Customer Churn Identifying Model Based on Dual Customer Value Gap

  • The customer churn and the forecast of customer churn have been important research topics for a long time in the academic domain of customer relationship management. The customer value is studied to construct a gap model based on dual customer values; a basic description of customer value is given, then the gaps between products and services in different periods for the customers and companies are analyzed. The main factors that influence the perceived customer value are analyzed to define the "recognized value gap" and a gap model for the dual customer value is constructed. Based on the dual customer gap a con-ceptual model to determine potential churn customers is proposed in the paper.

A Study on Comparison of Excellence Among of P-Model, E-Model, and GAP-Model

  • The disconfirmation paradigm is the earliest researched and the most deeply researched of all the paradigms in marketing. Disconfirmation paradigm deals with the influence of expectation, perceived product performance, and the discord between the two on consumer satisfaction. The GAP-Model is based on the disconfirmation paradigm that tries to understand the effect of the gap between before purchase expectations and after purchase perceptions of the product performance on dependent variables such as customer satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to test whether regression coefficients of a P-Model(performance only model), an E-Model(expectation only model) and GAP(P-E)-Model are equivalent in explaining service value and loyalty. The Chow's F-Test is used to test the excellence of the 3 models. As a result of comparison and analysis, P-Model showed more excellence of service value and loyalty than E-Model or GAP-Model.

  • Because of power consumption increase, global warming, and limitation of installation, not only high reliability and interruption capability but also compact and light power apparatuses are needed. In this paper, various models that short and long gap distance were used to analyze E field of each model. Calculation value was estimated of flashover position. As a result, short and long gap distance that vacuum interrupter inner between move electrode and fix electrode not coincided flashover position of each model. short gap distance estimated flashover position at electrode edge. but long gap distance model confirmed $E_{max}$ value at center shield. in this paper was compared electric field value. and estimated of flashover position from electric field calculation.

  • 41개국 34개 산업의 부가가치수출 RCA를 계산하고 각국 각 산업의 경쟁력을 평가하였다. 중국의 성장속도가 한국보다 빠른 것은 사실이지만 한국의 수출을 대체 또는 추월하고 있다는 증거는 미약하다. 수출 주력산업에서의 일본과의 경쟁력 격차가 확대되고 있다는 주장 또한 설득력이 미흡했다. 전세계 국가-산업의 패널분석의 시사점은, 대 세계 경쟁력을 유지하는 방편으로 산업 내 교역 특히 중간재 교역이 활성화되면서 부가가치 RCA와 총수출 RCA 간에 격차가 발생한다는 것이다.

FCAW 용접부의 인성에 미치는 Root Gap의 영향 (Effect of root gaps on toughness of FCAW weld metal)

  • Both impact and fracture toughnesses were investigated with root gaps in FCAW weld metals at room temperature and 0.deg.C. The maximum impact value was obtained at the root gap of 16mm for 1G position weld metal, and the impact value of 3G position weld metals also showed the maximum impact value at the root gap of 12mm. However, the fracture toughnes(CTOD)values tend to decrease with increasing root gaps at both temperatures in 1G weld metal. Bending test also showed satisfactory results with all of root gaps investigated. Based on this result, it becomes possible to apply wide root gaps in real projects in both aspects of toughness and bending resistance.

  • Control of drag force on a circular cylinder using a detached splitter plate is numerically studied for laminar flow. A splitter plate with the same length as the cylinder diameter(d) is placed horizontally in the wake region. Its position is described by the gap ratio(G/d), where G represents the gap between the cylinder base point and the leading edge of the plate. The drag varies with the gap ratio; it has the minimum value at a certain gap ratio for each Reynolds number. The drag sharply increases past the optimum gap ratio; this seems to be related to the sudden change in the bubble size in the wake region. This trend is consistent with the experimental observation currently available in case of turbulent flow. It is also found that the net drag coefficient significantly depends on the variation of base suction coefficient.

