소화장(昭和莊)의 현황과 평면변용 특성 연구 (A Study on Sowhajang's Present Condition and Plan Transformation Characteristics)

  • 'Sohawjang' is the first apartment house built in Busan the modern period, 1944. 'Sohawjang' needs to be apprised its value as an very important object of study with architectural and dwelling historic meaning because multi-family houses built in Japanese Rule Era that now exist in Korea are very rare. Thus, this study attempted to leave records to archive by conducting face to face interviews and surveying on 'Sohawjang' which is seriously in danger of extinction and its original form damage as the first step. Especially, around Korea's Liberation, this study tried to extract transformation characteristics of residential space and cultural differences appeared on differences of occupants having different nationality. Through these results, this study attempted to examine the era of apartment house and transformation characteristics and values of modern dwelling historic dimension according to changes of users appeared in Busan modern period. Through this study, it offers basic data about introduction and transition processes of an apartment house in Korea. It has an meaning of suggestion reference data for original form preservations or regenerations.

도요타 생산방식의 도입적용상 문제점과 대응방안 (Problems and Countermeasures in Applying of Toyota Production System)

  • Until a recent date, Toyota Production System (called TPS) was introduced by many domestic companies to remove waste and reduce manufacturing cost. However, cases of substantial and effective improvement after the introduction are not much. Even though many companies have actively conducted TPS during that time, the outcome is not satisfactory. In this paper, we show the problems and core contents to consider in applying of TPS as follows. First, the innovative organizational culture formed by active participation of employees and leadership of the CEO is very important for a successful introduction of TPS above all. Second, it is necessary to prepare various training programs optimized for the field in order to continuously improve the competency of employees in each class, and to train skilled personnel through that programs. Third, it is necessary to improve the maturity level of TPS application through the construction of correct evaluation system on accomplishment of the production system. In addition, the problems that occur should be solved through the continuous improvement activities. These results will help to TPS introduction of the domestic small-medium companies. Therefore, this study will contribute to strengthen and improve the global competitiveness in the related industries.

  • 본 논문은 문화콘텐츠의 원형을 복원하고 이를 기반으로 콘텐츠산업을 발전시키는 데 있어 가장 실질적인 문제점이 키비주얼에 대한 인식 및 키비주얼제작이 이루어지 안는다는 점에 착안하였다. 고대 판타지를 소재로 한 독창적인 원형소재를 시각화함에 있어, 실제 콘텐츠 제작을 위한 디자인 프로세스를 고려해야 한다는 전제하에 시각화를 통한 키비주얼의 필요성을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 드라마, 영화, 애니메이션, 게임 등 다양한 소재로서 활용가치가 높은 고구려 고대 신화와 설화를 대상으로 판타지 요소를 시각화하기 위한 문헌과 고증자료들을 바탕으로 원형의 이미지를 시각화하는 프로세스를 제작과 실험을 통해 연구하였다.

  • Recent study of soft clay of Nakdong-River basin has been taken correlation between soil properties by regression analysis without distribution whether the sample is disturbed or not, or treated as a whole area without proposing local correlation equation to Jang-U or Dae-Joe which has a specific locality. Accordingly, Those tendency cause the reliability of correlation between compression index and void ratio low and then design underestimate and uncertain eventually. In this study, Distributing the soft clay of Nakdong-River basin with failure strain of 6%, the suggestion by Skempton(1957), TakeNaka(1966)-the more sample is undisturbed, the more the ratio of E$\_$50/ and q$\_$u/, ${\alpha}$ = E$\_$50//(q$\_$u//2) = 1/$\varepsilon$$\_$50/ is high-is satisfied with the value of which ${\alpha}$ is 50 and It could be taken enough data in the condition of domestic. Besides other indices also make the distribution suitable. In conclusion, This study is supposed to propose the locally subdivided regression equation between compression index and void ratio considering the sample disturbance.

KBSI-HVEM 대물렌즈의 구면수차 계수 측정 (Measurement of Spherical Aberration Coefficient of the Objective Lens in KBSI-HVEM)

  • Diffractogram 법을 이용하여 한국기초과학지원연구원에 설치된 초고전압 투과전자현미경(KBSI-HVEM)의 대물렌즈에 대한 구면수차 계수와 분해능을 측정하였다. 측정 정밀도 향상을 위해 획득한 diffractoram을 디지털 처리하였고 각 intensity 분포 그래프를 graphical curve fitting으로 정밀하게 분리하였다. 정밀 측정을 위한 실험적 고려 사항들을 고찰하였고 최적 실험 조건 도출을 위한 방안들을 본 실험을 통해 제안하였다. 실험적으로 측정된 대물렌즈의 구면수차 계수는 $2.628{\pm}0.04\;mm$였으며 이 값은 제조사에서 대물렌즈 설계 시 제안한 $C_s=2.61\;mm$와 거의 일치하는 값이었다.

  • The Finite Element Method(FEM) generally used for the structural analysis has some defects, i.e. a great deal of computational time and huge memory capacity of computer are needed in the application to large and/or complex structures, etc. Therefore the Component Mode Synthesis method(CMS), one of sub-structure synthesis methods, was made to improve such demerits and has been developed up to now. In optimum structural modification problems, the sensitivity analysis method is useful, where the sensitivity-calculated by Fox's suggestion-is defined as the diffentials of design variables for the objective values. This paper discusses the vibration minimization techniques for the oper box type structure, in which it is assumed that an engine operates at 10-40Hz range. The results obtained are as follow; (1) The sensitivity of natural frequency could be easily obtained by sensitivity analysis method and the optimum position to insert pillars could be found by using it. (2) The rates of structural modification could be exactly obtained and the natural frequency observed could be easily shifted to the objective value. (3) The maximum amplitude around natural frequency noted could be nearly reduced to 1/25 by modification.

