계층적 군집화 기반 Re-ID를 활용한 객체별 행동 및 표정 검출용 영상 분석 시스템 (Video Analysis System for Action and Emotion Detection by Object with Hierarchical Clustering based Re-ID)

  • 최근 영상 데이터의 급증으로 이를 효과적으로 처리하기 위해 객체 탐지 및 추적, 행동 인식, 표정 인식, 재식별(Re-ID)과 같은 다양한 컴퓨터비전 기술에 대한 수요도 급증했다. 그러나 객체 탐지 및 추적 기술은 객체의 영상 촬영 장소 이탈과 재등장, 오클루전(Occlusion) 등과 같이 성능을 저하시키는 많은 어려움을 안고 있다. 이에 따라 객체 탐지 및 추적 모델을 근간으로 하는 행동 및 표정 인식 모델 또한 객체별 데이터 추출에 난항을 겪는다. 또한 다양한 모델을 활용한 딥러닝 아키텍처는 병목과 최적화 부족으로 성능 저하를 겪는다. 본 연구에서는 YOLOv5기반 DeepSORT 객체추적 모델, SlowFast 기반 행동 인식 모델, Torchreid 기반 재식별 모델, 그리고 AWS Rekognition의 표정 인식 모델을 활용한 영상 분석 시스템에 단일 연결 계층적 군집화(Single-linkage Hierarchical Clustering)를 활용한 재식별(Re-ID) 기법과 GPU의 메모리 스루풋(Throughput)을 극대화하는 처리 기법을 적용한 행동 및 표정 검출용 영상 분석 시스템을 제안한다. 본 연구에서 제안한 시스템은 간단한 메트릭을 사용하는 재식별 모델의 성능보다 높은 정확도와 실시간에 가까운 처리 성능을 가지며, 객체의 영상 촬영 장소 이탈과 재등장, 오클루전 등에 의한 추적 실패를 방지하고 영상 내 객체별 행동 및 표정 인식 결과를 동일 객체에 지속적으로 연동하여 영상을 효율적으로 분석할 수 있다.

콜센터 상담원의 감성지능, 조직시민행동과 IT활용능력이 직무 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 탐색적 연구 : 상담원의 경력 비교 (An Exploratory Study on Effect of Call Center Representatives' Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and IT Utilization Ability on Job Performance : A Comparative Analysis by Representatives' Career)

  • Corporations look for their competitiveness in many different areas, and one of them is customer call center, which provides professional, special service to the customers. The importance and the value of realization of customer satisfaction at each call center have become significant as it plays a leading role and is responsible for customer recreation and follow-up services. This study held in-depth interviews with 3 groups of professional call representatives (categorized by experience) from popular property and life insurance companies in Korea who operate in and outbound calls. Three variables, emotional quotient, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and IT utilization skill, were selected and it was observed how these variables affect the job performance of in and outbound call center representatives. The importance of the relationship between the variables and the key factors in the future direction of improvement of the call center representative organization was analyzed. Emotional quotient refers to the ability to recognize and use the emotion of oneself and others. It was considered it would be effective in enhancing the counseling ability of call center representatives, This study identifies the effect of emotional quotient on job performance and organizational citizenship behavior, which is defined as actions outside of normative roles in the organization. Also, the study aims to prove the effect of emotional quotient on the rapidly developing IT utilization ability in relation to job performance. As a result, it was found that service career (3 months, 3 years, 10 years) had a significant effect on the key factors that affect the organization-emotional quotient, IT utilization skill, and OCB. Especially for OCB, it was considered relatively less important to the new employees, while it greatly affected the job performance, rate of settlement, and sustainment of the working life for those with longer experience. Also, the result of the interview for each variable differed by the service career. Emotional quotient, IT utilization skill, and OCB were close connection for the representatives with longer experience than for those with shorter experience. And the level of intimacy of their relationship with job performance was in proportion to the years of service. Thus, to secure stability for the call center representatives and enhance their job performance continually, the importance of emotional quotient and IT utilization skill shall be reflected in the operation process actively. In particular, in order to lead a organization with outstanding culture, a management system shall apply OCB from the recruitment process.

