The effect analysis where beauty care service's quality of perception influences to a value of perception

  • This study examines closely the relationship between beauty art service quality and value. And satisfaction and purchase action that they do perceive to customers who have beauty art service company's service use experience. Moreover, this study was achieved purposely to present service raising plan of good quality to beauty art company managers and business employees. First, to investigate the concept of beauty art service quality and special quality was with doctrines that have been presented through a virtue aspect to achieve this study. Moreover, the wave and beauty art service, human service relativity is a let down unlike manufacture enterprise. Further more, beauty art service by complex composition of existence and nonexistence style is sold, and it could be known by having personality consumed at the same time production. The concept of quality about beauty art service and quality that became perceived through virtue study of concept and measurement about value. Therefor, value was deduced, and could deduce measurement, the linear measure that is applied to measure this. Large majority virtue study found is measuring quality of service to 22 articles on PZB's theory, and this study corrects measurement, the linear measure that is applied in Morritt's study that is based in PZB matrix and supplements and attempted measurement to 22 items. The result measurement dimension is consisted of functional quality, technological quality, physical quality dimension. To measure this through virtue study about value that become perceive, could confirm that all expense and beauty art companies which the customer is paid, connect with offering general quality of service. Therefor, through measurement, 2 dimension was deduced by monetary value and the non-monetary value.

대학 마일리지 제도에 대한 가치지각이 충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Value Perception of the University Mileage System on Loyalty)

  • 많은 대학에서 학생 보상 프로그램의 일환으로 마일리지 제도를 시행하고 있다. 마일리지 제도는 교내외 비교과 프로그램에 참여한 학생들에게 마일리지를 지급하고, 획득한 마일리지에 따라 성적과 관계없이 장학금을 차등 지급하는 것이다. 본 연구는 대학 마일리지 제도에 대한 학생들의 가치지각이 충성도에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 마일리지 혜택을 받은 집단과 그렇지 않은 집단 간 차이가 있는지 비교하고자 한다. 이를 위해 대학 마일리지에 대한 가치지각을 경제적 유용성, 심리적 유용성, 이용혜택의 다양성, 편리성, 적절성으로 구분하여 충성도 간 영향력을 실증적으로 확인하였다. 연구결과 심리적 유용성, 이용혜택의 다양성, 적절성이 충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 반면, 경제적 유용성, 편리성은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 경제적 유용성이 충성도에 미치는 영향은 마일리지 혜택을 받은 집단이 받지 않은 집단보다 높게 나타났고, 적절성이 충성도에 미치는 영향은 마일리지 혜택을 받지 않은 집단이 받은 집단보다 높게 나타났다.

교직주부에 있어서 가족생활주기와 가사노동가치인식이 시간제약지각과 역할갈등에 미치는 영향 (The Influences of Family Life Cycle Stage and Perception of Housework's Value on Perceived Time Pressure and Role Conflict in Housewife-teachers)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigated the imfluences of family life cycle stages and perception of housework's value on perceived time pressure and role conflict in housewife-teachers. The subjects of this study were 329 married women teachers that teach in junior or senior high schools in Taegu. A questionaire was used as the survey method and for the method of data analysis, factor analysis, MANOVA, and Scheff test as a post-hoc analysis. The major findings were as follows: 1) There were significant interaction effects of family life cycle stages and perception of housework's value on perceived time pressure and role conflict. 2) The main effect for family life cycle stages was significant. 3) Followup univariate F-tests revealed significant mean differences for marital, parental and homemaker's role conflict.

The Impact of Service Perceptions and Product Perceptions on the Formation of Fashion Internet Shoppers' Satisfaction and Purchasing Behavioral Intentions

  • The purpose of this study was to develop the service and product perceptions' dimensions for fashion retail sites and to identify the service and product perceptions' dimensions influencing consumers' satisfaction and purchasing behavioral intentions for fashion retail sites. A set of self-administered questionnaires were e-mailed to an internet Research Panel consisting of members who had purchased fashion products or visited fashion retail sites. 799 questionnaires were analysed using frequency, percentage, exploratory factor analysis. Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, stepwise regression analysis utilizing SPSS 10.0. The service perception dimensions of fashion retail sites had reliability, convenience, incentive, responsiveness and tangibility. Online fashion product perception dimensions were product variety and product value. Consumer satisfaction was influenced by reliability, product variety, product value, convenience, incentive and responsiveness. Consumer satisfaction had a direct impact on purchasing behavioral intentions of fashion retail sites.

  • is designed to study the college women's desirable clothing behavior in campus, and to find out the difference in person perception according to appropriate or inappropriate clothing. Detailed object is to find out the following differences according to appropriate and inappropriate clothing in campus: 1) formation of impression 2) inference of value. Addi\ulcorner tionally the difference in person perception according to major, grade and preference group are studied. For data collection, 460 college women who are attending Ewha Woman's University are included, and convenience sampling method is used. Frequency, percentage, mean, factor analysis, t-test, ANDV A. duncan test, correspondent analysis are used for data analysis. The result are as follows: 1) Wearer's impression is devided into four factors: appearence evaluation, personality evaluation, ability and activity. 2) There are significant differences in impression formation and value inference according to situational appropriateness. 3) There are significant differences in person perception according to major, grade and preference group.

