leadership, efficient role-playing, marketing efforts, and equity in profit distribution. Based on these seven factors, 85 of the evaluation items were developed. The management and operation scores of 85 items were measured and summed for each of the 21 rural tourism villages. First, 21 villages were divided into two groups by the sales figures to derive items to determine the difference in the mean value of the evaluation scores. Second, an independent sample t-test was conducted for each village at YangPyeong-gun. Third, the study divided the 21 villages into four groups using 46 evaluation items. Finally, the study's researchers clarified some challenges to solve and appropriate management and operation plans considering each type of rural tourism village.

무등산국립공원 서석대 구간의 탐방객 조우수와 허용가능 조우수 (Encounters and Acceptable Number of Encounters at the Seoseokdae Trail Section of Mudeungsan National Park)

  • 본 연구는 무등산국립공원의 서석대 탐방구간(Seoseokdae Trail Section: STS)의 탐방객수 관리 상태 진단 및 관리방안을 제시하기 위해 시행되었다. 이를 위해 서석대 정상부(Seoseokdae summit area: SSA)에서의 조우수 측정 및 조우수에 대한 평가기준(허용 가능 조우수) 설정이 이루어졌다. 데이터는 2019년 6월 중 편의표본추출에 의해 선정된 263명의 STS 탐방객을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통해 수집되었다. SSA에서의 평균 조우수는 18.7명으로 조사되었으며 대부분의 응답자(95.4%)가 SSA에서 다른 탐방객을 30명 이하로 본 것으로 나타났다. SSA에서의 15분 간격 평균 동시 최대이용객수는 13.4명(범위 3-31명)으로 나타났다. 시간대별 동시 최대이용객수는 13-14시(21.0명), 11-12시(19.8명), 14-15시(15.5명), 12-13시(15.3명), 10-11시(12.3명), 8-9시(10.8명) 등 순으로 많았다. 두 가지 평가기준 설정방법, 즉 긴 질문 형식(Long-question format: LQF)과 짧은 질문 형식(Short-question format: SQF)을 적용한 결과, LQF에 의한 SSA에서의 허용가능 조우수(Acceptable encounter number: AEN)는 59.2명, SQF에 의한 AEN은 55.1명으로 나타났다. SSA에서의 현재 조우수인 18.7명과 동시 최대이용객수(범위: 3-31명)는 LQF 및 SQF에 의해 각각 산출된 AEN보다 적었다. 응답자의 83.0%가 STS에서 '진정한 자연경험에 가까운 경험'을 선호하였으며, 단지 10.0%의 응답자만이 '유원지/관광지와 같은 경험'을 선호하였다. '자연경험에 가까운 경험'을 선호하는 응답자의 AEN은 27.5명으로 '유원지/관광지와 같은 경험'을 선호하는 응답자의 AEN(46.6명)보다 적었다. 응답자의 78.4%는 SSA에서 전혀 혼잡을 느끼지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 응답자 대부분(92.3%)의 SSA에서의 조우수에 대한 개인 허용기준은 그들이 실제로 현장에서 느끼는 지각 조우수(Perceived encounter numbers: PEN)보다 높았으며 응답자의 조우수에 대한 개인기준과 그들의 PEN의 차이는 혼잡 지각도와 부의 상관관계를 나타냈다.

휴양 적합성에 영향을 미치는 자연휴양림의 자원특성 (Resource Characteristics Affecting Recreation Suitability of Natural Recreation Forest)

  • The purpose of this research is to examine resource characteristics affecting the overall recreation suitability of natural recreation forest. On the basis of resource-based approach, we had constructed a conceptual framework for this research and found one dependent variable of the overall recreation suitability and eight independent variables, representing characteristics of recreation resource. After questionnaire surveying of 690 visitors from 10 among 72 natural recreation forests in Korea. We have analyzed the data using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression method. We have found that 1) physical factor of recreation resources turned out to be statistically insignificant and the direction of relationship between independent variable and dependent variable is the same as that of dependent variable, 2) noise, sound and smell turned out to be the most important variable in terms of magnitude of independent variable and wild life turned out to be the next important variable, and 3) noise, sound and smell turned out to have aboutn 3.3 times greater thant that of landscape, judging from the absolute value of standardized regression coefficient. The research findings can be used for planning and designing of natural recreation forests based on recreation suitability of forest resources, and will provide pertinent guidelines for management of recreation resources of natural recreation forests. The approach and method of evaluating recreation suitability employed in this research provide us valid and reliable results and will be highly useful in other resource-based recreation development. We suggest that the differences in recreation suitability between private and public recreation forests and the relationship between user-satisfaction and recreation suitability of natural recreation forests must be examined in the future research.