정신건강서비스 영역에서 아동청소년 기능평가척도의 활용에 관한 연구 (Study on the Utilization of the Child-Adolescent Functional Assessment Scale in Mental Health Service)

  • Objectives: This study aims to supplement the limitations of the preliminary study and expand the use of the Child-Adolescent Functional Assessment Scale by providing standardized T-scores for measuring function in different areas, as well as guidelines for their interpretation. Methods: The Child-Adolescent Functional Assessment Scale and Korean-Child Behavior Checklist were administered to a total of 623 individuals, including 467 parents of emotionally and behaviorally disturbed elementary school students, 45 parents of emotionally and behaviorally disturbed middle school adolescents and 111 parents of elementary school students with developmental disorders, as well as to a control group consisting of 186 parents of mainstream elementary school children in the Seoul metropolitan area. Results: In contrast to the preliminary study, the emotional domain was disassociated into two factors, negative affect and emotion regulation, and the coefficient of determination for misconduct was increased significantly. Also, the overall reliability and validity of the Child-Adolescent Functional Assessment Scale were similar to those in the preliminary study, and the item structure was consistent. This study provides standardized T-scores of function in different areas based on the revised scale, and provides guidelines for their interpretation. Conclusion: The Child-Adolescent Functional Assessment Scale can assist the Child Global Assessment in Functioning in providing the information necessary for case management and treatment planning by comparing the impairment severity in each area of functioning, and also determining changes in behavior and function after treatment interventions. On the other hand, this scale has yet to clearly distinguish between rebellious behavior and misconduct. Further research is necessary to provide standards for more diverse age groups and for its utilization.

40세 이상 과민성방광 여성 환자의 의료이용 결정요인에 관한 연구 - 임상시험 참여자를 중심으로 - (A Study on Factors Influencing Medical Treatment Decision-Making for Overactive Bladders in Female Patients over 40 - Data from Clinical Trial Participants -)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study is to determine associated factors affecting the utilization of Medical Care for an overactive bladder. Methods: Total 114 women with overactive bladder participated in this study. Patients were categorized in two groups, the patients with treatment experiences for an overactive bladder(n=40) and without treatment experiences for an overactive bladder(n=74). Patients completed Overactive Bladder Severity Score, Beck Depression Inventory, King's Health Questionnaire, and questionnaires on treatment experience. The results were analysed using SPSS for Windows 12.0k. All statistical tests were two-sided with a p-value < 0.05 being significant. Results: Patients with treatment experience had a greater score on KHQ, OABSS, BDI and had longer symptom duration period than those without treatment experience. And only Impact of Life(P=0.004), Role Limitation(P=0.004), Social Limitation(P=0.007), Emotion(P=0.035), Sleep/Energy(P=0.001), Incontinence Severity Measures(P=0.012) among KHQ domains were statistically significant difference between two groups. Conclusions: The most influencing factor associated with utilization of Medical Service in overactive bladder is the impact of the patient's quality of life.

유아의 정서지능 및 사회적 유능감이 놀이성에 미치는 영향 (A Study on Children's Playfulness Relative to Emotional Intelligence and Social Competence)

  • The subjects in this study of children's playfulness in relation to emotional intelligence and social competence were 247 children in Gyeonggi Province. Data were analyzed by regression analysis using the SPSS computer program. The major results of this study were that children's playfulness was significantly related to and explained by "Peer relations skill" in the sub areas of social competence and "relationship with peers," utilization of emotion" in sub areas of emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence and socially competent interaction were significantly related to and explained by manifest joy in the sub areas of children's playfulness.

장애인 정보격차 해소를 위한 정보통신 보조기기 활용방안 연구 (A Study on the Utilization of Information and Communication Assistive Devices for Bridging the Digital Divide of the Disabled)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 정보취약계층인 장애인의 정보화 수준 및 정보격차 현황의 파악 분석과 정보통신기기 수요조사를 통해, 장애인의 정보격차해소를 위한 정책방향 제시와 정보통신 보조기기의 개발 및 활용방안 마련을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 것이다. 장애인의 정보격차 실태 및 현황 파악을 위해서, 장애여부에 따라 정보통신 기기 보유 및 접근성, 사용능력(역량), 활용도에 차이가 있는지를 T검정을 통해 분석하였다. 그 결과 장애여부에 따라 정보통신 기기 보유 및 접근성에 유의한 차이가 나타났다(T=-2.510*). 본 연구의 수요조사 결과, 정보통신 보조기기는 전체 응답자 중 약 28% 정도가 현재 사용하고 있는 것으로 분석되었으며, 다수의 응답자들이 보조기기의 사용이 실생활에 많은 도움을 준다고 답하였다(67%). 정부나 관련기관으로부터 정보통신 보조기기를 지원받은 경험이 있는 경우는 전체 응답자 중 36%로 나타났으며, 기기의 성능 측면에서도 대체로 만족스러웠다는 의견이 전체의 응답의 약 46%로 나타났다. 한편 기능조작 및 사용법 측면에서는 쉽고 편리다고 응답한 경우가 사용 경험자 전체의 36%에 불과했는데, 가장 큰 불편사항으로는 보조기기 조작의 어려움이라고 응답하였다. 이밖에 정보통신 보조기에 대한 전반적인 요구사항은 기기 성능의 안정화, 크기의 소형화, 버튼의 간소화, 무게의 경량화 등이었다. 본 연구는 장애인을 대상으로 심층면접을 통해 정보통신 보조기기의 이용 실태 및 수요를 구체적으로 밝힌 연구라는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 정보화기기 이용 시 보조기기가 필요한 장애인을 위한 보급정책 수립과 선정 기준을 마련하는 데에도 활용됨으로써 정책 실효성 제고에 크게 기여할 것으로 판단된다.

