During the period of August 1983 to February 1984 study has been done on the value of serum lactate at regular intervals before, during and after operation on 30 patients who went through open heart surgery with extracorporeal circulation for congenital or acquired heart diseases at the Department of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery, School of Medicine, Hanyang University- The results were as follows: 1.The mean value of serum lactate before the operation was observed to be 28.5 \ulcorner.41 mg/dl. 2.At 10 minutes after the beginning of extracorporeal circulation the mean value of serum lactate showed a rapid increase to 73.24\ulcorner3.61 mg/dl, an increase of 44.74 mg/dl [156.9%] from the pre-operation value. 3.At 40 minutes after the beginning of extracorporeal circulation the mean value of serum lactate was observed to be 78.98\ulcorner1.67 mg/dl which was the highest level. It was an increase of 50.48 mg/dl [177.12%] from the preoperation value. 4.At 70 minutes after the beginning of extracorporeal circulation the mean value of serum lactate was observed to be 64.39\ulcorner9.29 mg/dl, an increase of 35.89 mg/dl [125.9%] from the preoperation value, and at over 100 minutes it was observed to be 68.00\ulcorner5.79 mg/dl, an increase of 39.5 mg/dl [138.5%] from the preoperation value. 5.The mean value of serum lactate immediately after the operation was 61.36\ulcorner6.94 mg/dl, an increase of 32.86 mg/dl [115.2%] from the preoperation value. 7.On the 7th post-operative day the value of serum lactate returned the preoperation value.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of ILIB(Intravenous Laser Irradiation of blood) on Meridian-Heart Circulation CMP and Hyperlipidemia. Circulatory symptom of 20 patients was treated with ILIB. After 10 times' treatment, changes of total cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol, triglyceride and Meridian-Heart Circulation CMP value were observed. The results were as follows : 1. In observation of Meridian-Heart Circulation CMP value, significant increase was observed in both pre-ID generation and post-ID generation. So, distinctive observation between pre-ID generation and post-ID generation became not relatively significant. 2. In observation of Meridian-Heart Circulation CMP value, significant increase was observed in both left and right. So, distinctive observation between left and right became not relatively significant. 3. In observation of Meridian-Heart CMP value, significant increase was not observed in control group, but significant increase close to normal value was observed in treatment group after treatment of Intravenous He-Ne Laser Irradiation. 4. In observation of Meridian-Circulation CMP value, significant increase was not observed in control group, but significant increase close to normal value was observed in treatment group after treatment of Intravenous He-Ne Laser Irradiation. 5. In concentration of plasma total cholesterol and plasma triglyceride, significant decrease was not observed in control group, but significant increase was observed in treatment group after treatment of Intravenous He-Ne laser Irradiation. 6. Significant concentration change of plasma HDL-cholesterol was not observed in both control group and treatment group. From above results, it was thought that Intravenous He-Ne Laser Irradiation was significant effect on heart circulatory system in human body.
In Europe, traditionally the low-rised buildings for public art museum have been constructed since the 18th century like any other buildings and these are because of the technical issue for construction difficulty. Even if the low-rised art museum buildings are still continued for it's construction, gradually the high-rised art museum buildings begin to be build due to the development of contemporary technology in high-dense modern urban space. This tendency of high-rised art museum building in recent years is expected to affect on the interior space of it and most of all the spatial change in conjunction with circulation system variation is remarkable. Because the circulation system in art museum means tourist's spatial experience and it normally controls the experience of knowledge in art museum. This study is to understand how the multi-floored art museums in Europe affect to the spatial structure and how this is related to the circulation system. And also the study raised an issue on what it's social meaning is. Through these analysis the study can provide the meaning of multi-floored art museum and basic indication in art museum planning. To understand this, the study calculated the number of stories, number of vertical circulation and number of ring-structure space. Also the study tired to use space syntax tools, which are connectivity, integration value, integration value in major space, integration value in vertical circulation and intelligibility value. those tools alculated topological transfiguration of the whole space.Throughout the study, it was concluded that the influence of high-rised art museum in Europe changed the spatial structure and circulation system. The topological center of art museum that has been the grand space since 18th century changed to the vertical circulation due to the it's roll of distributing visitors to each floor. It became a starting point of spatial deployment and experience in art museum.
During the period of March 1981 to September 1982 a series of survey has been done on the value of amylase in blood and urine of 24 patients who went through the operation of heart surgery, for congenital and acquired heart diseases, with extracorporeal circulation at the Department of Thoracic _ Cardiovascular Surgery, School of Medicine, Hanyang University. In order to analyze the iteration and inter-relation of the value of amylase in blood and urine and the extra corporeal circulation time. The duration of extra-corporeal circulation time up to 60 minutes was classified as Group A while above 60 minutes was classified as Group B. The results are as follow; 1. 3 patients [23.07%] among 13 patients of Group A and 3 patients [27.27%] among 11 patients, showed increased amylase value after the surgery. 2. The average value in blood after operation was 120.3190.71 unit in Group A and 130.90113.15 unit in Group B. It was 11.59 units [9.63%] higher in Group A than in Group B. 3. 1 patient [7.7%] among 13 patients of Group A and 2 patients[18.18%] among 11 patients of Group B, the frequency of Group B was 10.48% higher. 4. The average Value of amylase in urine after the surgery was 111.9254.87 unit in Group A and 151.54111.17 unit in Group B. It was 39.62 unit [32.72%] higher in Group A than in Group B. 5. The longer the duration of extra corporeal circulation time showed the higher the amylase value in blood and urine after the operation. 6. Although the value of amylase in blood and urine was increased after operation, no patients Were found to have developed clinical pancreatitis.

