Flatness Characteristics Analysis Technique of Attenuator Using Thermal Voltage Converter and AC Measurement Standard (열전압변환기와 교류측정표준을 사용한 감쇠기 평탄도 특성 분석 기법)

  • This paper proposes a technique to analyze the flatness characteristics of the attenuator at 10Hz to $50\text\tiny{MHz}$ on the basis of $1\text\tiny{kHz}$ using a Thermal Voltage Converter and AC measurement standard. In the proposed technique, the input voltage of the attenuator for each measuring frequency is supplied at the same rate as $1\text\tiny{kHz}$ using TVC, and the flatness characteristics of the attenuator are analyzed by the voltage variation indicated in the AC measurement standard. The results of the analysis of the attenuator flatness characteristics show that the maximum uncertainty of $866{\mu}V/V$ can be measured from $10\text\tiny{dB}$ to $70\text\tiny{dB}$ and the uncertainty is reduced by about 37% compared to $2.31\text\tiny{mV}$/V using the network measurement method. The improved attenuator flatness characteristic values can be applied to the frequency flatness calibration from 2.2V to 2.2mV at the low voltage of the AC measurement standard.

Output Characteristics of the PMS-PZT Piezoelectric Transformer Driving High Power Amplifier (PMS-PZT를 이용한 압전 변압기의 하이파워 시 출력 특성)

  • Voltage step-down characteristics of Ring/Dot type piezoelectric transformer were examined with increasing input voltage from $10\;V_{pp}$ to $140V_{pp}$. Then the output load resistance was fixed to $125\;\Omega$. The voltage gain showed constant value till the input voltage of $70\;V_{pp}$. And then it linearly decreased till the input voltage of $140V_{pp}$. The output voltage of fabricated piezoelectric transformer increased with increasing input voltage. And driving frequencies when the output voltage was maximum value were changed according to input voltage. Frequency shifts and temperature rise of fabricated sample showed 2 kHz, $13^{\circ}C$, respectively when input voltage was changed from $10\;V_{pp}$ to $140V_{pp}$. Because of the temperature rise of fabricated piezoelectric transformer, the step-down characteristics of it was deteriorated above the input voltage of $70\;V_{pp}$.

V/UHF-Band Broadband 2-Way Power Divider (V/UHF-대역 광대역 2분기 전력 분배기)

  • In this paper, a broadband 2-way power divider which can be used from 20 MHz to 500 MHz in the V/UHF band is designed using transmission-line transformer and ferrite toroid. A 2:1 impedance transformer instead of the conventional 4:1 impedance transformer is realized and this 2:1 transformer is connected with the conventional bridge-type 2-way divider to form a 2-way power divider. Insertion loss of about 3.5 dB, isolation of less than -10 dB, and return loss of less than -10 dB in most band of interest are measured.

  • The Mo(V) $di-{\mu}-oxo$ type [$Mo_{2}O_{4}(H_{2}O)_{2}L_{2}$] $SO_{4}$ complexes(L: 2,2'-dipyridyl,4,4'-ethylenedianlline) have been prepared by the reaction of $[Mo_{2}O_{4}(H_{2}O)_{6}]SO_{4}$ with a series of chelate ligands. These complexes are completed by two terminal oxygens arranged trans to one another and each ligand forms a chelate types. In $Mo_{2}O_{4}(H_{2}O)_{2}L_{2}$, two $H_{2}O$ coordinated at trans site of terminal oxygens. The prepared complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectra, $^{1}H$ nuclear magnetic resonance spectra, and thermal analysis(TG-DTA). In the potential range -0.00V to -1.00V at a scan rate of $50mVs^{-1}$, a cathodic peak at -0.81V ${\sim}$ -0.87V (vs SCE) and an anodic peak at -0.61V ${\sim}$ -0.63V (vs SCE) have been observed in aquous solution. We infer these redox are irreversible reaction.

  • 평면 광 신호 분리기와 광 케이블의 정밀결합을 위하여 V-groove를 제작하였다. V-groove 는 실리콘웨이퍼 (100) 면을 KOH 용액으로 선택적 습식 식각하여 제작되었다. V-groove 를 효과적으로 제작하기 위하여 KOH 의 조성 (10, 20, 30, 33, 40 wt%)과 온도 (50, 60, 70, $80^{\circ}C$)를 변화시켜 식각률과 표면조도를 측정하였다. 식각률은 $80^{\circ}C$에서 20 wt.% KOH 로 식각했을 경우 $1.84{\mu}m/min$ 로 가장 빨랐으며, 표면조도는 $80^{\circ}C$에서 33 wt.% KOH로 식각했을 경우 1.6nm로 가장 양호하였다.