핵의학과 내 작업 환경에서 공기층 납치마의 피폭선량 감소 효과 평가 (Evaluation of Reductive Effect of Exposure Dose by Using Air Gap Apron in Nuclear Medicine Related Work Environment)

  • 본 연구는 핵의학과에서 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 $^{99m}Tc$에서 방출되는 140 keV 감마선을 기준으로, 세 가지 실험을 통해 기존에 사용되고 있는 납치마와 공기층 납치마를 이용해 Optically Stimulated Luminescence Dosimeter (OSLD) 선량계에 도달하는 선량을 측정하고, 공기층 납치마의 피폭선량 감소효과에 대해 연구했다. 그 결과 선량계와 납판 사이의 거리를 납치마의 공기층이라고 가정했을 때, 선량계와 0.2 mm 납판 사이의 거리가 없는 0 Cm일 때 측정된 10개의 선량계의 평균값은 0.515 mSv이고, 선량계와 납판 사이의 거리를 20 Cm로 떨어뜨린 경우 10개의 측정값의 평균이 0.138 mSv로 약 0.377 mSv의 선량 감소 효과를 보였다. 선량계와 0.5 mm 납판 사이의 거리가 없는 0 Cm일 때 10개의 선량계의 측정값의 평균은 0.296 mSv이고, 선량계와 납판 사이의 거리를 20 Cm로 떨어뜨린 경우 10개의 측정값의 평균이 0.075 mSv로 약 0.221 mSv의 선량 감소 효과를 보였다. 3일 간의 누적선량을 측정한 결과, 공기층이 없는 납치마의 경우 측정된 누적선량의 평균은 0.238 mSv, 공기층 납치마의 누적선량은 0.176 mSv로 0.062 mSv의 선량 감소 효과를 보였다. 한 달 간의 누적선량을 측정한 결과, 공기층이 없는 납치마의 누적선량의 평균은 0.59 mSv, 공기층 납치마의 누적선량은 0.54 mSv로 0.05 mSv의 선량 감소 효과를 보였다.

  • Samples of Nb/Al-Al$O_{x}$/Nb tunnel junction with the size of 50$\mu$m $\times$ 50$\mu$m were fabricated by employing self-aligning and reactive ion etching technique. In the samples with high-quality, $V_{m}$ value (the product of the critical current and subgap resistance measured at 2 mV) was 34 mV at the critical current density $J_{c}$ = 500 A/$cm^{2}$ and $V_{g}$ value (the gap voltage) was 2.8 mV. In the higher $J_{c}$, voltage fluctuation in the current rising at the gap voltage was observed. The $V_{m}$ and $J_{c}$ value were 8 mV and 900 A/$cm^{2}$, respectively.

Design of LBSs Using DGPS and Digital Mobile Broadcasting System

  • In this paper, new LBS (location based service) are proposed using conventional DMB (digital multimedia/mobile broadcasting) system. LBS applications are proposed that can be suitable for the subway and ground transportation based on S-DMB (satellite-DMB) and T-DMB (terrestrial-DMB) respectively. In the shaded area such as subway, the broadcasting signal transmitted from the satellite of S-DMB system should be retransmitted by the earth repeater called the gap filler and each gap filler has its own identification value called the gap filler ID which introduces the area in which the gap filler was installed. Therefore, the LBS can be implemented by using the gap filler ID of S-DMB on the subway in which the GPS (global positioning system) can't be received. Unlike the LBS on the subway, the combination of T-DMB and DGPS (differential GPS) will be introduced as a way for ground transportation. Generally, DGPS has been designed to compensate the position value calculated from the GPS signal so that positioning error of about 1 meter can be obtained by using DGPS information. T-DMB system transmitting DGPS signal will be expected to be commercial in Korea and, if using DGPS information transmitted through T-DMB network, LBS with more precise positioning than GPS alone can be implemented in the ground vehicles.

차실 소음 저감을 위한 복층 에어갭 공명기가 설치된 음향 공동의 강제 음향 응답 해석 (Forced Acoustic Response Analysis of an Acoustic Cavity with a Double Air-gap Resonator for Reducing Passenger Compartment Noises)

  • A theoretical formulation on the forced acoustic response of an enclosed cavity having a double air-gap resonator on one of boundary panels of the cavity is developed in the paper. The double gap resonator consists of two air-gaps and two partition sheets as in the author's previous papers. This paper reveals that the double gap resonator reduces the level of a target noise peak by splitting the peak as two small peaks, and that it is more effective when it is designed so that the upper gap thickness is larger than the lower gap thickness under the constraint that the entire gap thickness is fixed as a constant value. Finally, verification experiments show that the theoretical formulation and analysis results are valid by comparing theoretical results with experimental ones.
