디지털 보청기 벤트 반향제거를 위한 부밴드 성긴 적응필터 (Subband Sparse Adaptive Filter for Echo Cancellation in Digital Hearing Aid Vent)

  • 디지털보청기 벤트에서 발생되는 반향은 사용자의 불편을 초래한다. 벤트에서 귀환되는 반향을 제거하기 위해서는 귀환경로인 벤트의 임펄스응답의 정확한 추정이 요구된다. 벤트의 임펄스응답은 시간에 따라 변하는 특성과 함께 성긴 특성을 가진다. 이러한 특성의 벤트 임펄스응답 추정에 유용한 적응 알고리즘으로는 IPNLMS가 유용한 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 논문에서는 벤트의 성긴 임펄스응답을 추정하여 벤트에 의한 반향의 제거를 위해 IPNLMS를 부밴드 보청기 구조에 적용하는 부밴드 성긴 적응필터를 제안한다. 제안 기법에서 신호의 부밴드 분해는 각 대역 신호의 사전백색화가 가능하므로 적응필터의 수렴속도의 개선이 가능하다. 그리고 적응필터의 다위상 분해는 각 다위상 성분 필터에서 성긴도를 증가시키며, 추가 계산 없이 반향제거 성능개선이 가능하다. 제안 적응필터의 계수갱신 식 유도를 위해 가중 NLMS에 근거한 비용함수를 정의하고 이를 이용 각부밴드에서 적응필터의 계수 갱신 식을 유도한다. 제안한 적응필터의 성능검증을 위해 백색신호를 입력으로 하여 수렴속도와 정상상태오차를, 실제 음성신호를 입력으로 하여 반향제거 결과를 기존 알고리즘과 비교 평가한다.

벤트 현상 및 크기에 따른 가스폭발 특성에 관한 실증적 연구 (A Experimental Study on the Characteristics of Gas Explosion due to Vent Shape and Size)

  • The majority of both small and large-scale experiments on gas explosion have been carried out in the explosion instruments with cylindrical tubes of a high length/diameter ratio and vessels of a high height/length ratio, focusing on investigating the interaction between propagating flame and obstacles inside the tubes or vessels. The results revealed that there is a strong interaction between the propagating flame and turbulence formed after the flame passes the obstacle. However this paper focuses on analyzing the pressure impact or profile outside the vent in vented gas explosion in a partially confined chamber by performing gas explosion experiments in a reduced-scale experimental assembly properly constructed. This study has considered eight different cases in gas explosion based on variation of three kinds of parameters such as height of vessel, shape of the vent and vent size, and reveals that the large vessel with big size circle vent is more danger to the target than others because the overpressure is spread out faraway horizontally and vertically.

유입부 형상이 저전압 전동기 냉각홴의 공력성능에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Inlet Vent Shape on Aerodynamic Performance of a Low-Voltage Electric Motor Cooling Fan)

  • Aerodynamic analysis of a low-voltage electric motor has been performed with various inlet vent shapes. Effects of inlet vent shape on aerodynamic performance of a motor cooling fan have been investigated numerically using three-dimensional Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations. The k-${\varepsilon}$ turbulence model was used for the analysis of turbulence. The finite volume method and unstructured tetrahedral grids were used in the numerical analysis. Optimal grid system in the computational domain was selected through a grid-dependency test. From the results of the flow analysis, considerable energy loss by flow separation was observed in the flow passage. It was found that mass flow rate through the cooling fan in the low-voltage motor can be increased by modifying the inlet vent shape. And, some inlet vent shapes were suggested to improve the aerodynamic performance of the motor cooling fan.

  • Recently, the high-rise building has been constructed competitively because it is symbol of the national competitive power including the technical power. The higher buildings are getting, the more important building mechanical systems are. So, the building mechanical systems are getting developed. Among the building mechanical systems, the sanitary system is basically necessary in order to maintain the building hygienically along with convenience and safety. This study has been investigated for various cases of high-rise building plumbing system. As a result, a variety of zoning method has been applied to most skyscrapers depending on the building height in the building mechanical system. And a variety of joint have been applied to minimize the Shortening and Sway. Also, the drainage in same uses has been discharged outside of a build through the one vertical pipe line. And airing system has been used like Individual Vent Pipe Yoke Vent Pipe Stack Vent Pipe Loop Vent Pipe Relief Vent Pipe method. It is sure that this study could be used as the high-rise building design.

