The influence of social capital on knowledge sharing behavior of mobile learners (사회적 자본이 이동학습자의 지식공유행위에 미치는 영향)

  • Modern society is complex and rapidly changing, and knowledge sharing is needed to acquire and create knowledge. Knowledge sharing is the act of providing information knowledge and know-how of their own in order to cooperate with or help their colleagues. This study presents a research model using social capital theory to explain the mobile knowledge sharing behavior of virtual community members. Based on previous studies, social capital theory is divided into structural, relational, and cognitive aspects. It was composed of social interaction ties as a measure of structural aspect, trust as a measure of cognitive aspect, shared language, shared vision and relational aspect. After collecting survey data, factor analysis and regression analysis were performed using SPSS 22. In this way, we examined how the detailed factors of social capital affect information sharing behavior and how the level of knowledge sharing affects community promotion. The results showed that social interaction ties, shared language, shared vision, and trust affect knowledge sharing. Knowledge sharing has had a positive impact on community promotion.

Effect of visco-Pasternak foundation on thermo-mechanical bending response of anisotropic thick laminated composite plates

  • This article investigates the static thermo-mechanical response of anisotropic thick laminated composite plates on Visco-Pasternak foundations under various thermal load conditions (linear, non-linear, and uniform) along the transverse direction (thickness) of the plate, while keeping the mechanical load constant. The governing equations, which represent the thermo-mechanical behavior of the composite plate, are derived from the principle of virtual displacements. Using Navier's type solution, these equations are solved for the composite plate with simply supported condition. The Visco-Pasternak foundation type is included by considering the impact of the damping on the classical foundation model, which is modeled by Winkler's linear modulus and Pasternak's shear modulus. The excellent accuracy of the present solution is confirmed by comparing the results with those available in the literature. The study investigates the impact of geometric ratios, thermal expansion coefficient ratio, damping coefficient and foundation parameters on the thermo-mechanical flexural response of the composite plate. Overall, this article provides insights into the behavior of composite plates on visco-Pasternak foundations and may be useful for designing and analyzing composite structures in practical applications.

Earthquake Response Analysis of a RC Bridge Including the Effect of Repair/retrofitting (보수/보강 효과를 고려한 철근콘크리트교량의 내진응답해석)

  • Nonlinear analyses have been carried out for both bridge piers and a bridge structure being repaired using a repair element in order to assess the post-repair seismic response of such structures. For this purpose, a simplified CFRP stress-strain model has been proposed. The analytical predictions incorporating the current developments correlate reasonably well with experimental results in terms of strength and stiffness. In addition, nonlinear dynamaic analyses have also been conducted for a bridge structure in terms of the created multiple earthquake sets to evaluate the effect of pier repair on the response of a whole bridge structure. In these analyses, potential plastic hinge zones of piers are virtually repaired by CFRP and steel jacketing. Comparative results prove the virtual necessity of performing nonlinear post-repair analyses under multiple earthquakes, particularly when the post-repair response features are required. In all, the present approaches are expected to provide salient information regarding a healthy seismic repair intervention of a damaged strcuture.

  • The key success factors for Franchise Enterprise as a virtual company which is established based on franchise system are the competitiveness of sub-systems in franchise system such as franchisor, franchisee, vendor(supplier), and customer, and to sustain the symbiotic relationship among sub-systems. In this regard, evaluating franchise system is considered to be implemented in different contexts and methods comparing with extant evaluation system in franchise business which is more focused on the relationship between franchisor and franchisee. The flagship role of establishing franchise system is to be franchisor system, however, the symbiotic relationship among other sub-system including franchisee, vendor, and customer leads to successful Franchise Enterprise. The purpose of this study is to research existing evaluation systems for franchise business and to explore the model of evaluating franchise system, what is called, "Symbiosis Index".

A Study on Object Recognition Technique based on Artificial Intelligence (인공지능 기반 객체인식 기법에 관한 연구)

  • Recently, in order to build a cyber physical system(CPS) that is a technology related to the 4th industry, the construction of the virtual control system for physical model and control circuit simulation is increasingly required in various industries. It takes a lot of time and money to convert documents that are not electronically documented through direct input. For this, it is very important to digitize a large number of drawings that have already been printed through object recognition using artificial intelligence. In this paper, in order to accurately recognize objects in drawings and to utilize them in various applications, a recognition technique using artificial intelligence by analyzing the characteristics of objects in drawing was proposed. In order to improve the performance of object recognition, each object was recognized and then an intermediate file storing the information was created. And the recognition rate of the next recognition target was improved by deleting the recognition result from the drawing. In addition, the recognition result was stored as a standardized format document so that it could be utilized in various fields of the control system. The excellent performance of the technique proposed in this paper was confirmed through the experiments.

  • In the case of earthenware cultural heritages that are found in the form of fragments, the major task is quick and precise restoration. The existing method, which follows the rule of trial and error, is not only greatly time consuming but also lacked precision. If this job could be done by three dimensional scanning, matching up pieces could be done with remarkable efficiency. In this study, the original earthenware was modeled through three-dimensional pattern scanning and photogrammetry, and each of the fragments were scanned and modeled. In order to obtain images from the photogrammetry, we calibrated and used a Canon EOS 1DS real size camera. We analyzed the relationship among the sections of the formed model, efficiently compounded them, and analyzed the errors through residual and color error map. Also, we built a web-based three-dimensional simulation environment centering around the users, for the virtual museum.

