P2P service is a method that can share various information through direct connection between computer of a person who have information and a Person who have information without server in the Internet and it is getting a lot of popularity by method for free ex change of file. P2P file sharing systems have become popular as a new paradigm for information exchange. Because all users who use service in P2P file sharing system can use shared files of several users freely by equal access privilege, it is happening the 'free rider' that only download shared file of other users without share own files. Although a user share a malicious file including virus, worm or file that have title differing with actuality contents, can use file sharing service without limitation. In this paper, we propose a method that restrict access of 'free rider' that only download using reputation information that indicate reliability of user. Also, we restrict usage ons hared file of other users about users who share harmful file.
Through the extension of damages caused by hacking and computer virus, although security control has been emphasized, hackers' capability exceeded the security controllability. The basic security setup of server system will be free from the damages by primary and intermediate level which are the major group. It should be noted that security condition of most middle-sized and personal systems is widely open for hacker's intrusion. There is no perfect information system either software-wise or hardware-wise. It has to be recognized that our systems will be attacked easily by the hackers and computer virus. Computer users are demanded to be prepared for these types of surprise attacks. In this paper, I will propose a formation of Bastion server. This will protect risks from inside & outside intrusion which have been known till today.
Infection of Chinook Salmon Embryo (CHSE) cells with IPNV resulted in a significant decrease in intracellular free calcium concentration ([$Ca^{2+}$]i) compared to mock-infected cells. The degree of the decrease in [Ca$^{2+}$]i was dependent on the amount of input virus, and treatment of IPNV-infected CHSE cells with metabolic inhibitors such as cyloheximide cordycepin partially reversed the decrease in [$Ca^{2+}$]i in IPNV-infected cells. Inactiation of PINV with UV also abolished IPNV-induced decrease in [$Ca^{2+}$]i. These data suggest an active role of IPNV in the decrease of [Ca$^{2+}$]i in the infected CHSE cells. The importance of the decrease in [$Ca^{2}$i] could be supported by the finding that the production of IPNV plaques increased in the cells treated with verapamil, a calcium influex blocker, and by lowering the concentration of extracellular calcium. Decreased production of IPNV plaques was observed by elevating the extracellular calcium. Thus, it is suggested that IPNV induced a decreased in [$Ca^{2+}$]i and the decrease in [$Ca^{2+}$]i may plan an importat role in efficient replication of IPNV.ation of IPNV.
To detect viral agents and isolate porcine circovirus 2 (PCV2), 60 samples of lung and lymph node were collected from 5 to 12 week-old pigs that had showed clinical signs of postweaning multisystemic wasting syndrome (PMWS). Polymerase chain reactions (PCRs) were conducted to identify the viral pathogens including PCV1, PCV2, porcine parvovirus (PPV) and porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) that have been considered to be the causal agents of PMWS. Among 60 samples, PCV 2 was detected from 57 samples but no PCV 1 was detected. PRRSV and/or PPV were also detected from 27 (47.4%) samples and 1 (1.8%) sample of these 57 PCV 2-positive samples, respectively. Tissue homogenates were inoculated onto PCV-free PK-15 cell monolayers. Seven isolates were confirmed as PCV 2 by multiplex PCR, indirect immunofluorescence assay, and transmissible electron microscopy. These date suggest that PRRSV is a major cofactors causing PMWS in pigs that were infected with PCV2 in Korea.
One of the recent proposals with nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) is a multi-bore NMR which consists of array of magnets which could present possibilities to quickly cope with pandemic virus by multiple inspection of virus samples. Low temperature superconductor (LTS) can be a candidate for mass production of the magnet due to its low price in fabrication as well as operation by applying the helium zero boil-off technology. However, training feature of LTS magnet still hinders the low cost operation due to multiple boil-offs during premature quenches. Thus in this paper, LTS magnet with low mechanical stress is designed targeting the "training-free" LTS magnet for mass production of magnet array for multi-bore NMR. A thorough process of an LTS magnet design is conducted, including the analyses as the followings: electromagnetics, mechanical stress, cryogenics, stability, and protection. The magnet specification was set to 4.7 T in a winding bore of 85 mm, corresponding to the MR frequency of 200 MHz. The stress level is tolerable with respect to the wire yield strength and epoxy crack where mechanical disturbance is less than the minimum quench energy.