  • This paper takes the Pingjiang historical and cultural district of Suzhou city as an example, collects 1439 visitor review data from Ctrip.com with the help of Python technology, and uses web text analysis to conduct research on high-frequency words, semantic networks and emotional tendencies to comprehensively assess the tourist perception of the Grand Canal heritage. The study found that: natural and humanistic landscape, historical and cultural accumulation, and the style of Jiangnan Canal are fully reflected in the tourists' perception of Pingjiang historical and cultural district; tourists hold strong positive emotion towards Pingjiang Road, however, there is still more room for renovation and improvement of the historical and cultural district. Finally, countermeasure suggestions for improving the tourist perception of the Grand Canal heritage are given in terms of protection first, cultural integration and innovative utilization.

Designing an Emotional Intelligent Controller for IPFC to Improve the Transient Stability Based on Energy Function

  • The controllability and stability of power systems can be increased by Flexible AC Transmission Devices (FACTs). One of the FACTs devices is Interline Power-Flow Controller (IPFC) by which the voltage stability, dynamic stability and transient stability of power systems can be improved. In the present paper, the convenient operation and control of IPFC for transient stability improvement are considered. Considering that the system's Lyapunov energy function is a relevant tool to study the stability affair. IPFC energy function optimization has been used in order to access the maximum of transient stability margin. In order to control IPFC, a Brain Emotional Learning Based Intelligent Controller (BELBIC) and PI controller have been used. The utilization of the new controller is based on the emotion-processing mechanism in the brain and is essentially an action selection, which is based on sensory inputs and emotional cues. This intelligent control is based on the limbic system of the mammalian brain. Simulation confirms the ability of BELBIC controller compared with conventional PI controller. The designing results have been studied by the simulation of a single-machine system with infinite bus (SMIB) and another standard 9-buses system (Anderson and Fouad, 1977).

색채활용인식을 통한 게임디자이너의 직무능력향상에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of Job-Related Skills of Game Designers through the Perception of Color Utilization)

  • 본 연구는 게임디자이너의 색채인식에 대한 현황을 파악하고자 실무디자이너 대상으로 색채활용에 대한 설문을 실시하고 산업내에서의 인식정도는 선행연구를 통해 살펴보았다. 색채활용인식은 측정이 가능한 정량분석으로 타당성을 확인하였다. 설문 결과는 1위 디지털색채, 2위 색채조화, 3위 색채지각, 4위 색혼합, 5위 색채심리, 6위 색이름 으로 분석되었다. 이 결과 게임산업을 위한 실무 중심의 색채에 대한 재교육의 필요성과 게임관련 학과의 색채 교육에서 1~4위의 색채분야는 집중적인 교육이 이루어져야 할 것으로 보인다. 이번 연구가 향후 게임 산업의 디자이너 양성을 위한 색채 교육 연구의 기초자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

In Search of Demanded Mediating Role of TAM between Online Review and Behavior Intention for Promoting Golf App Distribution

  • Purpose: The technology acceptance model (TAM) refers to a theory that maps the possibility or extent to which users can accept an innovative technology. The purpose of the current research is to investigate the mediating effect of TAM between online review and behavior intention for promoting golf app's distribution. Research design, data and methodology: In order to examine the relationship between app usage reviews, TAM, and behavioral intentions of golf app participants, the present author collected total 170 responses from South Korean participants based on web-based survey system. The main methodology which was selected by this study is mediation causality analysis that Baron and Kenny suggested. Results: The statistical findings definitely indicated that TAM mediating role exists between the positive emotion of golf app users regarding online reviews and positive behavior intention of golf app, which means that all three steps of mediation causality analysis were statistically significant. Conclusions: The present research concludes that the correct utilization of innovation in the design and implementation of the technology features translates into performance excellence. The model can be used to increase the online presence through innovation as a primary drive toward providing more convenience and accessibility to the users through mobile golf apps.