  • Health Level Seven(HL7)에서 V2.x, V3 보다 향상된 FHIR(Fast Healthcare Interoperabilty Resources)를 표준을 개발하고 있고, 이를 채택한 솔루션 개발이 활발하고, 각 국가 의료환경에서의 검증이 필요하다. 현재 미국에서 성공적으로 널리 사용되는 V2.x Message와 V3 Clinical Document Architecture(CDA)가 존재 하지만, 이 기술 표준들을 개발하고 사용하는데 긴 시간 투자의 문제점이 있다. 현재 V4로 불리우는 개선된 FHIR를 사용함으로 이러한 문제점을 해결할 방법인지 확인한다. 개인건강기록 관리 또한 사회적인 관심을 끌고 있고, 스마트폰 보급률이 급격히 증가하는 함을 반영하여 개인건강기록 관리 시스템을 스마트폰으로 접속 가능한 시스템으로 개발한다. 이를 구축하기 위해서는 Electronic Medical Record(EMR) 시스템과 Personal Health Profiling(PHP) 시스템간의 정보교류를 FHIR Open API로 구성한다. PHP 시스템에서는 이들 트랜잭션을 RESTful 서비스로 제공한다. 본 연구에서는 FHIR기반의 PHP 시스템을 통해 개인건강관리 시스템의 효율성을 검증하고자 한다.

  • Acute hepatopancreatic necrosis disease (AHPND), previously known as early mortality syndrome (EMS), is an emerging disease in shrimp caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus. Some V. parahaemolyticus strains are associated with foodborne diseases in humans. To date, studies on the relationship between AHPND and pathogenic V. parahaemolyticus are very limited. In this study, we monitored the thermostable direct hemolysin-related hemolysin (trh) gene and AHPND-related genes, such as Photorhabdus insect-related (pir) genes, in 892 strains of V. parahaemolyticus isolated and identified in 24 areas of the West Coast of Korea from May to October 2019. The trh gene was detected in 9.6% of the isolates from short neck clam samples. However, the pirA and pirB genes related to AHPND were not found in any of the isolates despite using both duplex and nested PCR assays, suggesting that AHPND-related genes were nonexistent in the V. parahaemolyticus strains isolated. This study contributes to the current understanding of the relationship between AHPND and V. parahaemolyticus in Korea, as well as provides data on spatial and seasonal distributions of V. parahaemolyticus.

  • 개의 N과 P채널 EEPROM을 이용하여 A/D 변환기를 설계하였다. 프로그래밍 모드에서 EEPROM의 선형적 저장능력을 관찰하기 위해 MOSIS의 1.2㎛ double-poly CMOS 공정을 이용하여 셀이 제작되었다. 그 결과 1.25V와 2V구간에서 10㎷ 미만의 오차 내에서 셀이 선형적으로 프로그램 되는 것을 보았다. 이러한 실험 결과를 이용하여 프로그램 가능한 A/D 변환기의 동작이 Hspice에서 시뮤레이션 되었으며, 그 결과 A/D 변환기가 37㎼의 전력을 소모하고 동작주파수는 333㎒ 정도인 것으로 관찰되었다.

  • 본 논문에서는 기존 투광등을 대체하기 위한 100 W급 LED 투광등에 대하여 기술하였다. LED 투광등을 안정적으로 구동하기 위하여 정전류 회로를 적용하였으며 최대 DC 60 V까지 구동이 가능하다. 3 W급 백색 LED 10개를 직렬로 배치하였으며, 병렬 4채널이 되도록 제작하였다. 시제작 LED 투광등의 입력전압은 DC 48 V이며 채널당 520 mA의 정전류로 구동된다.

  • The paper introduces a silicon controlled rectifier (SCR)-based device with high holding voltage for ESD power clamp. The holding voltage can be increased by extending a p+ cathode to the first n-well and adding second n-well wrapping around n+ cathode. The increase of the holding voltage above the supply voltage enables latch-up immune normal operation. In this study, the proposed device has been simulated using synopsys TCAD simulator for electrical characteristic, temperature characteristic, and ESD robustness. In the simulation result, the proposed device has holding voltage of 3.6V and trigger voltage of 10.5V. And it is confirmed that the device could have holding voltage of above 4V with the size variation of extended p+ cathode and additional n-well.