To examine components of Ganoderma lucidum for anti-human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) activity, the aqueous extracts of its basidiocarps were separated into high-molecular-weight (HMF) and low-molecular-weight (LMF) fractions. These fractions were used in XTT [2,3-bis (2-methoxy-4-nitro-5-sulfophenyl)-5-[(phenylamino) carbonyl]-2H-tetrazolium hydroxide] antiviral assay which can quantitatively measure cytopathic effects of HIV-1 on CEM, human T lymphoblastoid cell line. The CEM cell line added with serial diluted HMF or LMF was cultured in the absence or presence of HIV-1. The results showed that the LMF of the aqueous extract strongly inhibited cytopathic effect of the target cell induced by HIV-1. When two-fold serially diluted LMF ranging from $40.97{\mu}g/ml$4 to 125.00 .mu.g/ml was added to the virus-free culture system, no toxicity on the target cells was detected in all the concentrations tested. However, when it was added to the HIV-infected culture system, the viabilities of the target cell reached a plateau recovering its viabilities to 71.7% and 82.5% in experiment-1 and -2 at 15.60 .mu.g/ml, respectively. The cell viabilities were then gradually decreased but maintained at more than 50% above 31.20 .mu.g/ml concentration. On the contrary, HMF did not prevent any HIV-induced cytopathic effect at any concentrations tested on this cell line. From these results, negligible toxicities were observed by both HMF and LMF of G. luciolum, and recovery of cell viability in HIV infected target cell was induced only by LMF of the carpophores.
Transgenic plants have been studied as delivery system for edible vaccine against various diseases. Edible plant vaccines have several potential advantages as follows: an inexpensive source of antigen, easy administration, reduced need for medical personnel, economical to mass produce and easy transport, heat-stable vaccine without refrigerator, generation of systemic and mucosal immunity and safe antigen without fetal animal-virus contaminants. The amount of recombinant antigens in transgenic plants ranged from 0.002 to 0.8% in total soluble protein, depending on promoters for the expression of interested genes and plants to be used for transformation. Throughout the last decade, edible plant vaccine made notable progresses that protect from challenges against virus or bacteria. However edible plant vaccines have still problems that could be solved. First, the strong promoter or inducible promoter or strategy of protein targeting could be solved to improve the low expression of antigens in transgenic plants. Second, the transformation technique of target plant should be developed to be able to eat uncooked. Third, marker-free vector could be constructed to be more safety. In this review we describe advances of edible plant vaccines, focusing on the yields depending on plants/promoters employed and the results of animal/clinical trials, and consider further research for the development of a new plant-derived vaccine.
An antiviral protein (AAP29) with ribosome-inactivating activity was purified and characterized from the leaves of the Amaranthus mangostanus. Purification was accomplished through crude extraction, ammonium sulfate precipitation, S-Sepharose chromatography, gel filtration, CM-Sepharose chromatography and Blue sepharose chromatography. This protein was about 29.2 kDa and strongly basic with the PI value between 9.0 and 9.6, indicating that AAP29 is similar to Type 1 RIP. The AAP29 showed high thermostability without activity toss even after 20 min at $50^{\circ}C$. In cell free system using rabbit reticulocyte lysate, AAP29 inhibited protein synthesis with an $IC_{50}$, of 0.18 nM. This protein also reduced mosaic symptoms of cucumber mosaic virus (CMV) on tobacco leaves. The N-terminal amino acid sequences of the AAP29 are ADLTFTVTKDGTSQSYXTLXNXWRXW and shows no sequence similarity with any known RIPs.
The purpose of this study is to identify factors that influence HPV(human papilloma virus) vaccination intention and behavior for mothers with a teenage daughter as the subject of HPV vaccine free inoculation from 2016 based on the theory of planned behavior. For attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavior control, intention, we used a tool modified and supplemented by Hye-Min Park, Hyu-Ei Oh. from June to September 2017, data of 249 people were collected and analyzed by SPSS Statistics 21.0 program. The results of this study showed that the factors affecting the HPV vaccination intention of the subject were attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavior control in order. In addition, the factors influencing HPV vaccination behavior were found to be level of education, subject's vaccination status, recommendation of health care provider, vaccination status of surrounding people, intention etc. Therefore, in order to increase the vaccination rate, we need to find a way to consider the factors influencing vaccination behavior and maximize the vaccination rate.
Purpose - This study examines the awareness regarding the symptoms of COVID-19 exposures and safety distances strategies whether they were useful to resile the businesses a mid of the pandemic. Besides exploring the awareness and safety distances, the effectiveness of offering free use of protective equipment (mask, hand sanitizer, frequent hand washing, etc.) to the customers for visiting the business centers was also examined. Design/methodology/approach - This study collected 264 survey data in Bangladesh which is one of the most densely populated country and very vulnerable for COVID-19 due to its socio-economic condition. The multiple regression analysis is used to analyze the data. Findings - The findings of the study indicate that the awareness about the symptoms of virus exposures (cough, fever, diarrhea, and weakness) has significant affirmative effects to enhance the public movement for business purposes with the lower possibility to be affected by the virus. The study also indicates that safety distances and protective equipment can mediate the significant positive relationship between the awareness of the disease and the businesses' resilient capacity. Research implications or Originality - COVID-19, as an apprehensive health issue in the current world, has sharpened the uncertainty of the businesses. One essential technique as lockdown, has been followed by almost every country to protect the transmission of the virus even though the scholars criticized it due to the substantial adverse effects on the country's economy. Under this circumstances, this study provides implications to the relevant businesses by assessing the nexus between the safety distances and the proper uses of protective equipment with the business resilient.