  • 최근 새만금 방조제 건설이 완료됨에 따라 주변 연안지역의 지형에 많은 변화가 감지되었다. 본 연구대상지는 격포해수욕장으로서 새만금 사업 준공 후 연안침식에 따른 모래 유실 등으로 인해 양빈사업 등이 검토되고 있는 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 연안지형 변화 탐지를 위한 UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) 활용기술을 제시하는 것으로서 총 3회에 걸쳐 UAV 영상을 촬영하였다. 영상촬영은 DJI Inspire 2 UAV를 활용하였으며 VRS(Virtual Reference Service) 측량성과와 연계하여 Pix4D Mapper SW를 통해 정사영상과 수치표면모델(DSM; Digital Surface Model)을 제작하였다. 먼저 2018. 6. 29 ~ 2018. 12. 10 사이의 지형변화 탐지를 수행한 결과 침식과 퇴적의 최대값은 각각 2.56m와 2.24m로 나타났으며 평균적으로는 0.01m의 퇴적이 발생하였다. 그리고 2018. 6. 29 ~ 2019. 6. 14 동안의 침식과 퇴적의 최대값은 각각 2.31m와 2.28m로 나타났으며 평균값은 0.02m의 침식이 발생하였다. 또한 2018. 12. 10 ~ 2019. 6. 14 사이에는 침식과 퇴적의 최대값이 각각 2.28m와 2.55m로 나타났으며 평균값은 0.03m의 침식이 발생하였다. 지형변화를 보다 상세히 모니터링하고자 퇴적과 침식구간을 나누어 분석을 수행한 결과, 2018. 6. 29 ~ 2018. 12. 10 사이에는 0.5m 이내의 침식과 퇴적구간 면적이 각각 13,324.4m2와 14,667.3m2로 퇴적구간의 면적이 1,342.9m2 만큼 높게 나타났으며, 2018. 12. 10 ~ 2019. 6. 14 사이에는 0.5m 이내의 침식과 퇴적구간 면적이 각각 16,176.6m2와 11,723.0m2로 침식구간의 면적이 4,453m2 만큼 높게 나타났다. 또한 2018. 12. 10 ~ 2019. 6. 14 사이에는 0.5m 이내의 침식과 퇴적구간 면적이 각각 16,821.6m2와 11,126.4m2로 침식구간의 면적이 5,695.2m2 만큼 크게 분석되었다. 이와 같이 UAV 영상 기반의 연안지형 모니터링을 수행할 경우 시계열 지형변화를 효과적으로 모니터링할 수 있으며, 이러한 업무는 새만금 방조제 건설에 따른 지형변화의 영향평가 등 다양한 연안업무에 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Static buckling analysis of bi-directional functionally graded sandwich (BFGSW) beams with two different boundary conditions

  • This paper presents the mechanical buckling of bi-directional functionally graded sandwich beams (BFGSW) with various boundary conditions employing a quasi-3D beam theory, including an integral term in the displacement field, which reduces the number of unknowns and governing equations. The beams are composed of three layers. The core is made from two constituents and varies across the thickness; however, the covering layers of the beams are made of bidirectional functionally graded material (BFGSW) and vary smoothly along the beam length and thickness directions. The power gradation model is considered to estimate the variation of material properties. The used formulation reflects the transverse shear effect and uses only three variables without including the correction factor used in the first shear deformation theory (FSDT) proposed by Timoshenko. The principle of virtual forces is used to obtain stability equations. Moreover, the impacts of the control of the power-law index, layer thickness ratio, length-to-depth ratio, and boundary conditions on buckling response are demonstrated. Our contribution in the present work is applying an analytical solution to investigate the stability behavior of bidirectional FG sandwich beams under various boundary conditions.

  • 2023년 기준 대한민국은 전체 마약 사범 가운데 30대 이하의 마약 사범이 전체 마약 사범의 59.7%를 차지하고 있고, 인터넷에 익숙한 청소년이 '다크 웹'이나 SNS를 통한 밀매는 일상이 되고 있는 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 VR로 마약의 부작용을 간접체험할 수 있도록 상대적으로 VR에 친숙한 젊은 층 연령에 맞춰 실제 마약 범죄 사례를 재현하고 이를 통해 가상 현실 내 여러 가지 콘텐츠로 다각도 지식 함향을 할 수 있는 VR 교육 콘텐츠를 제안하고자 한다.

  • With the development of the 4th industrial revolution technology, smartization in various fields is accelerating. The shipping and logistics industry is also promoting smartization by combining advanced new technologies such as digital twin, Internet of Things, and artificial intelligence. In Korea, the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries is promoting a strategy to spread the smart shipping logistics system in line with the changing global shipping logistics trend, and through this, it is creating a foundation for smart shipping logistics. This study aims to present the concept of a communication tool that recognizes the importance of communication between each logistics entity and exchanges opinions between logistics entities in a virtual digital twin environment to cope with the changing shipping logistics process. In addition, for the development of these communication tools, this study derive a software design model, including architecture.
