본 연구는 체계적인 국립공원 탐방객 관리를 위해 웹을 기반으로 한 탐방 이용량 분석 프로그램을 개발하는데 그 목적이 있다. 현재 인력을 활용하여 탐방 이용량을 파악하고 관리하고 있는 방법이 아닌 탐방 이용량을 시간대, 일일, 주간, 월간, 분기, 연도별 등으로 다양하게 구분하여 분석이 가능하며, 입장 및 퇴장 탐방 이용량을 구분하여 데이터베이스 구축이 가능하다. 또한 웹 기반 탐방 이용량 분석 프로그램으로 시간과 공간의 제약 없이 탐방객 모니터링이 가능하도록 개발되었다. 본 연구에서 개발한 탐방 이용량 분석 프로그램은 체계적인 탐방 관리는 물론 공원 관리 및 의사결정시 활용 가능한 기초자료 제공하고 효율적인 공원관리에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 숲길프로그램에 대한 이용객의 선호와 이용 행태, 숲길에 따른 이용특성을 파악하는 것이다. 숲길프로그램 참여의사, 선호하는 산림휴양활동, 프로그램 내용과 실질적인 프로그램 운영방식에 대한 이용객의 요구를 살펴보았다. 숲길프로그램이 필요하다는 응답이 높게 나타났고 산림휴양활동, 숲길프로그램 내용, 운영방식은 이용대상, 이용행태, 숲길에 따라 차이를 보였다. 20대는 활동성이 높은 자연체험 프로그램, 중 노년층은 건강 프로그램을 선호하였다. 프로그램 운영은 현장에서 진행하는 정기 프로그램을 선호하였고, 운영시간은 1~3시간이 적절한 것으로 나타났다. 숲길별로 살펴보면 북한산 둘레길은 산림치유 등 건강프로그램 위주의 1~2시간 진행되는 정기 프로그램이 적합할 것으로 생각되며 울진숲길은 기존의 가이드방식에 자연감수성을 키울 수 있는 다양한 체험활동의 도입이 필요할 것으로 보인다. 지리산 둘레길은 젊은 층의 이용이 많고 다른 숲길에 비해 트레킹을 중심으로한 프로그램개발이 필요하다.

The concept of visitor satisfaction and service quality are notably two important concepts in marketing. Two concepts are important in addressing theoretical as well as practical issue for marketers and consumer researchers. The study aims to identify the factors influencing visitor satisfaction in local folk festival. Data were collected from 432 residents of festival visitors through structured survey questionnaires. Results showed that whereas program contents and staff were more like positively to affect visitor satisfaction, accommodation and amenity affected visitor satisfaction negatively. Therefore, in order to visitors' satisfaction, practitioners and policy makers need to develop program contents and staff ability.

The Monitoring System developed in this study was designed to help manage the recreational forests by gathering data on visitors' profiles and their opinions about recreational use and related facilities, This data could identify for changing situations in forest recreation demand as well as providing information on planning the management and use of the forest areas in advance. The standardized questionnaire had contained visitor profiles, activities, distribution of use by area, distribution us by time, duration of the visit, expenditure of visitors and information on visitor satisfaction and motivation. Also, the questionnaire had included the evaluations visitors' perception of facilities in order to identify the importance and performance of the various facilities, such as recreational and educational facilities, accomodations, directional signs as well as infrastructure. The monitoring system was developed in the object-oriented programming (OOP) environment. Microsoft Visual Basic 6,0 for the program language, Microsoft Access, and Excel program were used to develop the system. The monitoring system was composed of data input, database, and data analysis system, Once data were put into data input system, it automatically transferred to database, and it eventually produced the results of statistical analysis with one step procedure. This study was integrated with facilities and visitor monitoring system to identify the visitor impact at the recreational forests. In addition, this monitoring system would provide necessary and useful background information for management on recreational use of natural resources in a practical manner.

본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스의 핵심 기술인 RFID와 기존의 사용 기술인 바코든 그리고 IT의 중요 기술 분야인 모바일 통신 기술을 통합한 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅을 이용한 전시회장 관리 시스템을 개발하였다. 개발된 시스템은 전시 정보관리 프로그램, 관람객 등록 프로그램, 관리자 프로그램, 그리고 관람객 현재 위치 조회와 전시회장 관리를 위한 모바일 프로그램 등으로 구성되었다. 본 시스템은 데이터베이스, 웹 프로그램, 모바일 프로그램, 무선 통신기술을 기반으로 설계 및 구현하였다. 본 논문에서 개발한 RFID 시스템을 이용한 자동화 기술과 모바일 통신 기술을 활용한 무선 패킷 통신이 통합된 전시회장 관리 시스템은 정보 산업 응용 영역 전반에 걸친 기술 파급 효과를 가져 올 수 있을 것이다.

A study surveyed to visitor's user behavior and importance-satisfaction in the Provicial Wando-arboretum. As the results of the research, Most of the visitors are 40s and 50s and live in Jeonnam Region, Gwang-ju. The purpose of their visit was recreation, leisure or experience of a warm-temperate forest. Also the mean of importance was 3.94 and the mean of satisfaction was 3.51 in the Wando-arboretum. It appeared necessary for items of program development, homepage management and amenities including public toilet. The research results are expected to suggest efficient management measures. And expects with the research result that will be the possibility of raising the qualitative satisfaction of the visitor.

Purpose: This descriptive research study aimed to identify the effect of the health literacy and self-efficacy on the quality of care service of home visitor care workers. Methods: The participants were 124 home visitor care workers who had worked for more than six months at one of the five home-based welfare centers located in D metropolitan city. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. Results: The quality of care service differed significantly by age (F=-1.03, p<.001), career (F=5.09, p=.002), and education status (F=9.57, p<.001). A statistically significant positive relationship was observed between the quality of care service and self-efficacy (r=.63, p<.001). A total of 55.3% of the variance of quality of care service was explained by age and self-efficacy. Conclusion: Based on the results, it is necessary to develop and prepare programs that can increase the self-efficacy of home visitor care workers through a nursing approach to improve the quality of life of elderly.

2007년 국립공원 입장료 폐지 후 한라산국립공원 탐방객이 지속적으로 증가함에 따라 적정 이용 수준에 대한 관심이 높아졌다. 본 연구는 한라산국립공원의 적정 수용력 관리에 필요한 영향지표 및 평가기준과 이를 활용할 수 있는 수용력 지표관리프로그램 개발을 위해 수행되었다. 전문가 설문조사를 통해 8개의 영향지표(계곡수질, 탐방객 수, 탐방로 훼손정도, 혼잡 등)를 선정하였으며, 각 영향지표별 현지 조사를 통해 실험적 평가기준을 제시하였다. VERP 모델을 이용한 수용력 지표관리프로그램은 자원 및 탐방행태 변화에 대한 과학적인 분석과 국립공원의 지속 가능성을 평가하는데 효율적일 것이다. 또한, 통합 데이터 관리 및 활용으로 데이터를 체계적으로 관리하여 합리적인 의사결정을 내릴 수 있는 업무수행을 지원한다.