크리깅 모델을 이용한 자동차용 벤트 밸브의 최적설계 (Design Optimization of an Automotive Vent Valve Using Kriging Models)

  • In this study, the specifications of the components of the vent vale were optimally determined in order to enhance the performance of the vent valve. Design objective was to minimize fuel leakage while satisfying the design constraints on the performance indices. To obtain the optimum solution based on real experiments, several design techniques available in PIAnO, a commercial PIDO tool, were used. First, an orthogonal array was used to generate training design points and then real experiments were performed to measure the experimental data at the training design points. Next, Kriging metamodels for the objective function and design constraints were generated using the experimental data. Finally, a genetic algorithm was employed to obtain the optimization results using the Kriging models. Fuel leakage of the optimized vent valve was found to be reduced by 95.8% compared to that of the initial one while satisfying all the design constraints.

  • 발사체의 추진공급시스템에 사용되는 벤트/릴리프밸브는 안전밸브의 조합체로 극저온의 산화제를 주입할 때와 비행 중에 기화된 산소기체를 배출시킨다. 벤트/릴리프밸브의 설계검증을 위해 AMESim과 FLUENT 상용코드를 이용하여 밸브모델을 구성하였다. AMESim 밸브모델을 검증하기 위해 밸브의 개폐압력, 개폐작동시간을 수학적 계산결과와 비교하였고 내부유동해석 결과를 반영하여 모델의 정확도를 높였다. 본 연구에서는 설계인자를 검증 및 작동성능을 분석하였다. 이 결과는 한국형 발사체에 사용되는 다양한 규격의 벤트/릴리프밸브 개발과정의 효율성을 높일 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • 벤트 혼합기는 혼합기 후류에 존재하는 재순환 영역으로 공기를 유입시켜 연료-공기 혼합을 증대시키는 혼합기이다. Stereoscopic PIV기법을 통해 얻은 3차원 속도, 와류, 난류운동에너지를 토대로 계단형 혼합기를 기본 모델로 하여 벤트 혼합기의 성능을 분석하였다. 벤트 혼합기는 두터운 전단층으로 인해 높은 침투거리를 보였으며, 난류운동에너지는 주로 주유동과 제트유동의 경계면을 따라 분포하였다. 이 난류 영역은 혼합영역 내에서 활발히 물질전달을 일으키며, 혼합 증대를 가져온다.

  • Flow visualizations have been carried out to analyze the characteristics of bubby flows exhausted from a venturi-type bubble generator with an air vent. For various design parameters and operating conditions of the bubble generator, the images of bubbly flows was recorded using a high-speed camera and a microscope. Then the amount and size distribution of bubble was evaluated by an image processing technique. The results show that for increasing the amount of bubble, it is more effective to reduce the venturi throat than to enlarge the air vent diameter. If the water flow rate increases, the bubble generation rate increases but reaches a status of saturation, whose condition depends on Reynolds number at a given air vent diameter. The bubble size increases as the diameter of venturi throat decreases and Reynolds number increases. However, the air vent diameter is not a significant factor on bubble size.

  • It is difficult to install a ventilation window on the roof of single span greenhouse of arch shape. Investigation on the roof ventilation structure for those greenhouses was conducted. The effect of roof ventilation was evaluated by comparative experiments between greenhouse installing roof vent and having controlled side vent only. And ventilation efficiency was analyzed by experiments on the opening and closing operation of the roof and side vent.

파이프 비닐온실용 권취식 창개폐기의 개발 (Development of roll - up ventilation system for pipe- constructed plastic film greenhouse)

  • This study was carried out to get required torque data needed to design and develop a roll-up ventilation system in a pipe-constructed plastic film green-house. The results obtained from this study are as follows : 1. The required torques of a roll-up ventilation system in greenhouse are the functions of its length. The torques should multiplied by the conversion coefficients (2.0 in ceiling vent, 1.8 in side vent) in case of application. 2. In constructing pipe-constructed plastic film greenhouse, a shaft pipe is the largest essential element in roll - up shaft weight constitution which have an effect on the required torques. Therefore, the pipe should be light using nonferrous materials like aluminum alloy. 3. A planetary reduction ventilator of differential ring gear type is suitable for a roll-up ventilation system, because it can make high efficient reduction just using the first step shift.