  • Purpose: This study was done to examine the effects of nurses' perception of servant leadership on leader effectiveness, satisfaction and promoting additional effort. The focus was the mediating effects of leader trust and value congruence. Methods: Data were collected from 361 RN-BSN students and nurses participating in nationally attended in-service training programs. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and structural analysis with SPSS 17.0 windows program and Amos 7.0. Results: Direct effects of nurses' perception of servant leadership were negative, but mediating effects of trust and value congruency were positively correlated with leader effectiveness, satisfaction and additional effort, that is servant leadership should be effective through mediating factors. Conclusion: The study results indicate that if the middle managers of nurses can build leader trust and value congruency between nurses through servant leadership, leader effectiveness, satisfaction and additional effort on the part of the nurses could result in a positive change in the long term.

The Effects of Consumer Value Perception of PB on Product Loyalty and Repurchase Intention

  • Purpose - This study aimed to identify the impact of consumers' perception of the value of discount store PB products on brand loyalty and repurchase intention and simultaneously check whether consumers showed a different position depending on gender difference and age. Research design, data, and methodology - For data collection, total of 174 valid copies of questionnaire were obtained for analysis. And simple regression, multiple regression and hierarchical moderated regression analysis was conducted for hypothesis verification and implication Results - It was found that functional, social and emotional value perceived by consumers had a positive impact on brand loyalty and repurchase intention. And it was found that consumers who were in a relatively lower age group were positive, in the relation between emotional value and repurchase intention only. Conclusions - It was suggested that consumers accept discount store PB products positively overall. Therefore, discount stores must not only need to develop their strengths in various parts of PB product beyond consumer's positive perception but also make efforts to raise the social awareness of the use of PB products. And they have to promote consumer decision making by concentrating on emotional factors take a different approach to consumers in a higher age group.

서울지역 패밀리레스토랑 외식고객의 가치인지에 미치는 물리적 증거 영향 (The Influence of Physical Evidence on Perception of Eating-out Customer's Value at Family Restaurants in Seoul)

  • The principal objective of this study was to determine the influence of physical evidence's performance on perception of value at family restaurants in Seoul. Frequency analysis, t-test, ANOVA, reliability analysis, factor analysis, multiregression analysis were employed to analyze the data. The physical evidence was divided into 3 factors. Factor 1, 'matters related to appearances and decoration'; and Factor 3, matters related to atmosphere' differed significantly with monthly pocket money. However, all factors differed significantly by partner. Additionally, all factors positively(+) influenced customer's perception of value. In particular, factor 1, 'matters related to appearances and decoration' was the most positive factor. As a result, physical evidence can be regarded as efficient marketing tactic by which the intangible factors of restaurant-business may be removed. Therefore, food-service companies should endeavor to manage physical evidence ideally as a means of reducing the negative characteristics of service toward customers and inducing customers perceptions of value at family restaurants.

차별적 판촉인식에 따른 판촉가치평가 (Value Evaluation depending on Different Perception of Promotion Tools)

  • 본 연구는 소비자가 판촉을 인식할 때 판촉이 제시하는 혜택을 소비자가 지불해야 하는 현금손실을 감소시켜주는 것으로 보는지 혹은 정상적인 거래이후에 추가적으로 받게 되는 이득으로 인식하는지에 따라서 판매촉진에 대한 가치평가가 달라지게 된다는 것을 검증하기 위한 것이다. 구체적으로 판촉도구의 특성차원 세 가지, 혜택의 실현시점이 즉각적일수록, 판촉물의 현가계산의 용이할수록, 판촉물과 본래제품이 유사시점에 구매할수록 소비자가 지불해야 하는 현금손실을 줄여주는 것으로 인식할 것이며, 이와 같이 감소된 손실로 인식되는 판촉이 추가된 이득으로 인식되는 판촉보다 판촉의 가치평가가 더욱 클 것으로 가정하였다. 대학생을 대상으로 집단간/내 설계를 통하여 자료를 얻고 ANOVA와 구조방정식 모형으로 가설을 검증하였다. 결과적으로 현가계산과 유사시점구매는 검증되었으나 혜택실현시점가설은 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 감소된 손실은 추가된 이득보다 판촉가치평가에 더 효과적이었고, 나아가서 구매의도를 더 높혀주었다.

의류제품의 품질평가에 있어서 가격단서의 영향 (The Effect of Price Information Cues on The Consumer's Apparel Quality Evaluations)

  • The perceived quality is a concept considered from the consumer's perspective. So it is differ from the objective determination of product quality. Thus the consumer perception of quality is a subjective judgement of an individual and an overall feeling on the characteristics which includes the product's reliability, performance and so on. In terms of product perception, consumers utilize the product cues in evaluating the product's quality before the purchase and the cues reflecting the quality can be classifisied into intrinsic and extrinsic ones. When the quality perception is limited to the purchase situation, purchase decision dependent on surrogate indicators such as price, are inclined to increase due to the lack of information. Therefore in this study the perceived quality of apparel is controled to the purchase situation in order to examine the consumer's reaction to the price cues and for the convenience of the exploratory investigation. As a result of the empirical study, consumers show differences in quality and value perceptions to the product with the same price depending on the perception whether the price is high or low. The apparel quality evaluation process goes through the steps of "product attributes - perceived quality - perceived value - purchase intention".