Movement technique is comprised of the movement status of the circulation differentiation rate (CDR) and rotation differentiation rate (RDR) on the shiver movement form. Condition of the differentiation rate by the shiver movement form is to be modified the teetering movement system. As to fix the movement of signal on the material of body, we compared a shiver value of the circulation differentiation rate on the circulation state. The concept of rotation differentiation rate was identified the reference of rotation differentiation signal and rotation differentiation signal by the rotation state. For detecting a alteration of the CDR-RDR of the maximum and average in terms of the movement form, and shiver movement value that was a shiver value of the top alteration of the Top-ф$_{MAX-AVG}$ with $12.80{\pm}1.27units$, that was a shiver value of the peripheral alteration of the Per-ф$_{MAX-AVG}$ with $4.38{\pm}1.15units$, that was a shiver value of the limbus alteration of the Lim-ф$_{MAX-AVG}$ with $1.65{\pm}0.25units$, that was a shiver value of the center alteration of the Cen-ф$_{MAX-AVG}$ with $0.25{\pm}0.01units$. The teetering movement will be to assess at the ability of the movement form for the control degree of differentiation rate on the CDR-RDR that was shown the circulation and rotation form by the differentiation rate system. Teetering differentiation system was modified of a form by the special movement and was included a shiver data of teetering movement rate.

In this paper, the similarity criterion and dimensionless conversion method combined with the elasticity condition and Hooke's law are used to derive the functional relationship of the maximum effective value of the vibration velocity between the prototype pump and the model pump. The seawater circulation pump of a nuclear power plant is used as the prototype pump, and the model pump is obtained by performance conversion and choosing the appropriate scale, and the vibration state of the model pump under different flow rates is measured and analyzed. The vibration data of the model pump through the function relationship to find out the vibration parameters of the prototype model pump, and compare with the vibration data of the seawater circulation pump in reality. It can be seen that with the increase of flow rate, the maximum effective value of the vibration velocity of both model and prototype decreases and then increases, and the relative error is small, the maximum value is 7.7757%. Therefore, it can be considered that the functional relationship of model pump converted to prototype pump derived in this paper can be used to analyze the vibration of the actual seawater circulation pump of coastal nuclear power plant.
Effect of the liquid circulation velocity on the biofilm development was investigated in an inverse fluidized bed biofilm reactor(IFBBR). To observe the effect of the influent COD concentration on biofilm simultaneously, the influent COD value was adjusted to 1000mg/1 f for 1st reactor, and 2500mg/l for 2nd reactor. The liquid circulation velocity was adjusted by controlling the initial liquid height. As the liquid circulation velocity was decreased, the settling amount of biomass was increased and the amount of effluent biomass was decreased. Since the friction of liquid was decreased by the decrease of liquid circulation velocity, the biofilm thickness was increased and the biofilm dry density was decreased. In the 1st reactor the SCOD removal efficiency was constant regardless of the variation of the liquid circulation velocity, but it was increased by the decrease of the liquid circulation velocity because of more biomass population in 2nd reactor.
In order to clarify an availability of water treatment for persimmon extract dyeing, effect of color developing by water treatment process on cotton fabrics dyed with persimmon extract was investigated. Dyed fabrics were dipped still water and circulation water in various temperature. Concerning water color developing, still water color developing and circulation water color developing have been examined, and the temperature of water has been apprehended to prepare an effective basis of water color development. The surface color based on circulation water color development displays low values of $a^{\ast}$ and $b^{\ast}$, and the range of the c value(Munsell chroma) is narrow and has the value of 2 to 3, thus displays the coloration of a dark tone. The effect of temperature in water color development was insignificant, due to the small difference in temperature from $20^{\circ}C$ to $40^{\circ}C$. At $80^{\circ}C$, remarkable color development manifested, which is evidence of the high influence of temperature. The effects of circulation were clear at low temperatures, and the effects of temperature highly manifested at high temperatures. Circulation water color development display great color development at all temperatures to allow industrial color development with the absence of sunlight, thereby having an effect of energy reduction and developing color in dark tones, however this also is a strength of persimmon extract concerning color diversification, and is judged to have great value of industrial and practical application.
The present study is to assess the applicability of the best-estimate thermal-hydraulic code, MARS 1.4, for the analysis of thermal-hydraulic behavior in PWRs during natural circulation conditions. The code simulates a natural circulation test, BETHSY test 4. la, which was conducted on the integral test facility of BETHSY. The test represented the cooling states of the primary cooling system under single-phase natural circulation, two-phase natural circulation and the reflux condensation mode with conditions corresponding to the residual power, 2% of the rated core power value and 6.8 MPa at the secondary system. Based on MARS 1.4 calculations, the major thermal-hydraulic behaviors during natural circulation are evaluated and the differences between the experimental data and calculated results are identified. The calculated results show generally good behavior with regard to the experimental results; the region of single-phase natural circulation is 100-92% of the initial mass inventory, two-phase natural circulation is 84-63 %, and the reflux condensation mode occurred below 58 %. U-tubes empty and the core uncovery are obtained at 39 % and 34 % of the initial mass inventory, respectively.

Effects of operating variables on the solid circulation rate were investigated in a three-phase circulating fluidized bed, of which inside diameter was 0.102m and height was 3.5m, respectively. Gas velocity, primary and secondary liquid velocities, particle size and height of solid particles piled up in the solid recycle device were chosen as operating variables. The solid circulation rate increased with increasing primary and secondary liquid velocities and height of solid particles piled up in the solid recycle device, but decreased with increasing particle size. The value of solid circulation rate decreased only slightly with increasing gas velocity in the riser. The values of solid circulation rate were well correlated in terms of dimensionless groups within the experimental conditions.