매너교육을 위한 UCC 콘텐츠 활용제안 (The suggestion on the application of UCC contents)

  • 매너교육은 단순한 지식적 이론 전달이 아닌 실천 중심의 실용 가치를 지닌 교육이 되어야 할 필요가 있다. 이에 매너교육의 활성화에 따른 다양한 교육방법의 개발이 요구된다. 따라서 본 연구는 이러한 목적에 가장 부합하는 학습도구로서 UCC 콘텐츠의 활용을 제안하고 사례를 제시하였다. UCC콘텐츠를 활용한 매너 교육은 학생들에게 수업에 대한 관심과 흥미도 그리고 성취도 향상 차원에서 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 또한 제작 실습을 통해 학생들의 매너 의식이 고취되었으며, 매너를 고려한 긍정적인 행동 변화의 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 따라서 새롭게 시도된 UCC 콘텐츠는 매너교육에 유용한 학습도구로 활용될 수 있을 것이라 판단되며, 이에 매너교육의 기초 자료로서의 다양한 UCC의 활용을 제안한다.

오르막차로 종점부 설계기준에 관한 연구 (Suggestion of Design Criteria in Merge Areas of Climbing Lanes)

  • 본 논문은 고속도로의 오르막차로 구간을 대상으로 종점부의 설계기준을 제시하고자 하는 목적으로 미시적 관점에서 교통행태를 규명할 수 있는 임계간격 모형과 합류확률 모형식을 개발하였다. 오르막차로 종점부 최저허용속도의 분석결과는 2차로 고속도로에서는 60km/hr, 4차로 고속도로에서는 75km/hr로 나타나 2차로에서는 현행기준과 동일하고 4차로의 경우는 현행기준 보다 약 15km/hr정도 높게 적용하는 것이 바람직한 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 오르막차로 종점부 부가길이 산출결과는 오르막차로 종점부 최저허용속도 기준과 비교해볼 때 4차로 고속도로의 경우, 부가길이가 약 200m 정도 필요한 것으로 나타나 오르막차로 종점부 최저허용속도를 상향시킬 필요가 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

Kinetics and Stereochemistry of CO Substitution Reactions of Half-Open Chromocene Carbonyls(Ⅱ) : Reactions of Cp$(\eta^{5}-2,4-Me_{2}C_{5}H_{5})$CrCO and Phosphines

  • The CO substitution reactions of the complex, $Cp(S-2,4-Me_2C_5H_5)CrCo$ with $PR_3(PR_3=PMePh_2,\;P(OCH_3)_3,\;PMe_2Ph)$ were investigated spectrophotometrically at various temperatures. From the reaction rates, it was suggested that the CO substitution reaction took place by first-order (dissociative) pathway. Activation parameters in decaline were ${\Delta}H^{\neq}\;=\;22.0\;kcal{\cdot}mol^{-1}$, ${\Delta}S^{\neq}=\;-3.8cal{\cdot}mol^{-1}{\cdot}K^{-1}$. Unusually low value of ${\Delta}S{\neq}$ suggests an ${\eta}^5-S{\to}{\eta}^5-U$ conversion of the pentadienyl ligand. This suggestion was confirmed by the Extended-Huckel molecular orbital (EHMO) calculations, which revealed that the total energy of $Cp(S-2,4-Me_2C_5H_5$)CrCO is about 0.42 kcal/mol more lower than that of $Cp(U-2,4-Me_2C_5H_5)CrCO$ and the energy of $[Cp(U-2,4-Me_2C_5H_5)Cr{\cdots}CO]^{\neq} $ transition state is about 2.43 kcal/mol lower than that of $[Cp(S-2,4-Me_2C_5H_5)Cr{\cdots}CO]^{\neq}$ transition state.

Issues of Halal Supply Chain Management: Suggestion for Korean Traders

  • Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to suggest countermeasures to reduce the damage of manufacturers in halal industries and to increase the transparency of the halal market along with raising some problems of halal supply chain management (HSCM). Design/methodology/approach - To achieve to the aim of this research, halal supply chain is categorized as a green zone or a red zone according to the possibility of cross-contamination, and the study introduces 2 examples in Malaysia and Indonesia regarding cross-contamination. Findings - More than 70% of the companies producing halal-certified products are, ironically, non-Muslim suppliers under the halal certificate system and by using halal supply chain. Most Muslim countries do not exercise control over the completed halal supply chain. In most Muslim countries which do not exercise control over halal supply chain properly, there is always a possibility of cross-contamination of products during the processes of distribution. Research limitations/implications - This research has been conducted by accessing cases in halal supply chain. These cases are found in some Muslim countries, not all Muslim countries. Nevertheless, the authors found the possibility of these cross-contaminations in all Muslim countries, and it will damage the halal market. Originality/value - While existing studies have focused on protecting Muslim consumers by ensuring the integrity of halal products in halal supply chain, there is no research on how to protect halal product manufacturers as another important axis of halal SCM.
